    Analisis Otonomi Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Peran Moderasi Budaya Organisasi Pada Pedagang Kaki Lima Di Perumnas Tlogosari Kota Semarang

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh otonomi kerja pada kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi dengan peran moderasi budaya organisasi pada pedagang kaki lima di Perumnas Tlogosari Kota Semarang. Sampel sebanyak 173 pedagang kaki lima yang berada di kawasan tersebut.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Variabel kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap otonomi kerja (rhitung 6,941 > rtabel 0,332). Dengan demikian nilai Sig = 0,000 < 0,07 koefisien regresi sebesar 0,170. Artinya hipotesis pertama diterima. Variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap otonomi kerja (rhitung 5,387 > rtabel 0,412). Dengan demikian nilai Sig = 0,000 < 0,07 dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,110, sehingga hipotesis ke dua diterima. Variabel moderating budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (rhitung 0,433 > rtabel 0,188). Dengan demikian nilai Sig = 0,000 < 0,07 dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,078. Sedangkan variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (rhitung 0,594 > rtabel 0,175).     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pada pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Blora.(Study Empirik pada Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Blora) . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 pegawai. Data diperoleh secara langsung dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus.. Alat analisis yang dipakai analisis jalur dan regresi dengan uji F, uji t,  dan Uji R2.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji secara serempak (Uji F) menunjukkan secara simultan variabel budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kesimpulan dari analisis jalur  menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan variabel intervening adalah efektif. Budaya organisasi. merupakan variabel yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, karena mempunyai pengaruh yang paling besar, positif dan signifikan.This study aimed is to examine the influence of organizational culture, work environment, compensation on performance through job satisfaction  employees  Local Development Planning Agency of Blora. This study is a quantitative analysis. The data are primary data. The sample in this study are 50 employees at Local Development Planning Agency of Blora.. Sampling techniques using census method. Data obtained directly from the results of questionnaires. The analysis tool used path analysis and regression with F test, t test,  and R2test.The results showed that organizational culture has not a significantly influence job satisfaction. The work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance. The work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Employee satisfaction has a significantly influence employee performance. Employee motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Test results simultaneously (F test) showed that organizational culture, work environment, compensation, job satisfaction have positive and significant impact on employee performance.. The conclusion of this pathway analysis showed that the use of an intervening variable is effective. Organizational culture. was most effective for improving employee performance, because it has the greatest impact, positive and significant

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Value For Money pada KONI Kota Semarang, terutama dalam program pembinaan atlet. Value For Money merupakan konsep pengelolaan organisasi sektor publik yang berdasarkan pada tiga elemen, yaitu : ekonomis, efisiensi dan efektivitas. Data yang digunakan adalah anggaran KONI Kota Semarang yang bersumber dari Anggaran Belanja dan Pendapatan Daerah (APBD) Pemerintah Kota Semarang.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa KONI Kota Semarang, khususnya dibidang pembinaan prestasi dari tahun 2011 – 2013 belum dapat di kategorikan baik. Ditinjau dari segi ekonomisnya “tidak ekonomis†dengan angka presentase 39%. Untuk kreteria efisiensi, dikategorikan “cukup efisiensiâ€, karena rasionya 87%. Sedangkat dari sudut efektifitasnya dapat dikategorikan “ sangat efektifâ€, karena rasionya diatas 100%, yaitu 102%.Kata kunci: Value For Money, KONI, Pembinaan atletAbstractThis study is to analyze Value For Money at KONI Semarang City, especially in athletes coaching program. Value For Money is a concept of public sector organization management based on three elements, namely: economical, efficiency and effectiveness. The data used is the budget KONI Semarang City sourced from the Regional Budget and Revenue (APBD) Semarang City Government. The results showed that KONI Semarang City, especially in the field of achievement from 2011 to 2013 could not be categorized well. In terms of economical, it was "not economically" with a percentage of 39%. For efficiency criteria, it was categorized as "sufficiently efficient", because the ratio is 87%.     The development of bone crackers milkfish had quite big chance since it was apart from being an alternative waste handling might also increased the economic value of thorns fish, as well as improved the taste and nutritional value, especially calcium. This study aims was to determine the effect of the amount of milkfish bone flour addition for physical properties, chemical properties and preference level of panelists to bone crackers milkfish.The design of research used CRD (completely randomized design) with the addition of four treatment concentration of milkfish bone (K0 = addition of 0% milkfish bone flour, K1 = addition of 10% milkfish bone flour, K2 = addition of 15% milkfish bone flour and K3 = addition of 20% milkfish bone flour). Each treatment was repeated three times. It used Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) for calculating the  of each treatment. If there were differences among the treatments then to knew which significantly different a further test using DUNCAN test was done. The collected data was calculated by SPSS 21 program software.The addition of milkfish bone flour in the crackers milkfish bone flour processing affected the level of crackers development (115.49% - 327.35%) and the brightness level (65.81% - 77.08%) but had no effect in the level of hardness (1476.17 gf - 3531.17 gf).The addition of milkfish bone flour in the crackers milkfish bone flour affected ash content (3.58% - 7.50%), fat content (21.52% - 32.41%), protein content (1.80% - 6.71 %), carbohydrates (34.43% - 37.83%), calcium levels (0.02% - 1.17%) but had no effect in the water content (1.51% - 2.31%).The addition of milkfish bone flour influenced the color preference level by panelists (4.16 to 5.33) but not for the flavor (4.83 to 5.32), aroma (4.35 to 4.84) and texture (4.68- 5.25) of crackers

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh return on asset, ukuran perusahaan, dividend payout ratio dan debt to equity ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan  pada perusahaan yang konsisten tergabung dalam Indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di BEI periode Februari 2007 – Januari 2017. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan yang konsisten tergabung dalam indeks LQ 45 selama periode penelitian sebanyak 10 perusahaan.  Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa ringkasan kinerja perusahaan tercatat. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi data panel dengan pendekatan common effect.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa return on equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan (size) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan dividend payout ratio berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci : return on assets ratio, ukuran perusahaan, dividend payout ratio, debt to equity ratio, nilai perusahaan.This study aims to examine the effect of return on assets, firm size, dividend payout ratio and debt to equity ratio on firm value in companies that are consistently incorporated in the LQ45 Index listed on the IDX for the period February 2007 - January 2017. The population of this study are companies which are consistently incorporated in the LQ 45 index during the study period of 10 companies. The data used is secondary data in the form of a summary of the performance of listed companies. The data analysis tool used is panel data regression with a common effect approach.The results showed that return on equity had a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, the size of the company (size) had a negative and significant effect on the value of the company, while the dividend payout ratio had a negative effect not significant on firm value, and the debt to equity ratio had a positive and not significant effect on the value of the company.Keywords: return on assets, company size, dividend payout ratio, debt to equity ratio, company value

    Substitusi Pisang Kepok Putih (Musa balbisiana) Pada Pembuatan Tortilla Chips Pisang

    Pengembangan tortilla chips berpeluang besar karena dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi pisang kepok putih yang tidak populer, serta menciptakan produk baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh substitusi pisang kepok putih terhadap sifat fisik, kimia, β-karoten dan sifat organoleptik.   Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap(RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan substitusi yaitu sebesar 0% (A), 40% (B), 80% (C) dan 100% (D)setiap perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Digunakan Analisis of Variance (ANOVA) untuk menghitung keragaman pada setiap perlakuan. Jika terdapat perbedaan antar perlakuan maka untuk mengetahui mana yang berbeda nyata diadakan uji lanjut menggunakan uji DUNCAN.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan perlakuan substitusi Pisang Kepok Putih berpengaruh terhadap kemekaran linear (23,820-45,752%) dan warna (lightness) yang berkisar antara 54,193-71,740%. Substitusi pisang kepok putih juga berpengaruh terhadap nilai deformation (tekstur) yang berkisar antara 0,546-1,044 mm tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai break strength (tekstur) yang berkisar antara 4,911-6,460 N.  Substitusi Pisang Kepok Putih berpengaruh terhadap kadar air (3,717–5,190%), abu (1,757–4,073%), protein (3,460– 8,533%), karbohidrat (72,180–74,343%), serat kasar (15,430-19,623%) dan betakaroten (0,0023-0,0076 mg/g ) tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kadar lemak (13,250–14,357%). Perlakuan substitusi pisang kepok putih berpengaruh terhadap rasa (4,760 - 5,800), tekstur (4,440–5,467) dan warna (3,733– 6,093) tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap aroma (4,520 - 4,707)tortilla chips.Kata kunci : Tortilla chips, pisang kepok putih, jagung Bisi-2.AbstractDevelopment of tortilla chips is likely to increase the economic value of unpopular white bananas, and create new products. This study aims to determine the effect of white kepok banana substitution on the physical, chemical, β-carotene and organoleptic properties.     The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work culture, work environment, work discipline, compensation, and expertise on the performance of company employees. Based on this, this research takes the title "The Role of Work Culture, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Compensation and Expertise on Employee Performance of PT. Mega Briquette Ungaran â€. The population is all employees of the company PT. Mega Briquette Ungaran Semarang Regency in the production, packing, and administration section of 129 employees. Sampling with random sampling techniques, namely determining the number of samples by taking randomly by giving the existing population the same opportunity to be sampled. Determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula obtained 56 respondents. The data used are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that work culture has a significant effect on the performance of the Company's employees at PT. Lucky Textile Semarang II in semarang. The data were collect by direct observation, documentation, and literatur. This research used descriptive qualitative method with technique of triangulation analysis and 5 step of  accounting management information system.The results showed that the existence of accounting management information systems for product quality control support the production, quality control, quality assurance, and production control in running each activity on their section in to produce the products that suitable with  quality standards. Development of accounting management information system for product quality control should be added accountability report for defective product and downtime report (waiting time handling defect product). The use of accounting management information systems, can not be separated from the risks that exist such as input errors by users system, invalid information, and errors in software and hardware used

    Pengaruh Atribut Produk, Iklan, Harga, Dan Kebutuhan Mencari Variasi Terhadap Keputusan Perpindahan Merek Ke Yamaha NMAX Di Semarang Selatan

    This study aims to determine the effect of product attributes, advertising, prices, and the need to find variations on the brand switching decision to Yamaha NMAX in the area of South Semarang. The population in this study is all consumers who bought Yamaha NMAX motorcycles in South Semarang in 2017. The sample size used as many as 100 respondents, and sampling techniques used quota sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.The result of equation obtained from multiple linear regression analysis shows that product attributes, advertising, price, and need for variation have positive effect on brand switching decision. Coefficient of determination 0,796, meaning that product attribute, advertising, price, and need to find variation can explain variation of variable brand switching decision is 79,6%. F test results obtained value 0.000 <0.05, that the resulting regression model is fit, so the regression model is significant and feasible to use. The result of hypothesis test with t statistic test show that (1) product attribute have positive and significant effect to brand switching decision, (2) advertising have positive and significant effect to brand switching decision, (3) price have positive and significant influence to brand switching decision, and (4) the need to track variations has a positive and significant impact on brand switching decision

    Optimalisasi Kinerja Melalui Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Dan Kepuasan Kerja (Studi pada Aparatur Sipil Negara Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Jepara)

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara(ASN) pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Jepara, Jawa Tengah.Populasi penelitian ASN sebanyak 126 orang dan diambil sebagai  sampel sejumlah  120 responden. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 22 dengan pendekatan structural equation modeling (SEM).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat hipotesis diterima dan satu hiotesis ditolak: (1) hipotesis pertama diterima, kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; (2) hipotesis kedua ditolak, karakteristik pekerjaan  tidak berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja ; (3) hipotesis ketiga diterima, kualitas kehidupan  kerja  berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja; (4)  hipotesis keempat diterima, karakteristik pekerjaan  berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja; dan (5) hipotesis kelima diterima, kepuasan kerja  berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerjaThe purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of quality of work life, job characteristics, and job satisfaction on performance of National Civil Apparatus (ASN) at Sekretariat Daerah Regency of Jepara, Central Java. ASN research population as many as 126 people and taken as a sample of 120 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS program version 22 with structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results showed four accepted hypothesis and one hiotesis rejected: (1) first hypothesis accepted, quality of work life have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; (2) the second hypothesis is rejected, job characteristics have no significant effect on job satisfaction; (3) third hypothesis accepted, quality of work life have a significant positive effect on performance; (4) fourth hypothesis accepted, job characteristics have a significant positive effect on performance; and (5) the fifth hypothesis accepted, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance
