This study aims to analyze the concept of independent promotional communication conducted by traders at Pasar Legi Ponorogo in the modern era after market revitalization. In the context of increasing competition with modern retail stores and online shopping platforms, promotion plays a crucial role in maintaining the existence of traditional markets. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with eight informants, consisting of traders from various commodities such as salted fish, chicken, snacks, bread, handicrafts, shoes, clothing, and accessories. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using the Four Step Public Relations model (fact finding, planning, communication, and evaluation). The findings reveal that promotional communication carried out by the market management is not yet optimal, particularly in terms of information distribution, trader involvement, and promotional activity evaluation. As a result, traders have taken the initiative to conduct independent promotion through personal social media accounts, WhatsApp groups, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and online marketplaces such as Shopee. However, limited digital literacy and technical skills, such as creating attractive product photos, writing persuasive descriptions, and managing shipping costs, remain major challenges. The traders agree that digital promotion should be combined with offline promotion, such as events or bazaars, to reach a wider range of consumers. Digital marketing literacy training is considered essential to strengthen independent promotional strategies, enhance content quality, and expand market reach. With inclusive, creative, and sustainable communication strategies, Pasar Legi is expected to compete effectively in the modern era while continuing to serve as a vital local economic hub.

PENGARUH KUALITAS SISTEM, KUALITAS INFORMASI DAN KUALITAS LAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA PENGGUNA TOKOPEDIA (STUDI KASUS : PADA PENGGUNA TOKOPEDIA DI KABUPATEN PONOROGO )
Get PDFE-commerce consumer satisfaction can be influenced by three main factors: system quality, information quality, and service quality. Many users, particularly Tokopedia, complain about several aspects of the app, such as frequent bugs, slow transaction processing, and unresponsive customer service. App ratings on the Play Store indicate that although many users are satisfied, there are still areas that need improvement to compete with other e-commerce platforms such as Shopee. This study was conducted on 96 Tokopedia consumers in Ponorogo Regency. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially, system quality has a positive and significant effect on Tokopedia consumer satisfaction in Ponorogo Regency, information quality has a positive and significant effect on Tokopedia consumer satisfaction in Ponorogo Regency, and service quality has a positive and significant effect on Tokopedia consumer satisfaction in Ponorogo Regency. Simultaneously, system quality, information quality, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on Tokopedia consumer satisfaction in Ponorogo Regency.Consumers can be more satisfied with responsive and helpful service, a reliable and easy-to-use system, and accurate and complete product information. Customer satisfaction levels can decline if any of these three components experience a decline in quality. Tokopedia is urged to focus not only on technology development but also on continuously improving the quality of data available on the platform and enhancing customer service to maintain and increase customer loyalty, especially among Tokopedia users in Ponorogo Regency

PENERAPAN ALGORITMA SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING DALAM SISTEM PEMILIHAN PENERIMA BEASISWA S-1 DI KABUPATEN MAGETAN BERBASIS WEB
Get PDFEducation is a fundamental factor in the development of high-quality human resources. Nevertheless, economic constraints often hinder disadvantaged communities from pursuing higher education. To address this challenge, the Government of Magetan Regency has initiated a Bachelor’s degree scholarship program. However, the manual selection process has presented several issues, including delays, inaccuracies, and subjectivity in evaluation. This study proposes the development of a web-based system employing the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm as a decision support method. The system is designed to streamline the selection process by applying weighted criteria, such as the Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS), socio-economic conditions, household assets, and academic performance of applicants. Through normalization and weighting of each criterion, the SAW algorithm facilitates objective and accurate determination of eligible candidates. Experimental results demonstrate that the system significantly accelerates the selection process, reduces manual workload, enhances transparency, and ensures that scholarship recipients are truly from the most disadvantaged groups. In conclusion, the proposed web-based system utilizing the SAW algorithm offers an effective solution to the challenges of scholarship selection in terms of both efficiency and accuracy. Furthermore, this research may serve as a reference for the development of similar systems in other regions, thereby maximizing the benefits of scholarship programs for society
ANALISA KEKUATAN MATERIAL KOMPOSIT CAMPURAN PLASTIK PVC DAN LDPE DENGAN SERAT KULIT POHON WARU DITINJAU DARI UJI TARIK DAN STRUKTUR MAKRO
Get PDFPlastik sering kali merupakan bahan sekali pakai yang sulit terurai karena tidak tersusun dari unsur-unsur biologis. Material yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari serbuk plastik LDPE, serbuk plastik PVC, dan serat kulit pohon waru. Untuk proses pembuatannya sendiri dengan cara mencampur serbuk plastik dengan serat waru yang kemudian dilakukan pengepresan pada alat hot press. Kemudian, untuk metode pengujian spesimen yaitu menggunakan pengujian tarik serta pengujian makro untuk mengamati perbedan yang terjadi pada komposisi homogenitas dari patahan di dalam sampel yang setelah pengujian tarik. Pembuatan spesimen ini menggunakan campuran plastik LDPE, PVC dan serat waru dengan komposisi LDPE tetap sebanyak 50% dengan divariasikan komposisi PVC 20% samapi 50%, dan serat waru sebanyak 5% sampai 30%. Berdasarkan hasil uji tarik, komposisi LDPE 50% : PVC 20% : serat waru 30% menghasilkan nilai rata-rata gaya tarik tertinggi sebesar 671,2 N dan tegangan tarik sebesar 34,95 MPa dengan penambahan serat waru sebanyak 30% sangat berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan tarik material. Pada hasil uji makro menunjukkan bahwa komposisi yang homogen memberikan tampilan struktur material yang lebih mengikat dan menyatu. Komposisi homogen sangat penting untuk menghasilkan komposit yang kuat dan berkualitas tinggi menunjukkan bahwa serat dan plastik telah tercampur secara merata dalam matriks komposit meningkatkan kekuatan dan kestabilan komposit tersebut.

SISTEM ANTRIAN PASIEN MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA ROUND ROBIN DAN PRIORITY SCHEDULING PADA KLINIK NGABAR BERBASIS WEBSITE
Get PDFPoorly managed patient queues are a frequent problem in healthcare facilities, including the Ngabar Clinic in Ponorogo. The manual registration process leads to queue buildup, long waiting times, and difficulties in handling priority patients such as the elderly, toddlers, and emergency patients. This study proposes a technology-based solution by developing an online queue system that integrates the Round Robin algorithm for service time allocation and Priority Scheduling to prioritize priority patients. The system development method uses Rapid Application Development (RAD) to accelerate the design process, complemented by white box testing to validate the program logic. Implementation results show that the system successfully reduces waiting times, increases service efficiency, and enables real-time queue monitoring by patients. Algorithm performance testing proves a processing speed of 0.03 ms/selection with high consistency in handling more than 50 queues. The study concludes that this system is effective in optimizing clinic queue management while increasing patient satisfaction. For further development, it is recommended to add digital notifications, dynamic priority parameters, and system load testing to ensure scalability

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran Picture and Picture terhadap pemahaman pembelajaran mata pelajaran Muthala’ah pada siswa kelas 2 KMI Putri Arrisalah Program Internasional. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap teks bacaan berbahasa Arab, yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan kosakata, struktur kalimat yang kompleks, serta penggunaan metode pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang menarik.
Dalam penelitian ini, dua kelompok-kelas eksperimen dan kelas control dilibatkan dalam desain kuasi-eksperimental menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes tertulis (pra-tes dan pasca-tes). Uji-t digunakan untuk menganalisis data, dan SPSS digunakan untuk menghitung besar efek.
Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dengan skor rata-rata pasca-tes masing-masing 66,97 dan 57,43, terdapat perbedaan yang substansial antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Uji-t menghasilkan ukuran efek sebesar 3,44, yang dianggap sangat substansial, dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Oleh karena itu, dapat dikatakan bahwa pendekatan Picture and Picture secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap pembelajaran Muthala'ah

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pembinaan keagamaan dalam lingkungan kerja sebagai upaya untuk memperkuat religiusitas karyawan. Lingkar Studi Islam (LSI) di Rumah Sakit Amal Sehat Wonogiri diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu program yang berperan dalam meningkatkan sikap religius karyawan melalui kegiatan pembelajaran dan pembiasaan nilai-nilai Islami. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara intensitas kegiatan LSI dengan tingkat religiusitas karyawan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Rumah Sakit Amal Sehat Wonogiri, dengan sampel sebanyak 187 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik proportionate random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya (Cronbach’s Alpha variabel X = 0,948; variabel Y = 0,973). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman karena data tidak berdistribusi normal berdasarkan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov (Sig. < 0,05).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kegiatan LSI dengan religiusitas karyawan (koefisien korelasi Spearman = 0,437; Sig. < 0,001). Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat partisipasi karyawan dalam kegiatan LSI, semakin tinggi pula tingkat religiusitas yang dimilikinya. Korelasi ini berada dalam kategori cukup kuat dan searah.
Hasil penelitian ini mendukung pentingnya keberlanjutan dan penguatan program Lingkar Studi Islam sebagai bagian dari upaya pembinaan spiritual karyawan di lingkungan kerja. Temuan ini juga dapat menjadi acuan bagi instansi serupa dalam merancang strategi peningkatan religiusitas melalui kegiatan pembinaan keagamaan yang terstruktur dan berkesinambungan

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SOCIAL SUPPORT AND THE INCIDENCE OF DEPRESSION AMONG ADOLESCENTS AT THE MUHAMMADIYAH BOARDING SCHOOL, JETIS DISTRICT, PONOROGO REGENCY

Depression is a mood disorder that can affect anyone, including adolescents in Islamic boarding schools who are transitioning to adulthood. Adolescents in Islamic boarding schools face various pressures such as demands for independence, social adjustment, and longing for family. This makes them vulnerable to stress and mental health disorders, one of which is depression. One factor that can prevent and reduce depression in adolescents is social support. Social support provided by family, peers, and caregivers in the Islamic boarding school environment significantly influences adolescents' psychological well-being. This study aims to analyze the relationship between social support and the incidence of depression in adolescents at the Muhammadiyah Boarding School in Jetis District, Ponorogo Regency.
This study used a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample size for this study was 55 students, selected using a proportional random sampling technique. The instruments used were the social support questionnaire and the Beck Depression Inventory-II. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test.
The results showed that the majority of respondents (63.6%) had high social support 35 respondents, and 20 respondents (36.4%) had low social support. Meanwhile, 45 respondents (81,8%) experienced mild depression, and 10 respondents (18,2%) experienced moderate-severe depression. The chi square test yielded a p-value of 0.03 (p ≤ 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between social support and the incidence of depression in adolescents.
The conclusion of this study is a significant relationship between social support and the incidence of depression. It is hoped that Islamic boarding schools and families can provide adequate social support to maintain adolescent mental health..

STUDI PENGARUH KOMPOSISI Si TERHADAP KEKUATAN TARIK DAN TEKAN AlSi AMORF MENGGUNAKAN SIMULASI DINAMIKA MOLEKULER.
No full textAmorphous aluminium- silicon (AlSi) alloys possess exceptional potential for sustaining plastic deformation without sharp fracture, making them promising candidates for high- performance engineering applications. This study aims to evaluate the influence pf varying silicon compositions (0%,5%,10%,15%, and 20%) on the mechanical properties of amorphous AlSi using molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. The initial face- centered cubic (FCC) crystalline models were heated to 2300 K and subsequently quenched to 300 K to obtain the amorphous phase. Tensile and compressive tests were simulated in LAMMPS undet the NVT ensemble with uniaxial deformation, while structural changes were visualized using OVITO. The result indicate that the Al85si15 composition provides optimal mechanical performance, achieving a maximum stress of 1,03 GPa in both tension and compression, along with the highest elastic modulus of 31,78 GPa (tensile) and 20,55 GPa (compressive). Moderate silicion addition strengthens interatomic bonding, whereas excessive Si content (20%) reduces performance due to structural instability. The deformation mechanism in the amorphous structure is dominated by local atomic rearrangements and shear band formation, contrasting with the systematic slip observed in crystalline structures. These findings provide valuable insights for optimizing amorphous alloy compositions in automotive, aerospace, and electronis applications.
