    Event Study: Reaksi Pasar Modal Sebelum Dan Sesudah Aksi Geopolitik Israel Ke Lebanon (Studi Pada Perusahaan Sektor Energi, Infrastruktur, Dan Transportasi Logistik Di BEI)

    This study analyzes the reaction of the Indonesian capital market to Israel's geopolitical action against Lebanon using the event study method. This study focuses on the energy, infrastructure, and transportation-logistics sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The indicators used in this study are abnormal returns and trading volume activity to measure the impact before and after geopolitical events. Using a quantitative approach, this study observed the 7-day period before and after Israel's attack on Lebanon on September 23, 2024. The data analyzed included stock prices and trading volumes of companies in related sectors. The statistical tests used included paired sample t-tests for normally distributed data and Wilcoxon Signed-Rank tests for non-normally distributed data. The results of the study showed significant differences in abnormal returns and trading volume activity in several sectors after geopolitical events, especially the energy sector which experienced increased volatility due to the closing of world oil prices. However, the infrastructure sector showed an insignificant response. This shows that investors in this sector are more resilient to geopolitical factors compared to other sectors. This study provides valuable insights for investors and stakeholders in understanding the impact of external events on the capital market and serves as a basis for formulating investment risk mitigation strategies

    The skincare industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth in line with increasing public awareness of skincare. One prominent brand in this segment is Emina, targeting teenage and young adult consumers. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge management, organizational commitment, and customer relationship management on customer satisfaction with Emina skincare products. This research employs a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires. The respondents are Emina customers who have made at least two purchases in the last six months. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationships between variables. The results indicate that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on customer relationship management. Organizational commitment also positively influences customer relationship management. Furthermore, customer relationship management significantly impacts customer satisfaction. Therefore, an effective customer relationship management strategy, supported by strong knowledge management and organizational commitment, can enhance customer satisfaction with Emina skincare products.     This study aims to anslyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty at Bank BCA in Surabaya. Service quality is a crucial factor in the banking industry as it affects customer satisfaction, which ultimately impacts their loyalty. This research employs a quantitative method with data collection conducted to Bank BCA customers. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis with the assistance of statistical software. The result of the study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. These findings suggest that the higher the service quality provided by Bank BCA, the higher the level of customer satisfaction, which in turn enhances their loyalty to the bank. Therefore, Bank BCA need to continuously improve its service quality to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Keyword: service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalt

    This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on Green Innovative Behavior (GIB) and Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior (GOCB) among Indomaret employees in Sidoarjo. Additionally, this study also examines the role of Environmental Managerial Support (EMS) as a moderating variable in that relationship. GHRM is a human resource management strategy that focuses on environmental sustainability, which can encourage innovative behavior and employee concern for the environment in the workplace. The research method used is a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to Indomaret employees in the Sidoarjo area. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the aid of SmartPLS software. The research results show that GHRM has a positive and significant effect on GIB and GOCB. Furthermore, EMS has been proven to strengthen the relationship between GHRM and GIB and GOCB, indicating that managerial support in environmental aspects can enhance the positive impact of GHRM on employees' innovative behavior and environmental concern

    This study aims to examine the effect of financial compensation, discipline, and workload on employee performance using work motivation as a moderating variable. The population in this study were employees at UPT Aneka Industri dan Kerajinan, while the sample was all employees with a total of 35 employees. The research design used was causal, while the instrument in collecting data used a questionnaire. The data in this study were processed using Smart PLS 4. The results showed that financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and workload had a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the moderation test, it showed that work motivation did not moderate the effect of financial compensation, discipline, and workload on employee performance.     This study was conducted to determine the Influence of Work Environment, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance of Companies in Surabaya. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to employees of Companies in Surabaya. This study used a purposive sampling method with the criteria for research samples using employees working in Companies in Surabaya. The sample used was 69 respondents. The data in this study were processed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study state that: 1) The work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance of Companies in Surabaya; 2) Work Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance of Companies in Surabaya; 3) Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance of Companies in Surabaya

    This research aims to analyze the BRI Life insurance claim procedure for the Aurora Plus product at the BRI Kalabahi Branch Office, as well as identifying the obstacles faced by customers in the process. The background to this research is the growth of the insurance industry in Indonesia, especially life insurance, which is accompanied by a low claim settlement rate. This research is important considering that claims procedures not only involve administrative aspects, but also emotional aspects for customers who often face difficult situations. The research focus includes understanding claims procedures, obstacles faced by customers, the role of insurance agents, as well as providing recommendations for improving the claims process. This research also considers the local context of Kalabahi, where access to insurance- related information may be limited. The research method will involve data collection through interviews with customers and insurance agents, as well as analysis of related documents. It is hoped that the research results can contribute to improving insurance services, especially in terms of the effectiveness and efficiency of the claims process, so that customers can experience the full benefits of the insurance products they have. This research is expected to provide insight for BRI Life and other insurance companies in improving customer claims experience and increasing claim settlement rates

    PENGARUH FAKTOR INTERNAL TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS DENGAN STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN SWASTA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

    ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of financial risk factors and operational efficiency on the profitability of Rural Banks (BPR) in Malang Raya and Pasuruan, as well as to test the role of ownership structure as a moderating variable. Secondary data from the financial statements of 40 BPR for the period 2019–2023, totaling 168 observations, were analyzed using multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests and models with and without moderation. The results indicate that BOPO and NPL have a significant negative effect on ROA, while bank size (Size) also shows a significant negative effect. LDR and LAR have no significant effect. Private ownership structure was found to moderate the relationship between NPL and ROA, strengthening the negative impact of credit risk on profitability. This study provides theoretical implications regarding the influence of ownership characteristics on credit risk management in BPR, as well as practical implications for private BPR management to strengthen risk management mechanisms and corporate governance to enhance bank stability and profitability.     This study aims to examine the influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion, and Financial Management on the Performance of MSME in Rungkut District, Surabaya. The research sample consisted of 40 respondents determined using a purposive sampling method, considering that the population that fits the research criteria is relatively limited and difficult to identify with certainty. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the help of WarpPLS software, which allows for a more comprehensive examination of the relationship between latent variables. The results show that Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion, and Financial Management have a positive and significant influence on MSME performance. These findings lead to the conclusion that increased financial understanding, easy access to financial services, and good financial management practices can encourage business sustainability, increase competitiveness, and strengthen MSME contribution to local and national economic growth.     Penerapan Strategi Manajemen Risiko Kredit dalam Mengurangi NPL pada PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur (BANK JATIM) Cabang Utama Surabaya

    This study analyzes the effectiveness of handling non-performing loans (NPLs) at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk., Main Branch Surabaya. The aim is to evaluate the strategies implemented and their impact on the bank's NPL ratio. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data obtained from observations and documentation of the NPL handling process. The results show that Bank Jatim has implemented a systematic process for handling NPLs, including a persuasive approach, warning letters,restructurization, and asset liquidation through collateral auctions. However, these efforts have not been fully effective. This is evident from the increase in the Gross NPL ratio from 2.74% in 2023 to 2.97% in 2024, and the Net NPL which rose from 1.21% to 1.52%. This increase indicates that the current strategies are still not effective in reducing the number of non-performing loans. Therefore, the study recommends the need for innovative strategies, such as implementing an Early Warning System, early restructuring, and tightening the selection process for prospective debtors. With these improvements, it is expected that Bank Jatim can manage credit risk more optimally and lower its NPL levels in the future.
