Pengaruh Digital Leadership Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Mediasi Kreativitas Dan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Pada Aparatur Sipil Negara Di Pemerintah Kota Surabaya
This study investigates the impact of digital leadership on employee performance, emphasizing the mediating roles of creativity and innovative work behavior among civil servants in the Surabaya City Government. The study employs a
quantitative approach using questionnaire sampling, with data analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS. The findings indicate that digital leadership has a significant positive influence on employee creativity and innovative work behavior, which in turn enhance job performance. Moreover, creativity and innovative behavior serve as partial mediators in the relationship between digital leadership and employee performance. These results highlight the importance of fostering digital leadership competencies to stimulate employee innovation and optimize performance. The study provides managerial
implications for government institutions seeking to improve public service efficiency through digital transformation and employee empowerment.

Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Keputusan Investasi, Kepemilikan Manajerial, dan Kebijakan Dividen Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan
This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, investment decisions, managerial ownership, and dividend policy on firm value in the mining sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019–2023. Using a quantitative approach, the data were analyzed through multiple linear regression to examine the relationships between variables. The results show that firm size has a significant negative effect on firm value, while dividend policy has a significant positive effect. In contrast, investment decisions and managerial ownership do not show a significant influence on firm value. This research provides valuable insights for corporate management and investors in formulating effective investment strategies and dividend policies to optimize firm value
Pengaruh Keputusan Pendanaan, Likuiditas, dan Solvabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Corporate Governance Sebagai Variabel Moderasi
This study analyzes the effect of funding decisions, liquidity, and solvency on firm value with corporate governance as a moderating variable. The research focuses on retail trade subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2023. A quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis was employed. The results show that funding decisions and liquidity significantly influence firm value, while solvency has no significant effect. Furthermore, corporate governance moderates the relatjonship between funding decisions and liquidity with firm value, but does not moderates the relationship between solvency and firm value. These findings provide insight for company management and investors in evaluating financial strategies and corporate governance to enchance firm value. Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan, Kepercayaan, Dan Citra Bank Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Pada Bank BNI
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, trust, and bank image on customer loyalty at Bank BNI. The increasingly competitive banking industry requires banks to maintain customer loyalty by improving service quality, building trust, and strengthening their brand image. This research employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM) technique to process data collected from a survey of 300 Bank BNI customers in Surabaya. The findings indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on trust and bank image. Trust is also found to mediate the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. Additionally, bank image plays a crucial role in strengthening customer trust and enhancing their loyalty to the bank. Therefore, Bank BNI must continuously improve service quality, maintain a positive brand image, and build customer trust to sustain loyalty amid intense banking competition.

Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Aktivitas Terhadap Return Saham Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Dengan Moderasi COVID-19 Periode 2018-2023
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability (ROA), liquidity (QR) and activity (TATO) on stock returns with COVID-19 moderation. The population used is retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the periode 2018-2023. The sampling method used in this study is puposive sampling according to predeterminde criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS-29. The result of the study indicate that profitability, liquidity and activity do nothave a significant effect on stock returns, while COVID-19 moderates liquidity on stocks has a significant effect on stock does not have a significant effect on stock returns

ABSTRACK
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of human resource management practices on employee performance with job satisfaction and employee engagement as mediation in Novotel Hotel Rungkut Surabaya employees. This study aims to analyze and measure the results of variables that have been identified by the study. This research method uses a quantitative method using a survey method, where questionnaires will be distributed for data collection. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using a direct survey method to all respondents. The research sample used was 100 employees who were still actively working at Novotel Hotel Rungkut Surabaya with an age range of 18 - 55 years. In this study, the test used in statistical analysis was a hypothesis test with PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Structural Equation Modeling) software and WarpPLS 3.0 software. Based on the results of the management, the results of this study indicate that the results of human resource management practices have a significant positive impact on employee performance, the results of human resource management practices have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction, the results of job satisfaction have an insignificant positive impact on employee performance, HR management practices have a significant positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, the results of human resource management practices have a significant positive impact on employee engagement, the results of employee engagement have an insignificant positive impact on employee performance, HR management practices have a significant positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction

Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan,Strategi Bisnis,Kebijakan Pemerintah terhadap Kinerja Bisnis UMKM di Jawa Timur
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have a very significant contribution in driving the regional economy, therefore research related to MSME business performance is very important to do. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, business strategy, and government policy on the business performance of MSMEs in East Java. Data collection was conducted through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 MSME players in East Java. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data obtained were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-WarpPLS 8.0 method. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, business strategy and government policy have a positive and significant effect on the business performance of MSMEs in East Java. The implication of this research is the importance of improving financial literacy, developing adaptive business strategies and government policy support to encourage the growth and sustainability of MSMEs. By synergizing financial literacy, business strategies, and government policies, MSMEs have a greater opportunity to increase their competitiveness and contribution to the economy and support MSME growth more effectively.

Dampak Influencer, Motivasi, dan Kemajuan Teknologi Terhadap Minat Investasi di Pasar Modal Pada Generasi Z di Surabaya
Interest in investing in the capital market continues to increase, especially among generation Z. This study aims to analyze the impact of influencers, motivation, and technological advances on investment interest in the capital market among generation Z in Surabaya. The research sample consisted of 120 generation Z respondents who live in Surabaya. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that influencers, motivation, and technological advances have a significant
positive influence on investment interest. This study implies the importance of utilizing the influence of influencers and technological advances wisely, as well as increasing the motivation of the younger generation to start investing to improve financial well-being.

Penerapan SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) Sistem Shift Kerja Pada Toko Berkah Jaya Indah Electric
This study aims to determine the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the shift work system at Toko Berkah Jaya Indah Electric. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the shift work system had been applied in the store informally, without a written SOP as a standard guideline for employees. This condition led to a lack of clarity in work hour arrangements, adjustment of break times, and the potential for mismatch with the store's operational needs. The recommendation for implementing the shift work SOP is the need to establish a written SOP in accordance with labor regulations to create work efficiency and comfort for both employees and the business owner. In addition, it is recommended to use a digital attendance system so that attendance recording becomes more accurate, efficient, and reduces potential errors compared to manual recording
Pengaruh Variabel Internal Bank Terhadap Profitabilitas Dengan Bi Rate Sebagai Variabel Moderasi
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Loan to Asset Ratio (LAR) on banking profitability, with Return on Assets (ROA) as the main indicator, and to examine the role of the BI Rate as a moderating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory design, using secondary data from publicly listed KBMI-3 banks in Indonesia during the 2019–2024 period. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with t-tests, F-tests, and moderation tests. The results show that NIM and LDR have a positive and significant effect on ROA, while BOPO has a significant negative effect. In contrast, NPL does not significantly affect ROA, and LAR exhibits a negative but not significant effect. The moderation test reveals that the BI Rate strengthens the relationship between NIM and ROA, although the effect is not statistically significant. This study highlights the importance of managing net interest margin, operational efficiency, and effective loan distribution in enhancing banking profitability. Meanwhile, the insignificant role of the BI Rate suggests that banks need to develop internal strategies to better respond to interest rate dynamics.
