This research aims to empirically prove the influence of gender diversity, age and tenure on company value. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of gender diversity, age and tenure on company value. The research used a purposive sampling method. This research obtained data from 53 companies with a total sample used in this research of 154 basic material sectors included in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in the period 2020 to 2022. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 16 software. This shows that the gender diversity of the board of commissioners has an insignificant negative effect on the value of the company, the age diversity of the board of commissioners has a significant positive effect on the value of the company and the diversity of terms of office of the board of commissioners has no significant effect on the value of the company. The implication of this research is that when selecting a board of commissioners you must consider diversity because it cannot increase Price to Book Value (PBV).

Get PDFInvestment decisions are decisions taken by an investor who invests funds in an investment instrument with the aim of making a profit. Making investment decisions for investors needs to pay attention to clear goals because clear goals will help an investor make the right type of investment. This research aims to examine the influence of risk tolerance, investment motivation and use of social media on investment decision making among Generation Z in Surabaya. The number of respondents from this study was 138 respondents with 123 respondents meeting the criteria. The criteria for this research are domiciled in Surabaya, Generation Z and investing. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The software used in this research is WarpPLS 8.0. The results of this research explain that risk tolerance has no effect on investment decision making, investment motivation has a positive effect on investment decision making and the use of social media has a positive effect on investment decision making.

Get PDFInternet Financial Reporting is a financial report published on a company's personal website. The aim of this research is to determine whether company size can strengthen the relationship between the Board of Commissioners, public share ownership and Internet financial reporting. The sample in this research was 230 cyclical and non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023. Data analysis was carried out using moderated regression analysis with SPSS software. The research results show that the board of commissioners and public share ownership have no effect on Internet Financial Reporting, and the company size variable cannot strengthen the relationship between the board of commissioners and public share ownership on Internet Financial Reporting. This shows the need for special attention to company management strategies in responding to these factors to strengthen competitive position and business sustainability. With a deeper understanding of the importance of Internet Financial Reporting can influence companies to improve their performance and face challenges that may arise in a changing business environment

Get PDFProfit growth is an important consideration for companies that want to succeed and is the main focus for investors, financial analysis and company management. This study aims to determine the effect of inventory turnover, free cash flow, and company size on profit growth in consumer non - cyclicals sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2022 period. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of financial reports taken through the IDX or www.idx.com and the company's website. The method used in this study is purposive sampling using multiple linear regression analysis and obtained 113 companies with a total sample of 224 data. The results of this study indicate that free cash flow and company size had a significant effect on profit growth, inventory turnover had no significant effect on profit growth. Because companies may be able to maintain a stable or growing profit level without changing their inventory management strategies or policies. A company may be successful in maintain high profit margins despite having slow or fast-turnover inventory by setting appropriate selling prices for its products.

Pengaruh Risiko Usaha Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Bank Pemerintah
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to determine the LDR, IPR, NPL, PDN, IRR, and BOPO simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on ROA. The sampling technique used was the census method in which three state-owned banks were selected as research samples, namely Bank Mandiri Tbk., Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. and the National Bank of Indonesia, Tbk. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the F test and t test. This study uses a research period from Quarter I of 2018 to Quarter IV of 2022. The results of this study are LDR, IPR, NPL, IRR, and BOPO and simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA at state-owned banks. Partially, LDR has no significant negative effect, IPR has no significant negative effect, NPL has no significant negative effect, PDN has no significant negative effect, IRR has no significant negative effect, BOPO has a significant negative effect. Of all the ratios that have the most dominant influence on ROA is BOPO with a contribution of 58.52 percen

analyzed using descriptive analysis using SPSS 26.00 and statistical analysis using
WarpPLS 7.0. The research results show that promotion, brand image, perceived
quality and brand trust have a significant positive effect on brand loyalty. Promotion,
brand image and perceived quality have a significant positive effect on brand trust.
The study implication of this research is to develop strategies used by PT Nestle
Indonesia in the future, especially in improving quality in dealing with competence in
the liquid milk industry in ready-to-drink packages by building a good brand image,
promotion and perception of quality so as to increase brand trust. and brand loyalty in
liquid milk in ready-to-drink packaging

Get PDFThis study examines the relationship between raw materials and labor on the improvement of production performance in the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) bag industry in Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo Regency. Raw materials represent the company's transparency in informing the environmental impact of its business operations, while labor measures the efficiency of the company's resources. This research study focuses on one of the potential business sectors, encompassing 812 SMEs in the bag industry, based on data from the DINKOP and DISPERINDAG for the years 2016-2018. The research analysis methods used include data reduction analysis and interviews as the objects of study. The results of this study reveal that raw materials and labor can be factors in improving production performance in the bag industry.
