REKAYASA SIKLUS PENERIMAAN KAS STUDI KASUS PADA RUMAH SAKIT SWASTA DI SEMARANG
The purpose of this study is to analyze, to know the advantages and disadvantages of cash collection system in private hospitals in Semarang based on accounting information systems are still running during this time, then reengineered to improve cash collection cycle. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation. Based on the research, known system of patient care Private Hospital in Semarang, which runs up to now too long because the patient is required to repeatedly (and back) to the Administration outpatients, after the patient completed through the process of health care, and this has resulted in process accounting become too long. Accounting information systems, especially in cash collection in the Private Hospital in Semarang, which is too long results in delays in the process of making financial reports to the Board of Directors. To improve cash collection cycle that has been running for this by making a cash collection system design is shorter in pemprosesannya, namely the patient's payment is made after completing all types of health care in the outpatient clinic at the outpatient administration of the Settlement and a statement made ​​by the Administration patients outpatient care. Design of computerized cash collection system using the method of real time to all processes at the transaction of patients at the Polyclinic and the batch method used in the accounting for all patient care data from the Administration outpatients in the process the next day as a step supervision.   The result is expected to be used as a guide in improving the cash collection system that runs so far in the Private Hospital in Semarang

The title of this research " The strategy of development Semarang city towards M.I.C.E city in the effortincreases acceleration of development commensurable Semarang"Purpose of main this research is to know how the strategy of development Semarang city towards M.I.C.Ecity of development commensurable Semarang. Population and sample this research is tourism industry andstakeholder. Number of samples 50 and returning 42 samples. Sample is taken with purposive sampling that issample has characteristic specially relates to events M.I.C.E in Semarang city. The respondent is government ofsemarang city represented by SKPD, the bisnis tourism and urban community of semarang city which involvein events M.I.C.E, besides also tourist outside a visit to Semarang city. The research approach applies isdescriptive qualitativeness. To know the strategy of development Semarang city has applied SWOT analysis,with FGD and In Depth Interview.Strength and opportunity Semarang city from result of analysis lays in geographical position, the many eventswhich is available, the many place of foods tourism, the many place of events which has not been exploitedmaximumly, and can be hold mutually many investors. The weakness and the threats is the entry of foreignproduct, and new technology, alteration of technology, events big scale pulled in Solo and Jogjakarta city,history and religi tourism fails with other city. The result of analysis shows Semarang city to stay on potitionS<W and O>T so needs internal consolidation and potency Semarang city can be developed furthermore.The SWOT Analysis are more detailed shows Semarang city, with matrix the strategi of developmentSemarang city: a. PENGARUH SUPERVISI DAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP MOTIVASI UNTUK PENINGKATAN KINERJA GURU
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi terhadap motivasi kerja,untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja, untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi terhadap kinerja guru, untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru, untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di SMP N 33 Semarang yang berjumlah 107 orang sampel yang dipergunakan. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dengan cara pembagian kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dua tahap (Two Stage Least Square)(2 SLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Supervisi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja guru SMP N 33 Semarang, Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja guru SMP N33 Semarang, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja guru SMP N33 Semarang, Tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru dapat dipengaruhi oleh supervisi, kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja. Dengan supervisi, kepemimpinan serta motivasi kerja yang tinggi, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru

Pengakuan, pengaturan dan perlindungan terhadap HAM merupakan konsekuensi konsepsi negara hukum. Dalam pelaksanaannya HAM di setiap negara didasarkan pada pandangan yang berbeda sesuai paham yang dianut. Di Indonesia pemikiran tentang HAM nampak dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan. Permasalahannya : Bagaimana implementasi hukum tentang konsepsi perlindungan hak-hak tersangka dalam perkembangan pengaturan HAM di Indonesia ? Politik hukum mengenai HAM tertera di dalam : Ketetapan MPR No. XVII/MPR/1998 tentang HAM, Ketetapan MPR No. IV/MPR/1999 tentang GBHN, dan Undang-Undang No. 39 tahun 1999 tentang HAM dan UU No. 26 Tahun 2000 tentang Pengadilan HAM di bidang hukum pidana pelanggaran HAM di atur dalam UU No. 8 Tahun 1981 tentang KUHAP, yang salah satu tujuannya adalah melindungi hak-hak asasi manusia (tersangka/terdakwa) dalam proses peradilan pidana
PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP KESELAMATAN KERJA DI PERUSAHAAN
Keselamatan kerja dalam bekerja kurang diperhatikan baik itu oleh pekerja maupun  oleh pihak perusahaan. Mereka tidak memperdulikan adanya sumber-sumber bahaya yang sewaktu-waktu dapat menimbulkan malapetaka pada saat bekerja. Kasus kecelakaan, kebakaran, peledakan dan penyakit akibat kerja sangat merugikan semua pihak, berdasarkan penyelidikan ternyata faktor manusia  memegang peranan yang sangat penting karena  diketemukan bahwa 80%-85% kecelakaan kerja disebabkan oleh kelalaian atau kesalahan manusia. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka muncul permasalahan tentang bagaimanakah perlindungan hukum tenaga kerja terhadap  keselamatan kerja di perusahaan dan usaha-usaha apakah yang dilakukan perusahaan dalam menanggulangi kecelakaan kerja, yang akan  diteliti dengan metode penelitian yang bertipe yuridis normatif, yaitu  memberi penjelasan mengenai asas – asas hukum yang diterapkan dan bertumpu pada data sekunder, dengan spesifikasi deskriptif analitis, maksudnya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi gambaran secara menyeluruh dan sistematis mengenai perlindungan hukum tenaga kerja  terhadap keselamatan kerja di perusahaan. Sumber data  meliputi data  sekunder dan data primer. Metode pengumpul data menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan dan   penelitian lapangan dengan wawancara kemudian dianalisa secara analisis kualitatif. Kenyataan  menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan keselamatan kerja ini sangat bervariasi, karena ada perbedaan antara  perusahaan yang satu dengan perusahaan  lainnya. Ada perusahaan yang mengabaikan/ tidak memperdulikan masalah keselamatan kerja tetapi ada pula yang menempatkan keselamatan  kerja sebagai bagian dari bisnisnya. Apabila perusahaan itu baru dirintis maka ada kecenderungan menomorduakan  keselamatan kerja, tapi bila perusahaan itu semakin besar maka perhatian dan kesadaran tentang keselamatan kerja juga ikut berpengaruh. Keselamatan kerja berpengaruh juga dengan  jenis industri atau jenis tehnologi yang dipakai , disamping itu  faktor yang paling menentukan adalah faktor sikap , pandangan atau system nilai yang hidup dan dianut oleh pimpinan dan menejemen perusahaan karena banyak tenaga kerja yang dipandang sebagai faktor produksi , bahkan  ada perusahaan yang sama sekali tidak memperdulikan tanggung jawab sosialnya tetapi hanya berusaha mengejar keuntungan sebesar-besarnya

The main challenges of local government (both Central Java provincial and district/city governments in Central Java) to increase investment, are: the infrastructure improvement and bureaucratic reform. It is recorded in the results of a series of competitiveness surveys, namely the Business Climate Survey (BCS) 2007, Regional Competitiveness Survey in Central Java 2010, Snapshot Survey 2011, and Investment Survey 2012. Therefore, provincial and district/city government should consistently prioritize the use of the budget for infrastructure improvements and reform the bureaucracy seriously, making conducive business climate. The improved investment performance will give a “multiplayer effect†on reducing unemployment and poverty
ANALISIS PENCIPTAAN LAPANGAN KERJA DI KOTA SEMARANG
Workforce development can be viewed from two aspects, namely supplies or labor supply and labor demand or requirement. Manpower development in Central Java province aimed at balancing between labor supply with labor demand. Employment issues in the city of Semarang is urgent to solve one of which is the high Unemployment rate. The purpose of this study to analyze the creation of jobs in the city, in order to reduce the number of unemployed. Sources of data obtained from primary data using interviews (in-depth interview) and Focused Group Discussion (FGD) and secondary data collected by the method of documentation. The research variables are supplies or labor supply (supply) and demand or labor requirements (demand). Engineering analysis using analysis of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat (SWOT). Results of this study indicate that the overall employment number is far fewer than the number of unemployed. As a result, the number of unemployed is difficult to bereduced (backlog). Job opportunities in the field of trade and services is quite open and evolving, but in terms of the availability of labor engaged in trade and services not in accordance with the needs. Employment strategy is to open opportunities as possible for investment is in any field. Job creation or business needs to pay attention to other aspects of the investment, industry, trade, cooperatives and SMEs, as well as the business needs to be raised so that the efforts to reduce the unemployment rate can be realized, and the longer the backlog of unemployed will decrease

Social welfare issues in the city of Semarang categorized into 7 (Seven) strategic issues, namely i). the poor, (ii). Neglected elderly, (iii). With disabilities, (iv). PENGARUH FAKTOR LINGKUNGAN BISNIS EKSTERNAL DAN FAKTOR MANAJERIAL TERHADAP PERENCANAAN STRATEGIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN ( Studi Empiris Pada Industri Kecil Makanan Wingko Babat Di Kota Semarang )
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan bisnis eksternal terhadap Perencanaan Strategik, Faktor Manajerial terhadap Perencanaan strategik, Lingkungan bisnis eksternal terhadap Kinerja, faktor Manajerial terhadap Kinerja dan Perencanaan strategik terhadap Kinerja . Metode dasar dalam penelitian ini adalah metode diskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Library Research, Documentation Research, dan Field Research. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah primer dan data sekunder. Populasi adalah jumlah pengusaha sebanyak 678 orang . Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling yaitu setiap satuan elemen dari populasi mempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk dipilih sebagai sampel sehingga hasilnya dapat dievaluasi secara obyektif. Jumlah sampel yang akan diteliti dari populasi sejumlah 87 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lingkungan bisnis eksternal, faktor manajerial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perencanaan strategik dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan pada lingkungan pengusaha wingko babat di Semaran
