    Implementasi dan Pengukuran Kinerja Operasi Aritmatika Finite Field Berbasis Polinomial Biner

    Cryptography is one of the security techniques that secure information confidentiality and information integrity while electronic transaction processing. There are three kinds of cryptograpy protocols, Symmetric Algorithms, Asymmetric (Public Key) Algorithms, and Cryptographic Protocols. Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) is one of the public key encryption. ECC requires high computation for solving arithmetic operations.Finite field has important role in ECC implementation, which curve operations requires finite field. Finite field has several arithmetic operations, add, multiplication, squaring, and invers. There are many method or algorithm for each arithmetic operation. Finite field can be representation in prime field GF(p) and binary field GF(2m). There are two representation in binary field, polynomial basis and normal basis. This research presents implementation of arithmetic operation algorithms for adding, multiplication, squaring, and invers on polynomial basis with maximum key 299 bits.     Indonesian Language Lessons for 2nd grader of Elementary School with Standard of Competency 4 is the subject to discuss writing of short story with the correct words, capital words usage and the usage of correct full stop marker in the upright continued writing letters. The multiplatform application design is to seek solutions to problem learning method less attractive. This applications are operated in three operating systems, Windows, Android, and Ubuntu. This research employes approach of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by involving teachers and 2nd graders from Medalem II Public Elementary School in Tuban and Bangah 1 Public Elementary School in Sidoarjo. The data in research were colleted using questionnaires.     Down Syndrome is a condition of physical and mental development's retardation in children that caused by abnormalities in the development of the chromosome. However, behind the special needs held by children with Down syndrome, they have a chance to live like any other normal child.This study aims to create a web-base application that can assist parents to make early detection of the retardation level of Down Syndrome in children, as well as provide information about how to deal with Down Syndrome. One of the benefit of this application is to help parents who have Down syndromes children in order to make early treatment correctly. Other benefit for psychologist is to help them make notes about the progress of the Down syndromes patient.     Senior high school of Persatuan Guru Islam Indonesia (senior high school of PGII) is one of the international schools located in the city of Bandung , West Java . PGII high school wants to develop an academic system .The academic system will be utilized by students and teacher to create the report of students values at the school. The main feature of this application is the recommendation for the student to represent a school. This recommendation was made using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method.     Perbandingan Metode-Metode Klasifikasi untuk Indoor Positioning System

    Indoor Positioning System can provide position and navigation guidances inside a building.  This paper discusses about systematic comparison between K-Nearest Neigbors and Naïve Bayes Classifier over WiFi-based Indoor Position System dataset.  The dataset is collected using a custom Android Application, which able to receive and record WiFi signal strengths from the surrounding WiFi hotspots in UKDW campus. The dataset consists of 11658 Received Signal Strength (RSS) data from 41 public locations in UKDW campus.  We use 10-folds cross validation and T-Test with 0.05 significance level to compare classification accuracy between K-Nearest Neigbors and Naïve Bayes classifier.  Based on the experiment result, we can conclude that K-Nearest Neighbors classifier produces better classification accuracy (83.58%) than Naïve Bayes (61.52%)

    In the development of health need the data and information system that is integrated with both the development process so that health facilities can be optimized and the right target. One information system that can be used in the development of health facilities in the city of Cirebon is a geographic information system (GIS). And one of the software to build applications GIS is an Arcview and AlovMap. ArcView software is one of the software (tools) GIS and mapping was developed by ESRI (Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc). ArcView has the ability to do data visualization, data exploration, the query (both spatial and non-database spatial), analyze the data geographically, and so forth. And AlovMap (including open source software) is a portable application WebGIS Java-based publication that is used to Raster and vector data on the Internet. Excess geographic information system facilities in the city of Cirebon AlovMap use is open source and are cheaper and have the ability to support the visualization of information in decision making. This system can produce a map of the output of these pharmacies, laboratories and hospitals.     Different color model has been used to detect the location of lips within color images. These color models have different advantages and weakness. This paper intends to compare several uses of color model (namely the rgb, normalized rbg, and the YCbCr color model that is used frequently on several lip localization technique) and try to propose a combination of color model to minimize post processing in lip localization. The proposed combination combines the normalized rgb color model, the YcbCr colod model and the intensity based rgb model to obtain lip area.     Abstract — Information technology has become an important part in the organization, particularly for profit-oriented business organizations. PT Nikkatsu Electric Work is one of the companies that require information technology governance. Information technology governance need to be evaluated to establish the condition of the company in terms of IT performance management to control the quality.One of the important things that can help to evaluate the underlying performance of information technology is a framework for information technology governance that provides the basis for development of information technology governance based on COBIT. Analysis and evaluation are conducted by the COBIT 4.1 framework on ME1 domain. It is monitoring and evaluating the performance of information technology. Method or tool used is AHP calculation.Results of the analysis is that the evaluation of the level of maturity and performance of IT are at level 2. While the level of expectations of the company are at level 4.
