    Implementasi DenseNet Untuk Mengidentifikasi Kanker Kulit Melanoma

    Skin is a part of a human body that covers the entire body and protect the lower layer from direct sunlight and another microorganism. Because of that, skin cells are always changing and could be changed because of genetic mutation that causes skin cancer. In general, skin cancer is divided into three groups, namely : skin cancer Basal cell carcinoma, skin cancer Squamous cell carcinoma, and skin cancer Melanoma. Melanoma skin cancer is caused by abnormal growth in melanocyte cells. Several methods are proposed to predict Melanoma skin cancer using  ResNet, LeNet, and Support Vector Machine. System performance is measured based on the value of accuracy, precision, recall, and f-measure. This experiment is conducted using a Melanoma skin cancer dataset that obtained the average value in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, and f-measure are 0.94, 0.95, 0.92, and 0.94 respectively. Based on that result, the proposed DenseNet121 performs better with 0.94 accuracy, compared with ResNet, LeNet, and Support Vector Machine method.   Keywords— Convolutional Neural Network; Image Classification; Melanoma Classification; DenseNet121

    Klasifikasi American Sign Language Menggunakan Ekstraksi Fitur Histogram of Oriented Gradients dan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan

    Sign languages have various types, one of which is American Sign Language (ASL). In this study, ASL images from the handshape alphabet were extracted using Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) then these features were used for the classification of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) with various training functions using 3 variations of multi-layer network architecture where ANN architecture consists of one hidden layer. Based on ANN training, trainbr test results have a higher success rate than other training functions. In architecture with 15 neurons in the hidden layer get an accuracy value of 99.29%, a precision of 91.84%, and a recall of 91.47%. The test results show that using the HOG feature and ANN classification method for ASL recognition gives a good level of accuracy, with an overall accuracy of 5 neurons 95.38%, 10 neurons 96.64%, and 15 neurons with 97.32%.   Keywords— Artificial Neural Network; American Sign Language; Histogram of Oriented Gradient; Training Functio

    A nursing home is a place where the elderly get care services to live out their parenthood. In the management of nursing homes, many activities are carried out such as nursing services for the elderly, family visit activities, receiving donor assistance, managing elderly contributions, and transferring the elderly. Most of the information about these activities is still referred to manually and some of it is processed using separate applications. The aim of this research is to design the database model needed by the nursing home. The database model design can later be used as a reference for software developers in building an integrated nursing home information system. The form of research carried out is in the form of case studies with data collection methods through interview techniques and documentation studies. Meanwhile, for the analysis and design of the database model itself, it uses Database Life Cycle (DBLC) method which focuses on conceptual database design, logical database design, and physical database design. The result of this design is a relational database consisting of 11 tables and 12 relations. Social media is a part of the life of the wider community today, from teenagers to the elderly, many of which use social media to fill their spare time. Trends in the use of social media from various circles of society have many functions, such as news updates, online communication tools, sharing (data, images, and voice) without having to meet face to face. The impact of all social media use, this study aims to select the most popular social media used based on function, interest, or interface. This study uses the Promethee II method as an analysis of social media selection decisions with the results of calculations using Excel 2019. The alternative criteria objects in this study use popular social media such as Instagram, Whatsapp, Facebook, Line, and Telegram.     This paper presents an evaluation result of smell code and anti pattern detection in java based application development. The main objective to be achieved in this research is to determine the proper way in the detection of smell code and anti pattern in the development of java based software, and to evaluate the impact of using code inspection tools and software metrics to refactoring code in java based software development. Smell code to be detected in this research is Long Parameter List, Large Class, Lazy Class, Feature Envy, Long Method, and Dead Code. Anti pattern that will be detected is The Blob / God Class and Lava Flow. The selection of smell code and anti pattern is based on the definition, characteristics, detection factor, and software metrics. To support the research process is done through the evaluation stage of a case study java based application as a sample for inspection of code for the detection of smell code and anti pattern and calculation software metrics. Case studies of selected applications as sample applications are E-Commerce applications with functional master data management of goods and customers as well as management of sales and payment transactions. The detection of the smell code and anti-pattern on the case study is done in stages so it can be determined whether or not to refact.     Optimasi Fuzzy Artificial Neural Network dengan Algoritma Genetika untuk Prediksi Harga Crude Palm Oil

    Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is one of Indonesia's best export commodities. CPO production competition causes price fluctuations so that it can trigger losses. The solution that can be taken to avoid losses is to predict the price of CPO. Time series data in the previous months, starting from January 2009 until January 2020, are used as a reference to predict the next CPO price. In this research, CPO price prediction is carried out with a combination of artificial intelligence concepts, namely Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN), and fuzzy logic. The combination of these methods, namely Fuzzy Radial Basis Function Neural Network (FRBFNN), is then optimized using genetic algorithms. The prediction results show that the error based on the MAPE value for FRBFNN prediction on training data is 11.7% and the MAPE value for testing data is 9.4%. In the FRBFNN prediction that was optimized using a genetic algorithm, the MAPE value was 10.2% for training data and 8.3% for testing data

    Sistem Pencatatan Data Penggunaan Air Berbasis Smartphone Android

    Currently, the recording of water usage is still done manually. A more practical and efficient recording system for water usage is needed. In this paper, a water meter data logger system has been designed. This system consists of a water meter device and a smartphone application. Communication between the water meter device and smartphone via a Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) connection. The water meter device uses the Wemos D1 Mini Module as a controller and flow sensor to find out the amount of water used. Data received by the smartphone from the water meter device will be processed and entered into the smartphone database (SQLite). From the test results, the water meter device can calculate water usage with an average error of 0.2957. Water usage data can be stored in a database on a smartphone. The distance of the wireless connection range between the water meter device and the smartphone is 37 meters without a barrier and 16 meters with a barrier

    Layanan teknologi informasi merupakan layanan bidang teknologi informasi yang selanjutnya dalam tulisan ini akan disebut dengan istilah layanan TI. Layanan TI memberikan dukungan untuk semua kegiatan operasional sebuah organisasi, termasuk Universitas Kristen yang memiliki sebuah bidang sistem dan teknologi informasi yang berada dibawah Direktorat Informasi. Bidang ini memerlukan sebuah pengelolaah yang baik dan telah mendefinisikan layanan TI sejak tahun 2014 kedalam bentuk Service Level Agreement (SLA). Namun sejak dibuat SLA tersebut belum pernah dilakukan analisis terhadap SLA yang ada. Oleh karenanya dilakukan analisis dari tahun 2016-2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis layanan TI dengan menggunakan sumber data utama SLA. Metode penelitian berupa observasi SLA dan dokumen mutu, wawancara dengan pihak terkait, menganalisis setiap layanan dengan beberapa alat yang sesuai, serta penyebaran survey kepada pengguna layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SLA telah dijalankan sesuai dengan taget namun setiap kegiatan layanan TI harus didukung sepenuhnya oleh dokumentasi lengkap agar pada saat pengukuran kinerja berikutnya dapat lebih menunjukkan pengukuran yang handal dan terpercaya

    Almost all parts in an organization both commercial and non-commercial must have held an event. No exception in the education, especially at the University. The number of events carried out on campus is a phenomenon that makes students who are members of organizations learn to organize it so that it can run well. Organizing events is not easy and requires a lot of energy, time and costs starting from marketing, registering, ticketing, participant validation, and distribution of certificates. The aim of this research is to analyze the ineffectiveness and inefficiencies that occur in running an event. Analysis and observations were made based on the processes that took place in the holding of events held by students at Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. The process will be simplified by utilizing digital media so that the process of making an event becomes more effective and efficient. This research resulted in a BPR (Business Re-engineering Process) in which the marketing, registration, and ticketing processes that were originally done manually were, converted to digital with a web-based system.     A warehouse marketplace is a platform that brings together businesses or people who need a warehouse with a warehouse provider. Because this type of marketplace is relatively new, there are still many shortcomings, especially in the User Experience (UX) section. The features offered by this marketplace are still very limited, so it is difficult to attract potential users. The purpose of this study is to analyze and improve User Experience in the warehouse marketplace. Heuristic evaluation will be used as a UX analyzer method and Google Material Design as a reference of design principles for revising the previous UX. The evaluation results will be useful for two parties. For user to navigate the marketplace easier so that the conversion from visitors to buyers increases.
