USE CASE OF QR CODES IN MOBILE PAYMENTS
No full textNaglasak ovog završnog rada je na funkciji i primjeni QR kodova u mobilnom poslovanju. Rad
je baziran isključivo na objašnjenju QR kodova, povijesti nastanka, upotreba QR kodova,
spomenuli smo i mnoge vrste QR kodova te ih ukratko objasnili. Detaljnije se objašnjava
upotreba QR kodova u funkciji mobilnog plaćanja i prijenosa novca s jednog uređaja na drugi
uređaj. Objašnjava se i prikazuje sama izrada jednog QR koda predstavljena kao jednostavan
način kreiranja i dizajniranja kodaThe emphasis of this final paper is on the function and use case of QR codes in mobile
payments. The paper is based solely on explanation of QR codes, its history, and use case of
QR codes. It also mentions many different types of QR codes. Use case scenarios of QR codes
in mobile payment function and wiring money from one device to another is explained in detail.

No full textTema rada je prikazati razloge zbog kojih su špilje resursi Republike Hrvatske. U radu su opisani temeljni pojmovi u turizmu, te definirani turistički resursi i atrakcije. Također su opisane špilje kao priodni resurs i njihov nastanak. Dalmacija je bogata brojnim prirodnim ljepotama, ali poseban naglasak je stavljen na Modru špilju, Medvidinu špilju i Zelenu špilju kao 3 resursa koje Dalmacija krije kraj malenog otoka Biševa, nedaleko od otoka Visa. Posjetitelji ih opisuju kao zaista 3 čarobna mjesta koja vrijedi posjetiti. No zbog prevelikog broja posjetitelja narušavaju se špiljska staništa. Vrlo je važno da se špilje koristi na efektivan i efikasan način kako bi se održala prirodna ljepota i bogatstvo.The theme of the paper is to show the reasons why caves are the resources of the Republic of Croatia. The paper describes basic terms in tourism, and defines tourist resources and attractions. Caves as a natural resource and their origin are also described. Dalmatia is rich in numerous natural beauties, but special emphasis is placed on the Blue Cave, Bear Cave and Green Cave as 3 resources that Dalmatia hides near the small island of Biševo, not far from the island of Vis. Visitors describe them as truly 3 magical places worth visiting. However, due to the excessive number of visitors, cave habitats are being damaged. It is very important that the caves are used in an effective and efficient way in order to maintain the natural beauty and wealth

No full textPredmet završnog rada je analiza hrvatskog tržišta za prijeme pandemije Covid-19 Pandemic, s posebnim osvrtom za poslovanje Zagrebačke burze . U raduse na objektivan način nastojalo dati uvid u prikaz hrvatskog tržišta kapitala kroz objašnjenje temeljnih pojmova i definicija vezanih za predmet istraživanja. Analizi hrvatskog tržišta kapitala pristupilo se kroz isticanje njegovih osnovnih značajki i kroz stanje hrvatskog tržišta kapitala za vrijeme korona pandemije, kao i poslovanje Zagrebačke burze u vrijeme pandemije. Rezultati analize pokazali su da je vrieme pandemije došlo do naglog i neočekivanog pada na burzi vrijednosnih papira u Hrvatskoj što je refleksija događanja na međunarodnim burzama, ali i kao posljedica straha i nepredvidivosti korona virusa .The subject of this final thesis is the Analysis of The Impact of The Covid-19 Pandemic on The Capital Market in The Republic Croatia, with specific focus on the operations of the Zagreb Stock Exchange during the pandemic. In an objectiv way, the paper tried to provide an insight into the presentation of the Croatian capital market through the explantation of the basic terms and defiitions related to the subject of the research. The analyaia of the Crroatian capital market was approached by highlighting its basic features and the state of the Croatian capital market durign the corona pancemic, as well as the operation of the Zagreb Stock Exchange during the pandemic. The results showed that during the pandemic was a sudden and unexpected drop on the Zagreb Stock Exchange,, which is a reflection of events on international stock exchanges, but also as a result of the ear and unpredictibility of the corona virus

tek dolazi do izražaja. Veliku ulogu u turizmu igra hrana, a da bi se turisti vraćali potrebno im
je pružiti kvalitetnu i sigurnu hranu. Kako bi se utvrdilo da je hrana sigurna, ona mora proći
razne kontrole, ali isto tako važno je i poštivati sve mjere prilikom rukovanja hranom kako bi
ona ostala sigurna. Pandemija COVID-19 dovela je do mnogih neprilika koje su dovele turizam,
ali i gospodarstva do točke pucanja, jer su nastupile razne preventivne mjere kako bi se zaštitio
ljuski život.Today tourism is the „main driver“ of the world economy and it is impossible to imagine life
without travel. Traveling has existed since the beginning of mankind but in recent modern times
it has only come to the fore. Food plays a big role in tourism and in order for tourists to come
back they need to be provided with quality and safe food. In order to determine that food is
safe, food must pass various controls but it is also important to follow all precautions when
handling food to keep it safe. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to many difficulties that have
brought tourism but also she is led the economy to the breaking point as various preventive
measures have been put in place to protect human life

No full textRizik je neizbježna pojava u svakodnevnom poslovanju poduzeća i jako je važno znati njime upravljati. Postoje različite vrste rizika i svako se poduzeće susreće s njima, a jedni su od njih financijski koji predstavljaju situacije u kojima poduzeće često ostvaruje financijske gubitke. Financijski rizik predstavlja rizik kod troškova financiranja poduzeća ili rizik koji potječe iz
njegove zaduženosti, a razlikuju se rizik likvidnosti, valutni rizik, kamatni rizik, cjenovni rizik, kreditni rizik i rizik portfelja.
U ovome su se završnome radu prikazali financijski rezultati poslovanja poduzeća Ilirija d.d. na temelju kojih se može zaključiti da, iako je ostavila traga, kriza izazvana pandemijom bolestiCOVID-19, nije poljuljala poslovanje istoga. Rezultati ostvareni u vrijeme pandemije jesu nešto manje povoljni, ali zbog kvalitetnog rukovodstva, temelja te njegovih vrijednosti i strategija,
ovo je poduzeće i dalje nastavilo raditi „punom parom“ te je zadržalo svoju poziciju na svim tržištima na kojima posluje.Risk is an inevitable phenomenon in the daily business of a company and it is very importantto know how to manage it. There are different types of risks and every company faces them,and one of them is financial, which represent situations in which the company often realizes financial losses. Financial risk represents the risk of the company's financing costs or the risk that originates from its indebtedness, and they distinguish risk, liquidity, currency risk, interest rate risk, price risk, credit risk and portfolio risk.This final paper presented the financial results of the company Ilirija d.d. on the basis of whichit can be concluded that, although the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has left itsmark, it has not shaken the business of the same. The results achieved during the pandemic are somewhat less favorable, but due to the quality management, the foundation and its values and strategies, this company continued to work at "full steam" and maintained its position in all theue to the quality management, the foundation and its values and markets in which it operates

No full textTema samog rada je prikazati gastro ponudu grada Trogira. Navode se karakteristike mediteranske prehrane te se važne namirnice zasebno kratko pojašnjavaju. Istražuje se povijest trogirske gastronomije s osvrtom na obitelj Garagnin-Fanfogna i njihovu kuhinju. Uz gastro ponudu grada Trogira kratko se opisuje vino i vinogradarstvo Trogira kroz stoljeća te aktualne poteškoće u proizvodnji i ponudi u lokalnim restoranima. Učinjena je analiza aktualne ponude na temelju koje se donose zaključci.The topic of this paper is to present the gastronomic offer of the city of Trogir. The characteristics of the Mediterranean diet are listed and the important foods are briefly explained separately. The history of Trogir gastronomy is explored with the reference to the Garagnin-Fanfogna family and their cuisine. Also, the wine and viticulture of Trogir over the centuries is briefly described along with the current difficulties in the production and offer in local restaurants. An analysis of the current offer is made and the conclusions are drawn accordingly

upravljanje tokovima robe i sirovina, procesima izrade završenih proizvoda i pridruženih
informacija, od točke izvora do točke krajnje uporabe u skladu s potrebama kupca". Logistika
kao grana je vrlo prepoznata kao koristan element u poslovanju. Kako bez nje ne mogu velike
tvrtke tako i mala obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva. OPG „Župan“ se fokusira
prvenstveno na proizvodnju mlijeka, ali i na druge domaće proizvode kao što su sir, jaja,
krumpir i ostalo. Sve proizvode priprema po tradicionalnoj recepturi koja se prenosi s koljena
na koljeno. U radu će se bliže prikazati način izrade proizvoda kojim se OPG bavi, kao i način
skladištenja zaliha i proizvoda, izvršavanja narudžbi, prijevoza te pakiranja proizvoda i vrste
ambalaže kojom se koriste, te način na koji promoviraju svoje proizvode i vlastiti rad OPG-a.The definition of logistics according to the Council of Europe reads: "Logistics could be
defined as the management of the flow of goods and raw materials, the manufacturing
processes of finished products and associated information, from the point of origin to the
point of end use in accordance with the needs of the customer". Logistics as a branch is
widely recognized as a useful element in business. Just as large companies cannot do without
it, neither can small family farms. OPG "Župan" focuses primarily on milk production, but
also on other domestic products such as cheese, eggs, potatoes and others. All products are
prepared according to a traditional recipe that has been passed down from generation to
generation. The paper will show in more detail the way of making products that OPG deals
with, as well as the way of storing stocks and products, Fulfilling orders, transporting and
packaging products and the type of packaging used, as well as the way in which they promote
their products and OPG's own work

Monetarnom i deviznom politikom Hrvatska narodna banka utječe na smanjenje ili povećanje kreditnog potencijala drugih banaka. No full textTroškovi su jedna od temeljnih sastavnica sveukupnog poslovanja nekog poslovnog subjekta. Trošak definiramo kao iznos vrijednosno izražen kroz utrošenu imovinu, izvršene usluge ili posljedicu nastanka obveze koja se oslanja na primljena dobra ili usluge. Troškove možemo pronaći u svakom poduzeću i treba ih kontrolirati, promatrati, proučavati i njima upravljati. Za troškove možemo reći da su oni izraz za potrošene faktore u proizvodnji, koji su određeni cjenovno. Ukoliko su ukupni troškovi manji od prodajne cijene proizvoda ili usluga možemo reći da je poslovni proces uspješan, a razlika koju ostvarimo od utroška u proizvod do prodajne cijene proizvoda čini profit poduzetnika. Troškove također dijelimo i na troškove proizvoda i razdoblja. Za vrijeme procesa proizvodnje ili pružanja usluge tvrtka iskoristi jedan ili više proizvodnih čimbenika. Ova odluka koja se kod troškova koristi u svrhu ostvarivanja rezultata stvara pojam troškova koji su nam poznati u proizvodnom polju i u gospodarstvu. Troškove također možemo podijeliti na više vrsta, a neki od njih su: prema vremenu koji je nastao, funkcijama, položaju u financijskim izvješćima itd. Oni također predstavljaju novčani izraz svih elemenata koji su prisutni i koji se koriste u poslovnom procesu u trenutku stvaranja učinaka, tj proizvoda i usluga.Costs are one of the fundamental components of the overall operation of a business etity. We define a cost as an amount expressed in terms of value through assets used, services performed or the result o fan obligation arising that relies on the goods or services received. Costs can be found in every company and should be controlled, observed, studied, and managed. One of the most accepted definitions of costs is that costs are the price expression of consumed factors of production. If the total costs are lower than the selling price of the product or service, we can say that the business process is successful, and the difference we make from the cost of the product to the selling price of the product consitutes the entrepreneurs profit. We also divide costs into product and period costs. During the process of production or provision of services, the company uses one or more factors of production. Rhis decision, which is used for costs in order to achieve results, creates the concept of costs that we are familiar with in the productions field and in the economy. We can also divide costs into several types, and some of them are: according to the time they wew incurred, functions, position in financial reports, etc. They also represent the monetary expression of all the elements that are present and use din the business process at the time of creating effects, products and services

No full textTema ovoga rada je pravna zaštita prijavitelja nepravilnosti, popularno „zviždača“. Zaštita
prijavitelja nepravilnosti problematika je o kojoj imamo sve više prilike čuti i kojoj se posvećuje
sve više pažnje, medijske i pravne. 23. travnja 2022. godine, na snagu je stupio novi Zakon o
zaštiti prijavitelja nepravilnosti s ciljem i potrebom usklađivanja nacionalnog zakonodavstva
Republike Hrvatske s pravnom stečevinom Europske unije, odnosno s Direktivom (EU)
2019/1937 Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća o zaštiti osoba koje prijavljuju povrede prava Unije.
Prijavljivanje nepravilnosti izrazito je osjetljivo pitanje koje povlači pravne posljedice kako za
poslodavca tako i za samog prijavitelja nepravilnosti.
Upravo iz tog razloga od iznimne je važnosti pružiti jasan, precizan i nedvojben zakonski tekst,
jednako kao i postupati po istome na pravičan i dosljedan način.The topic of this paper is legal protection of persons who report irregularities, popularly known
as "whistleblowers". The protection of whistleblowers is an issue that we have more and more
opportunities to hear about and that is receiving more and more media and legal attention. On
April 23, 2022., the new Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers entered into force with the
aim and need of harmonizing national legislature of the Republic of Croatia with the acquis of
the European Union, i.e. with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the
Council on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.
Reporting irregularities is an extremely sensitive issue that entails legal consequences for both
the employer and the person reporting the irregularities.
It is precisely for this reason that it is extremely important to provide a clear, precise and
unambiguous legal text, as well as to act according to it in a fair and consistent manner
