SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENERIMA BANTUAN PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN (PKH) MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA FUZZY SAW
Get PDFThe Family Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional social assistance program provided by the government for poor and vulnerable families. However, in Kedungpanji Village, the PKH recipient selection process often faces obstacles, such as delays in data updates and lack of objective assessments. This research aims to develop a web-based decision support system (DSS) to assist the Kedungpanji Village government in determining potential PKH recipients fairly and transparently. This system implements the Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (Fuzzy SAW) method, which uses fuzzy logic to determine the weighting of each criterion more flexibly and adaptively to the community's social conditions. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to perform an alternative ranking process based on the weighting and normalization of each criterion's values. Assessments are based on 12 criteria, including income, housing conditions, water sources, the presence of school children, and the elderly. The system was built using PHP and MySQL and underwent blackbox testing to ensure all features function properly. With this system, the recipient selection process in Kedungpanji Village can be carried out more efficiently, objectively, and effectively.

The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the tempe chips home industry contributes to increasing income, creating job opportunities, and strengthening family economies. In addition, this business also enhances community skills and promotes local economic independence. Thus, the tempe chips home industry plays a strategic role in supporting the welfare of the Jendi Village community

Get PDFThis study examines in-depth the implementation of the Islamic study program (ta'lim) held on Friday mornings and afternoons at SMPN 1 Bandar and evaluates its impact on student achievement, particularly in Islamic Religious Education (PAI).
This study aims to understand how ta'lim activities are implemented at SMPN 1 Bandar and their impact on students' Islamic Religious Education (PAI) achievement. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including direct observation, in-depth interviews, and relevant documentation. The researchers interviewed several key informants, including Islamic Religious Education teachers, the principal, and several students participating in the ta'lim activities.
Data analysis techniques used included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, complemented by source triangulation. The results indicate that the ta'lim program is implemented routinely and continuously, with activities divided appropriately between male and female students. The material presented in the ta'lim focuses on strengthening religious values, developing religious character, and implementing noble morals in daily life. The ta'lim activities on Friday mornings and afternoons have been proven to have a positive impact on improving learning achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects, as evidenced by an increase in students' report card grades
Pembentukan Karakter Disiplin melalui Ekstrakurikuler Hizbul Wathan (HW)
Get PDFDeveloping disciplinary habits in children is a vital aspect of education. Extracurricular
activities significantly influence students' school lives. Hizbul Wathan (HW), an
extraacurricular at SD Muhammadiyah Mlarak Inovatif, centers on cultivating noble
character. This program not only enhances students' physical growth but also teaches
morality and discipline. This research aims to determine how the Hizbul Wathan (HW)
extracurricular impacts the disciplinary character of students at SD Muhammadiyah
Inovatif Mlarak. Additionally, it explores the tactics used in these out-of-class activities
and their effect on student behavior. A case study and qualitative method were
employed. To gain deeper insights, comprehensive interviews were also conducted
with extracurricular organizers and students. Survey results indicate that most
students (87%) are disciplined during HW activities and feel more disciplined after
participating; furthermore, 93.8 percent reported that HW activities teach neatness
and help them understand punctuality. Active student participation in these activities
fosters closer relationships and unity. Such active involvement is a key component in
shaping disciplinary character. At SD Muhammadiyah Inovatif Mlarak, the Hizbul
Wathan (HW) extracurricular is recognized as crucial for developing students'
disciplinary character

DESCRIPTIONS OF THE FAMILY'S ROLE IN FALL PREVENTION AND FALL SAFETY INCIDENTS

Falls are not only a significant global public health issue but also a rapidly growing one. Falls not only result in injuries but also increase length of stay and cost of care. Preventing falls is not solely the responsibility of staff and nurses; the role of families as caregivers during hospitalization is crucial in preventing falls. This study aims to describe the role of families in fall prevention and fall safety incidents in the inpatient ward of 'Aisyiyah Ponorogo General Hospital. This descriptive study involved 67 families of high-risk patients, out of a total population of 267 per year, using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire on family roles in fall prevention and reports of fall safety incidents.
The study found that 92.5% of families played a positive role in fall prevention, with 0% of fall safety incidents. Positive family roles in fall prevention during hospitalization included assisting with the patient's toileting needs and taking turns caring for the patient with other family members. Families have a bad role in preventing falls by stating that they rarely help patients to use safe and non-slip footwear when walking.

tragedi kerusuhan sepakbola yang terjadi di Stadion Kanjuruhan, Malang, pada Oktober 2022.
Kerusuhan tersebut menyebabkan ratusan nyawa melayang dan ratusan orang lainnya
mengalami luka-luka. Penelitian ini mengkaji sejauh mana pihak kepolisian dapat
dipertanggungjawabkan secara pidana atas insiden tersebut, berdasarkan hasil putusan
Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya Nomor: 13/Pid.B/2023/PN Sby. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini
adalah untuk memahami aspek hukum yang terkait dengan pertanggungjawaban pidana
kepolisian dalam insiden kerusuhan sepakbola, dengan mengacu pada prosedur pengamanan
yang seharusnya diterapkan oleh pihak kepolisian. Penulis menelaah apakah pihak kepolisian
telah menjalankan tugasnya dengan benar sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur yang
ada, serta apakah ada kelalaian yang berujung pada kerusuhan dan korban jiwa. Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif, di mana penulis
mengkaji dokumen-dokumen hukum, termasuk putusan pengadilan, undang-undang, dan
regulasi terkait pengamanan acara olahraga, serta hasil wawancara dengan narasumber yang
berkompeten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pihak kepolisian terbukti melakukan
kelalaian dalam menjalankan tugasnya, antara lain dengan penggunaan gas air mata di area
tribun yang berpotensi memperburuk situasi. Hal ini bertentangan dengan prosedur
pengamanan yang seharusnya lebih mengutamakan keselamatan dan keamanan penonton. Oleh
karena itu, pihak kepolisian dianggap memiliki tanggung jawab pidana atas kejadian tersebut,
meskipun tidak ada niat jahat untuk menyebabkan kerusuhan. Kesimpulan dari skripsi ini
adalah bahwa pihak kepolisian harus lebih berhati-hati dan memperhatikan standar
pengamanan yang lebih ketat dalam acara sepakbola. Penegakan hukum yang adil dan
akuntabel terhadap pihak-pihak yang terbukti melakukan kelalaian sangat penting agar tragedi
serupa tidak terulang di masa depan. Skripsi ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami
pentingnya tanggung jawab pihak kepolisian dalam menjaga ketertiban dan keselamatan
publik, serta perlunya evaluasi terhadap prosedur dan kebijakan pengamanan dalam acara
olahraga di Indonesia.

Masjid dalam Sejarah Islam tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat ibadah, tetapi juga menjadi pusat peradaban dan pendidikan umat. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya menghidupkan kembali fungsi ideal mesjid sebagaimana yang di contohkan oleh Rosulullah SAW, di mana masjid dijadikan sebagai pusat pendidikan dan pengetahuan agama di Masjid Al-Mustakim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan peran masjid sebagai pusat Pendidikan Islam di Ma’had Aly Muhammad Al-Fatih. Menjelaskan bentuk kegiatan Pendidikan di masjid Ma’had Aly Muhammad Al-Fatih. Dan menjelaskan faktor pendukung dan penghambat proses Pendidikan di Ma’had Aly Muhammad Al-fatih.
Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif sengan jenis penelitian dekskriptif. Peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci dalam pengambiland ata penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian berfokus pada Masjid Al-Mustakim di Ma’had Aly Muhammad Al-Fatih.teknik analisis data melalui reduksi, display, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah Masjid Al-Mustakim di lingkungan Ma’had Aly Muhammad Al-Fatih berperan membentuk dan memperkuat pendidikan agama Islam. Masjid ini tidak hanya digunakan sebagai tempat ibadah, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pembinaan karakter dan pengembangan ilmu agama. Bentuk-bentuk pendidikan Islam yang dilakukan di Masjid Al-Mustakim mencerminkan pola pembelajaran yang terstruktur dan variatif. Pada pelaksanaan peran masjid sebagai pusat pendidikan Islam, terdapat faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Faktor pendukungnya antara lain lokasi yang strategis, fasilitas yang memadai, dan dukungan dari pengurus serta masyarakat sekitar. The risk of falls in the elderly can be caused by age-related changes and environmental conditions that do not support safety. One of the most common physiological changes is a decline in musculoskeletal function, which leads to a decrease in muscle mass and strength. This contributes to reduced psychomotor ability and impaired balance in older adults. In addition, an unsafe environment further increases the likelihood of falls. This case study aims to provide nursing care for elderly individuals experiencing compromised safety, with a specific focus on the nursing problem of fall risk.
This study was conducted using a nursing approach through a problem-solving method. The subject of the study was an elderly individual with a high risk of falling, residing at UPT PSTW Magetan. The research activities were carried out from June 16 to June 21, 2025.
The assessment data obtained showed the results of muscle strength examination: the right upper and lower extremities had muscle strength scores of 5 and 4, respectively, while the left upper and lower extremities scored 5 and 3. Balance assessment indicated that Mrs. S was at high risk of falling, with a score of 13. Based on the implementation of nursing care, the fall risk problem in Mrs. S was partially resolved. During the intervention period, Mrs. S did not experience any falls, although she remained in the high-risk category due to degenerative conditions resulting in decreased muscle strength.
This nursing care for elderly individuals with fall risk problems is expected to serve as a source of information for older adults in efforts to prevent falls and to enhance their understanding of how to minimize such risks

No full textChronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a condition in which kidney function declines
slowly and steadily, resulting in the accumulation of metabolic waste products in the body.
This decline in kidney function is characterized by a decreased glomerular filtration rate
and increased urea and BUN levels, which often impact the gastrointestinal system. As a
result, the patient's nutritional needs are disrupted, leading to nutritional problems. The
purpose of this case study is to provide comprehensive nursing care. This study aims to
understand how nursing care is provided to a patient with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
with Nutritional Deficiency in the Seruni Ward of Dr. Harjono Ponorogo Regional
Hospital. Nursing care was provided for three days, from June 24 to 26, 2025, using a
nursing process approach for Mrs. J. The assessment results showed that the patient had
experienced loss of appetite for the past three days and weight loss. The patient's current
weight is 43 kg, her height is 160 cm, and her BMI is 16.8. Nursing actions provided
include: identifying the patient's readiness and ability to receive information, developing a
health education schedule based on the patient's agreement, providing opportunities for
questions, and guiding the patient in following a diet according to medical
recommendations. Based on the evaluation, it was discovered that the patient's nutritional
deficit has been partially resolved.

IMPLEMENTASI ALGORITMA FIRST IN FIRST OUT (FIFO) UNTUK MENENTUKAN ANTRIAN PEMESANAN TELUR DI PETERNAKAN AYAM PETELUR DESA KREBET
No full textPeternakan ayam petelur di Desa Krebet mengalami kendala dalam pengelolaan antrian pemesanan telur yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal ini menyebabkan waktu tunggu yang lama, ketidakteraturan pelayanan, serta penurunan kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengimplementasikan algoritma First In First Out (FIFO) dalam sistem informasi berbasis web guna mengatur antrian secara lebih tertib dan efisien. Algoritma FIFO bekerja dengan prinsip siapa yang datang terlebih dahulu akan dilayani lebih dulu, sehingga proses pemesanan dapat berjalan adil dan terstruktur. Sistem dibangun menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan algoritma FIFO mampu menurunkan rata-rata waktu tunggu pelanggan menjadi 12,4 menit, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam proses pelayanan. Sistem ini juga menyediakan fitur seperti pendaftaran antrian online, pemantauan antrian secara real-time, pengelolaan transaksi, dan laporan penjualan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, peternakan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap usaha yang dijalankan
