Dampak Spiritualitas, Kontrol Diri dan Literasi Keuangan Terhadap Kepuasan Keuangan dengan Mediasi Perilaku Keuangan
This study aims to examine the influence of spirituality, self-control, and financial literacy on financial satisfaction with financial behavior as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) on 116 respondents in Bojonegoro Regency. The findings reveal that spirituality does not directly affect financial satisfaction but has a significant indirect effect through financial behavior, showing a full mediation role. Self-control demonstrates both direct and indirect effects, indicating partial mediation. Meanwhile, financial literacy influences financial satisfaction only indirectly through financial behavior, also reflecting full mediation. These results confirm that financial behavior serves as a crucial pathway bridging psychological, spiritual, and knowledge-based factors with financial satisfaction. The contribution of this study lies in its theoretical integration of spirituality, self-control, and financial literacy into a comprehensive framework for understanding financial satisfaction. Practically, it underscores the importance of financial education that incorporates spiritual and psychological values to promote responsible financial behavior and enhance individual and household well-being. Contextually, the study enriches the literature by providing empirical evidence from Bojonegoro Regency, a unique socio-cultural setting often overlooked in prior research, thereby broadening insights into financial behavior in diverse cultural environments.

In facing the increasing public demands for service quality, employee performance becomes a key determinant of organizational success. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style as well as training and development on employee performance at a Puskesmas in Surabaya, with work motivation as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using the SEM-PLS method with 135 respondents selected through a census technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS version 4. The results indicate that transformational leadership (β = 0.360; t = 4.163) and training and development (β = 0.301; t = 4.065) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Both variables also enhance work motivation, which in turn positively impacts performance (β = 0.313; t = 2.889). Work motivation mediates the effect of leadership (β = 0.167) and training (β = 0.130) on performance. Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Profitabilitas Bank Perekonomian Rakyat (BPR)
This study investigates the internal and external determinants of profitability in Indonesian Rural Banks (BPR), with credit risk acting as a mediating variable. Internal factors include capital adequacy, bank size, operational efficiency, and credit distribution, while external factors comprise inflation and interest rates. The study utilizes a panel data regression method, covering 23 conventional BPRs operating in West and Central Kalimantan from 2019 to 2023. The findings reveal that capital adequacy negatively affects profitability, whereas operational efficiency and credit distribution exert positive influences. However, excessive credit expansion leads to rising non-performing loans (NPL), which subsequently diminish profitability. Interest rates and inflation have no significant impact. This research contributes to the literature by empirically confirming the mediating role of credit risk in rural bank performance and offers strategic insights for policymakers and rural bank managers to strengthen financial sustainability.
