According to Sugiyono (2018: 456) secondary data is a data source that does not directly provide data to data collectors, for example through other people or through documents. According to its objectives, this research is of a quantitative type, namely research that focuses on variables and the relationship between one variable and another. The aim is to carry out verification, namely by testing theories through hypotheses using statistical techniques (Hardani, et al., 2020:40).

competency and transformational leaderhip to employee
performance in PT Wings Surya Surabaya Wonocolo Distric. (3)
the effect of job satisfaction to the employee performance between
work environment in PT Wings Surya Surabaya Wonocolo District.
Methods used descriptive analysis with Likert scale to
meausurement instrument and data Software application
WarpPls7.0.
The research show that: (1)core competency and
transformational leadership have a significant effect on employee
performance. (2) core competency can’t influence job satisfaction
on employee performance. (3) work environment unable to
moderated job satisfaction to employee performance. The
implication of this study is transformative leader in company. The
attitude and competency character of employee are able to
influence performance and job satisfaction for better life, but comfy
zone, safe and clean still can’t being a factor to increase work
environment on employee satisfaction and performance
Penerapan Perhitungan Rasio Keuangan Pada Laporan Keuangan UTD PMI Kabupaten Sidoarjo Tahun 2019 - 2023 Guna Melakukan Evaluasi Kinerja Keuangan
Get PDFThis study aims to determine and evaluate the financial performance of non-profit organizations
through a case study at UTD PMI Sidoarjo Regency. The technique used in collecting data in this
study is to use secondary data in the form of documentation. The data analysis technique used
includes the calculation of financial ratios based on the Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio and
Activity Ratio formulas. The results showed that in each year the calculation of the three ratios
experienced a significant increase and a decrease that remained in a stable state, this can be seen
based on the average value of the liquidity ratio that occurred in 2021 of 68.56% as the most
liquid and high number with the lowest liquidity level of 5.37% in 2019, the solvency ratio with
an average of 0, 47% as the most solvable number that occurred in 2019 and 0.06% as the lowest
number of solvabilits ratios that occurred in 2021, and for the activity ratio with the fastest
accounts receivable turnover ratio of 19.92 times in 2021 with the lowest value of 8.67 times in
2023 then for the BOPO ratio with a number of 107% said to be the most effective in 2023 and
0.72% the lowest number as a less effective level of organizational financial performance. So it
can be concluded based on the results of the calculation of the financial performance conditions.

Prosedur Perencanaan Bahan Baku Coil PT Steel Pipe Industry Of Indonesia
Get PDFThe raw material procurement procedure is one of the important aspects in maintaining the smooth production process in a manufacturing company. PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia, as a steel pipe manufacturer, relies heavily on the procurement of quality coil raw materials to ensure that the final product produced meets the established standards. This study aims to analyze the coil raw material procurement procedure at PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia, focusing on its effectiveness and contribution to production efficiency. The research data were obtained through documentation methods and interviews with parties directly involved in the procurement process. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis methods, effectiveness analysis, and contribution analysis. The results of the study indicate that the coil raw material procurement procedure at PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia is effective with an average effectiveness of 97.5 percent in the 2015-2019 period. However, the contribution of this procurement procedure to production efficiency still needs to be improved, with an average contribution of 4.8 percent which is included in the sufficient category. Get PDFPT. Petrokimia is the most complete fertilizer trading business manufacturing company in Indonesia. PT. Petrokimia deducts Article 21 Income Tax on employees every month. This study aims to evaluate the application of the calculation of Income Tax Article 21 on PT. Petrokimia Gresik. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, which is a method of discussing problems that describe or describe a situation. Data was taken through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the study show that PT. Petrokimia implements the calculation of Income Tax Article 21 in accordance with applicable tax regulations. The results of the study show the accuracy in calculating the gross income of employees, especially related to the provision of allowances and facilities. The value of the amount of employee income is adjusted to the progressive rate according to the tariff layer PER-2/PJ/2024

Get PDFThis research aims to examine the influence of Economic Turbulence, Savings Funds, Liquidity, Bank Size, and Financing Risk on Sharia Bank Financing. The sample consists of 10 Sharia Commercial Banks during the 6 year observation period. This sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling. The analysis used is panel data regression with the best fixed effect model. The data source in this research was obtained from financial report data published at the Financial Services Authority (OJK). This research is a type of research using a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data taken as a source in the form of quarterly financial reports for 2017-2022. The results show that together economic turbulence, deposit funds, liquidity, bank size and financing risk have a simultaneous effect on sharia bank financing. Partially, savings funds have a significant positive effect on financing. Bank size has a significant negative effect on sharia bank financing, while economic turbulence, liquidity and financing risk have no effect on sharia bank financing

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to explain the effect of tax socialization on tax knowledge and perceptions of tax justice on the intention to comply with tax obligations on prospective personal taxpayers. This research is included in causal research using a quantitative approach, the population of this study are active students at Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas (UHWP), Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur (UPNV Jatim), Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA), Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STIESIA), Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 (UNTAG). Sampling using purposive sampling technique, and the total sample used was 100 respondents. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, questionnaires are instruments used to obtain respondents' responses. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that tax socialization has a significant positive effect on the intention to comply of prospective taxpayers. Tax knowledge has no significant effect on the intention to the intention to comply of prospective taxpayers. Perceptions of tax justice have a significant positive effect on the intention to comply of prospective taxpayers

The high value of a company will be viewed favorably by potential investors because it shows good company performance. This study aims to determine the effect of funding decisions, investment decisions, dividend policy, asset management, and free cash flow on firm value in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2022 period. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of financial reports taken through the IDX or www.idx.com and the company's website. The method used in this study is purposive sampling using multiple linear regression analysis and obtained 31 companies with a total sample of 96 data. The results of this study indicate that funding decisions, asset management, and free cash flow had a significant effect on firm value, investment decisions and dividend policy had no significant effect on firm value

Get PDFThis study aims to examine the influence of Online Customer Reviews, E-WOM, and Content Marketing on TikTok on the purchasing decisions of culinary MSME products in Surabaya. The population in this study includes all residents who enjoy purchasing culinary MSME products based on TikTok reviews at least twice and are aged between 19 and 50 years. The sample in this study consists of 115 respondents, selected using purposive sampling. The data collection methodused in this study is a survey through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The analysis in this study employs SPSS. The conclusion of the study indicates that Online Customer Reviews, E-WOM, and Content Marketing on TikTok each have an influence on the purchasing decisions of culinary MSME products in Surabaya..

Pengaruh Digital Financial Literacy, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease Of Use Terhadap Decision Using E-Wallet Dengan Intention To Use Sebagai Mediasi
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the influence of digital financial literacy, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use on the decision to use e-wallet, which is mediated by intention to use among UHW Perbanas Surabaya students. This research used a quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique involving 155 student respondents from Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University, Surabaya. The analysis technique uses structural equation modeling and partial least squares (SEM-PLS) methods. The research results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use have a direct influence on intention to use and decision to use e-wallet, while digital financial literacy does not have a direct influence on intention to use e-wallet but has a direct influence on decision to use e-wallet. -wallets. This research also reveals that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have an indirect influence on the decision to use, through intention to use. Meanwhile, digital financial literacy does not directly influence the decision to use if it is mediated by intention to use.
