    DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHING MATERIALS BASED ON OUTCOMES BASED EDUCATION CURRICULUM TO IMPROVE TEACHING SKILLS

    This research is motivated by the limited availability of teaching materials that are in line with the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum in the Indonesian Language and Literature Learning Development course at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The OBE curriculum emphasizes measurable learning outcomes, strengthening competencies, and adapting to the challenges of 21st century education. The development of OBE-based teaching materials is a strategic step to improve teacher skills, strengthen the relevance of the curriculum, and ensure alignment between objectives, methods, and assessments in the learning process. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE development model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The mixed methods approach is used by combining qualitative data through the study of curriculum documents, interviews, and observations, as well as quantitative data through the testing of the effectiveness of teaching materials. The research subjects consist of lecturers and students of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI) IAIN Gorontalo. The research instruments include expert validation sheets, user response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. Data analysis was carried out using the percentage of eligibility and N-Gain calculation to assess the improvement in student learning outcomes after the use of teaching materials. The results of the study show that the OBE-based teaching materials developed meet the criteria of valid, practical, and effective. Expert validation scores exceed 80%, signifying good content and presentation feasibility. More than 80% of respondents, both lecturers and students, gave positive responses to the ease of use and relevance of the material. The results of the N-Gain test showed a significant improvement in student learning outcomes after the application of teaching materials. These findings prove that the systematic development of teaching materials with the ADDIE model can increase learning effectiveness and the achievement of student competencies. This study confirms that the application of OBE-based teaching materials contributes to increasing the professionalism of prospective teachers and strengthening the quality of the curriculum in the Islamic higher education environment. The implementation of a curriculum based on learning outcomes not only increases the relevance of learning, but also encourages the creation of teaching innovations that are oriented towards competency achievement. Thus, the results of this research can be used as a model for the development of similar curriculum and teaching materials in other study programs, as well as the basis for improving the quality of higher education that is adaptive, competitive, and results-oriente

       Tujuan Penelitian ini yakni untuk menganalisis kekuatan (strengths) dan kelemahan (weakness) dari Program Studi Manajamen Pendidikan Islam IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo dan untuk menganalisis Peluang (Opportunity) dan Ancaman (Threats) dari Program Studi Manajamen Pendidikan Islam IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian kualitatif secara deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan yakni pedoman observasi, pedoman     wawancara. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni pengamatan, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data digunakan model interaktif dengan Reduksi data, Penyajian data, Penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Secara Keseluruhan      dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT dapat diketahui kekutatan, kelemahan, peluang dan tantangan dari program studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo melalui 9 komponen yakni visi misi, tata pamong, mahasiswa, sumber daya manusia, keuangan dan sapras, Pendidikan, Penelitian, pengabdian masyarakat dan luaran dan capaian tridharma. Dari analisis ini ditetapkan strategi pengembangan dan program keberlanjutan dalam rangka peningkatan akreditasi Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam ke depan. &nbsp

    UTILIZATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN ATTRACTING PUBLIC INTEREST IN MADRASAH

    This article is the result of research that aims to find out how to use information technology in attracting public interest in Madrasahs. This research is categorized as a qualitative research. Sources of data obtained through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the use of Information Technology in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kotamobagu, in attracting public interest, has been carried out and continues to be developed, so that it has a very positive impact on institutions in publishing and attracting public interest. This study also found that public interest in the State Madrasah Aliyah Kotamobagu shows a very significant development every year, especially after being supported by facilities and infrastructure that further improve the quality of the institution, so that currently the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kotamobagu is a priority and the main choice for the community, and the public\u27s view so far that Madrasah is identical with a slum institution will slowly turn into a quality modern institution

    The application of educational technology is very relevant for the management of education and teaching and learning activities in particular. the use of interactive learning media can increase the effectiveness of learning, making it easier, fun, and interesting. The application of gamification to learning content is carried out to motivate students to increase their achievement of the content being studied. Islamic Religious Education in its implementation still shows various unpleasant problems. In increasing students\u27 interest in learning, choosing the right learning model and using interesting learning media. One of the uses of technology in learning is using interactive quizzes in class using an interactive application, namely Quizizz. This article aims to review the use of Quizizz gamification on student learning motivation in Islamic religious education subjects. This study uses researchlibrary research. The results of the research in the form of gamification implementation using Quizizz require a creative and innovative approach in learning Islamic Religious Education. By involving students through fun and interactive learning, it is expected to increase learning motivation in understanding concepts. Using gamification using Quizizz can make learning more interesting, interactive and effective.Aplikasi teknologi pendidikan sangat relevan bagi pengelolaan pendidikan dan kegiatan belajar mengajar pada khususnya. penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif dapat meningkatkan keefektifan pembelajaran, menjadi lebih mudah, menyenangkan, dan menarik. Penerapan gamifikasi pada konten pembelajaran dilakukan untuk memotivasi siswa meningkatkan pencapaiannya terhadap konten yang dipelajari. Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pelaksanaannya masih menunjukkan berbagai permasalahan yang kurang menyenangkan. Dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pemilihan penggunakan model pembelajaran yang tepat serta penggunaan media pembelajaran yang menarik. Salah satu penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran menggunakan kuis interaktif di kelas menggunakan sebuah aplikasi interaktif yaitu Quizizz. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengulas pemanfaatan gamification quizizz terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian library research. Hasil dari penelitian berupa Implementasi gamifikasi dengan menggunakan Quizizz memerlukan pendekatan yang kreatif dan inovatif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Dengan melibatkan siswa melalui pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan interaktif, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dalam memahami konsep-konsep.     This study aims to improve understanding of quantitative research methods in the context of Islamic education management. The research method used is a qualitative literature study with a descriptive approach. The use of quantitative methods in Islamic education management research improves understanding of the factors that influence effectiveness. Challenges include a lack of understanding of the method, incomplete data, unrepresentative samples, and limited resources. The application of information and communication technology supports innovative approaches in Islamic education management.     MANAJEMEN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGERI

    This study examines the implementation of academic supervision of school principals in MTsN 1 Bandung City. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, evaluation of results and follow-up of academic supervision at MTsN 1 Bandung. The approach of this research is to use a qualitative approach. Data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the principal\u27s academic supervision at MTsN 1 Bandung consists of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of academic supervision. (1) The planning of academic supervision includes the preparation of objectives, supervision schedule, and approach in conducting supervision. (2) Implementation of academic supervision includes; carrying out teacher teaching planning, teaching implementation and carrying out teacher teaching evaluations. (3) Evaluation of supervision, namely assessing the administration of teacher planning, teacher implementation and evaluation of teacher assessment of students. (4) Follow-up, namely by analyzing the results of the evaluation then conducting coaching by including teachers in seminars to improve teacher abilities. This study recommends that supervisors in carrying out academic supervision must be structured and systematic from planning to follow-up as an effort to improve teacher performance and carry out periodic and scheduled supervision so that supervisors can directly see the quality of the learning process in the classroom.  Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pelaksanaan supervise akademik kepala sekolah di MTsN 1 Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi hasil dan tindak lanjut supervise akademik di MTsN 1 Kota Bandung. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa supervise akademik kepala sekolah di MTsN 1 Kota Bandung terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut supervisi akademik. (1) Perencanaan supervise akademik meliputi penyusunan tujuan, jadwal supervise, serta pendekatan dalam melakukan supervise. (2) Pelaksanaan supervise akademik meliputi; melaksanakan perencanaan mengajar guru, pelaksanaan mengajar serta melaksanakan evaluasi mengajar guru. (3) Evaluasi supervise yaitu menilai administrasi perencanaan guru, pelaksanaan guru serta evaluasi penilaian guru terhadap siswa. (4) Tindak lanjut yaitu dengan menganalisis hasil evaluasi kemudian melakukan pembinaan dengan mengikutsertakan guru dalam seminar peningkatan kemampuan guru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada supervisor dalam melaksanakan supervise akademik harus terstruktur dan sistematis dari perencanaan sampai tindak lanjut sebagai upaya peningkatan kinerja guru serta melaksanaka supervise secara periodik dan terjadwal sehingga dapat terlihat oleh supervisor secara langsung kualitas proses pembelajaran di kelas. &nbsp

    MANAJEMEN SOSIALISASI KEGIATAN PESANTREN VIA INSTAGRAM DI PESANTREN MODERN ZIIS CILONGOK

    This study aims to analyze the socialization management of pesantren activities through the Instagram platform at ZIIS Cilongok Modern Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The time of the research was conducted during the period March 1 to March 25, 2023. The objects of research included the Director of the ZIIS Cilongok Modern Islamic Boarding School, the ZIIS Cilongok Modern Islamic Boarding School Asatidz board, and the Instagram admin of the ZIIS Cilongok Modern Islamic Boarding School. Data collection techniques used in this study include interviews, observation, and documentation. The collected data will be analyzed using data triangulation techniques to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the socialization management of pesantren activities through Instagram. The results of this study indicate that in planning the socialization management of Islamic boarding schools activities through Instagram, it is important to use an attractive template that is in accordance with the identity of the Islamic boarding school. In addition, the use of a high-quality camera is also an important factor in producing interesting content. In terms of organization, it is important to form a special team that is responsible for managing Islamic boarding schools\u27 Instagram accounts and creating clear job descriptions. In implementation, the Instagram account management team made templates and uploaded all existing activities so that people could access information about the daily activities of the santri more easily. The school principal also plays a role in supervising and controlling content uploaded via Instagram ZIIS. In the evaluation, a meeting was held with the Media Team to further develop the Islamic boarding school\u27s Instagram account. In addition, a question column was created in the Story to provide opportunities for viewers and santri guardians to provide input and responses to content uploaded on Instagram ZIIS.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen sosialisasi kegiatan pesantren melalui platform Instagram di Pesantren Modern ZIIS Cilongok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama periode 1 Maret hingga 25 Maret 2023. Objek penelitian meliputi Direktur Pesantren Modern ZIIS Cilongok, dewan asatidz Pesantren Modern ZIIS Cilongok, dan admin Instagram Pesantren Modern ZIIS Cilongok. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi data untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang manajemen sosialisasi kegiatan pesantren melalui Instagram. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam perencanaan manajemen sosialisasi kegiatan pesantren melalui Instagram, penting untuk menggunakan template yang menarik dan sesuai dengan identitas pesantren. Selain itu, penggunaan kamera yang berkualitas tinggi juga menjadi faktor penting dalam menghasilkan konten yang menarik. Dalam hal pengorganisasian, penting untuk membentuk tim khusus yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan akun Instagram pesantren dan membuat job description yang jelas. Dalam pelaksanaan, tim pengelola akun Instagram melakukan pembuatan template dan mengupload semua kegiatan yang ada agar masyarakat dapat mengakses informasi tentang kegiatan sehari-hari santri dengan lebih mudah. Kepala sekolah juga berperan dalam mengawasi dan mengontrol konten yang diunggah melalui Instagram ZIIS. Dalam evaluasi, dilakukan rapat dengan Tim Media guna pengembangan lebih lanjut akun Instagram pesantren. Selain itu, dibuat pula kolom pertanyaan di Story untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada penonton dan wali santri untuk memberikan masukan dan tanggapan terhadap konten yang diunggah di Instagram ZIIS

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bahan ajar pada Mata Kuliah Bahasa Indonesia dengan pendekatan Project Based Learning (PjBL) dari aspek konten, bahasa dan desain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi model ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implementation-Evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo semester genap Tahun Akademik 2022/2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aspek konten, desain dan bahasa dengan kategori sangat baik, serta penilaian mahasiswa dengan kategori sangat baik. Oleh karena itu, bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan dapat dimplementasikan pada mata kuliah Bahasa Indonesia
