ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana internalisasi nilai pendidikan multikultural sebagai pembentuk sikap toleransi dan mengapa internalisasi nilai pendidikan multikultural dilakukan sebagai pembentuk sikap toleransi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah (1) sumber data primer dan (2) sumber data sekunder. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Teknik uji validitas data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber. Teknik pengambilan informan yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penyajian data dari Miles dan Haberman dengan tahapan yaitu (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, (3) tahap kesimpulan dan (4) verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Dalam upaya guru sebagai aktor dalam menginternalisasikan nilai pendidikan multikultural pada siswa melalui kegiatan formal dan non formal sekolah. Dalam kegiatan formal yaitu melalui kegiatan belajar mengajar seperti pada mata pelajaran Sosiologi dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan yang menekankan nilai pendidikan multikultural. Sedangkan kegiatan non formal upaya yang dilakukan melalui ekstrakurikuler dan aktivitas yang diadakan oleh sekolah. (2) Dari upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam menginternalisasikan nilai pendidikan multikultural sebagai pembentuk sikap toleransi siswa, para guru memiliki pertimbangan alasan, manfaat dan dampak agar siswa dapat menghargai dan menghormati perbedaan, mencerminkan dan menjaga nama baik almamater sekolah, tidak bertindak bullying dan memperkuat rasa kesatuan.

KARAKTERISTIK BAHASA INDONESIA LOGAT PAPUA DAN RELEVANSINYA SEBAGAI MATERI AJAR MATA KULIAH SOSIOLINGUISTIK DI PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN BAHASA INDONESIA UNIVERSITAS SEBELAS MARET
Get PDFAbstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa peristiwa, informan, dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumen. Uji validitas data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data model alir. Hasil penelitian ini adalah deskripsi tentang: (1) karakteristik bahasa Indonesia logat Papua dibedakan berdasar unsur linguistik dan nonlinguistik. Unsur linguistik meliputi; (a) penggantian fonem; (b) penggantian diftong; (c) pelesapan fonem; (d) penggunaan intonasi. Unsur nonlinguistik berupa peristiwa tutur dan paralinguistik; (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi munculnya karakteristik bahasa Indonesia logat Papua, yaitu; (a) kesatuan administratif; (b) rasa identitas komunitas yang khusus; (c) tinggal di wilayah geografi yang sama; (d) pengalaman sejarah; (3) bahasa Indonesia logat Papua memiliki relevansi sebagai materi ajar mata kuliah sosiolinguistik di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia Universitas Sebelas Maret.

Abstract: This research is a case study research.. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Source of data used in the form of events, informants, and documents. Data collection technique used are direction observation, interview, and document. The data validity test used is triangulation of source and triangulation method. Data analysis technique used is flow model. The result of this research is description of: (1) the characteristic Indonesian Papuan dialect are divided into linguistic and nonlinguistic elements. The linguistic elements include; (a) phoneme replacement; (b) diphthong replacement; (c) phoneme removal; (d) the use of intonation. Nonlinguistic elements are speech and paralinguistic events; (2) the factors that influence the emergence of Indonesian Papuan dialect are; (a) administrative unity; (b) a specific sense of community identity; (3) the same of geographical area; (d) historical experience; (3) characteristics of Indonesian Papuan dialect has relevance as materials of sociolinguistic subject at Indonesian Language Education Department of Sebelas Maret University.

KAJIAN PSIKOLOGI SASTRA NOVEL BIDADARI BERMATA BENING KARYA HABIBURRAHMAN EL SHIRAZY DAN NILAI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER TOKOH DALAM PERSPEKTIF PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA
Get PDFAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan: (1) unsur intrinsik novel Bidadari Bermata Bening; (2) beban psikologis tokoh utama; (3) nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter; (4) kedudukan novel Bidadari Bermata Bening karya Habiburrahman El-Shirazy dalam perspektif pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan psikologi sastra. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) setiap unsur novel memiliki keterkaitan dengan unsur yang lain sehingga membuat cerita yang padu. (2) analisis psikologi untuk beban psikologis tokoh utama menggunakan teori analisis Sigmund Freud yang meliputi tiga unsur kepribadian yaitu id, ego, dan superego. (3) nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat dalam novel meliputi religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, rasa ingin tahu, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat/ komunikatif, cinta damai, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab. (4) novel Bidadari Bermata Bening karya Habiburrahman El-Shirazy dapat digunakan sebagai materi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe and explain: (1) intrinsic element of novel Bidadari Bermata Bening; (2) psychological burden of the main character; (3) character education values; (4) the position of novel Bidadari Eye Bening by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy in Indonesian Language Learning perspective. This research was conducted by qualitative descriptive method and using psychology approach of literature. The results of this study indicate that: (1) each element of the novel has relevance with other elements so as to make the story coherent. (2) psychological analysis for the psychological burden of the main character using Sigmund Freud's theory of analysis which includes the three elements of personality namely id, ego, and superego. (3) the values of character education contained in the novel include religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, curiosity, respectful achievement, friendly / communicative, peace loving, social caring, and responsibility. (4) novel Bidadari Bermata Bening by Habiburrahman El Shirazy can be used as Learning material of Bahasa Indonesia.

Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Laboratorium Pendidikan Ekonomi Mini Market Tania Tahun 2018
Get PDFThe aims of this research are: 1) to determine the influence of organization culture toward the performance organization of economic education laboratory mini market tania in 2018 2) to determine the influence of leadership toward the performance organization of economic education laboratory mini market tania in 2018 3) the influence of work discipline toward the performance organization of economic education laboratory mini market tania in 2018 and 4) to determine the influence of organization culture, leadership and work discipline toward the performance organization of economic education laboratory mini market tania in 2018. This research is a quantitative research. The population of the research was student of 2016 economic education. The sampling technique used was Sampling Jenuh. The number of samples was 53 respondents. The data collection methods used were questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The result of the research shows that the equity of the multiple regression is Y Y = 7,246 + 0,247 X1 + 0,305 X2 + 0,464 X3. The regression coefficient is positive which means that the organization culture is positively toward the performance organization, leadership is positively toward the performance organization and work discipline toward the performance organization. It means that the better the organization culture, the leadership and the work discipline is, the higher the performance organization achievement will be. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that: (1) the cultural organization is positively and significantly influential toward the performance organization which is shown by the probability value of < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), (2) the leadership is positively and significantly influential toward the performance organization which is shown by the probability value of < 0.05 (0.003 < 0.05), (3) the work discipline is positively and significantly influential toward the performance organization which is shown by the probability value of < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and Adjusted R square value of 0,762%. It is shown that 76,2% of the performance organization is influenced by the organization culture, the leadership and the work discipline, while the rest which is 23,8% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this research

Peneliti menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan cara menganalisis berdasarkan kenyataan yang terdapat dalam novel tersebut. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik baca-catat yang digunakan unuk memperoleh data dengan cara membaca, memahami, dan mencatat kutipan-kutipan yang sesuai dengan rumusan malasah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peran perempuan yang ikut adil dalam pergerakan pasca revormasi terdapat dalam novel Pulang dan Laut Bercerita Karya Leila S. Chudori

Dalam menggunakan bahasa Indonesia orang asing masih kesulitan menemukan kata yang sama persis. Fenomena ini disebabkan kurangnya perhatian berbagai pihak dalam penegakan aturan pemakaian bahasa Indonesia. Get PDFThis research was conducted to find out whether or not: (1) the influence of Entrepreneurship learning on entrepreneurial interest in FKIP students in the program of Economic Education at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta in the AEC era, (2) the effect of Career Guidance learning on entrepreneurship interest in FKIP students in the program of Economic Education Sebelas Maret University Surakarta in the AEC era, and (3) the influence of Entrepreneurship learning and Career Guidance on entrepreneurial interest in FKIP students in the program of Economic Education at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta in the AEC era. This research was using quantitative research with descriptive research. The population in this research were all economic students of the 2014 Sebelas Maret University in Surakarta as many as 57 students. Technique of collecting data used was questionnaire. Questionnaires techniqu are used to collect data about Entrepreneurship learning, Career Guidance learning, and entrepreneurial interests at AEC era. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with level of significance 0,05.The results of this research can be concluded that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurship learning on entrepreneurial interest in economic education students in the era of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) with partial contribution value 37.33%, (2) there was a positive and significant influence of Career Guidance learning on entrepreneurial interest in economic education students in the era of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) with partial contribution value 11.49%, and (3) there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurship learning and Career Guidance learning on entrepreneurial interest Economic education students in the era of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) with simultaneous contribution 43.5%

Get PDFForming the character of a virtuous child is one of the great goals of education in addition to developing academic potential. The erosion of good character in children is one of the causes of the emergence of various cases of violence both in the realm of education in particular or in social life in general. The phenomenon of bullying, seniority, violence, bullying, fighting or various other non-immoral acts makes one a reminder that the inculcation of the values of character education on the educational bench is very important. One of the media that can be used as an example in the cultivation of character education for children is a character in reading books. This study raises the character of Kartini's figure which is reflected in a novel written by Pramoedya Ananta Toer with the title Call Me Kartini Saja. This study uses qualitative research methods with three stages of analysis namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the novel by Pramoedya Ananta Toer with the title Call Me Kartini Saja. Can be an inspiration for the inculcation of virtue character education values in children. The various values of character education are presented in Kartini's character in carrying out her daily life, both within the scope of the family, with friends, carrying out customs, attending school, the community, or even widely in the state

ANALISIS STILISTIKA DAN NILAI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DALAM LIRIK-LIRIK LAGU FOURTWNTY ALBUM LELAKU SERTA RELEVANSINYA SEBAGAI BAHAN AJAR BAHASA INDONESIA TINGKAT SMA
Get PDFAbstrak: Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan analisis stilistika untuk mendeskripsikan adanyagaya bahasa, pilihan kata, citraan, nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter, serta relevansi lirik-lirik lagu Fourtwnty album Lelakusebagai bahan ajar pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia tingkat SMA. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis isidan wawancara. Uji validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode dan teori. Penelitian ini menghasilkan adanya (1) gaya bahasadidominasi oleh sinpoke, repetisi epizeuksis, dan simbolik yang mampu menciptakan efek estetis, khas, serta penegasan;(2) pilihan kata didominasi oleh konotatif dan sapaan khas serta nama diri yang dapat menciptakan keindahan dan kekhasan; (3) citraan didominasioleh citra penglihatan yang mampu membangkitkan imaji pembaca; (4)nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter didominasi oleh nilai religius, kerja keras, komunikatif, dan cinta damai yang diharapkan dapat membentuk karakter pembaca; serta (5) Lirik-lirik lagu Fourtwnty album Lelakudapat digunakan dan dikembangkan sebagai bahan ajar pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas X khususnya materi apresiasi puisi pada kompetensi dasar 3.8 dan 4.8.

Abstract: This is descriptive qualitative research using stylistic analysis to describe the existence of language style, diction, image, educational values of the character, and the relevance of the lyrics of Fourtwnty album Lelaku as a teaching material for Indonesian language learning at high school. Data collection techniques use content analysis and interviews. Validity test of data using medhod triangulation techniques and theory. The results of this study indicate (1) the language style dominated by sinpoke, repetition epizeuksis, and symbolic able to create aesthetic effects, typical, and affirmation; (2) diction is dominated by connotative and typical greetings and names that can create beauty and uniqueness; (3) the image is dominated by vision capable of generating the image of the reader; (4) the values of character education are dominated by religious values, communicative, hard work, and peaceful love that is expected to shape the character of the reader; and (5) The lyrics of Fourtwnty's album Lelaku can be used and developed as learning materials of class X Indonesian language especially poetry appreciation material on basic competence 3.8 and 4.8.
