PENERAPAN TEKNIK BERMAIN KARTU PINTAR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA
This study aims to determine the application of smart card-playing techniques to improve learning motivation and learning outcomes of science learners. The medium used is a smart card, a card which contains information contained in the subject matter learning objectives are packaged in the form of questions and answers. The research was conducted in SMP Negeri 1 Temanggung learners of class VIII G in 2nd semester Academic Year 2014/2015. The method used is a Class Action Research. Data collection methods used were questionnaires, pre-test and post-test. The research data in the form of learning outcomes IPA concept of test and motivation to learn is obtained from the questionnaire motivation. Statistical analysis showed in the first cycle an average yield is 56,67of pretest increased to an average is 70,58of posttes; the second cycle average is 62,24of pretest increased to an average is 80,86of posttest and third cycle average is 70,26 of pretest increased to an average is 84,24 of posttest While the motivation of learners increased by 86% from the prior-treated. Based on the results of the research, processing and data analysis and hypothesis testing measures taken in this study, we concluded that the application of smart card play technique can enhance learning motivation and learning outcomes of class VIIIG students of SMP Negeri 1 Temanggung.This study aims to determine the application of smart card-playing techniques to improve learning motivation and learning outcomes of science learners. PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN INKUIRI TERBIMBING DENGAN METODE PICTORIAL RIDDLE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP FISIKA SISWA
The purpose of this study was to determine students' improved understanding of physics concepts through the application of guided inquiry approach with metide pictorial riddle on the subject of a simple plane. Type of research is classroom action research with research subjects 29 students of SMP Muhammadiyah Muntilan.Techniques used in collecting data is by direct observation in the classroom and the testing techniques. The analysis of data using qualitative and quantitative analysis.The results showed that the application of guided inquiry learning with pictorial riddle method can improve students' understanding of the concept in the first cycle with an average value of 42.93 into 50.71 and the second cycle increased to 67.50 and in the third cycle into 80.71. Similarly, the students' motivation to learn physics class is also quite good with a yield of 63.57%
PENEREPAN METODE EKSPERIMEN DAN DEMONSTRASI BERBASIS OBSERVASI GEJALA FISIS DITINJAU DARI KEMAMPUAN AWAL SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis observasi gejala fisis menggunakan metode demonstrasi dan eksperimen terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dan pengaruh kemampuan awal siswa tinggi atau rendah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa serta untuk mengetahui interaksi metode pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 04 Kopang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk prestasi kognitif dengan metode tes objektif pilihan ganda dengan teknik analisa data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis ialah uji Anava Dua Jalan dan menggunakan metode scheeff untuk uji lanjut anava. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran dengan metode demonstrasi dan eksperimen terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Selain itu terdapat pengaruh kemampuan awal tinggi dan rendah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dan tidak ada interaksi antara motode pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap prestasi belajar. Pada uji lanjut untuk model pembelajaran diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh kemampuan awal tinggi dan rendah terhadap prestasi belajar
PENERAPAN METODE EKSPERIMEN DENGAN ALAT-ALAT SEDERHANA FISIKA UNTUK MENINGKATAN KETRAMPILAN PROSES SAINS SISWA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains dan hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas VIII A SMP PGRI 3 Sekampung dalam mata pelajaran fisika melalui suatu metode eksperimen dengan alat-alat sederhana. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), dimana peneliti mengamati secara langsung obyek di lapangan yang meliputi dua siklus pembelajaran, satu tahapan siklus meliputi: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Sebagai obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII A SMP PGRI 3 Sekampung sebanyak 30 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data hasil belajar menggunakan tes pilihan ganda, sedangkan data keterampilan proses sains siswa menggunakan lembar observasi. Kesimpulan: (1) Pembelajaran menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan alat-alat sederhana dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa kelas VIII A SMP PGRI 3 Sekampung tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. 2) Pembelajaran menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan alat-alat sederhana dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII A SMP PGRI 3 Sekampung tahun pelajaran 2012/2013
PERBANDINGAN HASIL BELAJAR FISIKA SISWA YANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN STUDENT FACILITATOR AND EXPLAIN (SFAE) DAN STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISSION (STAD)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui terdapat atau tidaknya perbandingan hasil belajar fisika siswa antara Metode Student Facilitator And Explain (SFAE) dengan Student Teams Achievement Divission (STAD).Dimana metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Quasi eksperimen. Metode pembelajaran Student Facilitator And Explain dan Student Teams Achievement Divission merupakan metode yang melibatkan siswa untuk berperan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, menjadikan siswa sebagai fasilitator dan berfikir kreatif sehingga dapat menimbulkan rasa percaya diri dan tanggung jawab pada diri siswa. Yang membedakan Metode pembelajaran Student Facilitator And Explain dan Student Teams Achievement Divission adalah langkah-langkah pembelajarannya dimana Metode pembelajaran Student Facilitator And Explain siswa yang belajar sepenuhnya sendiri tidak demikian dengan metode Student Teams Achievement Divission dan di metode Student Teams Achievement Divission diadakan kuis di setiap akhir pertemuannya. Hasil analisis data penelitian ini mengungkapkan, bahwa dari perhitungan hasil belajar fisika siswa pada pokok bahasan Teori Kinetik Gas dan Termodinamika yang diterapkan di kelas eksperimen I dengan metode Student Facilitator And Explain memiliki nilai rata-rata 79,58 sedangkan kelas eksperimen II dengan metode Student Teams Achievement Divission memiliki nilai rata-rata 72,68, yaitu di atas KKM sebesar 70,00. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t didapat thitung = 3,102 > 1,667= ttabel. PENERAPAN ICE BREAKING (PENYEGAR PEMBELAJARAN) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS VIII A MTs AN-NUR PELOPOR BANDARJAYA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014
The purpose of this research is to know the result of learning in IPA by using ice breaking of the student of the eighth grade class of in MTs An-Nur Pelopor Bandarjaya TP. 2013/2014. The subjeck of this research is class MTs An-Nur Pelopor Bandarjaya the sums of the students are 31. This research is CAR (Classroom Action Research) that is consists of 2 cycles,one cycle consist of three meeting included of test. The test is conducted in every last meeting. The result of learning could see of the test that is given by the teacher, the implementation of learning process by using ice breaking by using observing that is written by observer. From the result of research got the result of student’s learning is 58,06% in the first cycle, and 77,42% in the second cycle. From the minimum requirement (KKM) namely . The average of the result of the student’s learning is 66,29 in the frist cycle and 72,09 in the second cycle. So, it can be inferred that by using ice breaking can increase the result of student’s learning
ANALISIS RESISTANSI COIL KAWAT TEMBAGA TERHADAP PERUBAHAN SUHU SANGAT RENDAH SEBAGAI RANCANG DASAR PENGUKURAN SUHU RENDAH
The resistance of a wire conductor depend of the wire material. Copper wire formed into a coil shape an effective form to produce a large resistance. Copper wire resistance influenced bytemperature about it. Coil of copper wire has a good response at low temperature changes produced by liquid nitrogen. This response is shown by the index value determination (R2 = 0.999) which is close to the value 1,that means changes in temperature approaching a linear response to changes in a voltage. The results can be used as a basis for the design of the low-temperature measurements cheape
PENGEMBANGAN LKS MATERI LISTRIK STATIS BERORIENTASI NILAI AL-QUR’AN UNTUK SISWA KELAS IX SEKOLAH MUHAMMADIYAH
The objectives of this research and development was carried out to design a work-sheet of the static electricity material with Qur'an value and contant. Preliminary data is done in Muhammadiyah junior high schools of East Lampung. Steps of research and development include, potential and problems analyst, gather information, design, validation, and revisions to the product. The instruments used to collect data by documentation, literature studies, questionaire and observation sheets. Aspect validity work-sheet include: didaktif, construction and techniques. The results showed that developed work-sheet was very good category. The advantages work-sheet improve not only knowledge but olso spiritual attitude. Disadvanteges was moment classroom activity the students more interested to the Al-Qur’an words then the material physics content
PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN INKUIRI TERBIMBING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR FISIKA SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 4 METRO SEMESTER GENAP TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014
The aims of this research is to find the effect of guided inquiry learning model on learning outcomes physics eighth grade students of SMP N 4 Metro semester of academic year 2013/2014. The sample was VIIID as VIIIF as a control class and experimental class were selected by cluster random sampling. The study design used was Posttest-Only Control Design and researchinstruments in the form of sheets of observations and questions. Technical analysis of the data use normality test, homogeneity, test the similarity of two average, and two different test average.The results showed that the improvement of learning outcomes learning physics class experiments using guided inquiry learning model is higher than the control class students. From the calculation, the value of t = 2.18 is higher than the value table = 2.02 at significance level α = 5%. Therefore, it can concluded that the model of guided inquiry learning effect on learning outcomes physics eighth grade students of SMP N 4 Metro semester of academic year 2013/2014. The success of learning during the learning process using guided inquiry model of learning because students can more freely in finding the concept it self and can connect between the knowledge possessed by the results they found in the experiments, so that influenced on learning outcomes
PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PEMBELAJARAN IPA SMP PADA MATERI TEKANAN BERBASIS KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS
The aims of this reseach is to design and develop a science module based on science process skills and to test the effectiveness of the module to students’ learning achievement and motivation. This research is Educational Reseach and Development. The development of this module used 4D models. The stage are define, design, development and disseminate. Science module is developed using a model of integration connected. Modules which developed based on science process skills includes observing phase, classifying phase, communicating phase, measuring phase, predicting phase and concluding phase used on science process skills includes. The results showed that there were increasing students' learning achievement and increasing students’ science process skills. Development of science-based KPS module consider effective because in addition to increasing student learning outcomes, science process skills of the students themselves have increased
