Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan Dan Kinerja Pasar Pada Perusahaan Farmasi Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Sebelum Dan Selama Pandemi
This study aims to analyze the differences in financial performance and market performance of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis is conducted using financial ratios based on the companies' quarterly reports for the period 2017–2022. The results indicate that liquidity ratios remained stable during the pandemic, reflecting the resilience of the pharmaceutical sector in maintaining a balance between current assets and liabilities. Profitability ratios, particularly Return on Assets (ROA), showed no significant changes, while the Net Profit Margin (NPM) increased in the medium to long term due to economies of scale, product diversification, and rising prices of essential pharmaceutical products. Leverage ratios did not exhibit notable changes in the short term but increased in aggregate due to investments in production capacity and research. Activity ratios also showed no significant differences at the beginning of the pandemic but demonstrated improved efficiency in the mid-to-late pandemic period. Regarding market performance, Price to Book Value (PBV) and Price to Earnings Ratio (PER) did not show significant differences, indicating that investors had anticipated the resilience of the pharmaceutical sector during the pandemic. This stability suggests that despite the increased demand for pharmaceutical products, market valuations did not experience speculative surges.
Overall, this study confirms that the pharmaceutical sector maintained strong financial resilience during the pandemic, in contrast to many other sectors that faced significant financial pressure.

PERANCANGAN BUKU CERITA ILUSTRASI INTERAKTIF BERSERI UNTUK ANAK 4-6 TAHUN SEBAGAI MEDIA PENGENALAN CEMILAN BUDAYA KETURUNAN TIONGHOA-INDONESIA
This final project focuses on the design of a serialized interactive picture storybook entitled “Ardi and Fen” for children aged 4–6 as a medium to introduce snacks born from Chinese-Indonesian cultural acculturation. The selected snacks—ote-ote, kompyang, and kue ku—are widely consumed but their cultural origins remain little known among the younger generation. The project is motivated by the lack of children’s knowledge about culinary heritage, highlighting the need for engaging and age-appropriate educational media. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and focus group discussions (FGD). The design applied STP, SWOT, and USP analyses to establish visual concepts and communication strategies. The outcome consists of three prototypes of interactive books with colorful cartoon-style illustrations, simple narratives, and interactive features such as pop-ups and lift-the-flaps. The book series not only stimulates children’s reading interest but also promotes parent–child interaction, instills values of tolerance and cultural diversity, and strengthens national identity from an early age. Thus, “Ardi and Fen” serves as an innovative medium for cultural preservation, combining education and entertainment in a meaningful and creative form
PENGARUH RISIKO USAHA TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS DENGAN KOMISARIS WANITA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI PADA BANK PERKREDITAN RAKYAT
This study examines the influence of business risks on profitability with
the moderating role of female commissioners in Indonesian rural banks
(Bank Perkreditan Rakyat, BPR). The analysis focuses on credit risk,
measured by Non-Performing Loans (NPL); liquidity risk, measured by
the Cash Ratio (CR); and operational risk, measured by the Operating
Expenses to Operating Income ratio (BOPO). Profitability is proxied by
Return on Assets (ROA). Using panel data from 30 conventional BPRs in
Malang Raya for the 2019–2023 period (150 observations), the study
applies panel regression with moderation testing. Results indicate that
credit risk and operational risk significantly reduce profitability, while
liquidity risk has no significant effect. Female commissioners moderate
these relationships by slightly reducing the adverse effect of credit risk
and weakening the influence of operational risk. These findings highlight
the strategic role of female commissioners as risk mitigators rather than
direct enhancers of profitability. The study contributes theoretically by
integrating gender diversity into governance and risk management
literature. Practically, it suggests strengthening female representation in
boards to improve risk oversight and long-term sustainability.
