Prosedur Pembukaan Jaringan Kantor Baru Di PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk.
In an effort to expand the reach of banking services and to increase the number of assets to increase competitiveness, the opening of office networks is an important part of the company's business strategy. This study aims to determine how the policies, procedures, constraints, and solutions in the opening of a new office network at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (Bank Jatim). This data collection method is through observation, interviews and available documentation such as Bank Jatim's financial statements. The results of the research that has been done show that the policy of opening a new office network refers to the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Bank Jatim Business Plan. The procedure for opening an office network includes planning or requests from stakeholders, submission of documents, TIM meetings, to several licenses that must be fulfilled before the implementation of new office operations. At the opening of a new office network there are still obstacles such as Feasibility Study (FS) infeasibility, licensing to approval from internal parties, so that alternative solutions are obtained by preparing FS according to standards, compiling checklists, careful consideration during meetings and sufficient stakeholder preparation. This research is expected to be a reference in developing strategies related to the expansion of new office networks in the banking sector.

ANALISIS HUBUNGAN ANTARA PENDAFTARAN ONLINE, KUALITAS LAYANAN, KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS PASIEN POLI KESEHATAN IBU DAN ANAK PUSKESMAS RANGKAH
This study aims to analyze the relationship between online registration, service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty of patients at the Maternal and Child Health Clinic of the Rangkah Community Health Center in Surabaya. Unlike previous studies that focused more on large hospitals, this study fills the gap in research on community health centers as primary health care providers. The method used was a quantitative approach with purposive sampling of 171 patients who used the online registration system. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results showed that online registration and service quality had a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction and loyalty, and that patient satisfaction had a positive effect on patient loyalty. The theoretical contribution of this study is the integration of service digitalization in the formation of patient loyalty. The practical implication is to encourage the strengthening of the online registration system and improvement of service quality. The limitations of this study include the self-report data collection method, which has the potential for social bias, and the cross-sectional design, which cannot identify changes in patient behavior or perceptions over a longer period of time.

Peran Mediasi Motivasi Kerja pada Pengaruh Manajemen Talenta dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas di Kecamatan Semampir Surabaya
This study examines the mediating role of work motivation in the relationship between talent management and compensation with employee performance in Community Health Center (in Indonesia terminology is called Puskesmas) in Surabaya. How to enhance performance is a crucial aspect for increasing public satisfaction and public service organization. Effective talent management and compensation are identified as important factors in improving employee performance, but less research focused on the mechanism of their influence through work motivation. This research fills this gap by analyzing the mediating role of work motivation in this relationship, providing new insights into the dynamics of employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data was collected from employees of Puskesmas in Semampir District, Surabaya, and analyzed using statistical techniques to test the mediating hypotheses. The findings reveal that both talent management and compensation significantly enhance employee performance directly and indirectly by boosting work motivation. These results underscore the critical role of motivation in strengthening the impact of HR practices on performance. Effective talent management combined with fair compensation systems can improve healthcare service quality by fostering motivated and high-performing staff. The study recommends healthcare managers prioritize these HR strategies and suggests further research to explore additional mediators and broader contexts.

Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Tunjangan Kinerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Di Puskesmas Simomulyo Dan Puskesmas Tanjungsari
This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and performance allowances on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Simomulyo and Tanjungsari Community Health Centers in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method using questionnaires administered to 126 respondents. Data analysis techniques use Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through the SmartPLS 4.1.1.4 application. The results of the study indicate that work motivation and performance-based allowances have a direct and significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, job satisfaction is proven to act as a mediating variable in the relationship between motivation and allowances on employee performance. This study recommends the importance of strategies to enhance motivation and a fair benefits system, as well as strengthening job satisfaction, in efforts to improve employee performance.

Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Property & Real Estate
This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, and firm size on firm value. The population used in this study was property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2023 period. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data collected were secondary data sourced from annual financial reports. This study used multiple linear regression analysis, tested using SPS 26 for Windows. The results indicate that (H1) Capital structure has no effect on firm value, (H2) Profitability has an effect on firm value, and (H3) Firm size has an effect on firm value.

Pengaruh Gender Diversity terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan dengan Corporate Social Responsibility sebagai Moderasi
This research aims to examine the influence of gender diversity on company performance with CSR as moderation. Gender diversity is measured based on the number of women on the board of directors compared to the number of members on the board of directors. Company performance is measured based on Return on Assets (ROA). CSR is measured using GRI G4. This research data was obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange for basic material companies for the period 2021- 2023. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression to test the direct and indirect relationship between gender diversity, company performance and CSR. This research is expected to reveal the impact of gender diversity on company performance with CSR as moderation. These findings will contribute to a deeper understanding of these relationships in business management relationships. This research offers valuable insights for business management and corporate governance practices in Indonesia to be used in encouraging company performance by considering gender diversity through the role of corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Pengaruh Transfer Pricing, Thin Capitalization dan Komisaris Independen Terhadap Penghindaran Pajak
Taxes are the main source of Indonesian state revenue. From 2020-2023, corporate taxpayer revenues fluctuate between targets and realizations, meaning that corporate tax revenues have not been maximized. This study aims to analyze the influence of tax avoidance factors, namely transfer pricing, thin capitalization, and independent commissioners on tax avoidance in the consumer non-cyclicals sector. This research is quantitative, data collection uses secondary data with 52 data that can be processed with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The results of this study reveal that transfer pricing has an effect on tax avoidance, while thin capitalization, and independent commissioners have no effect on tax avoidance.

Pengaruh Likuiditas, Kualitas Aset, Sensitivitas, Dan Efisiensi Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Non Devisa
This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of LDR, LAR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously on ROA in Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks. Liquidity measurement uses LDR and LAR variables, asset quality uses NPL and APB variables, sensitivity uses IRR variables, and efficiency uses BOPO and FBIR variables. The sampling technique in the research used purposive sampling. The bank samples taken in this research were 3 banks, so the total data processed was 60. The data analysis technique was descriptive analysis and used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research reveal that simultaneously LDR, LAR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR have a significant effect on ROA. Partially, LAR, NPL and FBIR have a positive and insignificant effect on ROA. LDR, IRR, and BOPO have an insignificant negative effect. APB has a significant negative effect. Study on profitability at Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks can determine the influence of liquidity, asset quality, sensitivity and efficiency so that evaluations can be carried out to maintain or increase the bank's ROA
Pengaruh Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Dengan Profitabilitas Pelanggan Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada Skincare Emina.
This study aims to explore the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty with customer profitability as a mediating variable in Emina skincare products. The method employed is a survey using questionnaires distributed to Emina customers in Surabaya. The research findings indicate that customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Additionally, customer profitability serves as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between satisfaction and loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of maintaining customer satisfaction to enhance loyalty and profitability in the increasingly competitive skincare industry. This research provides insights for companies in marketing strategies and product development to meet customer expectations and improve their experience
An Analysis of The Relationship between Brand Image, Product Quality, Product Description and Social Media Influencers on Purchase Intention in Shopee Marketplace Consumers.
This study was conducted to determine the effect of brand image, product
quality, product description and social media influencers on purchase intention of consumers of the Shopee marketplace. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to shopee marketplace users. This study uses purposive sampling method. The sample used was 109 respondents. The data in this study were processed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study state that brand image has a significant positive effect on consumer purchase intention in the shopee marketplace. Product quality
has a significant positive effect on consumer purchase intention in the shopee marketplace. Product description does not have a significant influence on consumer purchase intention on the shopee marketplace. Social media influencers do not have a significant influence on consumer purchase intentions in the shopee marketplace. These findings suggest that marketplace shopee marketes can utilise brand image
and product quality to drive consumer purchase intentions.
