Implementation of Securing Data in the Cloud using Combined Cryptography and Steganography
The recent advance in information technology field forcing us to ensure the privacy of the digital data. It is very important to develop the method that may satisfy the needs. Many methods/techniques applied to reach that goal. One of efficient way to reach that secrecy can be achieved with implementing steganography. TheStego application is using Steganography to work in the digital domain and hides the data information within speech signal. To increase the security, TheStego combines steganography techniques with MD5 encryption techniques. Steganography techniques that applied in TheStego application is using LSB (Least Significant Byte) method. This application have three main features: hide text in an audio carrier, hide image within the audio and an audio inside a wave signal of an audio carrier. TheStego also required the user to enter password before the processing of data hiding begin. The password will act as decryption password. Such approach is implemented to increase the security of this application. So, only the one who knows the password that can extract and decrypt the data inside of the application
Analisis Spasial berdasarkan Indeks Getis Ord Data Laju Inflasi Tahunan di Pulau Sumatra
This study discusses the analysis of year-on-year inflation data on the island of Sumatra using the Getis-Ord General G index and the Getis-Ord Gi* Index, which will be compared with the Bootstrap Method. And the Mann Withney Test for comparison of two time periods. The results showed that the highest average inflation was in Pangkal Pinang City by 5.82, and the lowest was in Banda Aceh City by 3.63. There is a significant difference in the median inflation rate from the cities of inflation on the island of Sumatra except in the cities of Banda Aceh, Palembang and Batam. With a significance level alpha = 5%, it is concluded that there are spatial cluster and spatial autocorrelation patterns in February 2014. Cities with high inflation value cluster with its neighbors are the city of Pangkal Pinang, and the low inflation value cluster is Banda Aceh. It means that a region is close to other regions has a similar level of inflation in terms of high and low at a certain time. In other words, commodities contributing to inflation between adjacent regions are interrelated.

Perancangan Data Warehouse Perguruan Tinggi untuk Kinerja Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat
Accreditation is an evaluation to ensure the quality of a study program at higher education by completing two main documents for qualitative data and self-evaluation, namely Study Program Performance Report (LKPS) and Self Evaluation Report (LED) respectively. Data used for this process must be consistent and accurate, therefore a central repository is proposed. A data warehouse for the domain of Research and Community Service is built using the snowflake schema and a five-step approach methodology proposed for the educational data warehouse. The schema consisted of one fact table, ten dimension tables, and four bridge tables. Using a business intelligence tool, data from the data warehouse is queried and provided in a dashboard. The data warehouse successfully returned the qualitative data needed for LKPS. As for the evaluation data for LED, the data warehouse is able to fulfill seven out of ten requirements. The data for the remaining three are provided with a slightly different orientation to the requirement, this was due to the data source
Pengembangan Sistem Pengelolaan dan Pemantauan Proyek dengan Metode Agile Pola Scrum
Vsualproject is a business unit of Visi Prima Group which is located in Gresik, a business engaged in software development. In working on the project, the Vsualproject is required to complete the task on time as well as under the customers' requirement. Current management processes were still done manually which consist of recording in the Whatsapp application chat group. In a software development project, it is also necessary to develop the desired interests to find out whether it is under the organization' demands and needs. Keeping notes in the WhatsApp chat group makes notes frequently disappeared and the search process was more complicated about who requests the development process. The purpose of this research is to develop a system that can help Vsualproject to manage projects and provide services to their customers with the project monitoring feature. The system was developed using the Scrum pattern Agile development method which was carried out during the four-cycle sprints. The results of the development of the system were tested by the Black Box Testing method to ensure that the system meets the user's requirements. The result of this study produced a project management system that can be used by internal users of Vsualproject management projects includes managing the stages, payment, and project’s works. The system can also be used by customers to monitor projects through a web profile without asking for special access rights
Analisis Komparatif ARIMA dan Prophet dengan Studi Kasus Dataset Pendaftaran Mahasiswa Baru
This research presents all studies, methodologies, and results about testing the accuracy of predictions on new student marketing data by region using the Prophet and Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) methods. The dataset selected for this study uses 26 years of actual data that has an annual interval. The data was prepared for time series forecasting analysis, therefore, several numbers of data preprocessing were applied such as log transformation and resampling. To get efficient variables, the best variables will be sought to improve the accuracy of predictions. Both models will conduct training and test data to produce values that can be compared using the metric regression model. Based on the training conducted, Prophet has better performance than ARIMA
Building Acoustic and Language Model for Continuous Speech Recognition in Bahasa Indonesia
Here a development of an Acoustic and Language Model is presented. Low Word Error Rate is an early good sign of a good Language and Acoustic Model. Although there are still parameters other than Words Error Rate, our work focused on building Bahasa Indonesia with approximately 2000 common words and achieved the minimum threshold of 25% Word Error Rate. There were several experiments consist of different cases, training data, and testing data with Word Error Rate and Testing Ratio as the main comparison. The language and acoustic model were built using Sphinx4 from Carnegie Mellon University using Hidden Markov Model for the acoustic model and ARPA Model for the language model. The models configurations, which are Beam Width and Force Alignment, directly correlates with Word Error Rate. The configurations were set to 1e-80 for Beam Width and 1e-60 for Force Alignment to prevent underfitting or overfitting of the acoustic model. The goals of this research are to build continuous speech recognition in Bahasa Indonesia which has low Word Error Rate and to determine the optimum numbers of training and testing data which minimize the Word Error Rate.
 
Pembangkitan Pola Batik dengan Menggunakan Neural Transfer Style dengan Penggunaan Cost Warna
In this research, the neural transfer styles technique was applied to transfer styles of pattern of Batik, a traditional Indonesian cloth painted using the wax-resist dyeing technique, to some certain images. The transfer was performed using a well-known convolutional neural network (CNN) architecture. Some neural transfer tests were done to produce solid color which originally came from color clustered images. The color cost function of the CNN was computed at every epoch of the iterative neural computation. The result of the transfer are images with clustered colors and a slightly apparent color gradient. The produced images can be classified as "Creative Batik"
Pengembangan Aplikasi Regresi Parameter Cuaca Berbasis Visual Basic For Application
Abstract —
This research is the development of the Microsoft Excel VBA application to perform regression analysis between weather parameters in terms of data centering measures (PAMER11). The combination of parameters and data centering measures obtained 55 parameters that can be combined into 1,677,255,139,725 annual regression analysis outputs. The case study used in this study only calculates air humidity with temperature and air pressure observation variables, then the analysis results are compared with the results of the Excel Toolpak analysis data with the Anova. The development of this application method is carried out in 4 stages, namely: define, design, develop, adn dissemination. The defined stage includes analysis of the needs of researchers in the BMKG field, analysis coverage of the needs of BMKG in the form of regression analysis. The design stage includes format selection, application program selection, and initial design (prototype 1). The development stage includes validation (prototype 2) obtained a programming aspect value of 4.1325 valid criteria, comparison of Anova results from the output of the PAMER11 application and analysis of the Excel toolpak, the f-value is with a p-value of 99% which results in the two calculations are significantly equal, for the display aspect get a value of 4,8175 valid criteria, limited and field product trials (prototype 3), where a limited trial was carried out on all faculty lecturers getting a score of 4.2440 very good criteria. Field trials conducted on the BMKG Cilacap got a score of 4.8333 very good criteria and data analysis at each stage of development has been improved towards the application program.

The use of k-means algorithm in student supply process is done to see students supply tendency in each region who study at satya wacana christian university (SWCU). This data processing with k-meansis useful for extracting information and knowledge from students data at SWCU. With data mining processing, the stakeholders at SWCU can take strategic steps for the penetration process in regions with potential student supply indication. The use of k-meansalgorithms facilitates the process of data analysis as well as grouping on student data during a 5-year period. The aim of this study is to provide on target strategic picture for regions which potentially have a significant impact on students supply each year
Metode Background Substraction untuk Pencarian Tempat Parkir Menggunakan Kamera Pengawas
Indonesia is a country with the high number of vehicle users. The high number of vehicles affecting the needs of parking area. Meanwhile, wider parking area would make people difficult to find available parking slot. One of the solution is creating smart parking system, a system that can help people to find available parking slot easier. Most of smart parking system using an expensive sensors installed on each parking slot to detect parked car on that slot. However, the installation of that system is too expensive, then not everyone can afford it. This research purpose is to create a cheaper smart parking system using the help of CCTV's camera. System reading the image of parking area from CCTV's camera, then decide all of the captured parking slot are available or not using background substraction method. From the testing result, the accuracy of this smart parking system is 93.69%
