Get PDFCilj ovog rada je upoznavanje Microsoft Sharepointa. U radu je ukratko prikazan povijesni razvoj alata i razlozi zbog čega su takvi alati značajni za unapređenje rada i optimizaciju poslovnih procesa u modernim organizacijama. Prikazane su temeljne značajke SharePoint alata, te je detaljno obrađen način korištenja najzastupljenijih funkcija. Poseban osvrt dan je na važnost implementacije groupware alata i uspostavljanje intraneta u poslovnoj organizaciji. Prikazane su ključne prednosti Sharepoint sustava koje su dovele do toga da on danas predstavlja najzastupljeniju platformu za pohranjivanje, zajednički rad i upravljanje dokumentima u poslovnim i organizacijskim sustavimaThe goal of this work is to get to know Microsoft SharePoint. The paper presents briefly the historical development of tools and the reasons why such tools are important for improving work and optimizing business processes in modern organizations. The basic features of SharePoint tools are outlined, and the way in which the most commonly used features is discussed in detail. Particular attention is given to the importance of implementing groupware tools and establishing an intranet in a business organization. The key benefits of Sharepoint systems have been demonstrated, leading to today's most representative storage, collaboration and document management platform in business and organizational system

No full textCilj ovog rada bio je prikazati zamjenske zaslađivače, prirodne i sintetske tj. alternativne zamjene za konzumni šećer – saharozu njihove osnovne karakteristike prvenstveno stupanj slatkoće u odnosu na saharozu, energetsku vrijednost i utjecaj njihove konzumacije nazdravlje čovjeka. Osnovne sirovine za proizvodnju konzumnog šećera su šećerna repa, šećerna trska i šećerna palma, ovisno o podneblju uzgoja. Zbog veće upoznatosti sa negativnim učincima sintetskih zaslađivača sve je veća potražnja za prirodnim alternativama kao što su med, javorov sirup, agavin sirup, šećer od datulja, rižin med, stevija i drugima. Stoga je u ovom radu prikazan široka spektar zaslađivača kao mogućnost ponude u ugostiteljskoj ponudi što dokazuje i praćenje svjetskih trendova u prehrani.The aim of this paper was to show alternative sweeteners, natural and synthetic, ie alternative substitutions for consumable sugar - sucrose their basic characteristics, primarily the degree of sweetness in relation to sucrose, the energy value and the influence of their consuming enrichment of man. The basic raw materials for the production of sugar as sugar beets, sugar cane and sugar palm tree, depending on the area of cultivation. Because of the greater awareness of the negative effects of synthetic sweeteners, there is an increasing demand for natural alternatives such as honey, maple syrup, agave syrup, and sugar from dates, rice honey, stevia’s and others. Sport je svakako u današnjem vremenu gospodarska grana, te trgovačka društva u sportu svakako igraju iznimnu i važnu ulogu, često i presudnu. Sportsko dioničko društvo, kao pravna osoba u sustavu sporta je sui generis trgovačko društvo koje obavlja sportsku djelatnost sudjelovanja u sportskim natjecanjima, a može obavljati i druge sportske djelatnosti i druge djelatnosti u skladu s zakonskim odredbama. Klubovi koji se i pretvore u sportska dionička društva u većini slučajeva nastavljaju svoje poslovanje, odnosno sportska natjecanja mnogo uspješnije. Dioničko društvo je pravna osoba i ono odgovara za svoje obveze, a društvo ima propisane obvezne organe koji čine glavna skupština, uprava i nadzorni odbor . Kad govorimo o temeljnom kapitalu i dionicama u statutu dioničkog društva može se odrediti da se dioničaru na njegov zahtjev dionica koja glasi na ime zamijeni za dionicu koja glasi na donositelja ili dionica koja glasi na donositelja za dionicu koja glasi na ime dok temeljni kapital dioničkog društva predstavlja minimalni iznos koji se mora uplatiti prilikom njegovog osnivanja čiji je taj minimalni iznos definiran zakonom. No full textMasovni turizam je oblik turizma u kojem je zastupljen velik broj turista koji organizirano putuju. Razvoj ove vrste turizma započinje nakon Drugog svjetskog rata, a on kulminira izgradnjom masovnih objekata za prihvat velikog broja turista. Šibensko- kninska županija je popularna turistička destinacija. Izuzetno značenje za gospodarstvo županije ima razvoj turizma. Godišnje se ostvari preko pet milijuna noćenja, a u županiji boravi više od 800 000 turista. Turističke djelatnosti predstavljaju određena opterećenja za okoliš. Povećane su emisije štetnih tvari koje dospijevaju u okoliš, stvaraju se veće količine otpada, pojačana je buka i promet te gradnja infrastrukture što su glavne posljedice masovnog turizma. Potrebno je razvijati održivi turizam koji bi trebao optimalno koristiti okolišne resurse, poštovati društveno-kulturnu autentičnost destinacije te osigurati da su gospodarske aktivnosti održive i dugoročne. Usprkos velikom prirodnom bogatstvu, ponuda u županiji se uglavnom bazira na moru i suncu. Brojni turistički resursi nisu još valorizirani. The development of this type of tourism begins after World War II, and it culminates in the constructions of mass facilities for the reception of a large number of tourists. Šibenik-Knin county is a popular tourist destination. Exceptional significance for the county economy is the development of tourism. Over 5 million overnight stays per year and over 800 000 tourists stay. Tourism activities represent certain loads for the environment. Emissions of pollutants released into the environment have increased, larger amounts of waste are generated, increased noise and traffic, infrastructure construction is the main consequences of mass tourism. Sustainable tourism needs to be developed which should optimally use environmental resources, respect socio-cultural authenticity of the destination and ensure that economic activities are sustainable and long-term. No full textPojam migracije stanovništva (mehaničko kretanje) označava prvenstvenu pokretljivost, odnosno prostornu mobilnost stanovništva. Pojam mobilnosti stanovništva širi je od pojma migracije, jer je migracija prostorna mobilnost stanovništva i kao takva samo jedan oblik ukupne mobilnosti stanovništva. Migracijom u širem smislu se smatra bilo koji oblik preseljenja, privremenog ili trajnog mijenjanja mjesta boravišta, dok se migracija u užem smislu odnosi samo na trajne promjene mjesta boravišta. Republika Hrvatska spada među europske zemlje u kojima se stanovništvo već nekoliko desetljeća više ne obnavlja, već se smanjuje, kako ukupno tako i u pojedinim generacijama. Pojačano starenje odnosno povećanje broja staračkog stanovništva uz istodobno smanjivanje reprodukcijske baze, broja mladih, dalje pojačava neravnotežu među pojedinim za gospodarski i društveni razvoj bitnim funkcionalnim dobnim grupama i vodi demografskoj neodrživosti.The concept of population migration (mechanical movement) means the primary mobility or spatial mobility of the population. No full textGospodarski razvoj današnjice sa sobom nosi sve više izazova i prepreka koji od poduzetnika
traţe spremnost reagiranja na svaku promjenu, a to zahtjeva znanje i sposobnost da se lakše
kreću na području ponude i potraţnje. Poduzetništvo kao gospodarska aktivnost predstavlja
glavni okidač u razvoju svjetske ekonomije koja sa sobom nosi kreativnost u idejama, izume,
nova tehnološka rješenja, različite pristupe poslovanju, nove koncepte širenja znanja te
umjetnost oţivljavanja ideja u stvarnost. Podloga za uspješnost poslovanja je znanje. S
razlogom se na znanje gleda kao moć, moć koja u svijetu poduzetništva rezultira većom
konkurentskom prednošću te većim profitom koji je primarni cilj ove gospodarske grane.
Znanje ili „know-how“ predstavlja najvrijedniji dio poduzeća, kao njegov nematerijalni dio
imovine na kojem se bazira ostatak poslovanja poduzeća. On postaje imovinom poduzeća
preko stjecanja prava intelektualnog vlasništva koja sa sobom donose novu dozu ozbiljnosti
kada govorimo o zaštiti patenata, izuma, industrijskog dizajna, ţigova… Poduzetnik koji
poznaje prava intelektualnog vlasništva ima moć, znanje, da svom poslovanju zagarantira
poslovan uspjeh na svjetskom trţištu. Nematerijalna imovina upravo zbog svoje značajne
vrijednosti svakog poduzeća igra veliku ulogu u svijetu franšiznog poslovanja koje predstavlja
jednostavno poslovanje uz minimalan rizik i veću profitabilnost. Na franšizu se danas gleda
kao na moderan i brzorastući model poslovanja, a u ovom radu će iznijeti primjer na
poduzeću Roll 'n' Joy koje za cilj ima stvoriti globalnu franšizu gdje kao ključ uspjeha smatra
upravo pravo intelektualnog vlasništva. U prvom djelu rada objasniti će se sustavi zaštite
intelektualnog vlasništva te njegovi oblici. Dalje u radu se iznose činjenice o vaţnosti
intelektualnog vlasništva u poduzetništvu, dok je poseban dio rada namijenjen pojmovima
franšize i njenoj pravnoj osnovi te koliko je ona bitna za poslovni uspjeh Roll 'n' Joy-a . U
zaključku je dano osobno mišljenje te osvrt na rad u cjelini.Today's economic development is increasingly faced with challenges and obstacles that

move more easily in the area of supply and demand. Entrepreneurship as an economic activity
is the main trigger in the development of the world economy, which carries creativity in ideas,
inventions, new technology solutions, different approaches to business, new concepts of
knowledge dissemination and the art of reviving the idea to reality. The basis for business
success is knowledge. With this reason, knowledge is seen as power, a power that in the world
of entrepreneurship results in greater competitive advantage and higher profits, which is the
primary objective of this economic branch. Knowledge or "know-how" is the most valuable
part of an enterprise, as its immaterial part of the asset on which the rest of the business is
based. It becomes the property of the company through the acquisition of intellectual property
rights, which brings with it a new dose of seriousness when it comes to the protection of
patents, inventions, industrial designs, trademarks ... An entrepreneur who knows the
intellectual property rights has the power, knowledge, to guarantee his business success in the
world market. Because of its significant value, every business plays an immense role in the
world of franchise business, which represents a simple business with minimal risk and greater
profitability. The franchise is today seen as a modern and fast-paced business model, and in
this final work will be an example for the Roll 'n' Joy company, which aims to create a global
franchise where as the key to success is considered to on the intellectual property right. The
first part of the work will explain the systems of protection of intellectual property and its
forms. Further on, the paper deals with the importance of intellectual property rights in
entrepreneurship, while a special part of the work is intended for the terms of the franchise
and its legal basis, and how important it is for the business success of Roll'n'Joy. In the
conclusion, personal opinion was given and a review of the work as a whole

radi u više od 100 zemalja u razvoju. U proteklih 70 godina dogodile su se velike promjene u
svjetskom gospodarstvu. Tijekom tog razdoblja Svjetska banka, koja je najveća svjetska
razvojna institucija, radila je kako bi pomogla više od 100 zemalja u razvoju i tranzicijskih
zemalja da se prilagode tim promjenama nudeći im zajmove, znanje i savjete, te kako bi
smanjila siromaštvo i povećala zajedniĉki napredak. Danas je jedan od najvećih svjetskih
izvora financiranja i razvojne pomoći. Svjetsku banku ĉesto kritiziraju organizacije za zaštitu
okoliša i protivnici politike globalizacije. Predbacuje se da preĉesto financiraju velike
projekte kao što je gradnja brana ili naftovoda koje imaju loše posljedice za okoliš i za
lokalno stanovništvo. S druge strane, Svjetska banka je izvor financijske i tehniĉke pomoći
zemljama u razvoju širom svijeta, te su njezini programi, projekti i ulaganja u sve vrste
gospodarskih grana pojedine drţave od velike vaţnosti. Svrha ovoga rada je prikazati
prednosti koje Republika Hrvatska moţe imati ĉlanstvom u Grupi Svjetske banke.
Upoznajemo se sa ciljevima, organizacijskom strukturom, ĉlanovima, djelatnosti, partnerima
te projektima Svjetske banke kao i sa projektima i programima sa Republikom Hrvatskom.The World Bank was conceived in 1944 for the reconstruction of the war-torn Europe, and
today it is working in more than 100 developing countries. Over the past 70 years, major
changes have taken place in the world economy. During this period, the World Bank, which is
the world's largest development institution, has been working to help more than 100
developing and transition countries to adapt to these changes by offering them loans,
knowledge and advice, and reducing poverty and increasing common progress. Today, it is
one of the world's largest sources of funding and development assistance. The World Bank is
often criticized by environmental organizations and opponents of globalization policy. It is
anticipated that too many projects are being financed such as dam construction or pipelines
that have bad consequences for the environment and the local population. On the other hand,
the World Bank is a source of financial and technical assistance to developing countries
around the world, and its programs, projects and investments in all kinds of economic
