Strategi Pembangunan e-Culture di Indonesia
Indonesia is famous for its rich culture; however the development process seems to be done partially and it causes serious globalization and modernization threats toward the existence of Indonesian cultural heritance. There is a solution that can be executed to protect our culture; by managing, documenting, spreading information and knowledge based on information and communication technology or it is usually called Electronic Culture (e-Culture). Therefore, a study that applies a qualitative and descriptive method was done by using SWOT analysis. The result of this study is a developing domain of e-culture in Indonesia. Besides that, there is a recommendation for Indonesian Government to establish a regulation and roadmap of e-culture development in order to protect Indonesian cultural heritance. ANALISIS QoS (QUALITY OF SERVICE) PADA JARINGAN INTERNET (STUDI KASUS : UPT LOKA UJI TEKNIK PENAMBANGAN JAMPANG KULON – LIPI)
Abstract – Technical Implementation Unit for Mine’s Technology Assessment Jampang Kulon - LIPI, organizationally under and responsible to the Head of Geotechnology Research Center, Deputy of Earth Sciences, Indonesian Institute of Sciences. To support research and development activities, administration and cooperation is in need of Internet-based information systems. Quality of Service (QoS) is defined as a measure of how well the network and is an attempt to define the characteristics and nature of the service. In an Internet Protocol (IP), IP QoS refers to the performance of the -Package IP packets passing through one or more networks. QoS is designed to help end users become more productive by ensuring that end users get reliable performance of network-based applications. QoS refers to the ability of a network to provide better service at a specific network traffic through different technologies. Computer network performance can vary due to several problems, such as problems of bandwidth, latency and jitter, which can make the effect is large enough for many applications. IMPLEMENTASI COMPUTER CLUSTER BERBASIS OPEN SOURCE UNTUK PENYEIMBANG BEBAN SISTEM DAN JARINGAN KOMPUTER
The importance of an information currently required a system capable of providing the best service, especially information service with the websites media. Increasing the amount of access to the website resulting into increased workload webserver and can not be solved with a single server. This problem can be resolved by applying the cluster load balance method. Basically cluster load balance work by sharing webserver workload is distrubuted to multiple server nodes so that the websites becomes balanced.Weight round robin scheduling algorithm can balance the load by determining the amount of weight to each server node. With the load balance by using a scheduling algorithm is expected to prevent the overload requests, workload leveling webserver, and speed up the response time and throughput of the performance webservers
Pengenalan Objek pada Computer Vision dengan Pencocokan Fitur Menggunakan Algoritma SIFT Studi Kasus: Deteksi Penyakit Kulit Sederhana
Human vision can do amazing things such as recognizing people or objects, navigating through obstacles, recognizing the mood in a scene, and imagining stories. To do mimicry of the human vision, the computer requires a sensor that functions like the human eye and a computer program that serves as a data processor from the sensor. Computer vision is the science that uses image processing to make decisions based on images obtained from sensors. In other words, computer vision aims to build an intelligent machine that can "see". Computer vision can be used to detect skin diseases, for example, to detect disease Shingles (Herpes Zoster), Hives (Urticaria), Psoriasis, Eczema, Rosacea, Cold Sores (Fever Blisters), Rash, Razor Bumps, Skin Tags, Acne, Athlete's Foot, moles, Age or Liver Spots, Pityriasis Rosea, Melasma (Pregnancy Mask), Warts, and Seborrheic keratoses. Prewitt, Sobel, Roberts, and Canny operator are used to detect the edges of one or more objects. Then the results will be match with the results of edge detection image data base to determine the type of disease using Scale invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) algorithm. Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Online sebagai Media Promosi Trowulan
Trowulan heritage is a cultural heritage which is one of the relics from the Majapahit Kingdom . A lot of effort has been done by the local community to preserve the culture and engraving surrounding communities. But these efforts have not been maximized, " The awareness " in Indonesia and International and yet need to know what more could be offered through the Trowulan site can be strengthened. Increased awareness of these needs should be done in an attempt to face free competition MEA. This research aims to design an online media website and integrated with social media. The result of interview and survey indicated that Trowulan need a website which collaborated all the Trowulan's information using combination of social media. By implementing and sharing this website hopefully level of awareness in society can be reached as well as the economic life of the community around Trowulan may increase. Keywords— Cultural Heritage, HTML, Majapahit History, Tourism, Wordpress.Â
Implementation of Minimax with Alpha-Beta Pruning as Computer Player in Congklak
Congklak is one of the most popular traditional board games in Indonesia. It is said to train mathematical aspect of the player. Interestingly, nowadays more and more people are becoming less interested. Nowadays, people are paying less attention to traditional things and instead focus more to digital and electronic devices, including Indonesian. Traditional things are beginning to be forgotten from the minds of Indonesian. To re-capture Indonesian’s heart for traditional things, one of the ways is to digitize them. Hopefully by making a video game of Congklak more people, especially Indonesian, become more interested in Congklak as one of Indonesian traditional. Minimax Algorithm with its improvement, Alpha-Beta pruning is an option to make an intelligent computer player for Congklak. Abstrak - Seiring dengan meningkatnya minat masyarakat dengan hewan peliharaan, kasus penelantaran hewan juga meningkat. Dengan semakin banyak hewan diabaikan, orang-orang lebih mungkin tertular penyakit menular melalui hewan, seperti rabies, dll Meskipun sekarang banyak tempat penampungan vaksinasi dan menampung hewan terlantar, keterbatasan dana yang dimiliki oleh tempat penampungan adalah masalah lain. Oleh karena itu, aplikasi Ingon dibangun untuk memecahkan masalah. Dengan penerapan model SDLC Waterfall dalam pengembangan sistem, sistem ini dibangun langkah demi langkah. Mulai dari mengidentifikasi masalah, menentukan persyaratan sistem untuk implementasi sistem. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga berlaku crowdfunding sumbangan untuk menyumbangkan 20% dari keuntungan penjualan barang. Teknik Penyembunyian Data Menggunakan Kombinasi Kriptografi Rijndael dan Steganografi Least Significant Bit (LSB)
In this study, techniques for Data Hiding performed by combining the Rijndael algorithm and the Least Significant Bit (LSB). At first the sender encrypts the message and inserts the message into the image, and then decipher the hidden message back that can be read by the recipient. System testing is done by sending data from Rijndael encryption and Least Significant Bits to the various media sender. Results from the study indicate that the data is encrypted before and after have the same relative size, but changing the amount of image quality depends on the bit value of the quality of media and messages. Analisis Perbandingan Pengolahan Citra Asli Dan Hasil Croping Untuk Identifikasi Telur
Thermal imaging camera and smartphone camera are the impacts of rapid technological development. This research uses two tools to take pictures of chicken eggs. Images of chicken eggs from the two tools are used to identify of size, determination of object and analysis of image cropping from the samples have used. Process analysis using Matlab prototype for image processing began with histogram, converting the image to grayscale or black white, then the process is carried region props, centroid and the bounding box and labeling. The process of identification egg objects with region props and labeling can be successfully performed with a 100 % success rate. Images of each sample were conducted to provide data that the cropping process gives the area to the smaller / less identifiable objects provide little value and uniform for any number of the same object. The identification process on the image of the chicken egg thermal cameras and smartphone cameras give equal areas. However, each data cropping of the process is done, the image from the thermal cameras and smartphone cameras give different values. So the cropping process provides the difference in the identification process of chicken eggs. The difference of the image processing of thermal cameras and smartphone cameras lies in the preprocessing of images of thermal cameras needed to complement and process images from the camera smartphone needs to process with the opening before to do the region props and labeling process getting the object is identified
Extended Vector Space Model with Semantic Relatedness on Java Archive Search Engine
Byte code as information source is a novel approach which enable Java archive search engine to be built without relying on another resources except the Java archive itself [1]. Unfortunately, its effectiveness is not considerably high since some relevant documents may not be retrieved because of vocabulary mismatch. In this research, a vector space model (VSM) is extended with semantic relatedness to overcome vocabulary mismatch issue in Java archive search engine. Aiming the most effective retrieval model, some sort of equations in retrieval models are also proposed and evaluated such as sum up all related term, substituting non-existing term with most related term, logaritmic normalization, context-specific relatedness, and low-rank query-related retrieved documents. In general, semantic relatedness improves recall as a tradeoff of its precision reduction. We also proposed a scheme to take the advantage of relatedness without affected by its disadvantage (VSM + considering non-retrieved documents as low-rank retrieved documents using semantic relatedness). This scheme assures that relatedness score should be ranked lower than standard exact-match score. This scheme yields 1.754% higher effectiveness than our standard VSM
