Get PDFPalm oil is one of the superior commodities in Indonesia, so it needs to be explored further development in order to produce well through the growth of land suitability. Oil palm cultivation is scattered in 22 provinces in Indonesia have not centrally managed. The main problems of oil palm cultivation in Blitar caused by the still limited extent of the planting area and the low productivity and quality of palm oil, institutional, farm and business partnerships were not functioning effectively. TRANSMISI VERTIKAL HARGA BERAS DI PROPINSI LAMPUNG
Get PDFPrice behavior is an indicator for market efficiency. The reseach is conducted: (i) to examine the relationships between riil price for rice at retail level and riil price for rough rice at producer level, (ii) to examine the relationships between riil price for rice at retail level and riil price for impor rice. The causality is analysed by error correction representation, and the asymmetry of price transmmision is analysed by error correction model approach. It is used monthly time series data from 1998 – 2008. Results of the research show that: (i) the riil price for rice at retail level is integrated to the riil price for rough rice at producer level in the longrun; (ii) there is a causality direction from riil price for rice at retail level to riil price for rough rice at producer level, and no reverse, (iii) the price transmmision of relationship between riil price for rice at retail level and riil price for rough rice at producer level is asymmetry. Price adjusment of rough rice at raising price is slower than at falling price.Key words: Asymmetry Price Transmission, Rice, Lampung Provinc

Colchicine as mutagent could Influence on several growth processes of plant e.g. : elongation cell and duplication cromosome of cell processing. This research is arranged in Completely Randomized Design with two factors and three times replcation, LSD test 5 % is used to compare the difference of every treatments. As the first factor is Concentration of Colchicine With four levels are: KO(0.00 % Colchicine), K1 (0.1 % Colchicine), K2 (02 % Colchicine) and K3 (0.3 % Colchicine), as the second factor is period of soaking of tomato seed with four levels are L1 (24 hours), L2 (48 hours), L3 (72 hours) and L4 (96 hours). Results of this research shown that there were significant Interaction between Concentration Colchicine an period of soaking on normal seedling percentage, time of seedling, height of plant on 30 days after planting, number of leafes on 58 days after planting, flowering age. No full textHigh percentage of fall ing of flower and fruit of chilli plant in rainy season represents problems which often occurs so that productivity of chilli very low in the rainy season and often caused failure on fruit set. The aim of this research is knowing the influence of plant regulator in increasing the productivity of chilli plant which is cultivated at off season (rainy season). This research was designed using Random Block Design which consist of 2 factors. The first factor is Ethrel with 4 levels giving; 0 ppm / I, 250 ppm / I, 500 ppm / I and 1000 ppm / I and the second factor is Dekamon with also 4 levels giving; 0 cc / I, 0.5 cc / I, I cc / I and 2 cc / 1. Results of research indicate that the plant growth regulator application Dekarnon and Ethrel effecting on all variables observed both generati ve and vegetative variables, in general, at all levels of concentration of the plant growth regulator which is applied result the linier positive influence. Get PDFThe research marketing efficiency of red chili was located in Ngemplak regency Sleman distric purposed to know marketing channel, marketing margin, part of price accepted by farmer each marketing channel and marketing efficiency. The research used descriptive analysis method. About 62 farmer were chosen with cluster method and with sampling ball snow method for got 13 seller. Interview and observation in collecting primary data while the documentation to retrieve secondary data.Result of research indicate that there are three marketing channel in Ngemplak, that is channel I) farmer - retail - consumer, retail there selling red chili Pakem market and Beringharjo market; II channel) farmer - compiler saler - wholesaler - retail - consumer; III channel) farmer - wholesaler - retail - consumer. At I channel, margin marketing that the retailer selling red chili at Beringharjo market larger than Pekem market. While at II channel and III, margin marketing larger ones II channel. At I channel, part of price accepted by farmer from retail selling red chili at Pakem market bigger than Beringharjo market. Economically, I channel which its retail sell red chili to Pakem market more efficient compared to retail selling red chili to Beringharjo market. Technically I channel which its retailer sell red chili to Beringharjo market more efficient compared to retail selling to Pakem market. Get PDFABSTRACTThe objective of research is to know the correlation between Tungro disease and various leafhopper at paddy crop in some sub-province East Java. Making ofepidemic model conducted by using obtained data of laboratory Perception of Pest and Disease of Crop Food and Horticulture and also Report Observer of Pest Disease . Data analysis was based on the intensity of tungro disease, the frequency of rainy day and rainfall per month, pattern of planting, population of green leafhopper, as well as competitor insect as natural enemy. Correlation and multiple regression analysis was used to make epidemic model. The results of this study indicated that epidemic model of tungro disease with linear regression was Y= 641.659 + 1.925 ( Rainfall + 17.815 (Green leafhopper)) + 30.014 ( Brown leafhopper) + 60.493 ( Zigzag leafhopper) - 59.444 ( spider) - 122.425 ( Rain day) ( R = 0.988).
