    This study aims to analyze the effect of environmental disclosure, environmental performance, and environmental costs on the financial performance of state-owned enterprises in Indonesia. Financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA). This study uses data from financial reports and sustainability reports of state-owned enterprises for the period 2020-2024. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that environmental disclosure has a positive effect on financial performance, indicating that transparency in sustainability practices increases investor confidence and operational efficiency. Meanwhile, environmental performance also has a positive effect on financial performance, indicating that efforts to reduce emissions and energy efficiency provide added value to the company's profitability. However, environmental costs do not show a significant effect on the company's financial performance. This study provides practical implications for state-owned enterprises to continue to improve environmental disclosure and performance in order to improve financial performance

    This study aims to evaluate the purchase decisions of Gacoan Noodle. The sample is the study totalled 161 respondents who bwere respondents who have consumed Gacoan Noodle. Sampling using purposive sampling method with multiple linier aggression data anlysis technique. The data analysis tool uses SPSS version 24 software. The result of this study reveal that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Gacoan Noodles. Word Of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Gacoan Noodles. Price Perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Gacoan Noodles.     This research is motivated by the importance of understanding employee experience in improving employee performance, especially in the era of globalization involving generation Z who have different expectations and preferences in the world of work. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of employee experience factors on employee performance with mediation of job satisfaction. In this study, research data were obtained from 207 respondents using questionnaires and Likert Scale measurements with quantitative methods. The data analysis technique used is SEM-partial Least Square (PLS) to test the hypothesis that has been formulated. The results of this study indicate that experience about the physical environment, cultural environment, and cultural environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction of generation Z employees at companies in East Java partially. The implications of this study indicate that companies should pay attention to and improve employee experience factors to achieve the best performance. Therefore, companies in East Java are advised to improve in the physical environment, organizational culture, and technology to increase employee satisfaction and performance of generation Z employees. This research is expected to be a reference for further research and human resource management practices

    This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Human Resource Management on Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Green Innovative Behavior mediated by Job Satisfaction in employees of CV. Indigo Sejahtera Sidoarjo which is a manufacturing industry. This research method uses quantitative methods with primary data obtained through a questionnaire of 75 samples, namely CV Indigo Sejahtera employees with SEM-PLS data analysis techniques.     This study aims to examine the effect of brand image, price, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Mixue Ice Cream & Tea in Surabaya. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection through questionnaires distributed to respondents who buy and consume Mixue products. The data that has been obtained is then processed using SPSS. The results showed that brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.002. Price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.034. Product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of <0.001. Likewise for the simultaneous influence with a significant value of <0.001.     PENGARUH PERMODALAN, LIKUIDITAS DAN PERTUMBUHAN KREDIT TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS BANK PEREKONOMIAN RAKYAT DENGAN MEDIASI RISIKO KREDIT

    This study investigates the impact of capital adequacy, liquidity, and loan growth on the profitability of rural banks (BPRs), with credit risk examined as a mediating variable. Motivated by the declining national trend in BPR profitability, panel data from 21 BPRs in Malang Regency between 2019 and 2023 were analyzed using a random effects model and the Sobel test. Profitability was measured by Return on Assets (ROA), while the explanatory variables included Capital Adequacy was measured by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Liquidity was measured by Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Loan Growth (LG), and Credit Risk was measured by Non-Performing Loans (NPL). The findings indicate that capital asequacy significantly enhances profitability, while credit risk negatively affect it. In contrast, liquidity and loan growth show no significant direct effect on profitability. Credit risk does not significantly mediate the relationship between loan growth and profitability. These results underscore the critical role of capital strength and credit quality in improving BPR performance, suggesting that liquidity and credit expansion alone are insufficient without effective risk management. This study contributes to the literature by contextualizing profitability dynamics within the post-pandemic recovery period and the Indonesian rural banking sector, offering actionable insights for bank managers and regulators focused on financial sustainability.     Pengaruh Internal Dan Eksternal Bank Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Bank Umum Syariah

    ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of internal and external factors on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia, measured by Return on Assets (ROA). Internal variables include Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Operating Expenses to Operating Income ratio (BOPO), and bank size (Size), while external variables consist of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and inflation. The study uses secondary data from Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) during the 2019–2024 period. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with panel data. The results reveal that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability. Partially, CAR, NPF, BOPO, and Size negatively and significantly affect ROA, while FDR, GDP, and inflation show no significant effect. These findings suggest that the profitability of Islamic banks is primarily influenced by internal factors, particularly financing risk management, operational efficiency, and the management of bank size. The implications of this study highlight the need for regulators to strengthen risk management policies and promote cost efficiency in Islamic banks. For bank management, focusing on reducing NPF, improving BOPO efficiency, and optimizing operational scale is crucial to sustain profitability. Academically, this study contributes to the literature on the determinants of profitability in the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia..     This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of tax knowledge, professional recognition, and financial rewards on the interest in choosing a career as a tax consultant. In this study, all variables were measured using a Likert scale. The sample used in this study consists of students from University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas Surabaya who have taken taxation courses, with a total sample of 51 students. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The research results show that professional recognition significantly influences the interest in choosing a career as a tax consultant. Meanwhile, tax knowledge and financial rewards do not significantly influence the interest in choosing a career as a tax consultant

    This study aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic factors such as inflation, gross domestic product (GDP), interest rates, exchange rates, and bond coupons on the yield of Indonesian government bonds during the period 2020-2023. The research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Bank Indonesia, and the Central Statistics Agency. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the relationship among variables. The results indicate that inflation, GDP, interest rates, exchange rates, and bond coupons simultaneously have a significant effect on government bond yields.     Pengaruh Employee Experience Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Mediasi Intensi Turnover Pada Karyawan Generasi Z

    This study examines the influence of Employee Experience on Employee Performance among Generation Z employees in Surabaya, Indonesia, with turnover intention acting as a mediating variable. Employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the research assesses the validity and reliability of the measurement model, including constructs such as Employee Experience, Turnover Intention, and Employee Performance. The structural model is evaluated through hypothesis testing, including path coefficients and predictive relevance. Results indicate that Employee Experience significantly affects Employee Performance, both directly and indirectly via Turnover Intention. Despite some variations in reliability—particularly in constructs like Employee Experience and Employee Performance—the overall model demonstrates sufficient validity and explanatory power. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations aiming to enhance employee engagement and performance among young professionals in a competitive industry landscape.
