Perancangan Aplikasi Usaha Kecil Mikro dan Menengah Berbasis Mobile Android (Studi Kasus : Sentra UMKM Tingkir Lor-Salatiga)
Abstract — Empowerment SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) was a step for Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan dan Koperasi (Disperindagkop) Salatiga to answer one vision to create empowerment public economics to increase productivity to head a independent and prosperous public in Salatiga. According to data Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan dan Koperasi (Disperindagkop) Salatiga, in 2016 there are 2730 units SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) registered. There are one of many problems in SMEs there was no media to promote SMEs for public to know and find out the SMEs product in Salatiga. This situation basically happen whole in most region in Indonesia. This research is to design and implement android based applications for promote SMEs in Salatiga. This application is usefull for promote SMEs product in Salatiga with support of LBS (Location Based Service) and Google Cloud Messaging (GCM).Â
Perbandingan Penerapan Algoritma A*, IDA*, Jump Point Search, dan PEA* P ada Permainan Pacman
Pathfinding is a way to find the shortest route between two points. There are several A* variant algorithms such as Iterative Deepening A* (IDA*) algorithm, Partial Expansion A* (PEA*), and Jump Point Search (JPS). In this research, the writer evaluates the performance of A*, IDA* algorithm, JPS, and PEA* algorithm. The algorithms are implemented in pacman game and the writer get the data by measuring visited nodes, and the route it takes. Based on the analysis of algorithms in a game, it concluded that the algorithms have the same path solution, but JPS algorithm has less visited nodes than A*, IDA*, and PEA
Komparasi dan Analisis Kinerja Model Algoritma SVM dan PSO-SVM (Studi Kasus Klasifikasi Jalur Minat SMA)
Attribute Selection is very important for classification process. This research has been done by doing attribute selection using PSO method (Particle Swarm Optimization) on SVM algorithm (Support Vector Machine). The development of the classification model uses three parameters especially data attribute, influence of the transformation of various kernel function and penalty factor (C) toward the performance of SVM and PSO-SVM classification.  The analysis uses five kernels in mySVM library that existed in Rapidminer application namely dot, radial, polynomial, neural, and anova kernel. The training data used in the first model classification development is student interest data at ABC high school on 2013-2014 year academic.  The first model is evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and auc value test. The first result shows that the anova kernel on PSO-SVM is able to work with accuracy level 99.30% using penalty factor 0.1. The second model has been developed to predict student interest in XYZ high school. The second result shows that PSO-SVM with kernel anova is able to classify students interest with 99.29% accuracy level.  Keywords— Optimization, SVM, PSO-SVM, Student Interest.Â

Bank Sampah Cimahi (Bank Samici) was established with the aim to reduce landfill waste in the city cimahi. So that the waste can be harnessed into something that has economic value. In 2014 to 2016 it was noted that bank customers Bank Sampah Induk Cimahi 825 people, while the population of cimahi in 2014 amounted to 579 015 inhabitants, the comparison between the customer and the number of city dwellers cimahi only 0:23% is already a customer of the population cimahi, certainly in this case waste bank holding cimahi less successful, By utilizing advances in information and communication technology, As we have seen in the current era we already feel very rapid development of technology and growing fast. Pembangkitan Solusi Penjadwalan Berprioritas Melalui Penerapan Constraint Satisfaction Problem (Studi Kasus: Laboratorium Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas XXX)
Dalam sebuah organisasi pengelolaan jadwal adalah hal yang rutin. Namun demikian masih banyak ditemukan kesulitan dalam pembangkitan jadwal yang diinginkan. Hal tersebut terutama terjadi karena terdapat berbagai batasan yang tidak dapat ditentukan secara pasti untuk setiap situasi. Dalam makalah ini disampaikan sebuah pendekatan untuk menetapkan kriteria pembangkitan jadwal secara fleksibel. Pendekatan tersebut dilakukan melalui pemanfaatan Constraint Satisfaction Problem (CSP). Salah satu hal yang ingin ditekankan adalah fleksibilitas CSP dalam hal penentuan kriteria pada saat pembangkitan jadwal. Ujicoba dilakukan pada penjadwalan staf di Laboratorium Fakultas Teknologi Informasi (FIT) di Universitas XXX. Ujicoba tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan CSP menghasilkan beberapa kandidat penjadwalan yang memenuhi kriteria dan berpotensi tinggi untuk diterapkan

The method used in designing the Information System Architecture is the method of Unified Software Development Process. This method is used to building a framework that is used to developing an application. The process of Software development is divided into several phases, in which in each phases is carried out several stages repeatedly. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerima Beasiswa Dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (Studi Kasus di Fakultas Teknologi Informasi U.K. Maranatha)
Currently, the process of determining a scholarship at the Faculty of Information Technology Maranatha Christian University is still done manually. The existence of several types of scholarships offered, the number of defined criteria for each scholarship and the increasing number of students who enroll in order to receive the scholarship, causing the process of determining admission scholarship lasts longer and not objective. Based on the reasons above, this research is conduct  using  a decision support system that can provide recommendations to scholarship recipients. The assessment criteria of the applicants that much then used algorithms Fuzzy Multiple attribute Decision Making (Fuzzy MADM) with Simple Additive weighting method (SAW). The methodology used in the study consisted of three phases. The first stage is the preparation which includes the identification and formulation process of determining admission scholarship deploying along with the formulation of a decision support system requirements. At the second stage of implementation includes program development, testing, and implementation. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Prioritas Pemadaman Hotspot Kebakaran Hutan dan Lahan Menggunakan Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process dan Weighted Product
Forest and land is a natural resource that is very potential to be used for national development. Nevertheless to forests and land are common threats and harassment that impede conservation efforts. One form of threats and harassment by the forest fires and land (karhutla). Land and forest fires in Indonesia is a problem that occurs regularly every year, especially during the dry season. Conventionally information delivery system is done by monitoring directly in the field, use a map and compass as well as the use of the gong in the villages as a tool to inform the public about the possibility of fire. Today, with the help of modern technology such as computers, telecommunications devices and the Internet many developing fire information system that provides information to map the locations of fire (hotspot). However, often the fire information display only hotspot in an area, featuring a fire-prone area served is not clear, and is not based on processing methods methodologically inconsistent, which tend to be subjective and dependent on the processing of data. Hotspot which appeared hundreds or even thousands, to minimize the danger of fire should be immediately sought a solution would have been to put it out, but by the number of hotspots that much is certainly not an easy thing to do. One determines the hotspot to be extinguished in advance will result in a more dangerous and greater losses. Planning activities for fire prevention and suppression requires accurate information, actual and easily understood by decision makers. Therefore, by utilizing advances in technology, it takes a Decision Support System (Decision Support System) to help determine hotspots land and forest fires are a top priority to extinguish based on the criteria that have been set. The proper method for application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Weighted Product (WP).Â
