Faculty of Information Technology is one of the faculties at Maranatha Christian University. Currently, scheduling is still done manually. Scheduling process takes quite a long and exhaustive, as the secretary of the department needs to ask the willingness of faculty, and compare each lecturer teaching schedule so it does not clash with other lecturers. As part of Maranatha Christian University, the Faculty of Information Technology would like to shorten its preparation time to arrange faculty teaching schedule and to adjust to the schedule provided by each lecturer. This application will be developed with Java (desktop), PHP (web) programming language, and MySQL database.Â

Sistem Informasi Periklanan dan Pelelangan Barang Hasil Pertanian (Studi Kasus Dinas Pertanian)
Recently technology developed and applied in our daily activities. Among them is the application of technology on advertising activities. The purpose of this application is to help the farmers to market harvest directly to customers so they can get cheaper price and there's no fraud in the broker's side or cropier's side. The application allows admin to promote Dinas Pertanian's (Agriculture Departments) events, manage users, manage categories, manage ads, report estimation, and allows farmers/entrepreneur to give comments, advertise products, search products, auction products, and pay via paypal. The application is added by time series method to predict the harvest needs in every region. The author used PHP programming language and MySQL database to build the application. The data sources were collected from literature study, internet browsing, and outdoor observation. The application can facilitate the advertising activities to run better and minimize the mistakes.Keywords: Advertising, Dinas Pertanian, PHP Programing, Time series
Rekayasa Algoritma Gravity Location Models Untuk Penentuan Lokasi Lumbung Pangan Masyarakat Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara
Focus of central government program in order to sustain tenacity of food is to align charging of barns of food society. This paper would examine the Gravity Location Model algorithm which is part of the network development strategy of supply chain management to determine the location of a facility (such as warehouse or factory). This algorithm is used theoretically to determine location of food barn in Southeast Minahasa. Determination of location food barm for society using Gravity Location Model is based on the rate of Normative Consumption Ratio per capita in a year. Sample location of 12 districts were taken using GPS and had been adjusted with digital map from Google Map. The result of calculation has get that food barn of society is in North Tombatu district in geographically located at 124° 41' 38.00'' east longitude and 1° 2' 28.39'' north latitude. Based on division 2 regions for the placement food barn society from 12 district. Alternative location of the first area is Ratahan in geographically located at 124° 47' 46.62'' east longitude and 1° 3' 17.71'' north latitude, and for the second alternative location area is at Tombatu in geographically located at 124° 41' 3.49'' east longitude and 1° 2' 18.33'' north latitude. Keywords— Food Security, Gravity Location Model, Normative Consumption Ratio, Supply Chain Management

Penerapan Metode CRISP-DM untuk Prediksi Kelulusan Studi Mahasiswa Menempuh Mata Kuliah (Studi Kasus Universitas XYZ)
XYZ University as the leading private universities in Indonesia is required to improve its quality of education to produce quality graduates. To produce quality graduates, students’ success in their study is very influential. Student study success can be judged from several aspects of assessments in the lecture. For information systems courses, student success can be viewed in several student assessment aspects such as assignments, Mid-Semester Exam, and End-Semester Exam. More in-depth analysis on the value of the portion of the pattern of student needs in order to know the hidden patterns and to discover the knowledge of students will predict course passing success. This pattern is expected to help increase the success of students study. This research used CRISP-DM methods as standard processes for data mining that can be applied to the general problem-solving strategies on business or to other research units. Election algorithm as an algorithm C4.5 decision tree is used to facilitate the establishment. The results of this research study is the prediction of the pattern of graduation students in taking the course. Penerapan Metode KMeans dan Cobweb Terhadap Analisis Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa yang Mengikuti Kegiatan Kemahasiswaan
The growth of an university can be seen with student’s academic records which can be used for determining students’ quality. Besides student’s academic records, other component that can be used to determine students’ quality is student’s participation in non-academic activities which most of universities have to develop their student’s softskill during their study period. Based on these data provision, we can analyze how non-academic activities affect student’s academic achievement. In this research, the data that used for analysis are students’ academic data and students’ activities data from Maranatha Christian University as case study. This analysis use one of data mining technique, which is clustering . The clustering method that used for this research are Kmeans andCobweb. Clustering method groups students and alumni that participate in student activities or not by looking and the student’s and alumni’s faculty, major, years of study, and if the student or alumni participate in student activites, we can analyze it with how many activities that the student and alumni had
