    The purpose of this research is to know the potential and self satisfaction womans in empowerment of creative economy with science and tecnologi and self satisfaction of Islamic economic perspective in fisherman of Kragan village. Rembang. Interview approach, documentation, observation and literature searching are use in order to collect data. Analyzing the researchers to be scientific then by reflective thinking by pacing between the method of deduction and induction. The results of this study is to know the various potensis  business that is very varied or creative by the womans of fishermen village Kragan Kab. Rembang. In addition to knowing self-satisfaction means the womans of fishermen in carrying out their creative economic activities in addition to beneficial for himself also useful for his family. Potential women fishermen need local government support to develop the creative potential of women fishermen, for example by using village funds budgeted by the central government. This potential can produce various kinds of creative processed fish such as crispy with various flavors, fish chips with various types of fish and crackers. Satisfaction experienced by the womans of fishermen is the sustenance and enjoyment given by Allah SWT who need to be grateful.==============================================Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui potensi perempuan dalam mengembangkan  pemberdayaan ekonomi kreatif   dan upaya pendekatannya sudah  bersifat modern ataukah masih manual atau tradisional. Pemberdayaan ekonomi dan self satisfaction yang dilihat dari kaca mata Islam di pesisir  nelayan desa Kragan kab. Rembang menghasilkan kemanfaatan atau kemaslahatan baik diri sendiri maupun maslahatan untuk masyarakat yang lebih luas. Metode penulisan ini menggunakan  cara wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dan penelusuruan literatur kepustakaan digunakan dalam rangka untuk mengumpulkan data. Penganalisaan yang dilakukan peneliti agar ilmiah maka dengan kritis dan kreatif dilakukan mondar-mandir antara metode yang melalui kesimpulan yang logis dan dengan metode pengumpulan data kemudian dievaluasi untuk menyimpulkan. Penelitian ini mengetahui berbagai potensi bisnis bervariasi atau kreatif perempuan nelayan desa Kragan kab. Rembang. Self satisfaction nelayan dalam aktifitas ekonomi bermanfaat bagi dirinya juga bermanfaat bagi keluarganya. Potensi perempuan nelayan perlu dukungan pemerintah setempat guna mengembangkan  potensi kreatifitasnya perempuan nelayan, misalnya dengan pemanfaatan dana desa yang dianggarkan pemerintah pusat.   Kepuasan yang dialami perempuan-perempuan nelayan merupakan rezeki dan  kenikmatan yang diberikan Allah swt perlu disukuri  sebagai kwajiban perempuan untuk membantu suaminya  merupakan kwajiban istri  bukan merupakan beban

    Sales promotion girl (SPG) is a profession that is engaged in the marketing or promotion of a product. This profession typically uses women who have interesting physical character as an attempt to attract the attention of consumers.SPG is required to have skills in offering goods/services of the company. Usually, the way product offering by SPG has some interesting characteristics in an attempt to attract the attention of consumers. With the promotion system using the services of a consumer not uncommon SPG gravitated towards these products but because of the physical appearance of the SPG looks sexy in that dress. This was done as an attempt to boost the product so well-known and was sold to the general public. This research is field research using the method of observation, interview, and documentation. This type of research is qualitative research that is data presented with words. By using a descriptive method. Islamic Economics perspective on marketing strategies using SPG is not allowed if the SPG sexy dress and exposes her body accentuating i.e., lest consumers buy goods, not because of the quality of its products

    The purpose of this study was to find out and describe the application of the BCM method in learning the value of Islamic education in RA Masythoh Andongsili Wonosobo. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection is done using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data collection is done by digging data sources, namely the Head of RA and RA teacher, as well as direct observation of the process of applying the BCM method in learning the value of Islamic education in RA Masythoh Andongsili Wonosobo. The results of the study showed: 1. The playing method used in learning the value of Islamic education through the game of Children Sholeh, Pat the Pillars of Islam, Pat the Pillars of Faith, and Pat the Angels. As well as guessing images of God's creations that are on earth and in the sky. 2. Method The story used in learning the value of Islamic education is the story of the Noble Traits of the Apostle of Allah, and the story of the Tasks of the Angel Roqib and the Angel of Atid. 3. The singing method used in learning the value of Islamic education is by eating adab songs, songs of Allah Almighty, Little Star songs, Rainbow songs, Kitab Allah songs, Lord Esa songs, and the songs of 10 Angels of Allah

    Psikologi transpersonal adalah salah satu madzhad dari psikologi yang mempelajari tentang potensi yang paling tinggi dari manusia; seperti  pengalaman trans yang dialami oleh manusia, penalaman spiritual, pengalaman mistik dan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kesadaran yang berada diatas ego (self beyond ego). Menurut Imam al-Ghazali, kondisi trans dapat terjadi karena pada dasarnya kesadaran itu tergantung pada tingkatakan ruh yang menerima persepsi. Perbedaan tingkatan ruh yang menjadi tempat terjadinya kesadaran menjadikan seseorang dapat memiliki perpindahan kesadaran mulai dari kesadaran yang bersifat indrawi, imaginatif, rasional, fikri dan qudsi. Bagi al-Ghazali manusia punya kemampuan untuk melintas dari kesadaran yang rasional (kesadaran yang diperoleh oleh akal) kedalam kesandaran yang lebih tinggi lagi: yaitu kesadaran yang terjadi pada diri diluar ego rasional (self- beyond Ego). Kesadaran tersebut disebabkan manusia memiliki kemampuan menjelajah wilayah diluar akal (Thur wara’ al-Aql).     AbstractThis study have the aim to determine what factors are influencing the low motivation of students in class XI. The study on grade XI students of SMA al-Fusha Pekalongan. Data collection using questionnaires. Interviews with 10% of all grade XI students to support the questionnaire data obtained. The results obtained are the factors that affect the low motivation of student learning such as place of learning, physical function, intelligence, facilities and infrastructure, time, study habit, teacher, parents, emotional and health, and friend factor.==================================================AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja-kah yang memepengaruhi rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI.     Distribution is one aspect of marketing. Distribution is an activity that bridges between producers and consumers. If the product fails in distribution then the consumer has the opportunity to switch to another similar product. Profits earned by a manufacturer is influenced by several factors, one of which is the distribution. An area may not necessarily generate maximum profits if distribution power is propagated in the region. Profit analysis based on the distribution of distributor power needs to be done appropriately, such an analysis technique is called a dynamic program.The purpose of this study is to determine the number of salespeople from small business '9 Berlian' crackers in Wates, amounting to 9 people distributor / sales. Its operational area is Semarang with details of the Boja-Cups, Ngaliyan-Mangkang, Central Semarang and East Semarang. The result of research based on the average selling of crackers 9 Berlian during the last three months shows the exact distribution that is in the Cangkiran-Boja region as many as 5 sales people, Ngaliyan-Mangkang area as much as none, Central Semarang area as many as 4 sales and East Semarang no . There is a 7.26% difference in the benefit of using a dynamic program of sales placements as usual (2 2 2 3).==================================================Distribusi merupakan salah satu aspek dari pemasaran. Distribusi merupakan kegiatan yang menjembatani antara produsen dengan konsumen. Jika produk tersebut gagal dalam pendistribusian maka konsumen berpeluang untuk beralih ke produk lain yang sejenis. Keuntungan yang didapatkan oleh seorang produsen dipengaruhi oleh beberapa factor, salah satunya adalah pendistribusian. Suatu wilayah belum tentu menghasilkan keuntungan yang maksimum jika tenaga distribusi diperbanyak di wilayah tersebut. Analisis keuntungan berdasarkan pembagian tenaga distributor perlu dilakukan secara tepat, teknik analisis seperti ini disebut program dinamik.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan banyaknya tenaga penjual dari usaha kecil kerupuk ‘9 Berlian’ di Wates yang berjumlah 9 orang distributor/ sales. Wilayah operasinya yaitu Semarang dengan rincian  Cangkiran-Boja, Ngaliyan-Mangkang, Semarang Tengah dan Semarang Timur. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan rata-rata penjualan kerupuk 9 Berlian selama tiga bulan terakhir menunjukkan pendistribusian yang tepat yaitu di wilayah Cangkiran-Boja sebanyak 5 orang sales, wilayah Ngaliyan-Mangkang sebanyak tidak ada, wilayah Semarang Tengah sebanyak 4 orang sales dan wilayah Semarang Timur tidak ada. Terdapat selisih keuntungan sebesar 7.26% lebih baik menggunakan program dinamik dari penempatan sales seperti biasa (2 2 2 3)

    This research tries to know the influence of work type and level of education to divorce in Religious Court of Semarang Year 2015. This type of research is field research that is quantitative and qualitative in nature. The quantitative approach, which is to find out the relationship and differences in the variables influence the type of work, and the level of education to the occurrence of divorce in the Semarang Religious Court in 2015. While the qualitative data approach is used as an analysis material from quantitative results. The result of first hypothesis in this research is accepted that society having background of work type non-state civil apparatus will tend to easier to divorce, while people with a background of the type of work as state civil apparatus servants tend to be better able to control themselves from divorce, because the variables not in the equation score 6.512 with a significance level of 0.011 smaller than 0.05 (0.011 <0.05). The second hypothesis is accepted that people with with elementary and secondary will tend to be easier to divorce, while those with higher education will tend to be better able to control themselves from divorce because the variables not in the equation score of 5,738 with significance level of 0.017 less than 0.05 (0.017 <0.05); and the third hypothesis is also accepted that people with background of non-state civil apparatus and elementary and secondary will tend to be easier to divorce, whereas people with background types of work as State civil apparatus and higher education will tend to be more able to control themselves from divorce, because the variables not in the equation scores are 10.861 with a significance level of 0.004 smaller than 0.05 (0.004 <0.05)

    The quality of a study program is assessed from the results of accreditation. Accreditation is also one of the requirements in applying for a job in a public or private institution. The hope is that the results of university accreditation will be satisfactory when students graduate from the college. With the Friedman test statistic, it can be seen the effect of the study program accreditation in the Faculty of Science and Technology on the learning intensity and future expectations in this study. It turned out that descriptively, the A study program's accreditation motivated students to study diligently and students really hoped to get a job or reputable college for further studies. In contrast, the students from study programs are accredited B, and C have medium and low learning intensity. Their hopes of getting a good job or place of further study are almost ordinary or almost nonexistent

    Tukang kredit di Kecamatan Cepiring Kabupaten Kendal Jawa Tengah telah memberi warna model jual beli pada masyarakat. Mereka kebanyakan perantau dari Jawa Barat. Model jual beli yang mereka lakukan adalah jual beli dengan pembayaran tunda. Artinya mereka menjajakan barang dagangan dan pembeli mengangsur pembayaran harga yang disepakati. Jumlah angsuran dan masa angsuran disepakati tetapi longgar (bisa berubah). Jumlah angsuran disebut dalam akad jual beli setelah menyepakati harga. Kebiasaan waktu mengangsur adalah mingguan. Kedua belah pihak telah memiliki kebiasaan yang dijadikan dasar pemenuhan kesepakatan jual beli. Kearifan tukang kredit ada pada kelonggaran menyikapi pembeli.  Hal ini berbeda manakala dibandingkan dengan sistem jual beli yang dilakukan pada lembaga keuangan syariah. Kepastian menjadi sesuatu yang tidak bisa ditawar dan membawa konsekuensi. Para tukang kredit juga memiliki dasar agama dalam melakukan bisnis. Mereka menegaskan fungsinya sebagai penjual bukan pemberi pinjaman. Oleh karenanya aturan tentang jual beli bayar tunda seperti harga harus disepakati dan tidak bisa berubah, mereka jaga betul. Kearifan mereka nampak dalam konteks tidak menaikkan harga meskipun ada pengunduran masa angsuran dari 10 minggu menjadi 20 minggu sekalipu. kearifan lainnya nampak dalam konteks tidak ada denda penundaan atau keterlambatan pembayaran. Kearifan mereka dibangun atas keyakinan dalam berbisnis dan keteguhan menjaga ajaran agama agar menjaga kesepakatan atau akad
