Acute Myocardial Infarction is a disruption in blood flow to the heart which causes heart muscle cells to experience hypoxia. Narrowing of one or more coronary arteries which causes ischemia and infarction and results in heart muscle necrosis can cause pain. The pain commonly felt by sufferers in AMI patients is chest pain which sometimes spreads to other parts of the chest. Guided imagery is a nursing intervention that guides a person's mind to imagine pleasant things that they like so that something positive is achieved. This case study aims to provide nursing care for myocardial infarction patients with acute pain nursing problems.
The application of Guided Imagery Therapy to Myocardial Infarction patients was carried out at Amal Sehat Wonogiri Hospital for 5 days in September 2024. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation, using a nursing care format.
The results of the assessment obtained from myocardial infarction patients were acute pain nursing problems. The intervention was carried out for 5 days. The medical action taken to overcome the problem is guided imagery therapy. The results of the evaluation of myocardial infarction patients with acute pain nursing problems were resolved, the pain scale was 7 down to 0.
It is hoped that the implementation of Guided Imagery Therapy in Myocardial Infarction patients with acute pain nursing problems can be applied by nurses, especially in treating myocardial infarction patients using guided imagery therapy.

PREDIKSI KEBUTUHAN PAKAN AYAM PETELUR MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA REGRESI LINEAR BERGANDA DI DESA WAGIR KIDUL
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi kebutuhan pakan ayam petelur di Desa Wagir Kidul menggunakan algoritma regresi linear berganda guna mengatasi ketidakakuratan dalam penentuan jumlah pakan yang berdampak pada pemborosan biaya dan produksi telur. Data historis pakan dari tahun 2022 hingga 2024 dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan variabel jumlah ayam, umur ayam, berat ayam, dan produksi telur. Model dikembangkan menggunakan Python dan Scikit-learn, dengan hasil evaluasi menunjukkan akurasi tinggi (R² = 0,92). Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi berat, umur, jumlah ayam, produksi telur sebagai factor yang signifikan untuk memprediksi kebutuhan pakan ayam. Model prediksi ini diharapkan membantu peternak dalam mengelola pakan secara lebih efisien

Get PDFThe era of globalization is marked by the rapid development of information technology. One of its developments in the digital marketing system is the emergence of various e-commerce platforms. Shopee is an application or platform that runs in terms of online buying and selling that can be used easily via smartphone. The convenience provided by e-commerce attracts consumers in shopping for fashion products. This study aims to determine the influence of E-WOM, brand image, and trust on purchasing decisions in student consumers of fashion products at the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. This study is quantitative with a sample of 116 respondents, using probability sampling and purposive sampling as sampling techniques. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The data was processed using SPSS version 29. The results of this study are: 1) E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 2) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 3) Trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 4) E-WOM, Brand Image, and Trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Shopee on student consumers of fashion products at the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo.

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are a crucial component in supporting the country's economic growth and development. In Indonesia, MSMEs are a key driver of the national economy. MSMEs have the potential to drive fairer and more equitable economic growth. This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Literacy, Digital Marketing, and Product Innovation on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Ponorogo Regency. This quantitative study targeted MSMEs in Ponorogo Regency. The sample size was 98, selected using area cluster sampling. The survey method involved collecting data through questionnaires distributed to MSMEs in Ponorogo Regency. The data was then processed using SPSS. The results show that digital literacy, digital marketing, and product innovation significantly influence the performance of MSMEs in Ponorogo Regency. Therefore, this study is expected to serve as a reference for MSMEs to continue growing in the digital era.

ANALISIS EFISIENSI DAN EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA DI DESA MAGUWAN KECAMATAN SAMBIT
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of village fund management in Maguwan Village, Sambit District. The data used in this study are primary and secondary. Primary data were obtained from interviews with the Village Head, Village Treasurer, Village Secretary, Village Consultative Body (BPD) Chair, and community leaders. Secondary data were obtained from the 2021-2024 Village Fund Revenue and Expenditure Budget Implementation Report. The data collection method used in this study was descriptive qualitative, with two analytical tools: efficiency analysis and effectiveness analysis.
The results of the efficiency analysis indicate that village fund management in Maguwan Village from 2021-2024 was quite efficient, with an average efficiency level of 86.49%. This achievement reflects the village government's ability to optimally manage the budget, minimize waste, and ensure the allocation of funds is used effectively. This efficiency is reflected in the food security, health, and village infrastructure sectors, where each sector demonstrated physical output that met targets and provided direct benefits to the community. The results of the effectiveness analysis indicate that village fund management in Maguwan Village from 2021 to 2024 was considered quite effective, with an average effectiveness rate of 83.79%. This indicates that village spending has been implemented in accordance with the established budget plan, although there is still room for improvement to achieve a highly effective category. Priority programs in food security, health, and infrastructure were successfully implemented on target, contributing positively to village development and community empowerment.

IMPLEMENTASI KELAS TA'DIB DALAM MEMBENTUK ADAB DAN AKHLAK KARIMAH PESERTA DIDIK DI SMA AR-ROSYIDAH MAGETAN
Get PDFThe main concentration of ta'dib is the development of students' morals, with the aim of forming personalities who have commendable morals and understand adab in various contexts of life. The importance of adab and morals education, especially in the world of education, makes students have a good improvement in terms of adab and morals in their school environment, family, and society. Ta'dib class is an innovation in the learning process with the main objective of shaping the adab and morals of students at Ar-Rosyidah Magetan High School.
Based on the explanation above, this study aims to describe the implementation of ta'dib classes in shaping the manners and morals of students at Ar-Rosyidah Magetan High School, the results of the implementation of ta'dib classes in shaping the manners and morals of students, and what factors support and hinder the efforts of Ta'dib classes at Ar-Rosyidah Magetan High School. This research uses a leatherative research method. And the type of this research is a case study. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. And the data analysis used is data collection, data presentation, data reduction, conclusion drawing and verification.
Based on the results of the study, it shows that the implementation of ta'dib class in SMA Ar-Rosidah Magetan has a strategic role in fostering student character. Ta'dib classes, which are specifically designed and supported through halaqah nasyath, habituation, and exemplary activities, have proven to be effective in shaping the personalities of students who are civilized and noble.
In addition, the role of the teacher as an example and companion is an important factor in instilling the values of adab and akhlak karimah to students, both in the aspect of relationships with Allah Ta'ala, relationships with fellow humans, and relationships with the surrounding environment.The results of the implementation of Ta'dib class in shaping the adab and akhlak karimah of students at Ar-Rosyidah Magetan High School are visible changes in adab to parents, to teachers, to lessons, and adab to friends.The factors that support the running of the ta'dib class are the adequate environment and competent teachers.While the factors that become obstacles in the ta'dib class are the differences in the innate character of students and the focus of learning that is divided because of the many curricula applied

The purpose of this study is to find out "The Influence of Self Efficacy, Work Engagement, and Organizational Culture on Employee Organizational Commitment at PT. PLN UP3 Ponorogo". This research is a quantitative research with a data collection method using a questionnaire shared through google form. The population in this study is all employees of PT. PLN UP3 Ponorogo. The sampling method uses saturated samples where the entire population is used as a sample of 40 respondents. The data was measured using a likert scale of one to five, where 1 for the answer strongly disagrees and 5 for the answer strongly agrees. The data analysis used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) through the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of the analysis show that self-efficacy has a significant effect on the commitment of the employee organization at PT. Toko hewan peliharaan (Petshop) seringkali menawarkan berbagai produk dan layanan untuk mendukung kesehatan, kenyamanan, dan kebahagiaan hewan peliharaan. Namun, beberapa petshop menghadapi kendala dalam operasionalnya, salah satunya adalah kurangnya informasi yang mudah diakses oleh pelanggan terkait hewan yang dijual. Penelitian ini menawarkan solusi berupa pengembangan sistem katalog online untuk SysOocats Petshop, yang dilengkapi dengan fitur pencarian menggunakan algoritma sequential search. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall, meliputi identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, perancangan sistem, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma sequential search berhasil diimplementasikan untuk mencari data kucing dalam katalog online dengan cepat. Hal tersebut ditunjukan dari hasil rata-rata pencarian di angka 0,0051 detik. Untuk kemajuan aplikasi dapat dikembangkan menjadi sebuah marketplace seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, atau OLX, sehingga jangkauan pemasaran menjadi lebih luas
SISTEM KLASIFIKASI PENYAKIT PADA DAUN LABU SIAM BERBASIS CNN DENGAN OPTIMASI HYPERPARAMETER DI DESA PUDAK KULON
Get PDFIndonesia, as an agrarian country, relies heavily on the agricultural sector as the backbone of the community’s economy, particularly in mountainous regions such as Pudak Kulon Village. In this area, chayote has become one of the alternative commodities developed by the community after the livestock sector was affected by the foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) outbreak. However, chayote cultivation faces challenges from leaf diseases such as downy mildew and powdery mildew, which can significantly reduce both quality and yield. Manual disease detection has proven inefficient, error-prone, and time-consuming, requiring specific expertise. Therefore, this study aims to develop an automated and computerized leaf disease classification system for chayote using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method with hyperparameter optimization. The model was trained on a dataset of leaf images consisting of three classes: downy mildew, powdery mildew, and healthy leaves. Performance evaluation using classification metrics showed excellent results, with an F1-score of 0.99 for downy mildew, 1.00 for powdery mildew, and 0.99 for healthy leaves. Both macro and weighted averages achieved 0.99, indicating high consistency across all classes. The results of this study produced a classification system that can assist farmers in early disease diagnosis, thereby improving crop productivity and reducing potential losses caused by chayote leaf diseases
