ANALYSIS OF DESTINATION BRANDING OF GOA RESI TOURISM IN THE DEVELOPING TOURISM VILLAGE OF CONTO BULUKERTO DISTRICT, WONOGIRI REGENCY, CENTRAL JAVA
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the destination branding of Goa Resi Tourism in Conto Village, Bulukerto District, Wonogiri Regency, Central Java, using Morgan and Pritchard's five-stage destination branding theory. The research identifies the application of these stages, including market investigation, brand identity development, brand launch and introduction, brand implementation, and monitoring, evaluation, and review. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were obtained from in-depth interviews with stakeholders, field observations, and document analysis.
The results indicate that Goa Resi has successfully identified and evaluated relevant market potentials, created a strong and consistent brand identity, and launched and introduced the brand with effective communication strategies. Brand implementation in the field has also been carried out consistently, although there are some challenges in managing supporting services such as shuttle buses and the relatively narrow access roads to Goa Resi. Routine monitoring and evaluation, conducted monthly, allow for necessary strategy adjustments to maintain branding alignment and effectiveness. The recommendations include improving infrastructure and accessibility, developing educational and interactive tourism programs, and establishing a proprietary shuttle bus service for Goa Resi. With these measures, it is hoped that Goa Resi Tourism can continue to develop as a sustainable and attractive destination for tourists

Get PDFOne type of emergency that can occur at home is febrile seizures. Often parents do not know what febrile seizures are, what causes them, or how to treat them properly, causing emergency care errors in children. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of health education demonstration method on parents' knowledge in handling febrile seizures emergencies in children.
Using the quasy-experiment method one group pre-test post-test. In this study, 54 respondents were mothers of toddlers in the Pulung Health Center Working Area. With Total Sampling technique, analyzed using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test Asymp.sig> 0.05.
The research of the study before being given health education on emergency handling of febrile seizures in children, obtained respondents with poor knowledge as many as 46 respondents (85.2%), sufficient knowledge as many as 8 respondents (14.8%), after being given health education obtained respondents with good knowledge as many as 38 respondents (70.4%), sufficient knowledge as many as 15 respondents (27.8%), and poor knowledge 1 respondent (1.9%).
Results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test statistical test obtained a P-Value of 0.000 <0.05. There is an effect of health education with demonstration methods in handling febrile seizures emergencies in children on parental knowledge in the Pulung Health Center Working Area.
Discussion of this study is that health education in handling febrile seizures emergencies using the demonstration method can improve parents' knowledge in handling febrile seizures emergencies in children. For parents who have children with febrile seizures to be able to increase knowledge about febrile seizures in children and apply the knowledge they have so that when children experience febrile seizures, appropriate emergency treatment can be carried out

dalam menghadapi persaingan jasa ekspedisi dengan menggunakan teori Mix
Marketing 11P. Teori ini meliputi Product, Promotion, People, Place, Price,
Process, Power, Physical Evidence, Public Relation, Patnerships, dan Positioning.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik
pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Ponorogo telah
melakukan berbagai strategi branding untuk meningkatkan daya saingnya di pasar
jasa ekspedisi. Strategi yang diterapkan antara lain adalah peningkatan kualitas
produk dan layanan, penetapan harga yang kompetitif, perluasan jaringan
distribusi, promosi yang efektif, pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan,
penyempurnaan proses operasional, peningkatan bukti fisik seperti kemasan dan
branding kantor, kerjasama dengan mitra strategis, personalisasi layanan sesuai
kebutuhan pelanggan, dan evaluasi kinerja secara berkala. Dengan penerapan
strategi-strategi tersebut, PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Ponorogo diharapkan dapat
memperkuat posisi mereknya dan memenangkan persaingan di industri jasa
ekspedisi.

Get PDFPerkembangan zaman saat ini semakin maju, salah satu dampaknya yaitu pada kemajuan teknologi. Teknologi yang diciptakan tentunya untuk memudahkan pekerjaan, seperti halnya pelaporan pertanggungjawaban anggaran pemilihan umum dahulunya masih manual kini ketika pemilihan umum tahun 2024 diterapkan aplikasi SITAB untuk pelaporannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat efektivitas penerapaan aplikasi SITAB untuk pelaporan pertanggungjawaban anggaran PPK di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Peneliti menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data yang berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis data yang mengacu pada tahap reduksi data, tahap penyajian data dan tahap penarikan kesimpulan atau pengujian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, peneliti menyimpulkan SITAB atau Sistem Informasi Pertanggungjawaban Anggaran Badan Adhoc oleh PPK di Kabupaten Ponorogo sudah dikatakan efektif untuk pelaporan pertanggungjawaban anggaran karena dengan adanya SITAB pelaporan pertanggungjawaban anggaran lebih cepat daripada hanya secara manual dan tentunya juga mempermudah KPU dalam memonitoring pelapran pertanggungjawaban anggaran pemilu 2024.

STRATEGI PROMOSI WISATA PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN PONOROGO MELALUI PROGRAM EKOSISTEM PARIWISATA
Get PDFThis research aims to understand the Ponorogo Regency government's tourism promotion strategy through the tourism ecosystem program using qualitative research methods. Information was collected through interview techniques by determining informants using purposive sampling. The theory that is the main basis is tourism promotion theory which includes four important aspects, namely product, price, place and promotion. Apart from that, this research also uses the triple helix model of collaborative governance theory which emphasizes the importance of collaboration between government, society and the private sector in tourism development. Triple Helix offers an innovative approach in developing the tourism ecosystem. The triple helix model of collaborative governance theory emphasizes the importance of cooperation between government, the private sector and society in designing and implementing policies that have a broad impact. It is hoped that collaboration between these three elements can strengthen the competitiveness of tourism destinations, improve service quality and optimize the tourist experience. This approach focuses on the active involvement of all stakeholders to create holistic and sustainable solutions. The research results show that the Ponorogo Regency Government's main focus in developing the tourism ecosystem has resulted in improving infrastructure, preserving the environment and developing tourist attractions. Close collaboration with local stakeholders, such as business people, communities and academics, has strengthened overall tourism promotion. Optimizing the role of the Center for Geology and Disaster Mitigation (BBGCAM) in the Ponorogo Regency tourism ecosystem is also an important focus, which does not only focus on economic aspects, but also on social, cultural and environmental dimensions. Synergy between the government, community and entrepreneurs is the key to success in developing tourism in Ponorogo Regency. The government provides the necessary policy and infrastructure support, the community is actively involved in the promotion and management of tourist destinations, while entrepreneurs provide quality services and facilities. With good cooperation between these three parties, tourism in Ponorogo Regency can develop sustainably, provide equitable economic benefits, and preserve culture and the natural environment. This research shows that the application of the triple helix collaborative governance theory model is very relevant in the context of tourism ecosystem development, which demands effective and mutually beneficial collaboration between all parties involved

This research aims to understand and describe village government management in the development of the tourism sector in Biting Village, Badegan District, Ponorogo Regency. The concept of Good Governance is used as the theoretical foundation, emphasizing transparency, accountability, and community participation as the main principles. This study employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through semi-structured interviews and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using the data analysis model from Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014), including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that transparency is realized through the dissemination of information on policies, programs, and activities through various communication platforms. Accountability is evident in the monthly reporting of tourism funds and periodic evaluations. Community participation is enhanced through Village Deliberation forums and training involving various community components. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of transparency, accountability, and community participation in managing the tourism sector to achieve good and sustainable governance.

PENGARUH SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI DAN PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL TERHADAP KUALITAS LAPORAN KEUANGAN PADA PT CAHAYA UNGGUL NUSANTARA
Get PDFPerkembangan tuntutan bisnis membuat urgensi kualitas pelaporan keuangan kini tidak hanya ditujukan pada Perusahaan besar saja. Perkembangan tersebut dapat dibenarkan sebab adanya kesadaran bahwa risiko bisnis tidak hanya muncul pada Perusahaan besar saja melainkan juga pada konteks usaha lain termasuk usaha kecil. Kelangsungan sebuah usaha menjadi perhatian tidak hanya bagi pemodal melainkan juga pihak lain yang terlibat didalamnya termasuk juga karyawan dan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi dan pengendalian internal terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pada PT Cahaya Unggul Nusantara.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT CUN yang menggunakan sistem informasi akuntansi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 responden menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan sampling jenuh. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Dalam pengujian data dilakukan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji F dan R2.
Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Sistem Informasi Akuntansi berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan, yang artinya semakin baik penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi semakin meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan. Pengendalian Internal berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan yang artinya pengendalian internal dapat mencegah penyimpangan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan sehingga meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan. Hasil uji simultan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Pengendalian Internal berpengaruh secara serempak terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan.

TINJAUAN YURIDIS EMPIRIS PERLINDUNGAN SATWA ENDEMIK GUNUNG WILIS DARI PERBURUAN LIAR (STUDI KASUS CAGAR ALAM PICIS DAN CAGAR ALAM SIGOGOR GUNUNG WILIS)
Get PDFPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam terkait dengan isu perlindungan satwa endemik dan mengidentifikasi ancaman yang di hadapi oleh satwa-satwa liar di kawasan Gunung Wilis. Hal ini penting karena perlindungan bagi satwa merupakan suatu cara untuk menjaga keanekaragaman hayati yang dimiliki oleh suatu negara. Standar kesejahteraan bagi hewan adalah ketika satwa dapat hidup bebas di alam liar tanpa adanya gangguan oleh campur tangan manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi lapangan dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris. data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan eksplorasi yang dilakukan langsung ke lokasi tempat penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan di dalam kawasan konservasi sudah dilakukan sesuai dengan SOP yang ada, akan tetapi masih terdapat kelalaian dalam melakukan pengawasan yang terbukti dengan masih ditemukannya kerusakan di dalam kawasan konservasi. Sementara perlindungan yang berada di luar kawasan konservasi masih marak terjadinya perburuan liar karena kawasan tersebut belum menerapkan regulasi hukum yang ada dan belum menjatuhkan sanksi kepada pelaku tindak pidana kejahatan terhadap satwa. Implementasi dari Undang-Undang nomor 5 tahun 1990 belum dilaksanakan secara optimal, perlindungan masih terfokus pada kawasan konservasi. Hukum harus ditegakkan demi menjaga dan melindungi satwa liar dari narasi kepunahan, karena satwa merupakan salah satu unsur hayati dalam sistem penyangga kehidupan yang harus tetap lestari.

This study aims to gain a deep understanding of the issue of endemic animal protection and identify the threats faced by wildlife in the Mount Wilis area. This is important because the protection of animals is a way to maintain the biodiversity owned by a country. The standard of welfare for animals is when animals can live freely in the wild without any interference by human intervention. This study uses a field study method with an empirical juridical approach. Research data was obtained from interviews, observations, and explorations conducted directly to the location of the research site. The results of the study show that protection in the conservation area has been carried out in accordance with the existing SOPs, but there is still negligence in carrying out supervision as evidenced by the fact that damage is still found in the conservation area.Meanwhile, protection outside the conservation area is still rampant poaching because the area has not implemented existing legal regulations and has not imposed sanctions on perpetrators of crimes against animals. The implementation of Law number 5 of 1990 has not been implemented optimally, protection is still focused on conservation areas. Laws must be enforced in order to protect and protect wildlife from the extinction narrative, because animals are one of the biological elements in the life support system that must be sustained.
