Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih minimnya pemanfaatan media loose part secara optimal dalam kegiatan pembelajaran anak usia dini, padahal media ini memiliki potensi besar untuk mengembangkan kreativitas anak melalui pengalaman bermain yang terbuka dan eksploratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman guru terhadap penggunaan media loose part dan mengetahui perkembangan kreativitas anak melalui media loose part di KB Khadijah Ngariboyo. Media loose part dapat meningkatkan perkembangan kreativitas anak karena melalui media loose part anak diberikan kebebasan untuk menuangkan ide kreatifitasnya sesuai dengan imajinasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk memastikan keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan tiga teknik triangulasi data yakni, triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Triangulasi sumber digunakan untuk membandingkan dan mengkroscek data dari berbagai sumber yakni guru dan siswa. Triangulasi teknik menggunakanlebih dari satu teknik pengumpulan data (observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi) untuk menguji konsistensi data. Triangulasi waktu digunakan untuk pengamatan atau wawancara di waktu yang berbeda untuk menghindari bias waktu. Tahapan teknik analisis data yang dilakukan peneliti antara lain, 1) Reduksi data; 2) Penyajian data; dan 3) Penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan media loosepart terbukti efektif dalam merangsang kreativitas anak-anak melalui kegiatan bermain yang bebas dan fleksibel. Hal ini tercermin dari beberapa indikator kreativitas yang telah diamati selama proses pembelajaran

    ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF INSTAGRAM USAGE IN BUILDING PERSONAL BRANDING AMONG COMMUNICATION SCIENCE STUDENTS OF THE 2021-2024 BATCH, FACULTY OF SOCIAL AND POLITICAL SCIENCES, MUHAMMADIYAH UNIVERSITY OF PONOROGO NURIYAH ULFA KAROMAH 21240947 This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of Instagram usage in building personal branding among Communication Science students of the 2021-2024 batch, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. In today's digital era, social media has become an essential tool for building self-image, one of which is through Instagram, a platform widely used by young people. This study employs a quantitative method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents from a total population of 411 students. The independent variable in this research is Instagram usage, measured by cognitive, affective, and social indicators. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is building personal branding, measured through indicators such as expressing personality and personal values, consistency of self-image, competence and skills for social validation, as well as visibility and self-existence. The data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate a significant influence between Instagram usage and building personal branding among Communication Science students of the 2021-2024 batch, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. Thus, proper use of Instagram can be an effective strategy for building a positive self-image both in academic and professional environments.     This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing Activities, Customer Trust, and Customer Experience on customer loyalty at Ponorogo Olshop Murah. The method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 140 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed that the three variables had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Effective Social Media Marketing Activities increase loyalty, while Customer Trust in business integrity and transaction security also play an important role. Customer Experience is proven as the dominant variable that affects loyalty. Simultaneously, the three variables make a significant contribution in shaping customer loyalty. The findings emphasize the importance of social media marketing strategies, trust building, and improving customer experience to maintain loyalty in business

    IMPLEMENTASI PENGGUNAAN VIDEO CHANNEL KASTARI SENTRA UNTUK MESTIMULUS KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA PERMULAAN

    Kemampuan membaca pada anak usia dini merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan literasi awal yang menjadi dasar bagi proses pembelajaran selanjutnya. Namun, dalam praktiknya, pembelajaran membaca seringkali masih menggunakan metode konvensional yang kurang menarik bagi anak-anak. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi digital, media pembelajaran berbasis video, seperti channel edukatif Kastari Sentra di YouTube, menjadi alternatif potensial untuk merangsang minat dan kemampuan membaca anak.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implementasi penggunaan video channel kastari sentra untuk menstimulus kemampuan membaca permulaan. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan subjek 13 anak usia 5 tahun (5 laki-laki dan 8 perempuan) di TK PGRI Grogol tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode Milles dan Huberman, serta uji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan video Kastari Sentra secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak usia 5 tahun. Setelah tiga minggu penggunaan video, 75% anak mampu menyebutkan lebih dari 15 huruf secara acak, dan 58% mulai dapat merangkai dua suku kata sederhana. Peningkatan juga terlihat pada aspek afektif dan motivasional, di mana anak-anak menjadi lebih antusias dan fokus dalam belajar membaca. Video ini membantu guru dalam menjelaskan materi secara lebih menarik dan mudah dipahami, serta mendorong proses belajar yang bermakna dengan mengaitkan huruf dengan objek konkret. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan kebutuhan adaptasi individual untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus juga ditemukan.Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan video Kastari Sentra terbukti menjadi strategi yang efektif, ekonomis, dan mudah diakses untuk membangun kemampuan membaca awal anak, menjembatani perbedaan gaya belajar, dan mendorong partisipasi aktif dalam proses belajar yang menyenangkan

    Abstract This study was motivated by the significant contribution of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in driving economic growth and improving community welfare, particularly in rural areas. Grogol Village, Sawoo Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency, is one such area with human resource potential, where a portion of the population works in the informal sector. One form of MSME that has developed in this village is the woven plastic bag craft business. This business is considered capable of creating employment opportunities for housewives, increasing family income, and supporting the fulfillment of basic needs. The objective of this study is to determine the role of the woven plastic bag craft MSME in improving household economic welfare and to identify the challenges faced by business operators in Grogol Village. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a survey approach and is supported by qualitative data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The sample in this study consists of all 34 SME operators, with data collected using questionnaires and analyzed descriptively using frequency distribution and percentages. The results of the study indicate that the majority of respondents are women of productive age, with a secondary education background and have been running their businesses for more than two years. Before joining the SME, most respondents had no income. After joining, they earned additional income used to meet basic needs, education costs, and family healthcare expenses. Additionally, this business also employs other family members and provides flexible working hours suitable for homemakers. However, SME operators still face several challenges, such as limited raw materials, limited access to capital, as well as competition and marketing issues. Despite this, the presence of woven bag SMEs has a positive impact on the economic well-being of households in Grogol Village. Keywords: SMEs, Well-being, Grogol Village, Woven Bag Craftsmanshi

    OPTIMALISASI WAKAF UANG BERBASIS DIGITAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN INKLUSIVITAS FILANTROPI ISLAM DI YAYASAN EDUKASI WAKAF INDONESIA

    This study aims to determine the optimization of digital-based cash waqf at the Education Waqf Foundation of Indonesia. Currently, digital development is important for waqf institutions because it facilitates inclusive access to all levels of society. The research methodology is a descriptive qualitative approach. The types of research data include primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection techniques were obtained through informant interviews with institutional leaders, cash waqf managers, digital administrators, waqf nadzirs working with endowments, and waqifs. Secondary data is obtained through literature studies sourced from Indonesian Waqf Board, the Institute's website and information related to cash waqf obtained through electronic media. The data analysis technique uses field data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the Education Waqf Foundation of Indonesia in managing cash waqf funds is more effective and on target when done through digital. Digital-based cash waqf activities include the process of raising funds, managing waqf financial management, and distributing waqf funds. Digital- based cash waqf activities become more efficient, transparent and accountable, creating trust at all levels of society. Through the Pasifamal.id platform, all information related to waqf is easily accessible. This increases public trust and participation in waqf. Digital-based monitoring and reporting helps ensure that waqf funds are optimally used for their intended purpose

    APLIKASI PENYEWAAN GEDUNG OLAH RAGA MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA FIRST COME FIRST SERVED DI GOR KI MAGETI MAGETAN

    Gor Ki Mageti Magetan is a sports hall located in Magetan Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Based on its functions, it can be seen that this facility greatly supports various community activities. The scheduled rental data from January to December 2023 recorded a total of 130 rental requests. However, the current reservation process is still carried out manually, which often leads to several issues. Manual reservations require manual record-keeping, increasing the risk of information errors and unorganized booking queues. Based on these challenges, it is necessary to develop an information technology-based application for sports hall rental at Gor Ki Mageti Magetan that can facilitate the booking process, provide schedule information, minimize double bookings, and improve service quality through the implementation of the First Come First Served (FCFS) algorithm. The study is entitled “Sports Hall Rental Application Using the First Come First Served Algorithm at Gor Ki Mageti Magetan.” The findings show that the system functions as expected, covering sequential reservations, identical time slots, and input validation. Moreover, the application of the FCFS algorithm successfully prioritizes booking queues based on the earliest input or arrival order, ensuring that requests are processed fairly and systematically until completion

    PERANCANGAN MACHINE LEARNING UNTUK DETEKSI PENYAKIT TANAMAN KUBIS DENGAN METODE CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK (CNN) ARSITEKTUR ALEXNET

    Indonesia, as an agrarian country, relies heavily on the agricultural sector as the main pillar of its economy. In mountainous areas, cabbage cultivation serves as the primary source of income for local communities due to fertile soil and favorable climate conditions. However, farmers in Krisik Village, Pudak Sub-district, face major challenges, particularly the susceptibility of cabbage plants to diseases such as leaf blight and soft rot, which can significantly reduce crop yields. Manual disease detection has proven to be less accurate, time-consuming, and prone to errors. To address this issue, this research aims to develop a computerized cabbage leaf disease detection system. The system employs a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with the AlexNet architecture, which is well known for its effectiveness in recognizing visual patterns in digital images. CNN can extract key features from leaf images and automatically classify disease types efficiently, providing detection results along with accuracy, disease charts, and treatment recommendations. The implementation results demonstrate excellent performance. Evaluation using classification metrics such as precision, recall, and F1-score shows that the model achieved an F1-score of 0.98 for soft rot, 0.94 for blight, and 0.96 for healthy leaves. The macro-average and weighted-average scores were also high at 0.96, indicating consistent performance across all classes. The outcome of this research is a system that can be utilized as a reliable early diagnostic tool, helping farmers reduce losses and improve crop quality

    Kepuasan konsumen (pelanggan) menjadi faktor penting dalam sebuah bisnis untuk tetap bertahan dan terus berkembang dan meraih kesuksesan. Secara teori, konsumen yang merasa puas dengan produk, jasa, atau merek, kemungkinan besar akan terus membelinya (melakukan pembelian ulang) dan memberitahukan kepada yang lain perihal tersebut (Kotler, 2021). Salah satu variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah ketersediaan fasilitas. Fasilitas mempengaruhi layanan yang diterima secara langsung oleh konsumen dalam berbagai faktor yang mendukung kepuasan konsumen. Selain fasilitas, Brand Image (Citra) dari sebuah perusahaan turut mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Citra merek yang positif cenderung menciptakan ekspektasi positif pada konsumen, yang jika terpenuhi atau terlampaui, akan berujung pada kepuasan. Testimoni membantu konsumen agar mengetahui bahwa bertransaksi dengan perusahaan tersebut aman dan dapat dipercaya. Testimoni dari pelanggan yang puas memberikan bukti nyata tentang pengalaman positif mereka. Ini membantu calon pelanggan untuk merasa lebih yakin dengan keputusan mereka untuk bergabung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu data yang dapat dihitung berupa angka-angka. Penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Fasilitas dan Brand Image terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan testimoni pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi pada King Fitness Ponorogo. Analisis data penulis lakukan di awali dengan pengumpulan dan pengolahan data berupa kuesioner tertutup dengan skala likert dimana alternatif jawaban nilai 1 sampai dengan 5 pemberian skor dilakukan atas jawaban pertanyaan. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan sesuai dengan data yang dikelola dengan model analisis jalur disimpulkan bahwa; Fasilitas dan Brand Image berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (model pertama), Fasilitas dan Brand Image berpengaruh terhadap testimoni pelanggan (model kedua), Fasilitas, Brand Image dan testimoni pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (model ketiga) dan testimoni pelanggan mampu memediasi pengaruh Fasilitas dan Brand Image terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada King Fitness Ponorogo
