PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA KOMIK BERMUATAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN MATERI MENYUSUN LAPORAN KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN JASA BAGI SISWA KELAS X SMK
Get PDFABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa komik akuntansi bermuatan pendidikan karakter yang layak digunakan siswa kelas X SMK Bidang Keahlian Bisnis dan Manajemen pada pembelajaran materi menyusun laporan keuangan perusahaan jasa.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah desain program pembelajaran menurut Dick & Carey.Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara serta dianalisis secara deskriptif.Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa komik akuntansi yang dikembangkan layak digunakan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh: (1) hasil penilaian dari ahli materi termasuk kategori “sangat baik” dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,62, (2) hasil penilaian dari ahli media termasuk kategori “baik” dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,65, (3) hasil penilaian dari ahli pendidikan karakter termasuk kategori “sangat baik” dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 5,00, (4) hasil penilaian dari guru akuntansi termasuk kategori “sangat baik” dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,58, (5) hasil penilaian dari uji coba perorangan termasuk kategori “sangat baik” dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,28, (6) hasil penilaian dari uji coba kelompok kecil termasuk kategori “baik” dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,00, (7) hasil penilaian dari uji coba lapangan termasuk kategori “sangat baik” dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,22. Abstract This research aims to develop comic learning media containing educational character building, which was suitable for the tenth grade students of business and management expertise program at Vocational High Schools in mastering the material of arranging financial statement of service company.This is a research and development. The development of comic media was applying the steps of instructional design model by Dick & Carey.The data were gained by applying questionnaires and interviews and were analyzed descriptively.The result of the assessment indicates that the developed accounting comic product is suitable to use for the tenth grade students of SMK. It was indicated through: (1) the assessment result from material expert which reached the category of "very good" with the average score is 4.62, (2) the assessment result of media expert reached the category of "good" with an average score is 3.65, (3) the assessment result of the character education expert reached the category of "very good" with an average score is 5.00, (4) the assessment result from accounting teacher reached the category of "very good" with an average score is 4.58, (5) the assessment result from individual testing reached the category of "very good" with an average score is 4.28, (6) the assessment result of small group testing reached the category of "good" with an average score is 4.00, (7) the assessment result of the field testing reached the category of "very good" with an average score is 4.22. PENGARUH MOTIVASI FINANSIAL DAN NONFINANSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BADAN PELAYANAN PERIZINAN TERPADU PROVINSI RIAU
Get PDFABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi finansial dan motivasi nonfinansial terhadap kinerja karyawan Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Provinsi Riau. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang dari karyawan Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Provinsi Riau. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi finansial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Provinsi Riau sedangkan motivasi nonfinansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Provinsi Riau. Strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan menyelaraskan pemberian motivasi finasial dan motivasi nonfinasial. Kata Kunci: motivasi finansial, motivasi nonfinansial, kinerja karyawan

PEMBELAJARAN PENERJEMAHAN TEMBANG MACAPATSEBAGAI SARANA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN LITERASI
Get PDFAbstrak. Literasi merupakan dasar komunikasi (literacy involves communication), di sisi lain, penerjemahan merupakan komunikasi yang melibatkan dua bahasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembelajaran penerjemahan pada Tembang Macapat sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan dokumentasi dalam teknik pengumpulan data dan simak catat untuk analisis data. Sumber data berupaTembang Macapat dan terjemahannya dalam bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran penerjemahan sangat erat hubungannya dengan literasi karena dalam penerjemahan mencakup pembelajaran leksikal, struktur gramatikal, bidang ilmu, dan konteks budaya. Di samping itu, dalam Tembang Macapat terdapat kompetensi-kompetensi linguistik, seperti kompetensi pragmatik dan kompetensi semiotik. Prinsip-prinsip literasi yang dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerjemahan meliputi interpretasi, kolaborasi, konvensi, pengetahuan budaya, dan penggunaan bahasa. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa kemampuan literasi dapat ditingkatkan melalui pembelajaran penerjemahan.Kata kunci: penerjemahan, tembang macapat, literasi, kompetensi linguisti
PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA SISWA (LKS) BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA

Lembar kerja siswa merupakan perangkat pembelajaran yang urgen terutama dalam pembelajaran llmu Pengetahuan Alam, selama ini LKS yang digunakan di sekolah belum kontekstual, sehingga diperlukan LKS yang dekat dengan kondisi siswa sehingga penting adanya LKS berbasis kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) berbasis kearifan lokal terhadap kemampuan saintifik siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran IPA. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan research and development (R & D) dengan model 3D yang terdiri dari pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design) dan pengembangan (Develop). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) berbasis kearifan lokal terhadap kemampuan saintifik siswa pada materi hubungan sumber daya alam dengan lingkungan, teknologi, dan masyarakat untuk siswa SD Kelas dengan rata-rata 84,89% dengan kategori sangat layak. PENGARUH METODE PEMBELAJARAN PENUGASAN DAN PEMANFAATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR
Get PDFThe research aims to know determine whether there are (1) the effect of assignment learning method on introduction administration office course in the XI graders od Administration Office Skill Competency in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2015/2016 ; (2) the effect of utilization of learning media on introduction administration office course in the XI graders od Administration Office Skill Competency in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2015/2016 ; (3) the effect of assignment learning method and utilization of learning media on introduction administration office course in the XI graders od Administration Office Skill Competency in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2015/2016. This study is a quantitative research with descriptive method. The population of research is all XI graders of Administration Office Skill Competency in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar in the school year of 2015/2016 consisting of 71 students. The sample consisted of 59 atudents. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. Meanwhile technique of collecting data used is questionnaire and documentation technique. Technique of analyzing data used is statistic test with multiple regression analysis. Considering the result of data analysis, it could be conclud that (1) there was a significant effect of assignment teaching methods on learning outcomes Introduction Administrative subjects in class XI Competency Office Administration in SMK N 1 Karanganyar the school year of 2015/2016, is evident from the correlation value of 0.435> rtabel (0.235) and supported from tcount amounted to 5.273> t table (1.995) with a probability value of 0.000 means that less than 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha1 accepted ; (2) there is significant influence utilization of instructional media for learning outcomes Introduction Adminisrasi subjects in class XI Competence Offices Office Administration in SMK N 1 Karanganyar the school year of 2015/2016, is evident from the correlation value of 0.440> rtabel (0.235) and supported on value thitung 5.318> t table (1.995) with a probability value of 0.000 means that less than 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha2 accepted ; (3) there is significant influence learning method of assignment and utilization of instructional media on the results of study subjects in the class Introduction to Office Administration Office Administration XI Competency SMK N 1 Karanganyar In the school year of 2015/2016, proved of value Fhitung 25.388> F table (3 , 13) with a significance value of 0.000 at significant level of 0.05, then Ho is rejected and HA3 accepted and supported from the value of the effective contribution of the variable method of learning the assignment and utilization of instructional media contributed 42.7% to the learning outcomes of subjects Introduction to Office Administration.Keywords : assignment learning method, utilization learning media and learning achievement.
PENGARUH KESIAPAN BELAJAR SISWA DAN KETERAMPILAN MENGAJAR GURU TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to analyze: (1) whether or not there are the effect of student learning readiness on learning achievement of Melakukan Prosedur Adminitrasi (MPA) course of Administrasi Perkantoran Grade X of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2015/2016. (2) whether or not there are the effect of teacher’s teaching skill on learning achievement of Melakukan Prosedur Adminitrasi (MPA) course of Administrasi Perkantoran Grade X of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2015/2016. (3) whether or not there are the simultaneusly effect of student learning readiness and teacher’s teaching skill on learning achievement of Melakukan Prosedur Adminitrasi (MPA) course of Administrasi Perkantoran Grade X of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo in Academic Year 2015/2016. The research method were used descriptive quantitative. The population of the research is all of the students as many as 108 students. The samples were taken by proportional random sampling technique consists of 85 students. Methods of data collection were using interview, observation, questionnaire and documentation. The data were analyzed by the multiple linier regression and before that were take prerequisite test of normaly, linearity, and multikolinearity test. The result of this research are follows: (1) there is significant effect of student learning readiness on learning achievement as indicated by the value of rcount = 0,589 > rtable = 0,213 at significance level of 5%. (2) there is significant effect of teacher’s teaching skill on learning achievement as indicated by the value of rcount = 0,539 > rtable = 0,213 at significance level of 5%. (3) there is simultaneously significant effect of student learning readiness and teacher’s teaching skill on learning achievement as indicated by the value of Fcount = 27,785 > rtable = 3,11 at significance level of 5%. In addition, the other finding of the research is Ŷ = 2,007 + 0,821 X1 + 0,312 X2. Student learning readiness and teacher’s teaching skill gives contribution of 40,4% on learning achievement.Keywords: Student learning readiness, teacher’s teaching skill, learning achievement
ANALISIS KELAYAKAN BAHAN AJAR KEARSIPAN BERBASIS KURIKULUM 2013 DITINJAU DARI PEMANFAATAN GURU DAN SISWA KELAS X ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN (SMK) NEGERI 6 SURAKARTA
Get PDFThis research is aimed to know about: (1) the appropriateness of Modul Kearsipan based on 2013 curriculum seen by the utilization of teachers and students of the tenth grade of Office Administration of Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 6 Surakarta; (2) the problems of the teachers and the students in utilizing the Modul Kearsipan based on 2013 curriculum which implicated in the Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 6 Surakarta; (3) the solutions to solve the problems of the teachers and the students in utilizing the Modul Kearsipan based on 2013 curriculum which implicated in the Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 6 Surakarta.This research used qualitative method with the case study as the research approach. The informants in this research are the teachers of Archival subject, the productive teachers of Office Administration, the tenth grade students of Office Administration. The data collection used interactive analysis where the activities involved were data reduction, data display, and also conclusion drawing and verification. The data validity was done by using triangulation method and source.From the finding of the research, it can be concluded that (1) the appropriateness of the Modul Kearsipan based on 2013 curriculum seen by the utilization of the teachers and the students consisted of: (a) Modul Kearsipan of the tenth grade students of the second semester for SMK based on 2013 curriculum is appropriate with all of the indicators of the content appropriateness of the module. (b) Modul Kearsipan of X of the second semester for SMK based on 2013 curriculum is appropriate with all of the indicators of language appropriateness. (c) Modul Kearsipan of X of the second semester for SMK based on 2013 curriculum is not yet completing the two indicators of display appropriateness, however it has completed the three indicators of display appropriateness. (d) Modul Kearsipan of the second semester for SMK based on 2013 curriculum is not yet completing one of the indicator of graphic appropriateness, however it has completed the three indicator of the rest. (2) The problems faced are: (a) the less of practice and exercises from the module, (b) the type of the module is less organized, (c) the less of the examples from the electronic archival material, (d) the goal of the learning is not displayed, (e) the utilization of the students on the module. (3) The solutions are done as follows: (a) adding the exercises for students’ practice, (b) retyping of the unorganized module, (c) adding the materials and examples for electronic archival, (d) displaying the goal of the learning in the module, (e) the utilization of the module through the facility of the library.Keywords: the analysis of appropriateness, module, archival, 2013 curriculu
