No full textSažetak rada: Ljudska prava i temeljne slobode predstavljaju osnovno pravo svakog čovjeka
stečeno rođenjem. Suvremene države unutar svog političko-pravnog poretka sve veću pažnju
pridodaju upravo ljudskim pravima i temeljnim slobodama, te njihovoj zaštiti uslijed
konstantnog kršenja i pojave sve različitijih oblika diskriminacije. Republika Hrvatska u svoje
zakonodavstvo uključila je značajan broj međunarodnih instrumenata koji se koriste u zaštiti
ljudskih prava, te je i sama kreirala zakonodavni okvir na čelu s Ustavom Republike Hrvatske i
Ustavnim sudom kako bi se ljudska prava i temeljne slobode njezinih građana zaštitile i
promicale na najbolji mogući način.Abstract: Human rights and fundamental freedoms are a basic right of every human being
acquired at birth. Modern states within their political and legal order pay more and more
attention to human rights and fundamental freedoms and their protection due to constant
violations and the emergence of increasingly different forms of discrimination. The Republic of
Croatia has included in its legislation, a significant number of international instruments used in
the protection of human rights, and has itself created a legislative framework led by the
Constitution of the Republic of Croatia and the Constitutional Court to protect and promote
human rights and fundamental freedoms

No full textPod pojmom braka podrazumijeva se zajednica žene i muškarca, a definirana je Obiteljskim
zakonom. Istim tim Zakonom uređeni su i odnosi roditelja i njihove djece, prava djece itd. Brak
je moguće sklopiti građanskim ili vjerskim putem i svaki od njih ima svoje smjernice i zahtjeve.
Međutim, sve je više slučajeva ljudi kod kojih brak ne funkcionira zbog čega se odluče na
razvod. Zahtjev za razvod braka može podnijeti jedan partner (tužbom) ili se, pak, oba mogu
odlučiti na to pa navedeno učiniti sporazumom. Svaki je brak specifičan pa tako i njegov razvod
nosi svoje posebnosti. Prva i najvažnija značajka svakoga braka jest imaju li bračni partneri
zajedničku djecu jer i o tome ovisi procedura samog razvoda. Bez obzira na to, kroz proces
razvoda braka trebalo bi proći smireno, bez optuživanja i napadanja (bivšeg) partnera. Također,
ukoliko su i djeca uključena, roditelji bi trebali voditi mnogo računa o tome da njih ne povrijede,
tj. da se i dalje ponašaju kao roditelji, bez obzira što više ne žive zajedno.The term marriage means the union of a woman and a man, and is defined by the Family Law.
The same Act regulates the relations between parents and their children, children's rights, etc.
Marriage can be concluded by civil or religious means and each of them has its own guidelines
and requirements. However, there are more and more cases of people in whom marriage does
not work, which is why they decide to divorce. An application for divorce can be submitted by
one partner (with a lawsuit) or both can decide to do so and make the agreement. Every marriage
is specific, so its divorce has its own peculiarities. The first and most important feature of any
marriage is whether the spouses have children together, because the procedure of divorce
depends on that. Nevertheless, the divorce process should go through calmly, without accusing

TRACTION CALCULATION COMPARISON OF ALFA ROMEO 147 AND ALFA ROMEO SPIDER
No full textU ovom radu napravljeni su proračuni dinamike vozila za vozila Alfa Romeo 147 i Alfa
Romeo Spider. Za svako vozilo izračunata je maksimalna brzina s različitim otporima
kretanju i brzina pri različitim prijenosnim omjerima. Također, izračunat je i maksimalni
uspon koji vozila mogu svladati ovisno o karakteristikama vozila i uvjetima na cesti. Za
svako vozilo a svi izračuni, tablice i dijagrami izrađuju se pomoću računalnog programa MS
Excel.Vehicle dynamics calculations for Alfa Romeo 147 and Alfa Romeo Spider vehicles were
made in this papper. For each vehicle, maximum velocity with different motion resistances
and velocity at different transmission ratios were calculated. Also, the maximum ascent that
vehicles can overcome depending on the characteristics of the vehicle and road conditions
have been calculated. For each vehicle a All calculations, tables and diagrams are made using
an MS Excel computer program

završnom radu opisan je princip rada četverotaktnog Diesel motora, prednosti i nedostatci, te su
navedeni i opisani njegovi konstrukcijski dijelovi, kao i njihova namjena i karakteristike.Internal combustion engines are machines in which thermal energy is converted into mechanical
energy. Energy conversion takes place in the cylinders, where the air mixes with the fuel and
deliberately causes it to ignite in order to obtain the necessary power to move the vehicle. The final
paper describes the principle of operation of a four-stroke diesel engine, advantages and
disadvantages, and lists and describes its structural parts, as well as their purpose and
characteristics

2016. godine i trenutno ima 12 aplikacija. Sadrži mnoštvo alata za sve oblike poboljšanja

Luksuzni turizam je jedan od najrasprostranjenijih i najzastupljenijih selektivnih oblika turizam. Veliku ulogu u luksuznom turizmu ima hrana koja predstavlja poseban ţivotni stil, te poseban statusni simbol koji je vaţan za elitnog turista. Hrana u velikoj mjeri sudjeluje u kreiranju koncepta luksuznog turizma, odnosno gastronomija ĉini sastavni dio turistiĉke promocije turistiĉke destinacije. Hrvatska kao turistiĉka zemlja obiluje kvalitetnim namirnicama zbog kojih se mnogi turist vraćaju iz godine u godinu. Hrvatski luksuzni turizam predstavljaju mnogi svjetski priznati restorani koji se nalaze u velikim turistiĉkim gradovima Hrvatske (Dubrovnik, Split, Zagreb, Rijeka, Hvar, Zadar...) Suvremeni turisti teže povezivanju sa prirodom i tu zaštićena područja imaju raznoliku turističku ponudu za sve posjetitelje. Sve većim brojem posjetitelja u zaštićenim područjima, stvara se potreba Javnih ustanova da kreiraju nove turističke proizvode pazeći pri tome da primarni cilj ostane zaštita prirode. U Republici Hrvatskoj zaštita prirode je organizirana kroz niz zakona iz područja zaštite prirode.The final paper talks about the promotion of protected nature areas, emphasizing through education and interpretation on the example of the Nature Park Papuk. The role of protected nature areas in the development of tourism in Croatia is discussed in the paper.
