    Analisis Profil Keterampilan Proses Sains Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 26 Surakarta Materi Pengukuran

    Abstrak: Keterampilan Proses Sains (KPS) merupakan suatu ketrerampilan yang penting dikembangkan dalam pelajaran IPA karena mampu menemukan suatu pengetahuan dengan cara yang ilmiah dimana melalui KPS unsur sikap, produk dan aplikasi akan didapatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau profil KPS siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 26 Surakarta pada pembelajaran pengukuran. Metode penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes, non tes dan wawancara. Teknik tes untuk mendapatkan data nilai KPS. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa 6 soal KPS. Sampel berjumlah 90 siswa yang diambil dengan menggunakan cluster random sampling. Teknik non tes berupa angket terkait pembelajaran, bahan ajar, kendala dan harapan dalam pelajaran IPA dengan responden seluruh kelas VIII sebanyak 180 siswa. Wawancara dilaksanakan kepada 3 guru IPA terkait pembelajaran, bahan ajar, kendala dan harapan dalam pelajaran IPA. Hasil tes KPS kategori tinggi hingga sangat tinggi sebanyak 18,8%, sangat rendah hingga sedang sebanyak 81,2%. Terkait bahan ajar sebanyak 95% siswa tidak memiliki bahan ajar lain selain BSE, 88,5% siswa membutuhkan bahan ajar yang lengkap agar bisa digunakan sebagai panduan belajar di rumah, 66,8% siswa memilih dalam bentuk digital/online. Terkait pelaksanaan pembelajaran 65,9% siswa menginginkan pembelajaran berbasis aktifitas dan praktik. Hasil wawancara yang didapat sebanyak tiga responden menyatakan memiliki bahan ajar pendamping selain BSE berupa buku cetak ngan penerbit Erlangga. Ketiga responden masih mendominasi sebagai subjek pembelajaran sehingga minim aktifitas siswa. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya waktu yang tersedia dan harapannya tersedia bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan karakter IPA, mudah diakses dan bisa dijadikan panduan siswa belajar di rumah.

    Penerapan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share dengan Menggunakan Media Gambar Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Biologi Siswa

    Abstract: This research aim to improve learning outcomes by implementation of cooperatif learning type Think Pair Share (TPS) that used picture media on SMPN 25 Pekanbaru academic year 2012/2013 which amounted 40 students that consist of 21 boys and 19 girls. This research is a classroom action research which took place in April to Mei 2013. Parameter measured were student learning outcomes in the form of absorption and completeness of student learning. Data analysis technique used in the technique of data analysis descriptive and inferential, which aims to determine how much of the increase that occurred in students learning after the implementation of TPS using picture media. Absorption data acquisition before CAR was 71,12% in the category of less, and an increase in the I cycle by 10,2% to 81,32% with pretty category and in the second cycle increased by 6,58% to 87,90% in good categories. Classical completeness students before CAR was 55% with less category, the cycle I increased by 22,5% to 77,5% with pretty category and the second cycle increased by 20% to 97,50% with very good category. Absorptive capacity for the acquisition of psychomotor before CAR was 75,72% and the cycle I increased by 2,75% to 78,47% with pretty category, on the second cycle increased by 2,17% to 80,64% with pretty category. Application of cooperative learning type of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning using the picture media can improve learning outcomes VII6 student biology SMPN 25 Pekanbaru academic years 2012/2013.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar biologi dengan penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) dengan menggunakan media gambar pada siswa kelas VII6 SMPN 25 Pekanbaru Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013 yang berjumlah 40 orang siswa dengan 21 orang siswa laki-laki dan 19 orang siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai Mei 2013. Parameter yang diukur adalah hasil belajar siswa berupa daya serap dan ketuntasan belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif dan inferensial, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan yang terjadi pada hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran TPS dengan menggunakan media gambar. Perolehan data daya serap sebelum PTK adalah 71,12% pada kategori kurang, dan terjadi peningkatan pada siklus I sebesar 10,2% menjadi 81,32% dengan cukup dan pada siklus II meningkat sebesar 6,58% menjadi 87,90% pada kategori baik. Ketuntasan klasikal siswa sebelum PTK adalah 55% dengan kategori kurang sekali, pada siklus I meningkat sebesar 22,5% menjadi 77,5% dengan kategori cukup dan pada siklus II meningkat sebesar 20% menjadi 97,50% dengan kategori amat baik. Perolehan daya serap untuk nilai KI sebelum PTK adalah 75,72% dan pada siklus I meningkat sebesar 2,75% menjadi 78,47% dengan kategori cukup, pada siklus II meningkat sebesar 2,17% menjadi 80,64% dengan kategori cukup.     The Role of Social Media in the Growth of Social Cohesion in the Post-Pandemic Era

    The global crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has caused turmoil in all sector of life. Some of these turmoil related to health, socio-economic, psychosocial, demographic and political aspects. This brought almost all people in various countries to a global emergency. The pandemic has made all people in the world experience disparities, substantive changes and inequalities which lead to uncertainty about welfare and vulnerability to poverty which has the potential to undermine social cohesion. Social cohesion was the connectedness between people, groups of people or communities in feeling connected to one another. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of social media in the growth of social cohesion, the positive and negative impacts of social media on the growth of social cohesion and efforts to minimize the negative impacts of social media on the growth of social cohesion. The approach in this study used a type of literature study or literature research. Literature study could be reached by collecting references consisting of several previous studies which were then compiled to draw conclusions. The results of this research showed that social media has revolutionized the way people communicated, connected, and shared information. For generation Z and millennials, social media platforms have become an inseparable part of their daily life. Social media offers tremendous potential for driving social cohesion among diverse communities, as it provided opportunities to communicate, engage with one another, and collaborate across geographic and cultural boundaries. This research were examine the role of social media in fostering social cohesion in the post-pandemic era. On the other hand, the increased use of social media has in fact resulted in the spread of disinformation which has negative implications for achieving social cohesion..     SEM Analysis on Determinant Aspects: Strengthening Social Cohesion through Holistic Learning

    Social cohesion is an important goal in education to create a harmonious and integrated society. One approach that is considered to have the potential to strengthen social cohesion is holistic learning. This article aims to analyze the determinant aspects of holistic learning that contribute to strengthening social cohesion through the use of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. This research uses a survey method by collecting data from Bakti Mulya 400 High School 263 students who take part in holistic learning programs in several schools. Survey instruments were developed to measure various aspects of the determinants of holistic learning, such as holistic curriculum, participatory teaching methods, the role of educators, and school environmental support. The collected data was then analyzed using AMOS SEM software to test the relationship between the determined variables. The model proposed in this research examines how holistic learning determinant variables influence students' social cohesion as an outcome variable. The results of the analysis show that holistic learning has a significant positive effect on strengthening social cohesion. Holistic curriculum and participatory teaching methods have a positive relationship with social cohesion, indicating that the inclusiveness of learning materials and active participation of students in the learning process supports the formation of strong social bonds. Furthermore, the role of educators is also proven to be significant in forming students' social cohesion. Educators' empathetic, student-oriented approach contributes to a positive and inclusive classroom climate, which in turn influences students' social interactions inside and outside the classroom. Apart from that, the support of the school environment also has a positive impact on students' social cohesion. Collaboration between schools, families and communities creates opportunities for students to better understand their role in wider society and encourages mutual care and empathy. The findings of this research describe equation modeling (SEM) analysis using AMOS software to identify aspects of holistic learning determinants that contribute to strengthening social cohesion. Goodness of Fit is chi square = 105 Probability Significance = 0.05; GFI=0.94; AGFI=0.91; Finance=0.95; TLI=0.96; NFI=0.89; CMIN/DF=1.35; RMSEA=0.051; RMR=0.02 The results of the analysis show that a holistic learning approach has an important role in building students' social cohesion. The implications of this research can provide a basis for educators and policy makers to design holistic learning programs that are more effective in achieving the goal of strengthening social cohesion in the educational environment.     The Role of Interactive Multimedia in the Field of Education for the Sustainability of Democracy

    Science and technology are developing more and more rapidly. This clearly has an influence in various fields in the field of education. The community is required to further improve their abilities and competencies in the world of education, so that they can balance themselves in this modern era. the use of Interactive multimedia as one of the alternatives that can help teachers and students deliver material in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this research is to find out the use of interactive multimedia in learning in the field of education towards the sustainability of democracy. This research is carried out using descriptive qualitative research methods. Data is collected through participatory observations, in-depth interviews. The results show that the development of learning with interactive multimedia has been carried out well. This is because by using interactive multimedia, students get learning with good information storage, learning design that is shown for students with different learning characteristics, directly aimed at certain effective learning domains, presents realistic learning, can increase student motivation, demands students to be more interactive, learning activities are more individual, have the consistency of the material provided and students have control over the learning speed of each individual. In addition, the use of interactive multimedia is not only one way, but two-way so that it will cause an indirect democratic attitude between teachers and students or students from one and the other.     The Use of Teaching Modules as an Effort to Improve the Quality of Learning in Civic Education

    This article has the aim of describing and elaborating on the use of teaching modules as an effort to improve the quality of learning in the Civic Education. Writing this article uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This descriptive qualitative research method was chosen because it relates to describing and describing related data. Data collection techniques used in this study using interviews, observation, and literature study. The results of the discussion show that using teaching modules can improve the quality of Civic Education learning because it has practical and theoretical impacts. The practical impact can encourage students to develop civic knowledge, civic disposition, and civic skills in everyday life. The theoretical impact is that it can be used as a reference for developing teaching tools with similar types and objectives.     The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) stated that it had uncovered various kinds of drug crimes. Based on survey results, the prevalence rate for drug abuse in 2021 is 1.95%. This means that 195 out of 10,000 people aged 15-64 years have used drugs in the last year. Paradigmatically. Looking at several paradigms, citizenship education has a socio-cultural domain, which means that educational concepts and practices are in the community environment.. Civic Community is a group of citizens who practice citizenship, whether social, religious, political economic, meaning that this group can benefit other citizens or vice versa, citizens who benefit other groups. The place for Al-Qur'an education is as a forum for citizen education in the religious field. Because there are activities in TPQ that direct and develop citizens. The existence of TPQ plays an important role in cultivating an understanding of Islamic values as a religious approach in an effort to instill an anti-narcotics attitude. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Data collection methods in this research are observation and interviews. Based on the research results, researchers can draw the conclusion that. Based on observations and interviews, in this case the efforts made at the AL Qur'an Al-Maghfirah Education Park are carrying out learning to read IQRA (Pra-Quran) and AL-Qur'an, memorizing short verses, carrying out congregational prayers following Musabaqah competitions. Tilawatil Al-Qur'an at village level and was attended by all children at TPQ AL-Maghfirah by registering for various types of competitions. After being given religious understanding in Al-Qur'an educational park activities, children in Al-Qur'an educational parks are very afraid of using items that are prohibited by religion or state law. because it has been given a good religious basis, namely that breaking Allah's law is a sin, because narcotics are items that are prohibited by Islam from being used without a good reason.     Correlation between Knowledge on Gratification and Criminal Sanction with Attitude of Law Obedience. A Quantitative Study toward University Students as Candidate of Civil Servants

    Background: The Indonesia National Resilience Institute known as Lembaga Ketahanan Nasional RI in November 2021 conducted seminar by carrying ultimate content based on the survey of Indonesia Survey Institute which released information that trends of corruption cases during Covid-19 pandemic raised up 39.6%. It means that such pandemic caused the increase of corruption. With this in mind, there is a need an action to reduce corruption. As student of Postgraduate program of UNS (Universitas Sebelas Maret), the first author has commitment to play role in corruption eradication, in this regard to reduce gratification. Such action is an alternative preventive contribution in social cohesion post Covid-19 pandemic. Objectives: This study aims to describe the correlation between knowledge on gratification (X1) and knowledge on criminal sanction (X2) with attitude of law obedience (Y). Actually, after finishing an 8-semester of study, students of STMKG (State College of Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics) are recruited as civil servants to work for BMKG (Indonesia Agency for Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics) to support good governance. Therefore, it is important to measure students’ attitude of law obedience. Methodology: Research data was gained by conducting questionnaires by involving research sample 45 students of STMKG with ultimate aim to determine correlation between X1 with Y; X2 with Y; X1 and X2 with Y. Such research refers Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 as well as Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning Indonesia Penal Code as ultimate reference supported by relevant theories. Results: Positive result were shown by significant correlation between X1 with Y; X2 with Y; X1 and X2 with Y. Action plan: Soon after graduated from Postgraduate program of UNS, the first author plans to conduct dissemination of Decree of Director General of BMKG Number 4 of 2015 concerning Gratification-control with ultimate aim of preparing anti-gratification human resource to support good governance.     PENGARUH PENERAPAN MEDIA WORDWALL TERHADAP KEAKTIFAN BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA

    Dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, sering kali terdapat beberapa kendala, salah satunya adalah keaktifan peserta didik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Pada saat guru memberi pertanyaan, mayoritas peserta didik tidak merespons karena materi yang disampaikan belum dipahami dengan baik oleh peserta didik. Peserta didik masih pasif dalam berdiskusi dan belum merasa tertarik dengan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan. Kondisi ini dapat memengaruhi keaktifan peserta didik selama pembelajaran dan hasil belajar peserta didik yang kurang optimal pada mata pelajaran tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media Wordwall terhadap keefektifan belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif menggunakan lembar pengamatan dan refleksi diri. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan literatur review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Wordwall dapat meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia berlangsung. Media Wordwall dapat membantu untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, meningkatkan penguasaan bahasa baku, dan meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Indonesia

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan upaya peningkatan kemampuan membaca peserta didik di sekolah Menengah Atas. Berdasarkan hasil observasi masih banyak ditemukan peserta didik yang memiliki kemampuan membaca yang masih rendah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasipenelitian bertempat di SMA 2 Surakarta. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari-Maret 2023. Adapun subjek penelitian merupakan peserta didik kelas XE2 di SMA 2 Surakarta. Teknik Analisis Data yang digunakan adalah teknik secara interaktif dan berlangsung secara berkelanjutan. Aktivitas dalam analisis data adalahreduction, data display, dan verification. Penyajian data dengan mendeskripsikan informasi yang diperoleh berdasarkan observasi selama proses pembelajaran. Upaya peningkatan kemampuan membaca dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan minat baca, motivasi belajar, dan strategi pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi.Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu strategi pembelajaran mengulang. Strategi ini dipilih karena efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca peserta didik karena merupakan strategi dengan membiasakan peserta didik untuk terus membaca berdasarkan buku yang diminatinya
