SISTEM PAKAR DIAGNOSA PENYAKIT SAPI MENGGUNAKAN METODE FORWARD CHAINING

ABSTRAK
Sapi merupakan salah satu hewan ternak yang memiliki potensi ekonomi
yang cukup menjanjikan, baik sebagai ternak daging, ternak bibit maupun bahan
pangan terutama di daerah kecamatan Kemlagi kabupaten Mojokerto.
Permasalahan muncul ketika para peternak sapi ingin melakukan pemeriksaan
terhadap penyakit sapi mereka, maka peternak tersebut harus memanggil dokter
hewan (mantri) dan harus mengeluarkan biaya kepada dokter hewan. Tujuan dari
penelitian sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit sapi adalah sebagai untuk merancang
dan membangun sebuah website dengan tampilan yang dinamis dan responsive
agar dapat berfungsi sebagai sarana konsultasi bagi para peternak sapi dalam
melakukan diagnosa penyakit pada sapi serta Menggantikan para pakar seperti
dokter hewan dalam melakukan diagnosa penyakit sejak dini sehingga dapat
diketahui penyakit yang sedang diderita oleh sapi sehingga penyakit dapat diatasi.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode forward
Chaining. Hasil penelitian yaitu sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit
sapi berbentuk website, sehingga lebih memudahkan para peternak untuk
mengaksesnya dimanapun mereka berada selama masih didukung dengan sarana
yang mendukung untuk mengaksesnya. sehingga dapat menjadikan sarana
konsultasi bagi para peternak sapi dalam melakukan diagnosa penyakit pada sapi
sehingga dapat membantu para peternak dalam mendiagnosa penyakit sapi serta
memperoleh informasi penanganan penyakit yang diderita oleh sapi.

ABSTRACT
Cattle is one of the livestock that has a promising economic potential, both
as meat cattle, livestock and food crops, especially in the subdistrict Kemlagi
Mojokerto district. Problems arise when cattle ranchers want to check their cow's
disease, then the farmer should call the vet (mantri) and have to pay the vet. The
purpose of this research is to design and build a website with a dynamic and
responsive appearance in order to function as a consultation tool for cattle
ranchers in diagnosing cow disease and replacing experts such as veterinarian in
diagnosing the disease since so that the disease can be known that is being
suffered by the cow so that the disease can be overcome. The method used in this
research is using forward chaining method. The result of this research is an
application of expert system of cow disease diagnosis in the form of website, so it
is easier for farmers to access it wherever they are while still supported by
supporting facilities to access it. so it can make a means of consultation for the
cattle ranchers in diagnosing the disease in cattle so that it can help the farmers
in diagnosing cow disease and get information handling the disease suffered by
the cow.

Tujuan dari ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses penyusunan
anggaran kas dan terjadinya selisih antara anggaran dan realisasi anggaran kas
serta perencanaan arus kas pada UPT. Panti Werdha Dinas Sosial Kabupaten
Mojokerto dengan data anggaran kas pada tahun 2016. Pada penelitian ini,
peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dimana analisa dilakukan dengan
menggunakan data dalam jumlah yang dituangkan untuk menerangkan suatu
penjelasan dari angka-angka, kemudian di deskripsikan dalam bentuk uraian
bahasa prosa atau bahasa baku. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1)
penyusunan anggaran kas pada UPT. Panti Werdha Dinas Sosial Kabupaten
Mojokerto dilakukan di akhir tahun, untuk tahun berikutnya. (2) Penyebab
terjadinya selisih antara anggaran dan realisasi anggaran, karena faktor harga
pasar yang fluktuatif.

The purpose of this is to find out how the process of preparing the cash
budget and the difference between the budget and the realization of the cash
budget and cash flow planning at the UPT. Panti Werdha Dinas Sosial Mojokerto
with data on the cash budget ini 2016. In this study, research used metode
qualitative. Where the analysis is carried out by using data in the amount set forth
to explain an explanation of the number, then described in the form of a
description of the language of prose or standard language. The results of this
study show that : (1) preparation of cash budget at UPT. Panti Werdha Dinas
Sosial Kabupaten Mojokerto done at the end of the year, for the following year.
(2) The cause of the difference between the budget and the budget realization,
because of factor of fluctuating market prices.

Project work, planning and cost and time control are part of the overall
construction project management. To avoid can be done well with aspects of cost
and time with results. Earned Value Analysis is one method that can be used to
calculate costs in terms of cost and time well. This study aims to determine the
performance of costs and time each month and predict the costs and time to be
able to process the work done to find what will be done for the progress of the
project. The method used is Earned Value Analysis with field data on the
construction of Type B Building (Kalibokor Women's Building) in Surabaya. The
results of the analysis of the SPI value building project are 1 while the CPI value
is 1.246698231 which means the results are carried out right from the schedule
at a cost smaller than the budget. ETC value is Rp. 0 and EAC value of Rp.
953,573,984.

In determining the cost of production, it is necessary to take into account the
production costs directly related to the production process, namely the cost of
raw materials, direct labor costs and factory overhead costs. The calculation will
affect the determination of the selling price and profit that will be obtained by the
company. The purpose of this study was to determine the calculation of the cost
of production using the full costing method and variable costing on the Home
Industry of Various Pacet Typical Snacks "SUMBER RIZKI". The analytical
method used is descriptive analysis. The results show that there is a price
difference in the calculation of cost of goods manufactured using the full costing
method and variable costing. Variable costing method has a lower cost of
production compared to the cost of production using the full costing method. The
full costing method is better used than the variable costing method because the
full costing method will charge all factory overhead costs both fixed and variable.
Thus, the full costing method is more profitable for the company because it will
impose all costs that affect the production process, this will result in a more
accurate cost of production.

This study examines the effect of liquidity, solvency and profitability on firm value.
The purpose of this study is to test and analyze whether there is an influence
between liquidity, solvency and profitability on firm value. The data used are
annual financial reports and annual reports of textile and garment manufacturing
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2016. The
number of samples in the study were 32 samples selected using purposive
sampling method. This study uses a type of associative approach that is causal.
The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The
results of this study indicate that liquidity does not significantly influence the value
of the company with a significance value of 0.261> 0.05 or tcount of 3.627 <t
table 2.05553. Solvability does not significantly influence the value of the
company with a significance value of 0.128> 0.05 or a tcount of -0.566> t table
2.05553. Profitability has a significant effect on the value of the company with a
significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and it can be seen tcount 6.131 <t table
2.05553. However, simultaneously liquidity, solvency and profitability affect the
value of the company.

This study aims to 1. To find out and analyze prices influence partially on
the purchase decision of Semen Gresik products. 2. To find out and analyze
product quality has a partial effect on the decision to purchase Semen Gresik
products. 3. To find out and analyze the price and quality of products that have a
dominant influence on the decision to purchase Semen Gresik products. This
type of research is this research using descriptive quantitative research. The
population in this study uses sampling technique, accidental sampling with the
number of research samples as many as 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing is
done by using multiple linear regression analysis, including the classic
assumption test including multicollinearity test, heteroskedacity test, normality
test, hypothesis test including multiple linear regression test, t test, dominant test
and R2 coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that multiple
regression tests Y = 1,513 + (-0,309) X1 + 0,255X2 + e, partially the price has a
significant negative effect on purchasing decisions, and product quality has a
significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. With a significance value t of
0,000. the most dominant influence on purchasing decision variables is product
quality, as evidenced by the β value of the product quality variable that is equal to
0.363 and greater than the β value of the variable price of -0.547. Means that the
research hypothesis states that product quality is a variable that has a dominant
influence on purchasing decisions.

Entrepreneurs are of course required to improve their current business so that
the managed businesses are more advanced and large and can become successful
entrepreneurs. In doing business development certainly not as easy as imagined. This
study aims to determine the feasibility of a business in terms of financial aspects,
marketing aspects, and technical aspects. In this study the method used is quantitative
descriptive. The research instrument used was interviews, documentation, and
observation. The results of the financial aspects analysis show that based on the
calculation, a positive Internal Rate Return of 9.3% > of the loan interest is 0.75% or 9%
per year, a positive Profitability Index (PI) of 1.19> 1, and a Payback Period (PP) value.
amounting to 22 months or 1 years 10 months <3 years. So based on the financial
aspects of the company "ASA" sweet potato chips worth developing. It is known that the
cost of production of sweet potato chips is Rp. 39,551 / pack, while the selling price is set
at Rp. 46,500 / pack. Then the value of the ratio obtained is 0.83, because the value of
the ratio is <1 then this means that the company benefits. Based on the analysis of
marketing aspects, it can be concluded that the "ASA" sweet potato chips company is
feasible to develop. The results of the technical aspects analysis show that the
production scale of the company has been able to meet market needs and obtain income
that can cover all production costs, so it can be concluded that the "ASA" sweet potato
chips company is feasible to develop.

The increase in the establishment of culinary businesses such as cafes in
the city of Mojokerto indicates that the result of market demand for the culinary
field which also continues to increase, consequently the cafe has been
considered a necessity. This is often associated with increasingly high mobility of
society and crowded activities resulting in more and more people spending time
outside the home to find something that is practical and fun to meet their needs.
Because at this time the existence of the cafe is no stranger to the general public,
the cafe which previously only only provided the food menu has now become a
modern concept that offers something that might be unforgettable.
This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, price, and
service quality on customer satisfaction at Dream Black Coffee cafe partially and
simultaneously. This research is a quantitative approach research. The
population in this study is Dream Black Coffee consumers. The sampling
technique uses accidental sampling technique and purposive sampling with a
total sample of 129 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and
documentation. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test
analysis and multiple linear regression.
The results show that store atmosphere, price and service quality have a
positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Dream Black Coffee
partially, this is seen from the significant value 0.000 smaller than 0.05 with a
value of t count 6.748 and a positive regression coefficient of 0.271, while the
price shows a significant value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 with a calculated value
of 4.554 and a positive regression coefficient of 0.246 and the service quality
shows a significant value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 with a value of t count 4.123
and a positive regression coefficient of 0.119. While simultaneously obtained the
calculated F value of 47.086 with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 so
that it is concluded that store atmosphere, price and service quality
simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This study is included in the type of event study research (event study),
where the aim is to analyze the differences in JCI before and after the bomb
events that occurred in Surabaya on May 13, 2018.
Data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange,
www.idx.co. id. The observation period in this study was 60 days before and
after, 30 days before and after, and 10 days before and after, so that the number
of JCI studied was 120 days. The data is then tested by descriptive statistical
tests, Kolmogrov Smirnov normality test, and hypothesis testing using Paired
Sample T-Test if data is normally distributed and Wilcoxon for data that are not
normally distributed.
Based on the analysis using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test against JCI 60
days before and after and JCI 30 days before and after showing a significant
difference in JCI. While the results of the JCI 10 days before and after being
tested using the Paired Sample T-Test showed a significant difference.

A dealer is a company managed by its owner by implementing two sales
systems in it. Sales and sales of company credit with different conditions. By
implementing strategies - strategies to attract consumers can boost sales of
motorcycles in the dealer. For consumers who do not need to spend money to be
able to own a new motorcycle, besides that, sales are also one of the ways the
company can increase its revenue. Credit sales will cause receivables given by
the company. Receivables that are named companies provide benefits for the
company, namely being able to increase revenue if it is able to spin quickly, if the
situation changes, the company cannot increase its income.
This research was conducted to determine the sale of credit and turnover
of revenue to the results on the CV. Tirta Sejahtera Motor. The experimental
variables are using the SPSS program through the classic assumption test,
multiple linear regression test, r test, r2 test, R test, R square test and t test.
From the results of the analysis in SPSS 19 it appears that credit sales do
not have a significant effect on increasing income, but the receivable turnover is
significant to the increase in income from CV. Tirta Sejatera Motor must make
efforts to increase revenue through credit sales.
