Microsoft Mouse Mischief: Memfasilitasi Pembelajaran Interaktif, Kolaburatif dan Menarik Tingkat Sekolah Dasar
Rapid advance of technology can be very helpful in improving the quality of education The need for technology in education has always been strongly linked with a big fund, so that often impede the use of technology in teaching and learning at the primary school level. The research objective is to facilitate teachers to create interactive presentations that engage and evoke the spirit and the attention of every student in the classroom with minimal funds. The development method of this learning application is Waterfall model by using the Microsoft Mouse Mischief and Microsoft Office PowerPoint. Conclusions drawn from the results of early qualitative analysis revealed three main benefits of interactive, collaborative and engaging learning with the Microsoft Mouse Mischief: (a) children showed higher levels of engagement, (b) children tend to be more active in the group, and (c) children prefer to play while learning on the big screen using the mouse input. Keywords— Microsoft Mouse Mischief, distributed computing, ICT in learning, open source system & technolog
Sistem Informasi Meramalkan Penjualan Barang Dengan Metode Double Exponential Smoothing (Studi kasus: PD. Padalarang Jaya)
PD. Padalarang Jaya is a trading company that sells a variety of daily needs. The company develop an desktop application for point of sales and purchases goods to vendor and also Decision Support System for forecasting stock of goods using the "Double Exponential Smoothing" methods. This application will be applied on an SMS gateway to facilitate PD. Padalarang Jaya and customers get the information. This application build using C # languages and SQL Server database. For Testing the features using blackbox show that this application has been able to meet the expected features. Perancangan dan Implementasi Aplikasi Android Streaming (Studi Kasus FTI Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga)
Abstract — FTI UKSW memiliki kegiatan-kegiatan baik yang bersifat kegiatan kemahasiswaan maupun kegiatan umum yang ada di fakultas. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan tersebut terdiri dari mahasiswa, dosen dan khalayak umum. Kesibukan atau tidak memiliki kesempatan untuk mengikuti acara tersebut secara langsung dapat menjadi kendala karena tidak mendapatkan kesempatan mengikuti acara tersebut. Berdasarkan masalah yang ada dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan tahapan identifikasi masalah, tinjauan pustaka, perancangan sistem dan penulisan laporan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi android streaming untuk pengambilan gambar. Selain itu juga dibangun sebuah web untuk menghasilkan output dari streaming yang ada kepada user. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi android streaming yang dapat digunakan oleh pihak fakultas sehingga masalah kesibukan atau tidak dapat hadir langsung ditempat dapat terjawab. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu pihak yang berkepentingan agar tetap mendapat kesempatan mengikuti acara secara realtime dengan streaming menggunakan mobile android pada sisi pengambilan gambar dan web untuk melihat hasil streaming. Keywords— Android Streaming, RTMP, RTSP

Abstract - Credit is the provision of money or bills that can be equated with it, based on consent or agreement between the bank and the borrowing other party require that borrowers pay off its debt after a certain period of time by the giving of flowers. Although the Lender has approved a credit proposed by the debtor, but the credit analysis to be done of debtors who have been approved so that the cause of non-performing loans can be examined and get a good classification for the determination of the appropriateness of granting credit. In granting credit need to analyse the needs of creditors, then that must be known in advance is the principles that need to be ditegakan in the framework of granting credit. Things that need to be considered in granting credit to customers is the principle 6 C's Analysis. With these problems, then there is need for troubleshooting existing solutions, by making a decision support System. Thus this decision support System will be able to meet the expectations to be achieved. The algorithm C 4.5 is algorithms used to create the decision tree. Decision tree classification method and prediction is a very powerful and famous. Penerapan Metode EOQ dan ROP (Studi Kasus: PD. BARU)
Abstract —PD.Baru not using technology that can manage system in computerized, still keep data records in manual. So the risk is very easy to lose the data transaction and requires the calculation of the optimal measuring instrument purchase the following year and to know the point of safe supply stock to make a reservation back. Therefore, created a desktop application that has the features to manage sales, purchasing and inventory by using Economic Order Quantity and Re Order Point. Applications created using programming languages C# and using database SQL Server 2008. This application testing system using the method black box, by using the method black box this may indicate that the application has been able to meet the expected result. Upaya Optimalisasi Pengelolaan Simpan Pinjam Melalui Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen di PT. BPR Arisma
Savings and credits are primary activities of PT. BPR Arismentari Ayu (Arisma). However, the management of data and information of savings and credit has not been integrated, which causes problems such as the difficulty of finding information and the loss of information due to missing files. A tool for the better management of savings and credit can be integrated and optimized. The purpose of this study is to optimize the business process savings and credit. The type of research is applied research. The data analysis technique employed was a qualitative approach to data sources derived from primary and secondary data. Sampling was conducted with purposive sampling technique, and the validity test of the data was triangulation. The research began with an analysis of current business processes to identify the needs and problem that existed. Furthermore, the analysis of the results are converted into information system design with Unified Modeling Language tool. In order to understand the user petrified design, the user interface was made as an information system. The last step was the design test of information systems using validating requirement. Identifikasi Kebutuhan Pengguna Untuk Aplikasi Permainan Edukasi Bagi Anak Usia 4 sampai 6 Tahun
User requirement identification is the most important initial phase in developing an eductional game application. At this stage will be formulated characteristics, abilities, and users interest to an application. Targeted users for the game application that will be developed are preschool chidren range from 4 to 6 years. User requirement identification process involves 52 respondents that consists of parents,teachers, and children. Interview, observation, and questionaire are used as a method for data collection. This research produce the characteristics definition of an educational application and basic capabilities for children from 4 to 6 years.Keywords: Educational Game for Children, User Requirement Identification, Children and Computer Game
PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PENILAIAN KESIAPAN IMPLEMENTASI ERP DI PENDIDIKAN TINGGI
Abstrak—Sukses implementasi ERP di sektor industri dalam satu dekade ini telah mempunyai banyak manfaat yang mendorong sektor pendidikan khususnya pendidikan tinggi untuk mengikuti keberhasilan implementasi ERP.Implementasi ERP sangat kompleks, membutuhkan waktu lama, dan mahal yang biasanya dihadapkan dengan tantangan serius.Kegagalan implementasi ERP adalah kurangnya kesiapan organisasi dalam hal kematangan aspek organisasi, bisnis proses, kultur dan teknologi dan pemilihan vendor yang tepat. Banyak penelitian dilakukan untuk pengembangkan model penilaian kesiapan implementasi ERP di sektor idustri tetapi beberapa penelitian menunjukan bahwa model/praktek terbaik dalam implementasi ERP di sektor industri tidak sesuai untuk pendidikan tinggi.penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah pengembangan model penilaian kesiapan implementasi ERP untuk menilai kesiapan organisasi khusus di sektor pendidikan tinggi, pemilihan model yang akan dikembangkan dipilih sesuai dengan tatakelola pendidikan tinggi lalu critical success factor sebagai indikator pembentuk dari kausal model. Validsi SEM Confirmatory Factor Analysis terhadap model yang diusulkan. Penelitian ini dapat menunjukan bukti bahwa model penilaian kesiapan implementasi ERP di sektor pendidikan tinggi berbeda dengan model kesiapan ERP di sektor industri
Pengamanan Sertifikat Tanah Digital menggunakan Digital Signature SHA-512 dan RSA
Land trading as investment is sometimes find some barriers or problems. One of the problems is illegal or misclaimed of the land certificate. Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) and Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) as institutions and correlated parties in the process of land certificate making need a system to handle the problem of falsification land certificate. The purpose of this research is to make secure system of digital land certificate document with a data protection system to detect if there is a falsification activity from certain party. This research hopefully can help BPN and PPAT as authorized institution of land certificate making and to lower the number of falsification. Digital signature SHA 512 and RSA are used in this research as a solution to keep data integrity of land certificate in a digital format, in this case, in an electronic book with.pdf format. Digital signature derived from xref table in.pdf file. This program has been consulted with BPN and PPAT officer in Salatiga. Metode Hibrida FCM dan PSO-SVR untuk Prediksi Data Arus Lalu Lintas
Abstract — Traffic flow forecasting is one important part in Intelligent Transportation System. There are many methods had been developed for time series and traffic flow forecasting such as: Autoregressive Moving Average (ARIMA), Artificial Neural Network (ANN), and Support Vector Regression (SVR). SVR performance depend on kernel function and parameters of those kernel and data characteristic used in SVR as well. This research proposed hybrid method for traffic flow data clustering and forecasting. Fuzzy C-means is used in order to minimize the variance in whole dataset. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is used in order to select the appropriate parameters for SVR.
