Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Mediasi Quiet Quitting, Dan Intensi Turnover Karyawan Generasi Z Pada Perusahaan Di Jawa Timur
This research aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance as mediated by quiet quitting and turnover intentions in generation Z employees in companies operating in East Java. In the context of an increasingly competitive world of work, job satisfaction is an important factor that influences employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 200 respondents who are generation Z employees. The results of the research show that job satisfaction has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Apart from that, job satisfaction also has a negative effect on quiet quitting behavior, which in turn has a positive effect on turnover intentions. This research found that employees who feel satisfied with their jobs tend to have better performance and engage in less quiet quitting behavior. Conversely, employees who experience job dissatisfaction are more likely to consider leaving the company. These findings provide important insights for company management in efforts to increase employee job satisfaction, which in turn can improve performance and reduce turnover rates. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for further research in the field of human resource management, especially related to generation Z employees
Analisis Implementasi Penerapan Siskeudes Banjar Dusun Kasih Sari
This study analyzes the implementation of the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) in Banjar Dusun Kasih Sari as an effort to increase transparency and accountability in village financial management. SISKEUDES is designed to assist village officials in preparing budgets, realizing activities, and preparing financial reports in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, in practice, the implementation of this system faces various challenges, such as limited human resources, minimal technological infrastructure, and low understanding of the system by village officials. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with the administrators of Banjar Dusun Kasih Sari, including the head of the banjar, treasurer, and community representatives. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SISKEUDES has brought positive changes in financial management, especially in terms of transparency and efficiency of recording. However, there are still significant obstacles in the implementation of this system, such as the lack of training for village financial managers, and dependence on manual recording due to the low technological skills of village official
Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Perilaku Keuangan, dan Pendapatan Terhadap Keputusan Investasi Generasi Z
The number of capital market investors in Indonesia has increased significantly, especially in generation Z. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, financial behavior, and income on generation Z's investment decisions in Surabaya. The sample of this study consisted of 144 generation Z who live in Surabaya and have investments. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares (PLS) method within Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that financial literacy had no effect on investment decisions, while financial behavior had a significant positive effect on investment decisions. Furthermore, financial behavior was unable to mediate the effect of financial literacy on investment decisions, and income weakened the effect of financial literacy on financial behavior. This study provides insights into the role of financial literacy, financial behavior, and income in shaping a mindset that influences Generation Z's investment decisions. The findings imply that Generation Z should develop good financial behavior to be more confident in taking risks when making investment decision
Pengaruh Harga Diskon Terhadap Pembelian Impulsif Dengan Respon Emosional Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Bagi Konsumen Skincare Ms Glow
This study investigates the effect of price discounts on impulse buying behavior, with emotional response acting as a mediating factor among MS Glow skincare consumers. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were gathered from 156 respondents in Surabaya through an online questionnaire. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS software. The findings demonstrate that store atmosphere significantly influences both emotional responses and impulse buying. Moreover, emotional response serves as a mediator between store atmosphere and impulse buying, suggesting that a well-curated shopping environment can enhance consumer emotions, ultimately driving unplanned purchases. These insights offer valuable guidance for skincare businesses, emphasizing the importance of creating an engaging and comfortable retail setting to boost customer satisfaction and stimulate impulse buying
Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja Pada Pt. Jasamarga (Persero) Cabang Surabaya-Gempol
ABSTRACK
Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Transformational Leadership in improving Employee Performance through the mediation of Job Satisfaction at PT. Jasamarga (Persero) Surabaya-Gempol Branch. This study aims to analyze and measure the results of the variables that have been identified by the study. The research method that will be used is a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Data collection was carried out using a direct survey method to the company with 130 employees who are still actively working at PT. Jasamarga (Persero) Surabaya-Gempol Branch. In this study, the test used in statistical analysis is a hypothesis test using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Based on the results of the management, the results of this study indicate that the Transformational Leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, the Transformational Leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, the Job Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, the Transformational Leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through the mediation of the Job Satisfaction variable.

Pengaruh Green Human Resource Management Terhadap Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Green Innovative Behavior yang di Mediasi Oleh Satisfaction Pada Karyawan Gojek Di Surabaya
Air pollution occurs when harmful substances such as physical, biological, or chemical substances are present in the earth's atmosphere at levels that can endanger human health and other living things. This study aims to explore how much influence green human resources management has on green innovative behavior and green organizational citizenship behavior mediated by satisfaction in Gojek employees in Surabaya.This research method uses quantitative methods with primary data obtained through a questionnaire of 130 samples. The results of this study state that green human resource management has a significant positive effect on green innovative behavior and satisfaction, but has no effect on green organizational citizenship behavior. Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on green innovative behavior and green organizational citizenship behavior. Satisfaction is able to mediate between green human resource management on green innovative behavior and green organizational citizenship behavior.Gojek companies in Surabaya can provide various forms of support ranging from research facilities, green technology training, to incentives for employees involved in green innovation.

Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Financial Slack Terhadap Kinerja Bank Syariah
This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on the performance of Islamic banks and to assess whether financial slack acts as a moderating variable in the relationship. This study uses a quantitative approach with a panel data regression analysis method on 10 Islamic Commercial Banks during the period 2020–2023. The results of the study indicate that Good Corporate
Governance (GCG) has a negative and insignificant effect on the financial performance of Islamic banks as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). In addition, financial slack does not provide a significant moderating effect on the relationship between GCG and Islamic bank performance. These results indicate that during the study period, financial slack functioned more as a liquidity reserve than as a
strategic tool to improve bank performance. This study has an impact on Islamic bank managers to focus more on optimizing the implementation of GCG which is not only based on administrative compliance, but also has a real impact on bank profitability.

Pengaruh Risiko Usaha Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa Yang Terdaftar di BEI
This study aims to analyze the effect of business risk on profitability in national private foreign exchange banks listed on the IDX. Liquidity risk measurement uses the LDR and IPR variables, credit risk uses the NPL and APB variables, market risk uses the IRR and PDN variables and operational risk uses the BOPO and FBIR variables. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The population in this study was 26 BUSNs listed on the IDX for the quarterly period 2019 to 2023, so that the amount of data processed was 130. The data analysis technique was descriptive analysis and used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study reveal that simultaneously LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR have a significant effect on ROA. Partially LDR and IPR have a negative but insignificant effect on ROA. NPL, APB, IRR and PDN have a positive but insignificant effect on ROA. BOPO has a significant negative effect on ROA. FBIR has a significant positive effect on ROA. The variable that has the most dominant influence among the eight independent variables is the BOPO variable.

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Perusahaan, Nilai Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Dan Loyalitas Pelanggan Nasabah Bank Mandiri
Layanan perbankan merupakan sektor jasa yang sangat kompetitif, di mana kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan menjadi kunci utama keberhasilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, citra perusahaan, dan nilai terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas pelanggan nasabah Bank Mandiri. Studi ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian kausal dengan menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 150 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square dengan Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan aplikasi WARPPLS. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, citra perusahaan, dan nilai secara signifikan memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Selanjutnya, kepuasan konsumen secara signifikan memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil yang berbeda menunjukkan bahwa bank mandiri perlu terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, membangun citra perusahaan yang positif, dan memberikan nilai tambah kepada nasabah untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Pengaruh Tingkat Literasi Keuangan Syariah, Ketrampilan Kewirausahaan dan Literasi Digital Pada Peningkatan Kinerja UMKM (Studi Kasus Di Wilayah Surabaya)
This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of Islamic financial literacy,
entrepreneurial skills, and digital literacy on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium
Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Surabaya area. The research method used is a quantitative
method with a purposive sampling technique to determine the research sample. The
respondents used in this study were 110 MSME actors who apply Islamic financial principles.
Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study showed that: 1)
Islamic financial literacy does not have a significant positive effect on MSME performance.
2) Entrepreneurial skills have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. 3)
Digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. The conclusion
