primjeni poluvodiča kod elektroničkih uređaja. Kroz procese dopiranja, proizvodnjom PN
spojeva i izradom poluvodičkih komponenti poput dioda i tranzistora moguće je dizajnirati
elektroničke sklopove, te integrirane krugove.The topic of this paper is the research of the properties and applications of semiconductors.
Semiconductors are materials that have electrical conductivity lower than conductors but higher
than insulators, their properties can be significantly modified under the influence of external
conditions. This includes influences such as temperature, light, magnetic and electric fields,
whose understanding is important for the application of semiconductors in electronic devices.
Through doping processes, the production of PN junctions and creation of semiconductor
components such as diodes and transistors, it is possible to design electronic circuits and
integrated circuits

No full textOvaj rad ima za cilj rasvijetliti fizikalne zakonitosti senzora i tehnološke aspekte ultrazvučnih dubinomjera koje su bitne pri usavršavanju dobivenih rezultata ali i u konačnici automatizacije koje je moguća na osnovi sofisticiranih ultrazvučnih senzora ili sonara u pomorstvu. Proučava se primjer dubinomjera FURUNO FE-800, koji koristi dvostruke frekvencije (50 kHz i 200 kHz) za precizno mjerenje. Iako uređaj nudi napredne automatske funkcije, rad ističe da potpuna automatizacija nije uvijek moguća, te da je aktivno sudjelovanje operatera ključno za pravilnu parametrizaciju. Naglašava se važnost razumijevanja fizikalnih i tehnoloških aspekata za osiguranje točnosti i pouzdanosti u hidrografskim uvjetima, uz potrebu za stalnim prilagodbama i održavanjem senzora.The aim of this article is to explain the physical principles and technological aspects of ultrasonic depth sounders, which are crucial for improving measurement accuracy and ultimately for automation based on sophisticated ultrasonic sensors or sonars in maritime applications. The FURUNO FE-800 echo sounder, which uses two frequencies (50 kHz and 200 kHz) for precise measurements, will be examined. Although the device has advanced automatic features, the paper emphasizes that full automation is not always possible and that active operator involvement is essential for proper calibration. It emphasizes the importance of understanding the physical and technological aspects to ensure accuracy and reliability in hydrographic conditions, as well as the need for continuous adjustment and maintenance of the sensors

No full textNa brodovima se visokonaponski sustavi koriste i ugrađuju kada je potrošnja električne energije visoka. Ovi sustavi su znatno manji i lakši ako bi ih se usporedilo sa standardnim brodskim niskonaponskim sustavima, čime se povećava isplativost broda. Međutim, rad s visokim naponom nosi povećan rizik za članove posade na brodu. Korištenje visokonaponskih sustava na brodu zahtijeva posebne sigurnosne korake i stroge propise. Ovaj rad opisuje visokonaponski sustav broda te na koji način se potrebno osigurati, kako bi se spriječile opasne posljedice po život članova posade. Prikazuje procedure pri radu s visokim naponom i sigurnosne mjere koje je potrebno poduzeti kako bi se izbjegla opasnost pri radu sa visokonaponskom opremom na brodu.On ships, high-voltage systems are used and installed when electricity consumption is high. These systems are significantly smaller and lighter when compared to standard marine low-voltage systems, thus increasing the profitability of the ship. However, working with high voltage carries an increased risk for crew members on board. The use of high voltage systems on board requires special safety steps and strict regulations. This paper describes the ship's high-voltage system and how it needs to be secured in order to prevent dangerous consequences for the lives of the crew members. It shows the procedures for working with high voltage and the safety measures that must be taken to avoid danger when working with high voltage equipment on board

No full textOvaj rad istražuje temu povratne logistike, njenu definiciju i ulogu u dobavnom lancu te implikacije na ekonomiju i ekologiju. Kroz poglavlja opisane su prednosti povratne logistike, izazove s kojima se suočava i reverzni kanali usluga i proizvoda, aspekti održivosti koje povratna logistika donosi i njeni utjecaji na okoliš. Proučena je procjena stanja proizvoda, popravak, ponovno pakiranje, reciklaža i zbrinjavanje otpada. Na kraju rada na primjeru online trgovine opisan je proces kojim potrošač može vratiti proizvod i koristiti reverzni kanal u svoju dobrobit.This thesis explores the subject of reverse logistics, its definition and role in the supply chain as well as the implications it has on economy and ecology. The chapters describe the benefits of reverse logistics, the challenges it faces, the aspects of sustainability it brings and the impacts it has on the environment. The work examines evaluation of the returned product's state, repair, repackaging, recycling and waste management. Finally, an example of reverse logistics in an online store is found, which describes the product return process and ways a customer may benefit from it

No full textLogistika kao pojam obuhvaća brojne aktivnosti poput planiranja, vođenja i realizacije planova. Njezina svrha je poboljšati i omogućiti što efikasniji protok dobara i informacija kroz poduzeće. Transport je važan za funkcioniranje i razvoj modernog društva. Omogućava prijevoz robe od proizvođača do potrošača čime se poboljšava ekonomski razvoj društva i gospodarstva. U radu se prikazuje i analizira promet kontejnera na riječkom prometnom pravcu, navedeni su brodari koji djeluju na terminalu te je dan osvrt na buduće poslovanje s obzirom na razvoj Gateway projekta koji bi trebao imati dodatan utjecaj na gospodarstvo. Kroz rad prikazuju se planovi poboljšanja i unaprjeđenja povezanosti Luke Rijeka do 2030.Logistics as a term encompasses numerous activities such as planning, management, and execution of plans. Its purpose is to improve and facilitate the most efficient flow of goods and information through a company. Transport is essential for the functioning and development of modern society. It enables the transportation of goods from producers to consumers, thereby enhancing the economic development of society and the economy. This paper presents and analyzes container traffic on the Rijeka transport route, lists the shipping companies operating at the terminal, and provides an overview of future operations considering the development of the Gateway project, which is expected to have an additional impact on the economy. The paper also outlines plans for improving and enhancing the connectivity of the Port of Rijeka by 2030
High voltage direct current networks
No full textU ovom diplomskom radu objašnjene su visokonaponske istosmjerne mreže i njihova rastuća primjena zbog napretka energetske elektronike. Općenito je objašnjen povijesni razvoj i usporedba s visokonaponskim izmjeničnim mrežama. Predstavljeni su dijelovi i rad visokonaponske istosmjerne stanice za prijenos energije, te najčešće korištene topologije visokonaponskih istosmjernih mreža. Nadalje kao najvažniji dio detaljno su opisane i objašnjene visokonaponske pretvaračke podstanice i njihove strategije upravljanja. Općenito je objašnjen istosmjerni razvod u pomorskoj industriji te nastavno na to primjena visokonaponskih istosmjernih mreža u opskrbi električnom energijom plovnog objekta s obale, te direktna primjena visokonaponskih istosmjernih mreža kao glavnog sustava napajanja na brodu. Na kraju je slikovito prikazan i detaljno objašnjen funkcionalni dizajn brodskog sustava visokih performansi primjenjujući visokonaponski nivo koji se na plovnim objektima smatra srednjim naponom.In this thesis, high-voltage direct current networks and their growing application due to the progress of power electronics are explained. Historical development and comparison with high-voltage AC networks are generally explained. The parts and operation of a high-voltage direct current station for energy transmission, as well as the most used topologies of high-voltage direct current networks, are presented. Furthermore, as the most important part, high-voltage converter substations and their management strategies are described and explained in detail. Direct current distribution in the maritime industry is explained in general, followed by the application of high-voltage direct current networks in the power supply of vessels from the shore, and the direct application of high-voltage direct current networks as the main power supply system on board. At the end, the functional design of a high-performance ship system using a high-voltage level, which is considered medium voltage on vessels, is illustrated and explained in detail
Supply and demand for bus transportation in the Primorsko-goranska county
No full textPutovanje i premještanje ljudi postali su sve važniji aspekti u suvremenom društvu s obzirom
na često kretanje ljudi. Na području visoke gustoće naseljenosti javlja se intenzivniji promet
gdje je nužno da se osigura dovoljno gusta prometna mreža s odgovarajućim kapacitetom
vozila. Zbog povećanja populacije zahtjevi za prijevozom postaju sve veći. Kako bi se
zadovoljile potrebe putovanja stanovnika uvodi se javni prijevoz koji omogućava kretanje ljudi,
odnosno premještanje ljudi s jednog mjesta na drugo.
Svrha završnog rada je analizirati i prikazati način provođenja javnog prijevoza u Primorsko-
goranskoj županiji s naglaskom na ponudu i potražnju. Prijevoz putnika analiziran je
promatrajući bitne elemente kvalitete usluge u prijevozu koje imaju utjecaj na potražnju. Neke
od kvaliteta su: učestalost putovanja, redovitost, sigurnost, točnost, udobnost, cijena i brzina
putovanja.
Kvalitativna analiza javnog gradskog prijevoza u radu je prikazana kroz anketu koja se sastoji
od više pitanja usko povezanih s javnim prijevozom. Obratit će se pažnja na moguće odgovore
koje se temelje na vlastitim mišljenjima, stavovima i iskustvu ispitanika. Cilj provođenja ankete
je prikazati način poslovanja javnog gradskog prijevoza pri čemu se analiziraju njegove
prednosti i nedostaci uz prikaz mogućnosti poboljšanja i karakteristika koje su bitne putniku.
Glavni naglasak bit će stavljen na mogućnosti poboljšanja usluga prema zahtjevima korisnika.
Nadalje, u radu je provedena i kvantitativna analiza u javnom gradskom prijevozu korištenjem
analize vremenske serije (putem linearnog, paraboličnog i eksponencijalnog trenda).
Prikupljeni su statistički podaci o broju prevezenih putnika u razdoblju od 2019. do 2023.
godine. Odabran je najpovoljniji trend s obzirom na stupanj reprezentativnosti te je na temelju
njega prognoziran broj putnika za sljedeće dvije godine.This final thesis analyzes the supply and demand for bus transport in the Primorsko-goranska county, with a focus on key factors influencing the use of public transportation in this region. The thesis includes an overview of the current bus network, the services provided by transport operators, and an analysis of passenger needs and habits. It also considers seasonal fluctuations in demand, taking into account the tourism seasonality characteristic of the region. The main objectives of the thesis are to identify the primary challenges faced by transport operators, such as fluctuating passenger numbers, maintenance costs, and competition with other forms of transport, and to propose improvements and strategies to increase efficiency and user satisfaction. The research is based on an analysis of secondary data sources, as well as primary data collected through surveys and interviews with local residents and tourists. The conclusion of the thesis suggests that there are significant opportunities for service improvements through timetable optimization, vehicle modernization, better integration with other forms of transport, and adapting the offer to the specific needs of different user groups. This thesis contributes to understanding the dynamics of the local bus transport market and provides guidelines for future planning and development of transport infrastructure in the Primorsko-goranska county
Sea currents and their influence on ship navigation
No full textZavršnim radom prikazano je istraživanje teme morskih struja i njihov utjecaj na plovidbu
brodom. U ovome završnome radu morske struje proučavaju se kao prirodna pojava te se
proučava njihov utjecaj na plovidbu i manevriranje broda. Opisano je kako morske struje
nastaju te koji čimbenici ih pokreću. Također navedene su bitne karakteristike morskih struja
te njihova podjela s obzirom na vrstu i način postanka. U kontekstu pomorske navigacije
analizirano je kako morske struje utječu na plovidbu broda i kako morske struje utječu na
promjene brzine i određivanje kursa. U radu je istraženo kako pojedine morske struje utječu na
brod u različitim situacijama. Također opisani su uređaji koji se koriste za mjerenje
karakteristika morskih struja i karte, alati i publikacije koje sadrže informacije o morskim
strujama.This paper explores the subject of ocean currents and their significant influence on ship
navigation. In this paper sea currents are studied as a natural occurrence and the way they
influence ship handling and navigation. It is described what causes the existence of sea currents
and the factors which drive their movement. Sea currents are classified in regards of their type
and the way they are generated. Important characteristics of sea currents are shown as well. In
the context of ship navigation it is analysed how currents impact ship handling and the way
they cause speed and course changes. This paper shows how certain sea currents impact the
ship in different situations. In relation to that sea current measuring devices along with maps
and publications which contain information on sea currents are described in this paper

Ovaj ugovor definira prava, obveze i odgovornosti svih strana uključenih u pomorske operacije, te utvrđuje postupke i specifične klauzule koje osiguravaju pravilan tijek poslovanja i usklađenost s međunarodnim standardima. Analiza uključuje pregled bitnih elemenata ugovora, poput njegovog nastanka, tipiziranih obrazaca i specifičnih klauzula, naglašavajući njihovu važnost za stabilnost i efikasnost pomorskog poslovanja. Uz to, istražuje se i ključna uloga pomorskog agenta kao posrednika koji koordinira sve aspekte pomorskog transporta, uključujući organizaciju utovara i istovara tereta, administrativne obveze, te rješavanje izazova koji se mogu pojaviti tijekom plovidbe. Postavlja se i pitanje odgovornosti ta štete te kako se rješava.In the focus of this final paper is a detailed analysis of the maritime agency contract, a key document that regulates relations between maritime agents, shippers, and other participants in maritime transport. This agreement defines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of all parties involved in maritime operations, and establishes procedures and specific clauses that ensure the proper course of business and compliance with international standards. The analysis includes an overview of the essential elements of the contract, such as its origin, standardized forms, and specific clauses, emphasizing their importance for the stability and efficiency of maritime operations. In addition, the key role of the maritime agent is explored as a mediator who coordinates all aspects of maritime transport, including the organization of loading and unloading cargo, administrative duties, and resolving challenges that may arise during navigation. Their expertise and engagement are key to ensuring the efficient and safe passage of ships through ports around the world. There is also the question of responsibility for that damage and how it is resolved
