Get PDFKemajuan zaman mendorong pertumbuhan industri kopi yang pesat seiring perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda yang menjadikan kedai kopi sebagai tempat berkumpul, bekerja, maupun bersantai. Salah satu bentuk usaha yang berkembang adalah Street Coffee, termasuk Toko Kopi Hataria di Kabupaten Ponorogo yang mengalami transformasi dari gerobak keliling menjadi kedai menetap dengan konsep jadul dan nuansa outdoor. Persaingan ketat dalam bisnis kopi mendorong pelaku usaha untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran dan menjaga kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Social Media Marketing, Store Atmosphere, dan Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Toko Kopi Hataria. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada responden yang merupakan pelanggan Toko Kopi Hataria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel Social Media Marketing, Store Atmosphere, dan e-WOM memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tren belanja online yang semakin meningkat serta maraknya kompetisi merek hijab lokal yang menuntut strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif. Populasi dalampenelitian ini berjumlah 799 mahasiswi angkatan 2021 s/d 2024, dengan sampel sebanyak 90 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik Proportional Stratified Random Sampling berdasarkan kriteria pernah membeli produk Heejab.inds di
Shopee. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Live Streaming, Online Customer Review, dan Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Di antara ketiga variabel tersebut, Brand Image memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Schizophrenia is a collection of psychotic reactions that affect various aspects of an individual's functioning, such as thought patterns, communication, perception, interpretation of reality, and emotional expression. This disorder is generally characterized by chaotic thoughts, hallucinations, and unusual behavior. Hallucinations themselves are sensory perception disorders that cause a person to experience false sensations without any real stimuli, such as hearing voices, seeing things, smelling odors, feeling touch, or tasting flavors that do not actually exist.
This study was conducted for 4 days starting from February 3 to February 7, 2025 at Dr. Arif Zainuddin Surakarta Regional Hospital. This research method is a qualitative case study using descriptive writing techniques through nursing care for patients with schizophrenia who experience sensory perception disorders of visual hallucinations.
The results of the assessment showed that the client experienced a nursing problem of sensory perception disorders, visual hallucinations, as evidenced by the client often seeing figures that were considered his friends and feeling annoyed when the shadows appeared. The nursing actions given were hallucination management for 4 days based on the client's evaluation, which showed improvement by showing positive progress, namely seeing shadows decreased, the level of sensory perception distortion decreased, the frequency and intensity of hallucinatory behavior decreased.
In conclusion, mental health nursing care for schizophrenia patients with sensory perception disorders involving visual hallucinations requires a good therapeutic relationship between the nurse and the client to achieve optimal nursing outcomes.

Analisis Wacana Kritis Model Sara Mills pada Konten Media Sosial Instagram @komnasperempuan tentang Edukasi Pencegahan dan Perlawanan Kekerasan Seksual di bulan Oktober 2024.
Get PDFSexual violence continues to be a significant challenge in Indonesia, with official data indicating 6,966 cases as part of 15,173 reports of violence against women and children. The phenomenon of electronic-based sexual violence (EBSV), such as harassment in social media comment sections, further complicates this issue. This study aims to analyze the educational role of the Instagram account @komnasperempuan in efforts to prevent and combat sexual violence through a critical discourse analysis approach based on Sara Mills' model. This qualitative research was conducted online by observing four selected posts from the @komnasperempuan account related to the issue of sexual violence. The findings reveal that Komnas Perempuan consistently positions itself as an active subject an agent of change that advocates for legal justice, provides support for victims, and encourages the community to create a safe environment. Meanwhile, victims of sexual violence are presented as the primary object in the discourse, often depicted as a vulnerable group in need of protection. Interestingly, while this discourse construction places victims in a marginal position (in line with feminist critiques by Sara Mills), the educational messages conveyed remain effective in motivating readers to engage actively. The analysis of the reader position shows that the content from @komnasperempuan is not only informative but also applicable successfully building awareness, empathy, and a drive to participate in the prevention of sexual violence. The language used adheres to gender-sensitive journalistic principles, making the messages easy to understand and share. Thus, this study concludes that Komnas Perempuan's communication strategy on Instagram effectively creates a critical discourse that opens up public dialogue while also driving social change.

PENGARUH AKUNTABILITAS,PEMAHAMAN AKUNTANSI,DAN KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN PADA SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI DI KABUPATEN PONOROGO
Get PDFThe objective of this study is to determine the influence of (1) accountability, (2) accounting comprehension, and (3) human resource competence on the effectiveness of financial management in public elementary schools in Ponorogo Regency. The research location was selected due to identified challenges in the financial management process at public elementary schools in Kauman District. The population of this study consisted of 550 public elementary schools, and based on the Slovin formula calculation, a sample of 85 schools from 21 districts in Ponorogo Regency was obtained. The sampling technique used was Stratified Random Sampling.
The respondents in this study were the principals and treasurers of public elementary schools in Ponorogo Regency. The data used were primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 85 public elementary schools, with a total of 170 respondents consisting of school principals and treasurers. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis, including descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, hypothesis tests, and the coefficient of determination test, with data processing performed using SPSS version 25.
Based on the results of the research conducted on all the collected data, it was found that accountability (X1) has a partial effect on the effectiveness of school financial management, accounting comprehension (X2) has no effect on the effectiveness of school financial management, and human resource competence (X3) has an effect on the effectiveness of school financial management. The testing conducted for the fourth hypothesis, which examined the simultaneous effect of accountability, accounting comprehension, and human resource competence on the effectiveness of school financial management, showed that Ho4 was rejected and Ha4 was accepted. This means that the independent variables—accountability (X1), accounting comprehension (X2), and human resource competence (X3)—have an influence on the dependent variable, namely the effectiveness of school financial management (Y).

Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan, Cita Rasa, dan Brand Image terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Kampung Dawet Jabung
Get PDFKampung Dawet Jabung Ponorogo sebagai salah satu UMKM di bidang kuliner turut mengalami peningkatan dan inovasi di bidang pelayanan sehingga meninggalkan kesan yang menarik bagi konsumen. Kesan menarik pada konsumen mampu menimbulkan rasa puas terhadap suatu hal. Dalam bisnis kuliner, kepuasan konsumen diperoleh melalui berbagai faktor, diantaranya kualitas layanan, cita rasa, dan brand image. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, cita rasa, dan brand image terhadap kepuasan konsumen Kampung Dawet Jabung Ponorogo. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 100 konsumen Kampung Dawet Jabung Ponorogo yang diperoleh secara accidental sampling dimana pelaksanaan penelitian berlangsung selama 14 hari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form pada konsumen Kampung Dawet Jabung Ponorogo dan data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Kampung Dawet Jabung Ponorogo, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.007 1.66088), cita rasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Kampung Dawet Jabung Ponorogo, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001 1.66088), brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Kampung Dawet Jabung Ponorogo, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 1.66088), dan kualitas layanan, cita rasa, dan brand image secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Kampung Dawet Jabung Ponorogo, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 2.699). Sebagai pelaku usaha, mempertimbangkan kualitas layanan, cita rasa, dan brand image merupakan salah satu langkah yang konkrit agar Kampung Dawet Jabung Ponorogo dapat mempertahankan kepuasan konsumennya. Cita rasa dapat lebih ditonjolkan untuk menarik minat dan daya beli konsumen. Terlebih dalam hal ini menu yang disajikan merupakan menu khas Kabupaten Ponorogo, jika cita rasa lebih ditingkatkan mampu menarik kesan bagi pengunjung baik pengunjung lokal maupun pengunjung dari wilayah lain

Final-year Diploma 3 Nursing students are in the most challenging phase of their education, facing various academic demands, the preparation of a student's research project (KTI), and the implementation of clinical practicums. A high workload has the potential to trigger intrapersonal conflict, one of which is anxiety, which can affect students' sleep patterns. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between anxiety levels and sleep patterns in final-year Diploma 3 Nursing students at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo.
This study used a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The population was all 109 final-year Diploma 3 Nursing students at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The sampling technique used proportionate random sampling, with 53 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire on anxiety levels and sleep patterns and analyzed using Fisher's Exact Test with a significance level of α = 0.05.
The results showed that 14 respondents (26.4%) experienced mild and moderate anxiety, 13 respondents (24.5%) experienced minimal anxiety, and 12 respondents (22.6%) experienced severe anxiety. A total of 32 respondents (60.4%) experienced poor sleep patterns, while 21 respondents (39.6%) experienced good sleep patterns. Statistical test results showed a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a relationship between anxiety levels and sleep patterns in final-year D3 Nursing students at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo.
It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between anxiety levels and sleep patterns in final-year D3 Nursing students. Therefore, attention to students' psychological well-being is necessary to optimize the function and role of student counseling services, one of which is through the Al Manar clinic at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo.

The elderly are vulnerable to health problems, including depression, which can be triggered by decreased physical function, loneliness, loss of a partner, and lack of social support. Family support plays a crucial role in helping the elderly cope with the changes of old age. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and depression levels in the elderly in Dukuh Sumberjo,Ringinagung Village, Magetan District, Magetan Regency.
The research design used was quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The sample size was 50 elderly respondents selected through purposive sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using the Family Support Scale (FSS) questionnaire to measure family support and the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS)to measure the level of depression. The results showed that most elderly people with
poor family support experienced severe depression (75%), while elderly people who received good family support tended to have milder levels of depression. The results of the chi-square test showed a significant relationship between family support and the level of depression in the elderly (p-value = 0.00 <α = 0.05).
The conclusion of this study is that family support plays an important role in reducing the level of depression in the elderly. Therefore, families are expected to provide emotional, social, and practical attention and support continuously to improve the mental well-being of the elderly.

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of e-commerce, digital payment, financial literacy, financial inclusion, and accounting knowledge on the performance of Halal MSMEs in Ponorogo Regency. The type of research used in this study is quantitative, with primary data. The population of this study was all Halal MSMEs in Ponorogo Regency, totaling 2,015. The sampling method used cluster sampling, the sample obtained was 89 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of the study show, (1) E-commerce has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. (2) Digital payment has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. (3) Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. (4) Financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. (5) Accounting knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. (6) Simultaneously, it was found that the variables e-commerce, digital payment, financial literacy, financial inclusion, and accounting knowledge have a significant effect on the performance of Halal MSMEs in Ponorogo Regency

This study aims to create a good mathematics learning media "Geri" on the material of geometric transformation, sub-chapter reflection and meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This learning media was developed using the Genially platform and Geogebra software to create an interesting learning experience and support active student involvement in the learning process. This research is expected to provide a positive contribution in the development of learning media that is in accordance with learning objectives and achievements.
This research is a Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The subjects of this study were 17 students of class XI MA Al-Azhar Sampung. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and test questions. The instruments used were validation sheets of material and media experts, questionnaires on the practicality of teachers and students, and test questions on the effectiveness of learning media. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the learning media developed.
The results of the study showed that the mathematics learning media "Geri" obtained a validity value from material experts of 94,44% and from media experts of 86,66%, both included in the "Very Valid" criteria. In the practicality trial, based on the results of the student practicality questionnaire, the percentage was 89.22% with the "Very Practical" criteria and in the teacher practicality questionnaire, the percentage was 77.5% with the "Practical" criteria. Meanwhile, the effectiveness trial was shown through the results of student tests which reached a percentage of 81.12% with the "Very Effective" criteria. Based on the test results obtained, it can be concluded that the mathematics learning media "Geri" is a good learning media to use. The researcher suggests that further development can be carried out on other materials and collaborated with more diverse platforms.
