It is because a well-written curriculum is not automatically succeded in actual curriculum. In the case of curriculum implementation, it is highly depended on the teacher. A qualified and commited teacher is pre-requisite for successfully implementing a curriculum. Shortly, it is said that giving deep attention for the teacher is necessity for producing a qualified education. Consequently, well handling an institution (LPTK) that yields teachers have to be done in the sake for improving the quality of education, LPTK should continuously innovate and improve themselves for outcoming the best teacher, and in the turn for progress of the education it self

    Ponpes/Panti REHSOS “Nurusssalam” Sayung Demak yang menjadi lokus dari penelitian ini merupakan salah satu panti rehabilitasi sosial yang dikelola langsung oleh masyarakat dan patut menjadi model rujukan bagi rehabilitasi sosial para gelandangan-psikotik di Jawa Tengah atau bahkan bisa menjadi rujukan “Nasional”. Riset ini menyimpulkan bahwa hasil rehabilitasi sosial terhadap gelandangan psikotik yang diberikan di Ponpes/Panti REHSOS “Nurusssalam” Sayung Demak lebih komprehensip dibanding 2 (dua) panti lain yang menjadi pembanding karena rehabilitasi yang diberikan di sini meliputi; bimbingan sosial, medik, herbal, fisik, rekreatif dan pemberdayaan di bidang ekonomis produktif dengan terapi religius model pondok pesantren lebih manusiawi, karena memandang manusia secara utuh meliputi : fisik, mental maupun sosial, berdampak positif pada upaya secara langsung menghilangkan stigma masyarakat, sehingga tingkat kambuh kembali relatif kecil;Selain itu, tingkat penyembuhan klien di Panti Nurusslam lebih optimal, terlebih-lebih setelah difasilitasi Hydrotherapy by shower lebih efektif dan efisien. Karena terdapat kenaikan jangkauan pelayanan dari model manual hanya bisa melayani 30 orang per malam dengan 3 shower bisa menjadi 90 orang ( 300 % ) per malam.Penggunaan Hydrotherapy by shower dapat merangsang kesadaran syaraf sensoris, sehingga klien dapat mudah tidur dan selanjutnya merangsang tingkat kesadaran diri yang tinggi yang berdampak positif untuk mudah disembuhkan

    One reason for the importance of understanding the hadits is talking about the existence of the problems associated with exploring hadits aspect such as wurud aspect, dalalah aspect, and comprehensive aspect. This paper will elaborate on how the urgency of Sirah Nabawiyah for understanding the hadits through three aspects.Through this study of literature was found few things. First, the urgency of Sirah Nabawiyah in uNabawiyah in understanding Prophetic Hadits can be seen through three problems of understanding hadits such as wurud problem, dalalah problem and comprehensive problem. In the wurud problem of Prophetic hadits, the urgency of Sirah Nabawiyah shown as one of the benchmark of matan criticism in its position.In the dalalah problem of prophetic hadits, the urgency of Sirah Nabawiyah shown in its position as a provider of data of contextual hadits which is more extensive than Asbab al-Wurud al-Khassah and also clearer and more valid than Asbab al-Wurud al-‘Amma. Thus, Sirah Nabawiyah is a solution to the drawbacks faced by Asbab al-Wurud al-Khassah and Asbab al-Wurud al-‘Ammah. In the comprehensive problem of prophetic hadits, the urgency of Sirah Nabawiyah shown in its position as a partner for the prophetic hadits in providing complete data about the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This is reflected in three ways such as Sirah Nabawiyah provides data that has not been included in the collection of prophetic hadits (al-Ziyadah), fulfills the incomplete material presented in the collection of prophetic hadits (at-Takmil) and explores the material systematically

Parents who have variety of ways to do the schooling before there was a formal educational institution as it is now, have been trying to educate their culture. Strengthening the education character in the present is very relevant to solve the moral crisis that is happening in our country. Whether it is approved or not a real crisis is happening in our country. Whether it is approved or not a real crisis is happening and threatening the society by engaging our most precious children. The impact is quite serious and it is not regarded as simple problem because these actions have led to the crime. Crisis and moral decadence indicate that the religious and moral knowledge that was acquired in school did not impact on the change of Indonesian people are inconsistent; they act differently from their speech. Many people assumed that these conditions were started from what is produced by the education. Demoralization occurs because the learning process tend to teach moral and character that are only limited to the text and it is not create the student to act and confront the contradictory real life

    To support the development of Islamic financial institutions the government issued several special regulations related to the control so that the presence of Islamic financial institutions are able to put forward the principle of accountability and professionalism. One of the regulations is the obligation of an audit by a public accounting firm for the institution of Islamic banking. But on the other hand the presence of the Islamic financial institutions has just developed, so it tis possible there is no readiness of the Islamic economic agents to face mandatory execution of audits by public accounting firms. The research objective is to determine how the level of preparedness of Islamic economic actors to the obligations of audits by public accountants and to provide models of affective learning strategies for economic actors, especially the Islamic financial institutions to be ready to implement the provisions of mandatory audit of Islamic Economic institutions.The methodology used in the study are as follows: (1) The subject study of Islamic Economic actors in Semarang with the unit of analysis to managers and accounting clerk (2) data collection method is survey the field to spread questionnaire and interview (3) The analisys used in the study is a qualitative descriptive approach.The results showed that the perpetrators of Islamic Banking in a ready condition for duty audited by a public accountant toward Islamic economic institutions. Although it is generally in ready condition, however there are some disadvantages of competence had by economic actors, such as, lack of understanding of Islamic transactions terms and mechanisms, such as, the terms Sharf, and activity of the bank based in return (profit). To overcome these economic actors expect/hope that there is an Islamic accounting training hoping the ease in obtaining the certification of Islamic accounting

    The collapse of large corporations such as Enron, Arthur Anderson, WorldCom, Global Crossing for mega scandal makes the work ethic got a very big concern in the business world. This shows that as good and professional as any management company is not otherwise based on the good work ethic there will be manipulations that result in bankruptcy. The concept of work ethic was first developed by Max Weber in a book entitled The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism, associating the success of the capitalist system with Protestant teachings. Furthermore, Weber also argues that the Muslim community can not progress in the economic field due to various reasons such as Sufism, the attitude of fatalism and outokratik the Islamic kingdoms. The concept of Islamic work ethics is a form of response from experts Muslim experts in the field of human resources and organizational theory on the criticism Weber. Various studies conducted Aslam (2000; 2001) in Turkey, Ali (1996) in the US shows that there is a significant influence of Islamic work ethics on work productivity in Muslim society

    Pembiayaan Kepemilikan Emas (PKE) merupakan salah satu produk  perbankan syariah. Dasar hukum bagi produk ini yaitu Fatwa No. 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010 tentang Jual Beli Emas Secara Tidak Tunai dan Surat Edaran BI No. 14/16/DPbS/2012 perihal Produk Pembiayaan Kepemilikan Emas Bagi Bank Syariah dan Unit Usaha Syariah. Terkait dengan PKE, Bank Mandiri Syariah telah meluncurkan produk BSM Cicil Emas, yang menggunakan akad murabahah dengan jaminan diikat dengan  rahn (gadai).Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ternyata konsep pembiayaan BSM Cicil Emas secara umum sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan-ketentuan yang diatur dalam Fatwa MUI dan Surat Edaran BI terkait. Namun dalam operasionalnya  ditemukan beberapa permasalahan yuridis, yaitu : BSM mengharuskan penggunaan emas objek PKE sebagai agunan,sedangkan Fatwa MUI terkait secara implisit membolehkan penggunaan agunan lain ;Dengan uang muka minimal 20%, nasabah PKE dapat menjadikannya sebagai agunan; Agunan PKE diasuransikan dan dibayar oleh nasabah PKE,hal ini tidak diatur dalam Fatwa MUI dan SEBI terkait; dan Pengenaan sanksi terhadap nasabah PKE yang terlambat membayar cicilan

    REKONSTRUKSI PESAN PROFETIK BERDASARKAN KOLEKSI HADIS DAN SIRAH NABAWIYAH

    Ada problem parsialitas dalam memahami pesan yang dibawa oleh Nabi Muhammad saw, yang berakibat antara lain pada pemahaman yang cenderung ekslusif dan destruktif, seperti paham radikalisme. Pemahaman ini tentu tidak sejalan dengan nilai-nilai dasar Islam, sehingga tidak hanya tidak layak diterapkan dalam konteks bangsa yang homogen sekalipun, tetapi juga dalam konteks bangsa yang heterogen seperti Indonesia. Dalam konteks global, pemahaman ini lebih menunjukkan ketidaklayakannya.Salah satu faktor yang melatarbelakangi parsialitas ini adalah kecenderungan menangkap pesan yang dibawa oleh Nabi Muhammad saw, hanya berdasarkan koleksi-koleksi Hadis saja, tanpa melibatkan koleksi-koleksi Sirah; salah satu sebabnya karena koleksi-koleksi Sirah  dianggap profan, tidak sakral sebagaimana koleksi-koleksi Hadis. Padahal, banyak informasi penting yang disajikan oleh koleksi-koleksi Sirah.Tulisan singkat ini akan mencoba membandingkan antara Hadis dan Sirah dalam rangka mengintegrasikan keduanya sebagai bahan yang tidak bisa dipisahkan untuk menangkap pesan profetik. Model penangkapan pesan profetik yang utuh berdasarkan koleksi-koleksi Hadis dan Sirah ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu ikhtiar menjawab problem transformasi global, khususnya problem disintegrasi bangsa yang diakibatkan oleh paham keagamaan yang kurang proporsional
