    PERBANDINGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GUIDED INQUIRY DENGAN GUIDED DISCOVERY TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA

    The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in learning outcomes using Guided Inquiry learning model with Guided Discovery in Human Population Density Influence matter to the Environment. The design of research was the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Quantitative data were such as cognitive learning results obtained from the value of pretest, posttest, and N-gain were analyzed using t test and U at the level of 5%. Qualitative data were the data obtained from the affective observation sheet and analyzed descriptively. The Results showed that the average of N-gain using Guided Inquiry was higher (61.87%) compared to Guided Discovery (26.53%). The average percentage of affective student experiment class I (83.33%) and experiment II (81.62%) had a good criteria. Thus there is a difference between Guided Inquiry learning model with Guided Discovery on student learning outcomes.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar dalam menggunakan model pembelajaranGuided InquirydenganGuided Discoverypada materi Pengaruh Kepadatan Populasi Manusia Terhadap Lingkungan. Desain penelitian ini berupathe randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Data kuantitatif berupa hasil belajar ranah kognitif yang diperoleh dari nilai pretes, postes, danN-gainyang dianalisis menggunakan uji t dan uji U pada taraf kepercayaan 5%. Data kualitatif berupa data afektif yang diperoleh dari lembar observasi dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rataN-gainmenggunakanGuided Inquirylebih tinggi (61,87%) dibandingkanGuided Discovery(26,53%). Rata-rata persentasi afektif siswa kelas eksperimen I (83,33%) dan eksperimen II (81,62%) memiliki kriteria baik.     PENGARUH LEMBAR KERJA SISWA BERBASIS INKUIRI TERBIMBING TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS

    This study aimed to determine the effect of student work sheet guided inquiry based on improving Science Process Skill. Study design was pretest-posttest non-equivalent group. Samples were VII1 and VII2 that were chosen by Purposive Sampling. Quantitative data which were obtained from the average value of test were analyzed by t-test and U-test. The qualitative data were students Science Process Skill from the observation sheet and questionnaire responses that analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the N- gain average of exsperiment class was (70,78). Observation result of Science Process Skill has high criteria (80,54%), and most (85,48%) of the students gave positive respond to Student Work Sheet based on Guided Inquiry. Thus, the use of guided inquiry based worsheets could improved science process skill students in the subject matter of contamination and its impact on living.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Lembar Kerja Siswa berbasis Inkuiri Terbimbing dalam meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses Sains. Desain penelitian pretes-postes kelompok tak ekuivalen. Sampel penelitian siswa kelas VII1 dan VII2 SMP Negeri 1 Pagelaran dipilih secara Purposive Sampling. Data KPS siswa yang diperoleh dari nilai pretest, postest, dan N-gain yang dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dan uji-U. Data kualitatif KPS dan tanggapan siswa dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian Sd N-gain sebesar (70,78 18,97). Observasi KPS memiliki kriteria tinggi (80,54%) dan sebagian besar (85,48%) siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penggunaan LKS Inkuiri Terbimbing. Dengan demikian, penggunaan LKS berbasis Inkuiri Terbimbing dapat meningkatkan KPS siswa pada materi pokok pencemaran dan dampaknya bagi makhluk hidup.Kata kunci: keterampilan proses sains (KPS), LKS inkuiri terbimbing, pencemaran, dan dampaknya bagi makhluk hidu

    PENGARUH MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF

    The purpose of this research was to know the influence of problem based learning model on creative thinking skill at SMP N 2 Jati Agung. The design of this reserach was quasi experimental with samples students VIIC and VIID that were chosen by Purposive Sampling. The research data were quantitative data which were obtained from pre test, post test and N-gain which analyzed using t-test and qualitative data which were obtained from observation students activity and questionnaire of students responses. The research result showed that experiment class average (53,33) was higher than control class (48,30) and percentage average students activity on experiment class (81,66%) was higher than control class (64,22%) and almost all students give positive responses on using PBL. Therefore, it can be concluded that PBL model influenced creative thinking skill in environmental management subject matter.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh model PBL terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif di SMP N 2 Jati Agung. Penelitian bersifat quasi eksperimental dengan sampel penelitian siswa kelas VIIC dan VIID yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data penelitian berupa data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai pretes postes dan N-gain yang dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dan data kualitatif diperoleh dari observasi aktivitas belajar dan angket tanggapan siswa yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata peningkatan pada kelas eksperimen (53,33) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol (48,30) dan rata-rata persentase aktivitas belajar siswa kelas eksperimen (81,66%) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol (64,22%) serta mendapat tanggapan positif dari siswa.     PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PBI TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF DALAM TULISAN ARGUMENTATIF

    The purpose of this research was to know the influence of PBI model to creative thinking skill in argumentative writing on influence of population density on environment subject matter. The design of this research was control group pretest-posttest non equivalent. The samples were class VII3 and VII2 SMP Satya Dharma Sudjana Central Lampung, which was obtained by purposive sampling technique. The quantitative data were creative thinking in argumentative writing which were obtained from pretest, posttest, and N-gain that were analyzed by t test and U test. The qualitative data were response to PBI model which obtained from questionnaire were analyzed by descriptive. The result showed that the average of creative thinking in argumentative writing N-gain in experiment class was 52,33% different significantly than control class (40,04%) and most of the students showed positive responses to the using of PBI model. It could be concluded that PBI model influenced creative thinking skill in argumentative writing.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model PBI terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dalam tulisan argumentatif siswa pada materi pengaruh kepadatan populasi manusia terhadap lingkungan. Desain penelitian ini merupakan desain pretest-posttest tak ekuivalen. Sampel adalah siswa kelas VII3 dan VII2 SMP Satya Dharma Sudjana Lampung Tengah, yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data kuantitatif berupa berpikir kreatif dalam tulisan argumentatif diperoleh dari pretest, posttest, dan N-gain yang dianalisis dengan uji t dan uji U. Data kualitatif berupa tanggapan siswa terhadap model PBI diperoleh dari angket yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, rata-rata N-gain berpikir kreatif dalam tulisan argumentatif siswa kelas eksperimen (52,33%) berbeda signifikan dengan kelas kontrol (40,04%) dan sebagian besar siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penggunaan model PBI. Sehingga, penerapan model PBI berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dalam tulisan argumentatif siswa.Kata kunci: kemampuan berpikir kreatif, PBI, tulisan argumentati

    PERBANDINGAN MODEL JIGSAW DENGAN NHT TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATERI SISTEM PENCERNAAN

    This research was aimed to know students learning achievement which is higher between Jigsaw and NHT in digestive system material. The research design was pretest-posttestcomparative group with purposive sampling so that students of XI IPA1 and XIIPA2 class SMA Negeri 1 Kedondong used as subjects. Quantitative data obtainedfrom the average value of pretest, posttest, and N-gain were analyzed using U-testand t-test. Qualitative data obtained from description of learning activities. Theresearch result showed that NHT improved learning achievement with averageN-gain (0,43). Improvement of N-gain C2 indicator (0,57), C3 (0,25), C4 (0,44),and C5 (0,44). Students learning activities average of NHT (59,03%) mediumcriteried. Jigsaw class (53,70)% low criteried. Thus, model NHT influencedsignificantly to improve activities and students learning achievement of digestivesystem subject matter.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi antaraJigsaw dengan NHT pada materi sistem pencernaan. Desain penelitian pretes posteskelompok pembanding dengan purposive sampling sehingga kelas XI IPA1dan XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 1 Kedondong sebagai subjek. Data kuantitatifdiperoleh dari rata-rata nilai pretes, postes, dan N-gain dianalisis menggunakanuji U dan uji t. Data kualitatif berupa deskriptif aktivitas belajar. Hasil penelitianNHT meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan rata-rata N-gain (0,43). Peningkatanterjadi pada N-gain indikator C2 (0,57), C3 (0,25), C4 (0,44), dan C5 (0,44).Rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa yang menggunakan NHT (59,03%) berkriteriasedang. Kelas Jigsaw (53,70%) berkriteria rendah.     PENGARUH MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA

    The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of discovery learning model to critical thinking skill and students learning activity on immune system subject matter. The sample were students of IX IPA1 and IPA2 SMAN 16 Bandar Lampung. The design of this research was pretest posttest non equivalent. The quantitative data were critical thinking skill that were obtained from pretest and posttest which analyzed by using t-test and U-test with signification level of 5%. Learning activity data and students perception were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that N-gain of critical thinking skill on experiment class was 45,63 which was higher than control class was 29,36. Learning activity on experiment class was 75% which was higher than control class was 59,19%. Therefore, discovery learning model gave significantly influence in improvement of critical thinking skill and students learning activity on immune system subject matter.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model discovery learning terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan aktivitas belajar siswa pada materi sistem pertahanan tubuh. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IX IPA1 dan IPA2 SMAN 16 Bandar Lampung. Desain penelitian pretest posttest non equivalent. Data kuantitatif berupa keterampilan berpikir kritis yang diperoleh dari pretest dan posttest dan dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dan U dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Data aktivitas belajar dan tanggapan siswa dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan N-gain keterampilan berpikir kritis kelas eksperimen (45,63) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol (29,36). Aktivitas belajar kelas eksperimen (75%) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol (59,19%). Sehingga, model discovery learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan aktivitas belajar siswa pada materi sistem pertahanan tubuh.Kata kunci: aktivitas belajar, berpikir kritis, discovery learnin

    PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of science process skills to the improvement of students' critical thinking skills in the structure and function of plant parts subject matter in Elementary School 1 Kampung Baru. The samples were students of IVB and IVA chosen by purposive sampling technique. The data of this research were quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data was obtained from the average test scores that were analyzed using t-test. The qualitative data was obtained from the observation sheet student learning activities that were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study showed that use of experimental class science process skills (KPS) gave an effect on the improvement of students' critical thinking skills. Thus, the use of science process skills could enhance critical thinking skills in the subject matter structure and function of plant parts by the students of SD Negeri 1 Kampung Baru.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan proses sains terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berfikir kritis siswa pada materi pokok struktur dan fungsi bagian tumbuhan di SD Negeri I Kampung Baru. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IVB dan IVA yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian ini berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai tes yang dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari lembar observasi aktivitas belajar siswa yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan penggunaan keterampilan proses sains (KPS) berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berfikir kritis siswa.     PENGARUH INKUIRI TERBIMBING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR RANAH KOGNITIF DAN KETERAMPILAN GENERIK SAINS

    The purpose of this research was to know the influence of guided inquiry learning model to students cognitive learning outcomes and science generic skills (SGS). The samples were students of SMAN 1 Tumijajar that were chosen by purposive sampling technique. The quantitative data were students learning outcomes and SGS. The qualitative data were observation result of SGS and responses. The results were students cognitive indicators (C2, C3, C4, C6) of experiment class with average N-gain which was 58,00 that different significantly and higher than control class which was 39,70, only C5 indicator that was not different. Average N-gain of SGS from experiment class 68,76 which was different significantly and higher than control class which was 35,28. Most of students (88.23%) gave positive responses. Thus, the application of guided inquiry learning model could improve cognitive learning outcomes and SGS of students in the subject matter of Ecosystem.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar kognitif dan Keterampilan Generik Sains (KGS) siswa. Sampel adalah siswa SMAN 1 Tumijajar dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data kuantitatif berupa hasil belajar kognitif dan KGS. Data kualitatif berupa observasi KGS dan tanggapan siswa. Hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas eksperimen dengan rata-rata N-gain (58,00) berbeda signifikan dan lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol (39,70). Rata-rata N-gain indikator soal C2, C3,C4, C5 dan C6 kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi. Hanya pada indikator C5 berbeda tidak signifikan. KGS siswa kelas eksperimen dengan rata-rata N-gain (68,76) berbeda signifikan dengan kelas kontrol (35,28). Sebagian besar siswa (88,23%) memberikan tanggapan positif. Sehingga, penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif dan KGS siswa pada materi pokok Ekosistem.Kata kunci : inkuiri terbimbing, keterampilan generik sains, ranah kogniti

    PENGARUH MODEL TGT MEDIA KARTU BERGAMBAR TERHADAP AKTIVITAS BELAJAR DAN PENGUASAAN MATERI

    This study was aimed to determine the effect of TGT learning model and flash card media toward students learning activity and material understanding. This study was designed using not equevalent group pretest posttest design. The samples were students of grade X1 and X2 and it was established by purposive sampling. The qualitative data of students learning activity was collected by observation sheet, and students respones was collected by questionnaire, then it was analyzed descriptively. The quantitative data of material understanding was collected by an average value of pretest, posttest and N-Gain, then it was analyzed statistically using t-test and U-test. The results of this study showed an increased students learning activity with percentage 80,16% as high criteria, but it was not influence significantly to students material understanding of Plant Kingdom. The N-gain average of material understanding on C1 indicator was 92,8617,93; and C3 indicator was 32,7127,79 were not different significantly. While, C2 indicator was 86,5424,13 different significantly.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran TGT dengan media kartu bergambar terhadap aktivitas belajar dan penguasaan materi oleh siswa. Desain penelitian adalah pretes-postes kelompok tak ekuivalen. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas X1 dan X2 yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data kualitatif berupa aktivitas belajar yang diperoleh melalui lembar observasi, dan tanggapan siswa diperoleh melalui angket, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Data kuantitatif berupa penguasaan materi siswa diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai pretes, postes, dan N-gain, kemudian dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan uji-t dan uji-U. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata aktivitas belajar yaitu 80,16% dengan kriteria tinggi, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan penguasaan materi Dunia Tumbuhan. Rata-rata N-gain penguasaan materi pada indikator C1 sebesar 92,8617,93; dan indikator C3 sebesar 32,7127,79 tidak berbeda signifikan, namun indikator C2 sebesar 86,5424,13 berbeda signifikan.Kata kunci: aktivitas belajar, kartu bergambar, penguasaan materi, TG

    PENGARUH PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR KULIT BUAH PISANG KEPOK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN KANGKUNG DARAT

    The objective of this research was to know the effect of a liquid organic fertilizer kepok banana peels on the growth of water spinach (Ipomoea reptans Poir) and make worksheet of plant growth and development. The experiment design used was Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 6 replications. The concentration of fertilizer used were 0, 20, 40, and 60 ml / plant. The results showed that the use of liquid organic fertilizer from kepok banana peels have very significant effect on the growth of water spinach (Ipomoea reptans Poir). The concentration of fertilizer that gave best results was the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer from kepok banana peels 20 ml. Worksheet of plant growth and development was composed with a very suitable category that can be applied for class XII student of SMAN 1 Gadingrejo.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk organik cair dari kulit pisang kepok terhadap pertumbuhan kangkung darat (Ipomoea reptans Poir) dan membuat LKS materi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 kali ulangan. Kosentrasi pupuk yang digunakan yaitu 0, 20, 40, dan 60 ml/tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pupuk organik cair dari kulit pisang kepok berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman kangkung darat (Ipomoea reptans Poir). Kosentrasi pupuk yang memberikan hasil paling baik yaitu pada kosentrasi pupuk organik cair dari kulit pisang kepok 20 ml. LKS materi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman disusun dengan kategori sangat layak sehingga dapat diterapkan pada siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Gadingrejo.Kata kunci: kangkung darat, kulit pisang kepok, LKS, pertumbuhan tanaman, pupuk organik cai
