Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Tingkat Pendapatan, Dan Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua Terhadap Perilaku Keuangan Generasi Z Dengan Self Control Sebagai Mediasi
Financial behavior is one of the key factors in maintaining individual economic stability. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, income level, and parents' socioeconomic status on Generation Z's financial behavior, with self-control as a variable interventing. The sample consists of Generation Z individuals aged 17 to 27 years who are currently employed and reside in Sidoarjo and Surabaya. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. The analysis method applied in this study is the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) technique. This research adopts a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data, collected through questionnaires in Google Form format, which were distributed via social media. The findings indicate that financial literacy and income level do not influence financial behavior, whereas parents' socioeconomic status has a significant negative effect. Furthermore, self-control does not mediate the relationship between financial literacy and parents' socioeconomic status on financial behavior; however, self-control successfully mediates the relationship between income level and financial behavior.

Pengaruh Green Human Resource Management Terhadap Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior Melalui Job Satisfaction Dan Organizational Identification Karyawan Barbershop Di Surabaya
This study aims to examine the effect of Green Human Resource Management on Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Surabaya barbershops, by considering the mediating role of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Identification. This research is important to provide guidance to barbershop entrepreneurs in implementing more environmentally friendly HR management practices and creating pro-environmental behavior among employees, which ultimately supports environmental business sustainability. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, the sample to be taken is Barbershop employees in Surabaya in the age range of 18 -55 years as many as 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study used PLS-SEM. Green Human Resource Management has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on green organizational citizenship behavior, Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) has a positive and significant effect on green organizational citizenship behavior, Green Human Resource Management does not have a significant effect on green organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction mediation, Green Human Resource Management has a positive and significant effect on organizational identification, Organizational identification has no significant effect on green organizational citizenship behavior, Green Human Resource Management has no significant effect on green organizational citizenship behavior through the mediation of organizational identification, Green Human Resource Management has a positive and significant effect on organizational identification with moderation of job satisfaction
Pengaruh Keseimbangan Kehidupan, Lingkungan dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja melalui Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Generasi Z dengan Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai Variabel Moderasi
This study aims to examine the effect of work life balance, work environment and work motivation to employee performance throught job satisfaction with leadership style as moderating variable. The Sample for this study is 125 respondents employee gen Z in Indonesia. This Study used non probability sampling with a purposive sampling method as sampling technique. This study use online quesioner using google form to collect data from respondent. The analysis technique used for this study instrument is validity test and reliability trst. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using WarpPLS software. The results of this research show that work life balance and work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance, but motivation and job satisfaction have no effect on employee performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, but work life balance and motivation have no effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of the work environment on employee performance but can't mediate the effect of work life balance and motivation on employee performance and also leadership style can't oderate the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance.

Literasi Financial Technology Dan Upaya Pencegahan Perilaku Berhutang Pada Pinjaman Online Bagi Calon Pengantin Muslim Di Wilayah Sidoarjo Perspektif Maqashid Syariah
This study examines financial technology literacy and efforts to prevent
debt behavior through online loans among Muslim prospective brides
and grooms in Sidoarjo from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. The
rapid development of digital financial services has made online loans
more accessible, offering convenience but also carrying financial risks.
Many prospective couples rely on online loans to cover wedding
expenses without fully understanding the financial consequences and
principles of Maqashid Syariah, which emphasize financial
responsibility and avoiding excessive debt (israf).
This research employs a qualitative approach with data obtained
through interviews with Muslim prospective brides and grooms in
Sidoarjo. The findings reveal that financial technology literacy among
them is still relatively low, leading to impulsive borrowing decisions.
Although online loans provide short-term financial relief, they often
result in long-term financial burdens that contradict the principles of
Maqashid Syariah, particularly in aspects of wealth preservation
(hifzhul maal). To mitigate debt risks, increased financial literacy and
awareness of responsible financial planning based on Islamic principles
are essential. This study highlights the need for educational initiatives
and financial guidance to promote responsible financial behavior
among Muslim prospective couples
PENGARUH KOMPENSASI NONFINANSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA TENAGA KESEHATAN PUSKESMAS DI SURABAYA
This study aims to analyze the effect of non-financial compensation on the performance of health workers at Community Health Centers (Puskesmas), and to examine the role of motivation and job satisfaction as mediating variables. The study involved 204 health workers selected using purposive sampling techniques by applying Ferdinand's formula to determine the sample size. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire designed with a 5-point Likert scale. The sample consisted of general practitioners, dentists, nurses, and midwives working ≥ 1 year in 15 Puskesmas in Surabaya. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Smart-PLS 4.0 software. The results of the analysis show that nonfinancial compensation has a significant positive effect on performance, motivation, and job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance, and job satisfaction has an insignificant effect on performance. The mediation test shows that work motivation significantly mediates the effect of nonfinancial compensation on health worker performance, while job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of nonfinancial compensation on health worker performance. This finding indicates that the effect of nonfinancial compensation on performance is independent of job satisfaction and implies the importance of strategically managing nonfinancial compensation to improve health workers' performance. This study provides a practical contribution for Puskesmas management in designing non-financial policy innovations that are effective and have a direct impact on health worker performance.

Analisis Penerapan Tarif Efektif Rata-Rata Dalam Perhitungan dan Pelaporan Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 Pada PT. X
This research was conducted on clients (corporate taxpayers) at Fa. Norbertus, Melisa & Rekan with the aim of analyzing the implementation of Average Effective Tax Rate in the calculation and reporting of Income Tax Article 21 at PT. X. To evaluate whether the calculation, withholding, and payment of taxes have complied with the applicable regulations, as well as to ensure that the reporting is done on time. This study ises a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, and the dypes of data consist of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with the tax consultant handling PT. X, while secondary data was collected through document gathering, observation, and documentation at Fa. Norbertus, Melisa & Rekan at PT. X. The research results indicate that the calculation of Income Tax Article 21 is in accordance with the Regulation of Director General of Taxes Number PER-2/PJ/2024. However, it was found that the deposits and reports were delayed due to the transition period and the company's adaptation to the new tax regulations. Therefore, there is a need to improve compliance in the deposit and reporting of Article 21 Income Tax to avoid applicable sanctions
Pengaruh Produk, Lokasi, Promosi, Serta Kepercayaan Terhadap Loyalitas Pasien dengan Variabel Perantara Kepuasan di Puskesmas Tambak Wedi
This study aims to examine the influence of product, place, promotion, and trust on patient loyalty, mediated by patient satisfaction at Puskesmas Tambak Wedi. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, data was collected from patients who had visited the facility at least three times in the last year. The study found that product quality, location, promotion, and trust significantly affected patient satisfaction. Additionally, patient satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on patient loyalty. The findings highlight the importance of strategic service quality improvements, including service offerings, effective communication, and trustworthy interactions with medical staff, to enhance patient loyalty in primary healthcare settings. The results contribute to understanding the complex dynamics of healthcare service management and provide practical recommendations for enhancing patient loyalty in community healthcare centers.

Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Industri Consumer Goods Non-Cyclical yang Terdaftar dalam BEI Tahun 2020-2023
The value of a company is the investor's perception of the company's condition. The purpose of this study is to examine and describe the influence of good corporate
governance, as proxied by the audit committee, managerial ownership, independent commissioners, and firm size, on the firm’s value. The sample consists of 67 data points from consumer goods non-cyclical companies selected using purposive sampling criteria. The analysis techniques used are the F-test and multiple linear regression with a t-test for hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that good corporate governance proxied by the audit committee partially has a positive and significant effect on firm value, whereas good corporate governance proxied by managerial ownership, independent commissioners, and firm size has an insignificant effect on company value.

Pengaruh Ikatan Relasional dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Repurcahse Intention pada Pelanggan Live Streaming di Shopee
The growth of e-commerce has driven platforms like Shopee to introduce live
streaming as an interactive marketing strategy. In this context, the relationship
between sellers and buyers becomes increasingly important, especially in building
trust and encouraging repurchase intention. This study aims to examine the effect
of relational bonds—which consist of financial, social, and structural bonds—and
consumer trust on repurchase intention among users of Shopee’s live streaming
feature. This research uses a quantitative approach with 200 respondents who have
participated in Shopee live streaming. The sampling technique used is purposive
sampling, and data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that structural
bond has a significant positive effect on trust in the host, while financial bond and
social bond do not have a significant effect. Trust in the host significantly influences
trust in the product, but does not directly influence repurchase intention.
Meanwhile, trust in the product has a significant effect on repurchase intention. The
indirect effect analysis also reveals that trust in the host and trust in the product
serve as mediating variables in the relationship between relational bonds and
repurchase intention. This study concludes that in the context of Shopee live
streaming, consumer trust—particularly trust in the product—is a key factor in
driving repeat purchases, influenced by structural aspects and trust in the host. It is
expected that this study can contribute to e-commerce practitioners and sellers in
optimizing marketing strategies based on live streaming.

The Influence Of Performance Expectations, Facility Conditions, Social Factors, And Business Expectations On Sap Adoption At Surabaya Container Terminal
This study aims to analyze the influence of performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, social influence, and effort expectancy on the adoption of the System Application and Products (SAP) at PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents from the Finance, HRD, Budgeting, and Purchasing divisions. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that performance expectancy and social influence significantly affect SAP adoption, while facilitating conditions and effort expectancy show no significant effect. This study implies that the success of ERP SAP adoption is more strongly influenced by employees’ perception of performance benefits and social support in the workplace rather than ease of use or facilitating conditions
