economic activities involve financial transactions that use banking services. As we know,
according to Law no. 10 of 1998 concerning banking, a bank is called a business entity that
collects funds from the public in the form of savings and distributes them back to the public in
the form of credit or other forms. According to (Kasmir, 2014: 113), credit is the provision or
bill of money based on approval and agreement between the bank and other parties which
requires the funded party or debtor to return the money or bill after the promised period.
according to banking law, namely Law no. 7 of 1998, that credit is "The provision of money
or bills that can be equated based on an agreement or loan agreement between the bank and
another party and requires the borrower to pay off the debt with the amount of interest,
compensation or other profit sharing within the agreed time period.

Get PDFThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work-life balance, emotional intelligence, mindfulness on the performance of banking employees in Surabaya. This research is descriptive. The sample in this study consisted of 112 banking employees in Surabaya. Sampling was done using purposive sampling method. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires. This research was conducted using SPSS 26.0. The results of this study are work life balance has a significant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, mindfulness has a significant effect on employee performance.

Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas, Likuiditas dan Rasio Aktivitas Terhadap Harga Saham
Get PDFThis study aims to see the effect of profitability, solvency, liquidity and activity on stock prices in industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The dependent variable in this study is profitability, solvency, liquidity and activity while the independent variable is stock price. The population in this study are all industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the sample used was 110 data. To solve the problems in this study, multiple linear regression analysis techniques were used with the help of SPSS 21 software. This study shows that the variables of profitability and liquidity have a significant positive effect on stock prices. While the solvency and activity ratio variables have no effect on stock prices.

The results of this research are that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has no significant positive effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation and work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance, while work discipline has no effect. significant positive effect on employee performance.

The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Samples are 83 Food and Beverages companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for five years from 2017 to 2021. The independent variable in this study is the investment decisions, dividend policies, capital structure, and company growth. While the dependent variable is the firm value. The method used in this research is multiple regression. The result show that there is a significant influence between capital structure and company growth on firm value, but the capital structure had a negative significant on firm value and there is no significant effect between investment decisions and dividend policy on firm value
Pengaruh Jenis Industri, Net Profit Margin, Financial Leverage, dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap IPO Underpricing di Bursa Efek Indonesia
Get PDFIPO underpricing is a phenomenon of stock prices when in the primary market is lower than when in the secondary market. This is very avoided by companies that do IPOs because the company cannot get maximum funds, but for investors it is very profitable because it can get profits when sold in the secondary market. The purpose of this study is to find out about what factors can affect the occurrence of underpricing IPOs in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. These factors are Industry Type, Net Profit Margin, Financial Leverage, and Company Size. Sampling using a saturated sample technique, namely by placing all populations into a sample of 114 companies, then there were outlier data of 49 data so that the final sample in this study was obtained into 65 companies. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using SPSS 26 software. The results showed that Net Profit Margin does not affect IPO Underpricing, Industry Type affects IPO underpricing, Financial Leverage has a positive effect on IPO underpricing, and Company Size negatively affects IPO underpricing. This research is expected to be useful for parties who need information about IPO underpricing
Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan, Good Corporate Governance, Risiko Bank, dan Ukuran Bank terhadap Profitabilitas pada Bank Syariah di Indonesia
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effect of ownership structure, corporate governance, bank risk and bank size on profitability in Islamic banks in Indonesia which is proxied by Return On Equity. The ownership structure in this study consists of foreign ownership and private ownership, corporate governance in terms of the number of commissioners, bank risk as a proxy for Non-Performing Financing and bank size in terms of total assets. The data collection technique is Purposive Sampling. This study used a sample of 11 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia from 2014 to 2020. Based on statistical tests using SPSS 25 and the results of multiple linear regression tests indicate that private ownership and bank size have a significant positive effect on profitability, bank risk has a significant negative effect on profitability, while foreign ownership has no significant negative effect and corporate governance has no significant positive effect on profitability in Islamic banks in Indonesia.

Analisis Hubungan Antara Customer Trust, Brand Attachment, Brand Loyalty, Dan Community Loyalty Pada Lazada Di Sidoarjo
Get PDFThis research was conducted to determine the relationship between customer trust, brand attachment, brand loyalty, and community loyalty to Lazada in Sidoarjo. The variables in this study are grouped into three, namely the independent variables on customer trust and brand attachment, the intervening variables on brand loyalty and the dependent variable on community loyalty. In this study using descriptive analysis method by distributing questionnaires to Lazada customers in Sidoarjo and statistical analysis processed with Smart-PLS 4.0 software. The samples taken in this study were 125 Lazada consumers in Sidoarjo. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results of this study state that customer trust has a significant effect on brand loyalty, so that customer trust is an important factor in increasing brand loyalty. Both brand attachments have a significant effect on brand loyalty, where brand attachment will affect brand loyalty. The three brand loyalty have a significant effect on community loyalt
