Perancangan Sistem Informasi Distribusi Barang Menggunakan BlueSeer Enterprise Resource Planning
One of the current operational activities of PT. Geoff Maksimal Jaya is the distribution of goods, every item that has been produced will be stored in the warehouse to be entrusted or distributed to shops, wholesalers, and other related parties. However, data documentation activities related to the distribution of these goods are still carried out manually, so that access to obtain any information is still limited. In response to these problems, the purpose of this study was made to get easy access to information by utilizing the BlueSeer ERP application as a reference for designing information systems. The development method used in this research is the waterfall. It is hoped that this can help companies access information on operational activities of distributing goods effectively and efficiently. In the future, this research can be developed by adding several other aspects such as monitoring the delivery of goods in order to cover the complete access to information on operational activities of the distribution of goods
High Performance Computing Environment using General Purpose Computations on Graphics Processing Unit
Here a report of a development phase of an environment of high performance computing (HPC) using general purpose computations on the graphics processing unit (GPGPU) is presented. The HPC environment accommodates computational tasks which demand massive parallelisms or multi-threaded computations. For this purpose, GPGPU is utilized because such tasks require many computing cores running in parallel. The development phase consists of several stages, followed by testing its capabilities and performance. For starters, the HPC environment will be served for computational projects of students and members of the Faculty of Information Technology, Universitas Kristen Maranatha. The goal of this paper is to show a design of a HPC which is capable of running complex and multi-threaded computations. The test results of the HPC show that the GPGPU numerical computations have superior performance than the CPU, with the same level of precision

In order to achieve the company goals, in Universitas Kristen Maranatha, Information system becomes the main tool and Information Technology infrastructure become the backbone in running the company business model, along with the increasing of portfolio application, number of Information Technology services and the amount of human resources. Universitas Kristen Maranatha requires an international standard instrument to measure several domains, both Manage and Operation domains, holistically. By implementing frameworks such as COBIT 5 or COBIT 5 for IT RISK, ISO 31000: 2018, the company is able to measure planning effectiveness, strategic policies implementation, IT service management measured by Service Level Agreement, monitoring and evaluation. Prediksi Penyebaran Informasi di Twitter dengan Metode Pembelajaran Mesin dengan Fitur Linimasa
Abstract — Social Media Network has been an important information source, and the information propagation within the network gave an impact on politics, marketing, and entertainment industry. Our aim is to predict a tweet whether the information will be propagated further. The previous research has focused on analyzing this task with a wide range of learning methods and features, such as content and account features. Timeline features are proposed as features that can further predict information propagation and as we compared the performance with content and account features. The dataset consists of 43.229 tweets, we predict the information propagation with logistic regression, support vector machines, and random forest learning method with these features. Our result indicates that the timeline feature can be a good candidate for predicting information propagation and the random forests learning method consistently performs better. From the training result, we further calculate feature importance. Recently tweets, engagement with another user and previous liked tweets on the timeline features contributed to more popular tweets
Manual Load Balancing pada Redundancy Link Menggunakan Multi-Group Hot Standby Router Protocol
Redundancy Link merupakan upaya pencegahan permasalahan jaringan dengan menyediakan jalur cadangan terhadap jalur utama yang digunakan. Redundancy Link untuk layer 3 Network memiliki beberapa metode, salah satunya adalah Hot Standby Router Protokol (HSRP). Secara default HSRP tidak memiliki fitur Load Balancing, oleh karena itu dalam tulisan ini akan dibahas penerapan Load Balancing menggunakan beberapa Group HSRP secara manual pada empat buah VLAN. Hasil yang didapat adalah proses transisi penanganan failover dan recovery berlangsung mulus dan jarang terjadi hilangnya packet atau time out, namun terjadi peningkatan delay selama beberapa saat sebelum akhirnya kembali normal. Selain itu didapati bahwa terjadi perbedaan yang cukup signifikan antara waktu failover dan recovery yang diperlukan ketika terjadi permasalahan jaringan pada satu interface fisik dan interface dengan empat sub-interface yang mewakili empat Group HSRP untuk masing-masing VLAN. Dimana penanganan failover antara keduanya memiliki selisih waktu 6.35 detik, sedangkan waktu recovery memiliki selisih waktu sebesar 6.58 detik
Sistem Kendali Terpusat Penjadwalan Perangkat Air Conditioner Berbasis Internet of Things
Air Conditioner (AC) devices in Duta Wacana Christian University 2nd floor Agape computer laboratory are turned on in the morning and turned off in the evening manually by the computer laboratory officer every day after all the classes are over. Whereas there are sessions when laboratory rooms are not used, but the AC is still on. So, there is a waste of electricity. It wastes time and energy in vain. Therefore, the implementation of AC control and scheduling can be the solution. The implementation includes a program for PC that is used to control the AC and IR module that is attached to the computer laboratory’s AC. IR module consists of NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller and IR LED. All microcontrollers are connected to the internet over a WiFi network. The microcontroller substitutes conventional remote control. From the result, it can be concluded that the AC control and scheduling system is successfully implemented and worked well with good performance. After the system is implemented, computer laboratory officers no longer need to turn on and off the AC manually every day. Therefore, it can save energy and time. Besides that, waste of electrical energy can be minimized, because AC will turn off automatically when the laboratory room is not used

Pengembangan Knowledge Management System dengan Teknik Information Retrieval
Useful data sets can be used as information to solve problems or share knowledge with others. In the case of companies implementing the new system, many input errors, or not knowing the workflow of the program, are experienced repeatedly by the same person or people in the same department. Besides that, with the entry of new employees, it takes time to adapt and how to solve the problem. To solve it, a place is needed to record problems and their solutions, or share knowledge, both for old and new employees as 'First Aid'. Knowledge Management System application is expected to help solve the problems as a place to collect data which contains errors, cause and solving; business flow; user authorization; etc. The data used, using data from a collection of tickets, personal messages or e-mail, and knowledge owned by the user, will be entered into the database as a storage place for knowledge. In the input process, each word will be broken down based on the character 'space', tokenizing, filtering, and VSM and then entered into the database. Users can search for information or knowledge by entering keywords or sentences according to user needs, then the input will be processed by tokenizing, filtering, and calculating the length using VSM. After getting the input length, the results will use the TF-IDF algorithm and cosine similarity, and the system will display the results in list form and see the details if the results from the list are selected
