Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan, Kepercayaan Nasabah, dan Citra Perusahaan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Pada Bank BRI
The banking world is the main financial sector that is currently the main need. Banks must determine the right strategy to maintain a good reputation. Consumer trust can be obtained by companies by improving service quality and providing a positive corporate image. Fulfilled customer needs encourage increased levels of satisfaction for a customer. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, trust, and corporate image on customer satisfaction. The questionnaire was distributed via google form. The sample used was 352 respondents. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive influence on customer trust, corporate image, and customer satisfaction. Corporate image also has a positive influence on customer trust and satisfaction. Finally, trust has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This finding encourages BRI Bank to focus on maintaining service quality, corporate image, and customer trust in connection with this can affect the level of consumer satisfaction.

Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan dengan Gender Diversity sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Industry Basic Material
This study aims to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on company performance as measured by ROA in basic material industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2023. This study also examines the role of gender diversity as a moderating variable. The sample used was 64 companies selected using purposive sampling method. The results showed that corporate social responsibility (CSR) has a negative and insignificant effect on company performance. Meanwhile, gender diversity does not moderate the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and company performance. This study provides advice to companies to be more optimal in implementing effective CSR policies and designing better CSR strategies in order to improve company performance.

Determinan Audit Delay Pada Perusahaan Sektor Consumer Cyclical
This study analyse the factors influencing audit delay in consumer cyclical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2023 period. The examined variables include audit tenure, audit opinion, financial statement complexity, and audit quality, using the multiple linear regression method with SPSS. The results indicate that audit tenure and audit opinion significantly impact the reduction of audit delay, while financial statement complexity and audit quality do not have a significant effect. These findings provide insights for companies and auditors in managing factors that can accelerate audit completion and enhance the timeliness of financial reporting

This research aims to analyze and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
in recording the production of Vehicle Registration Certificates (STNK) and
number plates as an effort to improve excellent service in related agencies. The
methods used include literature studies, interviews, and observations of current
processes. The research results show that there are still several obstacles in the
recording process that affect efficiency and public satisfaction. Therefore, an SOP
was prepared which includes steps from registration to publication of STNK and
number plates, with an emphasis on transparency, speed and accuracy.
Implementation of SOPs is expected to improve service quality, reduce waiting
times, and increase user satisfaction. It is hoped that this research will become a
reference for agencies in improving the quality of public services in the field of
motor vehicle administration
Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Dengan Mediasi Quite Quiting Pada Karyawan Generasi Z di Coffee Shop Gresik
In recent years, gen-Z employees have expectations that are not in line with what is expected. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction of coffee shop employees in Gresik on turnover intention through quiet quitting as a mediator. This can be a reference for coffee shop companies in Gresik to evaluate the company's human resources. The research method used quantitative methods with primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed directly to coffee shops in Gresik totaling 105 respondents, the analysis technique used was PLS-SEM with the sapling method, namely judgment sampling.The results stated that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, but has no effect and is significant to quiet quitting. quiet quitting has a positive and significant effect on turnover itnention. quiet quitting is able to mediate between the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention quiet quitting is able to mediate between the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention.

Analisis Sistem Pengendalian Internal Piutang dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Penagihan Piutang pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Surabaya
PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya is a company that conducts credit sales transactions. Payment of bills is the company's operational income used for the smooth operation of the company. The strategy that can be used by the company to meet and serve customer demand is of course to maximize its receivables control. This research is a qualitative research, data collection techniques are carried out using combined triangulation, and the object of research is the Surabaya Regional Drinking Water Company. This type of research is a case study and field research. This research applies the time dimension of time series-based research. PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya uses a receivables control system with a modern technology-based approach to ensure efficient, transparent, and accountable receivables management. The company's efforts in controlling its receivables are by using a payment application that has been integrated through the CIS or Customer Information System application and by setting water tariff harmonization where the tariff set for customers is fair and in accordance with the customer's economic level. This is done so that the company can minimize the level of bad debt losses each year. PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya has succeeded in increasing the effectiveness of receivables collection through the implementation of modern technology, such as an online payment system integrated with the CIS application, this system makes it easier for customers to pay bills, increases transparency, and reduces the risk of late payments. Tariff harmonization implemented in 2023 also showed positive results with an increase in company revenue and had a real impact on the company in collecting bad debts
Pengaruh Employee Experience Terhadap Intensi Turnover Dengan Mediasi Keterikatan Karyawan Generasi Z Pada Coffee Shop di Surabaya
This study entitled Transaction of Employee Experience Influence on Turnover Intention with Mediating Employee Engagement in Generation Z at Coffeeshop in Surabaya aims to determine the cause of high turnover rates through employee experience and employee engagement. The sample of this study was 110 generation z employees who work in coffeeshops throughout Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of employee experience on turnover intention. Turnover intention occurs due to a lack of positive work experience and low employee engagement. When employees do not get experiences that support their development and comfort in the workplace, motivation and loyalty to the company decrease. Weak employee engagement worsens this condition, increasing their intention to leave the company
Pengaruh Halal Brand Image, Halal Brand Trust ,And Halal Brand Loyalty Terhadap Purchase Intention Pengguna Skincare Wardah
ABSTRACT
Porpuse: This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image, Brand Trust, and
Brand Loyalty on Purchase Intention of wardah products. The type of research used
is quantitative research through a consumer survey approach. The sampling
technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection is done by survey method
through google form filled in by respondents. The research sample used was 156
respondents who had bought and used Wardah skin care products. In this study, the
test used in statistical analysis is hypothesis testing with PLS-SEM (Partial Least
Square Structural Equation Modeling) software and WarpPLS 7.0. Based on the
management results, The results of this study indicate that (1) Halal Brand Image
has a significant influence on Halal Brand Trust in Wardah Skincare. (2) Halal
Brand Image also significantly affects Halal Brand Loyalty in Wardah Skincare,
(3) Halal Brand Image does not significantly affect Purchase Intention in Wardah
Skincare (4) Halal Brand Trust significantly affects Purchase Intention in Wardah
Skincare, (5) Halal Brand Loyalty significantly affects Purchase Intention in
Wardah Skincare.

Analisis Niat Penggunaan Aplikasi Access by KAI Menggunakan Model Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) pada PT Kereta Api Indonesia
PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is a state-owned company engaged in railway transportation in Indonesia (PT Kereta Api Indonesia, 2024). Access by KAI, previously known as KAI Access, is an official application owned by PT KAI which was launched in 2014 and has the main function of making it easier for customers to order train tickets online. Data shows that train ticket reservations are mostly made through the Access by KAI application media, however, the Access by KAI application on the App Store has a relatively low rating of 1.9 or 2. In addition, user reviews on the App Store about Access by KAI mostly complained about problems such as technical problems with many bugs and errors, application complexity, an interface that is not user-friendly, or features that are considered less than adequate. System evaluation is an important part of maintaining the reliability and security of electronic systems. This study aims to determine the factors of acceptance and intention to use Access by KAI using the UTAUT model. This study involves several variables from the UTAUT model such as Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior. This study is quantitative because the data used is questionnaire data from Access by KAI users with a total of 120 respondents. Data processing was carried out using the SEM-PLS method with the help of SmartPLS tools. The results of this study indicate that of the five hypotheses that were suspected, they were accepted because each variable correlation was significantly positive. The variable that has the greatest influence and relationship is Behavioral Intention (BI) on Use Behavior (UB) while the variable that has the smallest influence is Performance Expectancy (PE) on Behavioral Intention (BI) and Facilitating Condition (FC) on Use Behavior (UB).

Pengaruh Fraud Hexagon Terhadap Kecurangan Akademik Mahasiswa Dengan Artificial Intelligence Sebagai Variabel Moderasi
Academic cheating has become an increasingly complex issue in the digital era, especially with the development of artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT. This study aims to analyze the influence of fraud hexagon consisting of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability, arrogance, and collusion on student academic cheating, as well as test the role of artificial intelligence as a moderation variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The sample in this study is 189 active students of the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University in the city of Surabaya. The results showed that pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and collusion had a positive effect on academic cheating, while ability and arrogance did not have a significant effect. In addition, artificial intelligence acts as a moderation variable by strengthening the relationship between rationalization and academic cheating, but does not moderate the relationship between other variables. The implications of this study show that educational institutions need to focus more on prevention strategies based on academic ethics and strict supervision, as well as increase student awareness of the ethical use of artificial intelligence so that it is not used as a tool to justify academic cheating.
