Analisis Kinerja Petugas Farmasi Pelayanan Obat Pasien Rawat Jalan Di RSUD dr.R.Soedjati Soemodiardjo Purwodadi - Grobogan
With the rising status of the community's economy, ease of communication and increasing knowledge about health causes people demand better quality health care, both in terms of attitude and behavior of officers. In accordance with Undang-Undang No. 77 |Tahun 2015 Tentang Pedoman Organisasi Rumah Sakit (Guidelines for the Organization's Hospital), the hospital must perform some functions which aims to realize a hospital organization that is effective, efficient, and accountable in order to achieve the vision and mission of the hospital in accordance with the Good Corporate Governance and Good Clinical Governance. In connection with the above description, researchers interested in conducting research titled "Influence of Pharmaceutical Officer Performance Against Drugs Service Satisfaction Level on Hospital Outpatient dr.R.Soedjati Soemodiardjo Purwodadi". The formulation of the problem in this research is "Is There a clerk Performance Influence Satisfaction Against Pharmaceutical Drug Outpatient Services in dr. R. Soedjati Soemodiardjo Purwodadi? ". The type of research used in this study is explanatory type one. The main instrument in this study were respondents consisting of all visitors Outpatient Pharmacy dr. R. Soedjati Soemodiardjo Purwodadi visiting at the time of study cunducted (50 respondents). Locus of the study is dr.Soedjati Soemodiardjo Hospital Purwodadi Grobogan. This study focused on the effect of worker performance and satisfaction levels outpatient drug services. Data collection techniques by observation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature. Data processing techniques include: editing, coding, and tabulating, To complement the quantitative analysis used qualitative analysis with percentage analysis measurement scale formula. Value = (Score achieved) / (Score expected) × 100%, with the result of the value for the variable X = 70.8% included in the interval 50% - 74.99%, so as to be in the medium category. While the variable Y with the results of value = 71.1% is in the interval 50% - 74.99%, resulting in medium category. As well as testing the hypothesis by using Product Moment Correlation to the relationship variables X and Y obtained price r xy = 0.62, N = 50 Γtable with the significant level of 5% value was 0.273. Thus it can be argued that the value Γobtained is greater than the Γtable (0.62>0.273), so that the statement "There is Influence Officer Performance Against Pharmaceutical Drug Services Patient Satisfaction in Outpatient Hospital Pharmacy dr.R.Soedjati Soemodiarjo Purwodadi" is ACCEPTED. Suggestions can be submitted by researchers are the addition of patient waiting chairs, waiting room cooling equipment, their training for pharmacist, and doctor's clock setting
Pengaruh Kepuasan, Kepercayaan dan Komitmen Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) Cabang Utama Semarang
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan, kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) Cabang Utama Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) Cabang Utama Semarang yaitu sebesar 299 pelanggan. Jadi jumlah sampel yang akan digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah sebanyak 75 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah stratified random sampling. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesisBerdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan ; Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan hal ini ditunjukkan t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel yaitu sebesar 2,365 > 1,666 atau sign t-hitung (0,021) < a=0,05, dengan semakin meningkat kepuasan pelanggan maka semakin meningkat loyalitas pelanggan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan hal ini ditunjukkan t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel yaitu sebesar 4,826> 1,666 atau sign t-hitung (0,000) < a=0,05, dengan semakin meningkat kepuasan pelanggan maka semakin meningkat loyalitas pelanggan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komitmen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan hal ini ditunjukkan t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel yaitu sebesar 2,785 > 1,666 atau sign t-hitung (0,007) < a=0,05, dengan semakin meningkat kepuasan pelanggan maka semakin meningkat loyalitas pelanggan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan, kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan hal ini ditunjukkan F-hitung lebih besar dari F-tabel yaitu sebesar 42,930 > 2,734 atau sign F-hitung (0,000) < a=0,05 dengan semakin meningkat kepuasan, kepercayaan dan komitmen maka semakin meningkat loyalitas pelangganThis study aims to determine the influence of satisfaction, trust and commitment on customer loyalty at PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) Main Branch of Semarang. The population in this study is all users of PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) Main Branch of Semarang which is 299 customers. There is positive and significant correlation between customer loyalty commitment to this case is shown t-count larger than t-table that is equal to 2,785> 1,666 or sign t count (0.007) <a = 0.05, with ever increasing customer satisfaction hence increasing customer loyalty. There is positive and significant correlation between satisfaction, trust and commitment to the customer loyalty it is indicated F-count is greater than F-table that is equal to 42.930> 2.734 or sign F-count (0,000) <a = 0.05 with increasing satisfaction, trust and commitment hence increasing customer loyalt
Perspektif Undang-Undang Perkawinan Terhadap Perkawinan Di Bawah Umur
Perkawinan di bawah umur sudah sejak lama dilakukan oleh masyarakat di Indonesia terutama pada masyarakat pedesaan yang dikategorikan belum maju tingkat pendidikannya, ekonominya ataupun karena tradisi keadaan masyarakat setempat. Dari perspektif Undang-Undang Perkawinan, hal ini jelas bertentangan dengan ketentuan Pasal 7 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 yang mengatur tentang batas usia perkawinan 19 tahun bagi pria dan 16 tahun bagi wanita, dan bertentangan dengan tujuan perkawinan sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974, yaitu pada bunyi kalimat terakhir yang mengatakan bahwa tujuan perkawinan adalah membentuk keluarga yang kekal berdasarkan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 secara prinsip mengatur bahwa calon suami isteri itu harus telah masak jiwa raganya untuk dapat melangsungkan perkawinan agar dapat mewujudkan tujuan perkawinan secara baik tanpa berakhir dengan perceraian. Kata Kunci : Undang-Undang Perkawinan, Perkawinan Di Bawah Umur
Business Analysis Of Waste Banks Connecting Perpres Number 6 In 2015 On Creative Economic Agency (Feasibility Study On KSM Ngudi Kamulyan In Semarang City)
Community effort in creating to increase the benefits of resources is one of the concepts of creative economy which is currently an important issue in Indonesia. Evidently the issuance of PERPRES No. 6 of 2015 concerning the Creative Economy Agency, needs to be encouraged, strengthened and promoted as an effort to increase national economic growth. The emergence of KSM Ngudi Kamulyan which is engaged in the processing of waste into various handicraft products, is concrete evidence in supporting the regulation. The business will certainly experience ups and downs, in 2005-2008 it was not operating because it suffered losses and was active again in late 2008 until now. Organizations that are profit motive must be oriented to the feasibility of business sustainability, so that a study of economic feasibility studies is needed. The study of the response of creative industries and the public regarding the strategic plan of the regulation is also an important part. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis tools. The results obtained that the management stated that the existence of this regulation created a great sense of optimism to develop the creativity of waste management into various handicraft products. This optimism is accompanied by a note that efforts are needed to educate the public, reformulate the scale of business that is feasible, the introduction of appropriate technology and the ease of access to various Deputies prepared by the government. Unfortunately most people actually feel pessimistic and are not sure that the existing deputies are able to support waste management into a creative industry. Based on the analysis of the feasibility study of the financial aspects of the development plan that is projected by the board, a payback period of 4 years 1 month > the duration of the required credit tenor (4 years) is obtained, NPV Rp. -2,813,268 (negative), IRR 10.91% < average credit interest rate (13.65%) and B / C 0.95 < 1. Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keberhasilan Program Sarjana Membangun Desa (SMD) Pada Agribisnis Peternakan Kambing Di Jawa Tengah
Permintaan Pangan hewani di Jawa Tengah terutama daging kambing dari tahun ke tahun terus meningkat. Data menunjukkan bahwa selama lima tahun terakhir (2006-2010) pemotongan kambing berkisar 3,35 juta ekor. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa permintaan daging kambing terus mengalami pertumbuhan ( BPS Jawa Tengah, 2011). Pangan hewani merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar manusia yang harus dipenuhi dalam rangka meningkatkan gizi masyarakat (Pedoman Pelaksanaan SMD, 2010). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan program Sarjana Membangun Desa (SMD) pada agribisnis peternakan kambing di Jawa Tengah dan merumuskan rekomendasi atau gambaran yang bisa dilakukan agar faktor-faktor keberhasilan program SMD pada agribisnis peternakan kambing di Jawa Tengah berjalan lebih baik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey, dan penentuan sampel dengan sampling jenuh. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelompok tani penerima program SMD yang berjumlah 26 kelompok terbagi dalam 16 Kab/Kota dan kelompok ternak kambing di setiap lokasi SMD se Jawa Tengah. Berdasarkan analisis keragaman menggunakan Uji F menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kelompo (X2) dan kompetensi (X3) terhadap keberhasilan program SMD (Y), sedangkan faktor Teknis (X1) tidak berpengaruh nyata negatif terhadap keberhasilan program SMD (Y). Zooteknis SMD (X4) dan Zooteknis peternak (X5) berpengaruh nyata positif terhadap keberhasilan program SMD (Y). Rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan dalam program SMD agribisnis peternakan kambing di Jawa Tengah meliputi: 1) menyediakan lahan pakan, 2) melakukan transfer teknologi pakan, 3) mengadakan jejaring sesama penerima SMD, 4) melakukan pelatihan kelompok atau diikutkan dalam kegiatan pelatihan, 5) memanfaatkan modal, 6) meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas ternakagar bisa menangkap permintaan, 7) secara aktif menangkap peluang pasar dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok.Kata Kunci : SMD, kambing, keberhasilan, agribisnis AbstractDemand for animal food in Central Java, especially goat meat from year to year continues to increase. The data shows that over the past five years (2006-2010) goat cuts ranged from 3.35 million heads. This indicates that demand for goat meat continues to grow (Central Java BPS, 2011). Animal food is one of the basic human needs that must be fulfilled in order to improve the nutrition of the community (Guidelines of SMD Implementation, 2010). The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the success of the Village Development Program (SMD) in goat agribusiness in Central Java and formulate recommendations or descriptions that can be done so that the success factors of the SMD program in goat farming agribusiness in Central Java running better. The research was conducted by survey method, and sampling with saturated sampling. The sample of this research is farmer group of SMD program beneficiaries, amounting to 26 groups divided into 16 districts / cities and groups of goats in every SMD location in Central Java. Based on the analysis of diversity using F Test indicates that there is a significant relationship between the group (X2) and competence (X3) on the success of the SMD (Y) program, while the technical factor (X1) has no significant negative effect on the success of the SMD (Y) program. Zooteknis SMD (X4) and Zooteknis breeders (X5) have a positive effect on the success of SMD (Y) program. Recommendations that can be made in the agribusiness goat livestock SMD program in Central Java include: 1) providing feeding ground, 2) transferring feed technology, 3) networking fellow SMD recipients, 4) conduct group training or be included in training activities, 5) utilize capital, 6) improve the quality and quantity of livestock to capture demand, 7) actively seize market opportunities in an effort to increase group revenue
Determinan Keunggulan Bersaing Berkelanjutan UKM Binaan FEDEP (Forum Economic Development And Employment Promotion) Kota Semarang
AbstraksiMasalah pokok pada penelitian ini adalah faktor apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi kontinuitas usaha para pengusaha UMKM agar bisa memiliki daya saing secara berkelanjutan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para pengusaha kecil dan menengah yang tergabung dalam klaster di kota Semarang. Penarikan sampel meggunakan teknik acak berkelompok. Jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah data yang dapat dianalisis sebanyak 220. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model structural equation model dengan bantuan system AMOS 19.00.Pengusaha kecil menengah akan dapat menjalankan usaha dengan baik dan memiliki kemampuan untuk bersaing secara berkelanjutan apabila memiliki kesadaran untuk selalu meningkatkan pengetahuan melalui pelatihan, kesadaran pentingnya kerjasama, memiliki kepercayaan dan dipercaya oleh berbagai pihak  serta memiliki kemampuan untuk selalu melakukan inovasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi. (2). Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi. (3) Perilaku kerjasama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi. (4). Pengaruh Komunikasi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Usaha Kecil Menengah Rambak Ikan Leo “97†Dhanny Putra Gobbel Batang Dengan Dimediasi Kepuasan Kerja
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pada Usaha Kecil Menengah Rambak Ikan Leo “97â€Dhanny Putra Gobbel Batang dengan Dimediasi Kepuasan Kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan di Usaha Kecil Menengah Rambak Ikan Leo “97â€Dhanny Putra Gobbel Batang sebanyak 32 orang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis langsung dan uji hipotesis tidak langsung atau uji mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja, kepuasan tidak memediasi pengaruh komunikasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja.Kata kunci : komunikasi, kepemimpinan, kinerja, kepuasan kerja This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of communicatio and leadership on performance that mediating by job satisfaction of employer Small and Medium Businesses Leo Fishes "97" Dhanny Putra Gobbel Batang. Studi Penerapan Pengendalian Intern Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penggajian Outsourcing
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pengendalian intern sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian outsourcing dan kendala apa saja dari pengendalian intern sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian outsourcing. Desain Penelitian berlandaskan pada post positivisme. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan.  Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan Teknik Analisis triangulasi yaitu dengan memberikan pertanyaan yang sama kepada 3 narasumber yang berbeda dan 5 langkah analisis sistem.Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa penerapan internal sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian untuk outsourcing masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti otorisasi dokumen dan prosedur pencatatan yang belum efektif pada proses pencatatan dan penggajian yang masih menggunakan aplikasi sederhana, praktik yang kurang sehat seperti penetapan gaji untuk karyawan outsourcing tidak sesuai dengan prestasi kerja para pegawai yang dicapai, serta sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian outsourcing yang perlu diperhatikan seperti pembayaran gaji karyawan outsourcing yang dibayarkan terlebih dahulu sesuai periode penggajian disetiap akhir bulan, kemudian akan ditagihkan ke pengguna jasa (pihak kedua) untuk pembayaran gaji  karyawan outsourcing tersebut.This research is to attempt to explore implementation of internal control on accountng information system of payroll of outsourcing and to understand its obstacles of this implemention. Research design is based on post positivism. Data have been collected by indepth interviewing, documentation, and library reseacrh, so that this study is to use a descriptive qualitative method. Analysis technic used is trigulation with three key informants and 5 steps of system analysis. The results show that the implementation of internal control on AIS of outsourcing payroll faced document otoritation and accounting procedures not yet done effectively because using simple application, best practices was not done well that indicated by payment decision did not related to emplyees’ achievement
Pengaruh Metode Ekstraksi Sari Nanas Secara Langsung Dan Osmosis Dengan Variasi Perebusan Terhadap Kualitas Sirup Nanas ( Ananas comosus L. )
Pineapple fruit is a fruit that quite easily damaged. Alternative actions that can be done to address the problem is to process the fruit into various refined products. Pineapples can be processed into syrup by using two types of extraction which are extraction directly and osmosis. Excess extraction by osmosis method is not using expensive equipment, the manufacturing process is easy and does not use chemicals that are safe for consumption.This research is compiled using a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial pattern consisting of two factors with 2 levels of treatment and repeated 3 times. The first factor is the method of extraction (E) consists of two levels: Direct (M1) and Osmosis (M2). The second factor is the boiling method (P) consists of two levels: without lid (P1) and the lid (P2). Osmosis extraction method by means of a closed boiling produces the value of total dissolved solids, sugar and pineapple syrup vitamin C content highs, respectively 3.86 g / 100g; 44.60% and 3.74 mg / 100ml. Viscosity, total acid and pH values are not affected by the extraction method and means boiling the pineapple syrup. Direct extraction method by means of a closed boiling produces the highest water content (64.83%) and the lowest sugar content (32.20 g / 100g)
Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional Melalui Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan (Perspektif Hukum Asuransi)
Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan merupakan program pemerintah dalam kesatuan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) yang diresmikan pada tahun 2013 dan mulai beroperasi pada tahun 2014. BPJS Kesehatan ini merupakan badan hukum nirlaba yang bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden.  Sebagai badan hukum nirlaba BPJS Kesehatan mempunyai fungsi sosial. Fungsi sosial ini dapat dilihat dari iuran peserta BPJS yang terdiri dari peserta mandiri dan Peserta Bantuan Iuran (PBI). Peserta BPJS Kesehatan adalah semua warga negara Indonesia dan warga negara asing yang sudah tinggal di Indonesia paling sedikit enam bulan. Besarnya jumlah iuran yang harus dibayar peseta mandiri tergantung dari kelas rawat inap yang diinginkan. Kelas rawat inap terbagi menjadi tiga kelas dengan besaran iuran yang bervariasi. Semakin tinggi kelas yang diinginkan peserta BPJS Keehatan semakin besar iurannya per orang dan per bulan. Peserta BPJS dalam membayar iuran tidak boleh menunggak dan apabila menunggak maka status kartu BPJS akan dihentikan sampai peserta melunasi iuran yang tertunggak.
