Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to investigate various aspects related to the BSI Griya SiMuda financing at BSI Bank KCP Gateway Sidoarjo, including application requirements, loan disbursement procedures, potential challenges, and steps to address these challenges. The data collection method involves document analysis, interviews, and observations. The collected data is analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The research findings indicate that (1) the application requirements for BSI Griya SiMuda financing at BSI Bank KCP Gateway Sidoarjo are relatively straightforward, (2) the loan disbursement procedures align with theory but are more structured in practice, (3) some challenges in loan disbursement include incomplete customer documentation and a decrease in the loan ceiling, (4) Bank BSI KCP Gateway Sidoarjo has taken various measures to address these challenges and reduce risks. Get PDFAndyni Collection merupakan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di kota Surabaya dan bergerak dibidang fashion terutama fashion tas wanita kombinasi kain batik. Sayangnya masyarakat belum mengenal UMKM Andyni Collection, karena kurangnya promosi dan belum memiliki identitas visual yang mudah dikenali masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan pengambilan sampling menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, bahwa brand identity dan promosi yang tepat sasaran sangat diperlukan agar masyarakat mudah mengenali produk tersebut.

Analisis Hubungan Antara Security, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Dan Intention To Recommend Pada E-Commerce Shopee
Get PDFThe development of the digital economy requires strengthening the consumer experience. This study was conducted by testing the relationship between digital economic security when shopping on e-commerce, output quality, customer utility, and the intention to recommend e-commerce to others. A survey was conducted on one of the e-commerce in Indonesia, namely Shopee, to test the relationship above and as many as 225 Shopee consumers were involved in the survey. The data collection method used in the study was to distribute questionnaires directly to respondents. The data collected was then analyzed using a structural equation model. The results of the analysis showed that digital economic security of e-commerce and output quality had a positive and significant effect on customer utility. The next finding, customer utility had a significant positive effect on consumer recommendations. The results of the analysis indicate that e-commerce must always maintain the digital economic security of transactions and the quality of the output offered so as to provide utility to customers. This utility is important for the development of e-commerce because it encourages customers' intention to recommend the e-commerce to other consumers.

Get PDFThis research aims to examine the influence of institutional ownership, managerial ownership and dividend policy on the value of companies listed on the IDX. This research is quantitative research. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population used in this research is Basic and Chemical industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017-2021. The sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling, so that 21 samples were obtained that met the criteria and a final sample of 105 samples was obtained. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, multiple linear analysis, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing techniques in this research showing that institutional ownership shows that this research has no effect on company value, managerial ownership shows that this research has no effect on company value . , dividend policy shows that this research has an effect on company value

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to analyze the Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Investing Policy Ratio (IPR), Loan to Asset Ratio (LAR), Troubled Earning Assets (APB), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Interest Rate Risk (IRR), Net Open Position (PDN), Operational Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) and Fee Based Income Ratio (FBIR) to Return On Assets (ROA) at Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks. The sample of this research is 25 BUSN which are listen on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data from financial report for the period 2018 to 2021. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis and uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study reveal that simultaneously LDR, IPR, LAR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FBIR have a significant effect on ROA. Partially LDR and FBIR have a significant positive effect on ROA. IPR, LAR, APB adn PDN have no significant negative effect on ROA. NPL has no significant positive effect on ROA. BOPO has a significant negative effect on ROA.

This study aims to determine the influence of the financial accounting system,
competency human resources and internal control systems on the quality of
regional financial reports. The population in this study are treasurers and
accounting staff at the Work Unit Region (SKPD) of East Manggarai Regency. The
technique of determining the sample using the technique Purposive Sampling with
a total of 74 respondents. The type of data used is primary data. Data collection
method is done by questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used in this study isthe
partial least square structural modeling (PLS-SEM) using the SmartPLS 4.0
program. The results of the research show that the System regional financial
accounting does not affect the quality of regional financial reports, while the
competence of human resources and internal control systems have an effect on the
quality of regional financial reports.

Get PDFThe cost of production for a company is very important in facing competition where the production process is quite complex with product variations requiring a more thorough and precise calculation of the cost of goods, so that the selling price can be determined precisely. Calculation of basic costs is a factor that cannot be ignored, because if entrepreneurs are not careful in calculating production costs that are too high, the product selling price will automatically be high. Based on these considerations, research was carried out which aimed to determine the calculation of the cost of production and production costs at UD Barokah. The data obtained in this study is data from interviews and documentation. This data shows that there are costs incurred at UD Barokah which are not included in the cost of production. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The results obtained are knowing the difference between the calculation of the actual cost of production and that calculated by UD Barokah himself. This difference lies in depreciation costs which were not previously taken into account

research results state that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance
while Work Discipline does not have one has a significant effect on employee performance at
the PT JASAMARGA Company, Surabaya City. These results indicate that employees are not
satisfied with their jobs

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage and company size on company value with tax avoidance as a mediating variable measured using the ETR approach. The object of this research is energy companies in the 2017-2021 period. The population of this study was 209 out of 360 energy companies selected according to the researchers' limitations. The sampling method in this research is the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The research results show that profitability and tax avoidance have an effect on company value, while liquidity, leverage and company size have no effect on company value. Profitability, liquidity and leverage influence tax avoidance, while company size has no influence on tax avoidance. Leverage can be mediated by tax avoidance while profitability and company size cannot be mediated by tax avoidanc
