This study aims to describe the history of the Bubu Dance in Sandai Kiri Village, Sandai District, Ketapang Regency. This study uses a descriptive method in a qualitative form, assisted by historical and anthropological approaches. Data collection techniques used in the form of interview techniques, documentation techniques, and documentation study techniques. From the results of this research, the history of the Bubu Dance begins with the story of Si Lokan, who had an illness and finally recovered because he entered the Bubu while composing and creating a poem about his father and mother. The poems and mantras sung in the show contain recitations of the holy verses of the Koran. There was a change in the show, at first it was artother accompanied by four female dancers, but now the only ones left in the show are the handler andother. Along with developments, the performance form of the Bubu Dance was eventually recognized as a traditional game originating from Sandai Village
KELAYAKAN E-FLIPBOOK PADA SUBMATERI STRUKTUR DAN FUNGSI JARINGAN TUMBUHAN KELAS XI SMA
Get PDFStructure and function of plant tissue is a material that is dififcult to understand without the help of the media. This study aimed to develop an electronic flipbook (e-flipbook) learning media on the structure and function of plant tissue in class XI. This type of research was development research using 4D approach model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The data collection technique used was a closed questionnaire to the validator with eight aspects, namely aspects of format, content, language, integration, balance, shape, color, and effectiveness with 28 criteria. The questionnaire was assessed using a Likert scale. The data werw analyzed using Lawshe’s formula to determine the validity of the media. Validators consisted of two lecturers of Biology Education FKIP University of Tanjungpura, Pontianak and three biology teachers in high school in Pontianak and Kubu Raya districts. The CVI (Content Validity Indeks) value for the e-flipbook media achieve 1 which was classified as valid and categorized as suitable to use as a learning medium in the submaterial of plant tissue structure and function

Get PDFThis study describes the phoneme acquisition of children aged 2–3 years in Sambas Malay Dialect, as well as environmental influences that influence language acquisition. The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative research form. Sources of research data are children with an age range of 2−3 years. The data in this study are words and phrases. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, tapping, listening to engagement, recording, and taking notes. Data collection tools are gadgets and notebooks. Testing the validity of the data is done with the persistence of observers and adequacy of references. The data obtained by the first subject amounted to 26, the second subject 49, and the third subject 58 utterances. The results of the first subject analysis obtained four consonant phonemes and three vowel phonemes. The phonemes produced by the second subject are eleven consonant phonemes and four vowel phonemes. The phonemes produced by the third subject are ten consonant phonemes and three vowel phonemes. Factors that influence language acquisition are biology, environment, intelligence, and motivation. Implementation of learning is in the form of an e-module text of the report on the results of observations in class X odd semester

Get PDFThis study aims to describe and interpret the results of an analysis of education values in the novel Merry Riana Mimpi Sejuta Dolar by Alberthiene Endah, as well as develop a learning design using the novel as learning material. This study uses a descriptive menthod with a qualitative research form. The approach used is the socialogy of literature. The source of data in this research is novel Merry Riana Mimpi Sejuta Dolar by Alberthiene Endah. Data collection technique using documentary study technique. Data analysuis techniques by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The results of this study indicate the educational values contained in novel Merry Riana Mimpi Sejuta Dolar, namely the value of moral education and the value of religious education. The values of moral education include responsibility, never give up, perseverance, hard work, and courage. The values of religious education include praying, believing, being grateful, and being sincere in the novel. Researchers have designed a lesson plan that utilizes the novel as learning material, specifically to achieve KD 3.9 and 4.9 in class XII SMA.

No full textthis thesis is entitled student time management on economic learning achievement of class XI IPS student of SMAN 2 Sungai Raya,Kubu Raya Regency. The sub problem s are (1) how is the time management of class XI IPS student SMAN 2 Sungai Raya?; (2) how is the learning achievement of class XI IPS student SMAN 2 Sungai Raya?; (3) it there any influence of time management on learning achievement of class XI IPS SMAN 2 Sungai Raya? The research approach used is quantitative approach in the form of correlation. Data collection techniques used indirect communication techniques. The results showed (1)that time management of class XI IPS student of SMAN 2 Sungai Raya was categoriez as high;(2) that the learning achievement of student class XI IPS SMAN 2 Sungai Raya students was said to be good where 74 student or 87,06% got good grades and 11 student or 12,94%get a bad score;(3) student time management has an effect on student achievement in class XI IPS SMAN 2 Sungai Ray
ILLOCUTIONARY SPEECH ACTS ANALYSIS OF STUDENTS’ CAPTION IN INSTAGRAM
Get PDFThis researchs aims to investigate the use of illocutionary speech acts in students’ caption in their Instagram account. In this research, the researcher used the theory of speech acts proposed by Searle (1976). The method of this research was a pragmatic study. Data was collected through a questionnaire and it was presented in a table. Furthermore, the subject in this research was sixth semester students of English Education Study Program in Universitas Tanjungpura. The research was done by observing and analyzing the students’ caption in their Instagram. As a result, it can be concluded that there were three types of illocutionary speech acts used in the students’ caption, they were expressive act (feeling), representative (assertion), and directive (suggestion). Then, the most frequently used in the caption was expressive act (to express their feeling) and the least frequently used was directive act (to give a suggestion)

The form of this research is qualitative research. The method used is the descriptive method. The technique of data collecting was the content analysis technique. The technique of data analysis was descriptive analysis. The tools for data collection were observation tables and documents. The researcher found 26 utterances of moral values in the Forrest Gump Movie. There are six types of moral values found in the Forrest Gump Movie. They are care, fairness, liberty, authority, loyalty, and sanctity. The moral value of care appears 6 times. The moral value of fairness appears 6 times. The moral value of liberty appears once. The moral value of authority appears 3 times. The moral value of loyalty appears 8 times. The moral value of sanctity appears 2 times. The most prominent moral value is loyalty. Forrest Gump is a motivational film that contains moral values related to education, this is evidenced by the many scenes set in schools

No full textThis study aims to determine the assessment of children's development in learning at Santo Agustinus Nanga Mahap Kindergarten. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative research form. The data source for this research was teachers who taught at the Santo Augustinus Nanga Mahap Kindergarten and the data consisted of interviews and observation sheets. The results of the study show that the teacher has carried out an assessment in accordance with existing procedures but has not done it thoroughly. Teachers have not planned according to existing procedures, teachers have carried out assessments of child development according to existing procedures but have not used assessment instruments and only one teacher used observation sheets in assessing child development. The teacher has processed the results of the assessment but has not been directed. Teachers have not used portfolios in filing children's assessments, only one teacher has used learning portfolios in archiving assessments. The teacher has reported the results of the child development assessment in accordance with existing procedures, namely by using a child development reportbook (report) and reporting the child's development to parents

Get PDFThis study aims to describe the background of naming, the meaning of naming, and the cultural values contained in the names of natural and cultural attractions of Bengkayang Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative form. The source of data in this study is the indigenous people of Bengkayang Regency who know the background of naming natural and cultural attractions. Data collection techniques in this study used direct techniques, namely observation of participation and periods to the field, interview, note taking, recording, and documentation. This research resulted in 70 names of natural and cultural attractions with details of 8 naming based on anomatic, 3 based on sound imitation, 2 based on parts, 13 based on distinctive properties, 12 based on inventors and makers, 9 based on place of origin, 14 based on materials, 6 based on similarity, and 3 based on new naming. The meanings of names found in this study are 8 meanings of futurative names, 43 meanings of situational names, and 19 meanings of memory names. The cultural values found in this study are 1 welfare value, 5 hard work values, 1 health value, 17 cultural preservation and creativity values, 30 environmental care values, 2 peace values, 2 harmony and conflict resolution values, 2 solidarity values, 1 commitment value, 6 positive thought values, and 3 gratitude values
