Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Inklusi Keuangan, Dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Keputusan Investasi Masyarakat Di Surabaya
Purpose this research aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and lifestyle on investment decisions among the residents of Surabaya City. Methodology The research methodology employs a quantitative approach and gathers data in numbers and statistics. Using predefined sampling criteria, the research sample consists of 150 respondents from the Surabaya City community. Sampling is conducted using a purposive sampling technique. The analytical technique employed in this research is the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS- SEM). Findings The research findings indicate that financial inclusion has a significant positive influence on investment decisions, while lifestyle has a significant negative influence on investment decisions. Suggestion However, financial literacy does not have a significant influence on investment decisions. Suggestions for future researchers include exploring variables or factors that have an impact on investment decisions and considering financial inclusion and lifestyle as factors influencing investment decisions.

Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Profitabilitas Perbankan
During the Covid-19 pandemic, it caused an increase in NPLs because many economic sectors experienced difficulties, which made it difficult for borrowers to repay loans. An increase in NPLs can reduce bank profitability, especially conventional banks. This research is quantitative research which aims to analyze the influence of third party funds (DPK), loan to deposit ratio (LDR), non-performing loans (NPL), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), and credit distribution on profitability. This research chooses secondary data sources where the data is obtained from conventional banking financial reports listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. a) Sig value. DPK 0.650 > 0.05 then H1 is rejected; b) Sig value. LDR 0.278 > 0.05 then H2 is rejected; c) Sig value. NPL 0.00 0.05 then H4 is rejected; e) Sig value. Credit distribution is 0.271 > 0.05, so H5 is rejected. a) X1: Third party funds (DPK) have no effect on ROA; b) X2: Loan to deposit ratio (LDR) has no effect on ROA; c) X3: Non-performing loans (NPL) affect ROA; d) X4: Capital adequacy ratio (CAR) has no effect on ROA; e) X5: Credit distribution has no effect on ROA.

Pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional, Leverage, Operating Capacity, Managerial Agency Cost, dan Komisaris Independen terhadap Kondisi Financial Distress Sektor Infrastruktur yang Terdaftar di BEI
Financial distress is a phase of decline in financial conditions before bankruptcy occurs in a company. This research aims to examine the influence of institutional ownership, leverage, operating capacity, managerial agency costs, and independent commissioners. This research was conducted on infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange or the company's personal website for the 2020-2022 period. The sample used was 159 company data for the 2020-2022 period using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses logistic regression analysis using SPSS 23. The results of this research analysis show that the variables leverage and managerial agency costs have a positive effect on financial distress and the variables institutional ownership, operational capacity and independent commissioners have no effect on financial distress

This research aims to implement a digital marketing strategy using social media in the form of Instagram at SME’s Shadira Cake in Menganti Village. The research method used is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach, which involves a balanced process of interviews, observation, and documentation. This research aims to find innovation, create social media in the form of Instagram, and overcome barriers and constraints for the Shadira Cake SMEs. The lack of implementation of digital marketing strategies is caused by several factors, such as the lack of innovation in sales at Shadira Cake. The results showed that the implementation of digital marketing strategies was carried out systematically in order to increase marketing in Shadira Cake
Analisis Hubungan Antara Social Comparison Orientation, Willingnes To Purchase Masstige Brand, Attitudinal Loyalty Dan Brand Happiness
Individuals often compare themselves to others because of the rise of social media, which can make them want to buy something like a luxury brand. However, reaching luxury brand will be difficult because in addiction to the high price, product is also made in limited quantities. Therefore, masstige brand is an alternative that companies can use. This study aims to determine the effect of social comparison orientation on willingness to purchase masstige brands and their impact on attitudinal loyalty and brand happiness. In this study, there were 211 participants. Structured equation modeling was used to analyzed data. The results of analysis show social comparison orientation has a impact on willingness to purchase a masstige brand, resulting in attitudinal loyalty and brand happiness
Segmentasi Pelanggan Berdasarkan Konsep Customer Lifetime Value Dan Pemodelan Recency, Frequency Dan Monetary Studi Kasus Pada Bisnis B2B
The company has limited resources to use in implementing marketing strategies for its customers. The first step to be able to develop an effective and efficient marketing strategy is to drive customers into several large groups based on the similarities. The company needs to allocate is limited resources proportionally to groups of customers based on the value and benefits that those customers can contribute to the company. One of the bases for customer grouping is based on the concept of Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) with Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (RFM) modeling. CLV ratings show much value and benefits customers can bring to a company. This study conducted a cluster analysis with the K-means algorithm om 351 customers based on their RFM value. The number of clusters is most effectively obtained through the elbow method. Cluster analysis produces 4 customer cluster that have different characteristic and are ranked based on their CLV values. Cluster names and marketing strategy recommendation for each cluster are arranged based on their characteristic and CLV rating. The four cluster formed are the Non-Valuable Customers cluster, VIP Customer cluster, Valuable Customers cluster, and Potentially Valuable Customers cluster

The research carried out included testing ease of use, usefulness, risk perception and trust in the interest in using e-wallets in generation z. This research uses quantitative methods. Quantitative method with primary data collection through research instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection from questionnaires distributed online. This questionnaire uses Google From as a tool which is then distributed via social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram (Riansyah et al., 2023). According to Sugiyono, (2013) Quantitative research methods can be interpreted as research methods that are based on the philosophy of positivism, used to research certain populations or samples, collecting data using research instruments, quantitative/statistical data analysis, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. . The philosophy of positivism views that the reality/symptoms of phenomena can be classified, relatively fixed, concrete, observable, measurable, and the relationship between symptoms is causal. Research is generally carried out on certain representative populations or samples. The research process is deductive, where to answer the problem formulation, concepts or theories are used so that hypotheses can be formulated.

Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran pada PT. Sarizal Jaya Abadi
Rapid technological advancements have resulted in increasingly competitive market dynamics, thus encouraging companies to adopt the most suitable marketing communication methods to attract customer attention and overcome market hurdles. This research focuses on the marketing communication approach used by PT Sarizal Jaya Abadi, a trading company engaged in export, import, and general trading. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the purpose of this study is to look at the application of the marketing communication mix concept in PT Sarizal Jaya Abadi's marketing communications, as well as assessing the effectiveness of the company's communications in the face of dynamic market challenges and confusing trade industry information. The findings of this study are expected to provide practical advice for PT Sarizal Jaya Abadi to improve its marketing communication strategy, as well as provide an academic addition to the Indonesian marketing management literature, especially in the trading company environment.

Pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Debt Asset Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada Sektor Perbankan
This study aims to test the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, debt asset ratio, debt equity ratio on financial performance in the banking sector. This study uses a sample of companies in the banking sector for the period 2021- 2023. The banking company data taken in this study are annual financial reports taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. In this study, there were 48 banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative method Quantitative research is research that is classified as comparative research (causal comparative search). The data analysis technique used in this study is the purposive sampling technique. The variables used in this study use dependent and independent variables. Based on the results of the hypothesis test (t-test), it was concluded that (1) managerial ownership has an effect on financial performance (2) institutional ownership does not have an effect on financial performance (3) debt asset ratio has an effect on financial performance (4) debt equity ratio has no effect on financial performance
Analisis Kepuasan Pelanggan Mobile Banking Bank Syariah Indonesia Perspektif Bisnis Islam
In this digital era, technology-based banking services increasingly dominate the financial industry, including mobile banking. Customer satisfaction is the main key to a bank's success, especially in the context of Islamic banks which prioritize Islamic principles in their business. This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction with Bank Syariah Indonesia's mobile banking services by considering an Islamic business perspective. The research method involves a survey of a number of randomly selected mobile banking customers. The results of data analysis show factors that influence customer satisfaction, both in terms of technical functionality and compliance with sharia principles. The implications of these findings provide valuable insight for Bank Syariah Indonesia in improving its mobile banking services by paying attention to aspects of customer satisfaction that are imbued with Islamic values
