MENINGKATKAN ECOLITERACY SISWA SD MELALUI METODE FIELD-TRIP KEGIATAN EKONOMI PADA MATA PELAJARAN ILMU PENGETAHUAN SOSIAL
The purpose of this research is to improve ecoliteracy students through field-trip method of the impact upon economic activity in the form of waste tahu. This study uses observations in the form of the method field-trip to the factory tahu and the school environment. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (classroom action research) in the fourth-grade students of SDN Lembur Situ , North Sumedang. Ecoliteracy indicator of this research is to use an indicator of Thomas Lickona (2012) in which there are knowledge aspect, awareness and application. The research instrument used was direct observation of a student observation sheets, questionnaires, student worksheets, test tool evaluation and field record sheets were used to obtain data through records in a form and format that checklist done by the author and our partners as an observer. Implementation of classroom action research was conducted three cycles. Results from this study are the increased understanding, awareness and application of students to ecoliteracy.Keywords: ecoliteracy, field-trip, economic, IPS, SD
PERSEPSI GURU MENGENAI SEX EDUCATION DI SEKOLAH DASAR KELAS VI
The role of technology, especially information technology in Indonesia in the building society XXI century. Indonesia has begun to enter the stage of the telematics community will certainly have a major impact on all levels of life of the Indonesian nation, especially in children. The emergence of a great revolution throughout the world of children's playground, Internet presence replaces the open airy space for children's play, besides presenting impression's Internet pornography and violence can harm the development of children's personality. Sexual deviance behavior at the level of schooling is quite surprising, of course. This is a challenge for education and should be used as a rationale for the need for innovation in learning. Things into consideration are for this. Sex education in early childhood is considered taboo in society. Guru is one of the determining factors of high and low quality of education has a strategic position in transforming sex education to learners. SIARAN RADIO CITRA 99.4 FM SEBAGAI MEDIA PELESTARIAN TEMBANG SUNDA BAGI SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR
This research inspects about preservation of traditional art through tembang sunda cianjuran on Citra radio 99, 4 FM Sumedang. The problems inspected in this research as follows, First, how does the preservation of tembang sunda cianjuran present on the Citra Radio 99, 4 FM broadcast program? Second, how does the contribution of the electronic media Citra radio broadcast programme for tembang sunda cianjuran and the artist in Sumedang? In order to get the answer to the problems, the qualitative research done, that is the content analysis. Content analysis is one of the research methods to produce objective and systematic description. The result from this research shows that Citra Radio 99, 4 FM Sumedang broadcast program can be a system support to tembang sunda cianjuran. This broadcast can stimulate the listener memory about tembang sunda cianjuran that the listener ever heard or studied when they are still young. The contribution of the radio can be felt by the artist, especially to the popularity of the music player and the singer of Citra radio 99,4 FM.Keywords: tembang, preservation, media
PROFIL KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR BERDASARKAN LATAR BELAKANG PENDIDIKAN PRASEKOLAH (TK DAN NON TK)
The background of this research is importance of mastering social skills by elementary school students, both of which entered formal education (kindergarten) or informal education (family). The research objective is obtaining students' social skills profiles based on preschool educational background (kindergarten and non-kindergarten). The study was conducted in elementary schools Cijerokaso 1 and 2 Bandung using a quantitative approach and descriptive study method. The results have shown: (1) profile of social skills of elementary school students with a kindergarten background in general is at high qualifications and social skills profile of elementary school students with a non kindergarten background in general are at high and medium qualifications; (2) There is no difference in terms of average social skills between elementary school students with kindergarten background and elementary school students with non kindergarten background, either in general or by each category.Keywords: social skills, elementary school student, preschool educational background
PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF DENGAN PENDEKATAN EXPERIENTAL LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL
The purpose of this research is (1) to improve the social skill of elementary school students, (2) finding adequate instructional design model to improve students’ social skill. The research is conducted at the classroom action research consists of two cycles, every cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The average value of Social Skills students in a cycle one is 62.01 and 72.52 in the two cycles. The percentage asset value in the classical mastery of social skills is 40% in cycle 1 and 85.85% in cycle 2. Based on the result, the conclusions are: 1) Model cooperative learning with experiential learning approach, can improve students' social skills. (2) Instructional design to improve the social skills of students in learning social study is a model of cooperative learning with experiential learning approach.Keywords: cooperative model, experiental learning, social skill
PENGGUNAAN METODE INDEX CARD MATCH PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS POKOK BAHASAN MENGENAL SEJARAH UANG
This research is a classroom action research with the shape of repeatedly the cycle. Subject of this research is the third year-students of a State Islamic Elementary School I, Bandung. Instrument used during this research is an essay test (viz. subjective test), namely test of every cycle and observation of students and teachers’ activity. Based on the research finding it is concluded that the learning process with the index card match method conducted in three cycles can enhance the students’ learning outcomes. The highest percentage of score average on the students’ activity is 90.30% at the third cycle. Meanwhile, the highest percentage of score average on the teachers’ activity is 94.10% at the third cycle. In addition, the students’ learning outcomes also increase at each of cycles. That is, the score average over the cycle I is 46.51%, of the cycle II 63.48%, and of the cycle III 78.48%.Keywords: index card match, method, learning outcome
TEKNIK MEMBACA BUKU DENGAN MEMBUKA-BUKA BUKU
Openning book is one of human daily activities when they read books. When someone openning book, she or he has not done something that does not have any purpose. There are many benefits in opennig book activities, one of them is retrieving comprehension as much as possible. Openning book means repeatedly openning the pages, reading important portion of the page and skipping less important portion of the page. Openning books activity can be being done in a relatively short time (e.g. five minutes or half an hour) and will have been completed once at a time. Openning book reading technique can be used even by the students in elementary school. EKSPRESI VISUAL ANAK: REPRESENTASI INTERAKSI ANAK DENGAN LINGKUNGAN DALAM KONTEKS EKOLOGI BUDAYA
This research is to fine (1) visual elements, composition, and expression style on children’s drawing in coastal, urban, and mountainous environment in Semarang, (2) representation the sub environment in the children’s drawing in Semarang. Qualitative approach (multi case study) is used in this research. There are two content of the results. First, visual elements, composition, and expression style on children’s drawing in coastal, urban, and mountainous environment in Semarang show each characteristics. Second, attitude, behavior, and values in the coastal, urban, mountain environment not only were drawn explicitly, but also implicitly, that is indicated by the selection of shapes, use of color, organization, and style of the picture. It can be concluded that the expression of the children’s drawing shows "the cultural expressions diversity". Keywords: children, drawing, environment, visual expression
SITUATION-BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING MATEMATIS SISWA SD
In general, the learning activity that occurs is more emphasis on the process of learning to learn to answer questions rather than learn how to present the question. Students do not learn how to bring mathematical problems (problem posing) are of interest to them, from a mathematical situation faced. This results in the problem of finding the weak ability of students, so the ability of the idea of finding and problem solving students also weak. Idea finding, problem finding and problem solving is an aspect of the ability of Creative Problem Solving (CPS) mathematically. Therefore, the ability of CPS becomes very necessary to be developed in the learning of mathematics. For this purpose, the necessary mathematics learning more digging ability in presenting the problem and resolve the concerns raised by the students themselves, using the Situation-Based Learning (SBL). This study used a quasi-experimental. The results of the study concluded that an increase in the ability to obtain mathematical CPS students getting SBL better learning than students who received conventional learning significantly. CPS strongest mathematical ability of the students are in fact finding aspects, while CPS mathematical abilities of the students in the weakest aspect of finding acceptance. PENGEMBANGAN DESAIN BLENDED LEARNING UNTUK PROGRAM PELATIHAN PENDALAMAN MATERI IPA BERBASIS KEBUTUHAN MAHASISWA PGSD
The Curriculum 2013 for primary school education which is now applied in Indonesia put emphasis on thematic learning model using the scientific approach. The application of this curriculum has raised certain concerns on teachers and student teachers of primary school. The lack of confidence and the lack of mastery of science concepts by student teachers, especially those whose major are nonscience department have the potential to affect the quality of thematic science teaching when they carry out their duties in the future. Development of in-depth understanding from science material training program and its relevance to the curriculum 2013 using blended learning model can be one of the ways to overcome these problems. Blended learning is a learning strategy that combines offline or online interaction with face-to-face learning interaction. The training programs for in-depth understanding of science material using blended learning models is expected to increase the self-confidence, mastery of science concepts, and the ability to design a thematic science learning for elementary school student teachers.
