“Mulheres Que Amam Mulheres:” o acesso de mulheres lésbicas à Atenção Básica de Saúde no SUS
Get PDFThis Course Completion Work has as its theme “Lesbianity and Public Health”, in this sense, we sought to analyze the obstacles experienced by lesbian women in providing primary care in the SUS. It is understood that health in Brazil as we know it today is the result of an intense process of struggle, resistance and collective construction, in this sense, this begins to be outlined from the Federal Constitution of 1988, forming together with the Social Assistance and Social Security policy the tripod of security. In view of this, in the search to provide an account of the present study, historical-dialectical materialism was used as a method of analysis, since it allows us to understand the totality and contradiction of the social, economic, political and cultural aspects that permeate life in society. As it is a bibliographic and documentary study and does not have any quantitative data, the research is qualitative in nature, in this sense, it sought to analyze the phenomena of theoretical-methodological categories with regard to lesbianism and public health.O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC) tem como tema “Lesbianidade e Saúde Pública”. Nesse sentido, buscou-se analisar os atravessamentos vivenciados por mulheres lésbicas no atendimento da atenção básica do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Entende-se que a saúde no Brasil como se conhece hoje é fruto de um intenso processo luta, resistência e construção coletiva, nesse sentido, este começa a ser delineado a partir da Constituição Federal de 1988, formando junto a política de Assistência e Previdência o tripé da Seguridade Social. Diante disso, na busca em dar conta do presente estudo, utilizou-se como método de análise o materialismo histórico-dialético, uma vez que este permite compreender a totalidade e a contradição dos aspectos sociais, econômicos, políticos e culturais que perpassam a vida em sociedade. Relato de experiência de estágio em Psicologia no Hospital Psiquiátrico De Jurujuba-Rj
Get PDFThe present work is an experience report of the Curricular Basic Internship carried out in the Hospital Psiquiátrico of Jurujuba, Niterói – Rj. It aimed to understand the functioning of the institution through the professional’s perspectives of psychology, report the experience of carrying out a participatory diagnosis, and discuss the mentioned diagnosis of the Hospital’s characteristics and needs. It is widely known that a long path was covered until we reached mental health policies, and attention to the
psychosocial network as we know nowadays. The psychiatric movement had many positives developments, and one of the institutions that experienced these transformations was the Hospital Psiquiátrio of Jurujuba, which began with violent and exclusive asylum practices, and became a humanized environment that promotes Mental Health. Finally, the report of an enriching internship experience realized in the institution was provide, even through technologies such as video calling, as well as the opportunity to reflect on the experience.O presente trabalho é um relato de experiência de Estágio Básico Curricular em Clínica Ampliada realizado no Hospital Psiquiátrico de Jurujuba, em Niterói -RJ. Seus objetivos foram compreender o funcionamento da instituição através da perspectiva do profissional da psicologia, relatar a experiência da realização de um diagnóstico participativo e discutir o mencionado diagnóstico das características e necessidades do Hospital. É de amplo conhecimento o fato de que foi percorrido um longo caminho
até chegarmos nas políticas de saúde mental, atenção a rede psicossocial como as conhecemos. O movimento da Reforma Psiquiátrica teve muitos desdobramentos positivos, e uma das instituições que viveram essas transformações foi o Hospital Psiquiátrico de Jurujuba, o qual teve um início com práticas manicomiais violentas e exclusivas e se tornou um ambiente humanizado, que promove a Saúde Mental. Por fim, foi oportunizado o relato de uma experiência enriquecedora de estágio realizado na instituição, mesmo que por meio de tecnologias como chamada de vídeo, bem como foi oportunizada a reflexão acerca da experiência
Escola ativa e desenvolvimento humano: criação de uma lista de observação baseada no PNUD e no contexto das escolas da rede pública de Miracema do Tocantins
Get PDFThis is study aims to develop an observation list based on the criteria of the United Nations Program for the Development of Active Schools in Brazil (UNDP), in order to diagnose and implement Active Schools in the municipality of Miracema do Tocantins. Based on this documentary analysis, we sought to develop a checklist as a product of the Integrated Project discipline of the Physical Education course at the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT). The research was carried out through a descriptive approach, focusing on the analysis of UNDP reports and notebooks. With the systematization of the identified criteria, a checklist adapted to the context of public schools in Miracema do Tocantins was created. The results obtained contribute to the understanding of the viability of Active Schools in municipal public education, serving as a resource that can be used in future research and as a reference for educational
managers and teachers interested in adopting this pedagogical model.Este estudo visa elaborar uma lista de observação baseada nos critérios do Programa das Nações Unidas para o Desenvolvimento de Escolas Ativas no Brasil (PNUD), a fim de diagnosticar e implantar Escolas Ativas no município de Miracema do Tocantins. Com base nessa análise documental, buscamos desenvolver uma lista de verificação como produto da disciplina de Projeto Integrador do curso de Educação Física da Universidade Federal do Tocantins (UFT). A pesquisa foi realizada através de uma abordagem descritiva, focando na análise dos relatórios e cadernos do PNUD. Com a sistematização dos critérios identificados, foi criada uma lista de verificação adaptada ao contexto das escolas públicas de Miracema do Tocantins. Os resultados obtidos contribuem para a compreensão da viabilidade das Escolas Ativas no ensino público municipal, servindo como um recurso que pode ser utilizado em investigações futuras e como uma referência para gestores educacionais e professores interessados na adoção deste modelo pedagógico
Levantamento de Georreferenciamento de Imóveis Rurais.
Get PDFThis research project was limited to gathering information on how the analysis of Geoprocessing helps to make the Georeferencing of rural properties using the bibliographic survey as a reference. Thus, we had the specific objective to seek references in articles for a bibliographic review, present the functional requirements of Geoprocessing to make a Georeferencing, develop the Georeferencing project, describe the development of Georeferencing and present the benefits generated for the realization of Georeferencing. From the data analysis it was possible to realize the importance of doing the Georeferencing of rural properties, the applications used, how GPS the research tools stood out. It should be noted that, in addition to being a methodology, georeferencing is an owner's security that many times have in the land not only a sale or exchange asset, but also an emotional asset on which their experience was built. My presumption is that the accuracy of georeferencing rural properties can be determined using Geoprocessing.

Properties.Este projeto de pesquisa delimitou-se em obter informações sobre de que forma a análise do geoprocessamento auxilia para fazer o georreferenciamento de imóveis rurais tendo como referência o levantamento bibliográfico. Dessa forma, tivemos o objetivo específico buscar as referências em artigos para uma revisão bibliográfica, apresentar os requisitos funcionais do geoprocessamento para fazer um georreferenciamento, desenvolver o projeto de georreferenciamento, descrever o desenvolvimento do georreferenciamento e, apresentar os benefícios gerados para a realização do georreferenciamento. A partir da análise de dados foi possível perceber a importância de fazer o georreferenciamento de imóveis rurais, os aplicativos utilizados como o GPS, destacaram-se as ferramentas de pesquisa. Nota-se que, bem além de uma metodologia, georreferenciar é uma seguridade do proprietário que várias vezes tem na terra não somente um bem de venda ou de troca, mas também um bem emocional a qual sua vivência foi construída. Minha presunção é que a precisão de fazer o georreferenciamento de imóveis rurais pode ser determinado com o emprego do geoprocessamento.

O processo e a atuação histórica do movimento estudantil do curso de Serviço Social
Get PDFThe aforementioned Course Conclusion Paper brings as a theme The Process and Historical
Performance of the Student Movement of the Social Work Course. The intention was to
understand CASS, for the purposes described: Knowledge of the demands of the Academic
Center of the service course, Miracema campus; analyzes of the actions of the Academic
Center of the Social Service course through institutional documents; Identification of the
articulations of the Academic Center of Social Work with the organizations of the Student
Movement, local and national. Revealing them from their participation and contributions in
the process of professional training through the Student Movement within the context of the
University. Demonstrating the relevance of effective participation, in militancy, in this period.
Emphasizing at this moment the importance of the knowledge reached, and the articulations
with other student entities. Through the qualitative methodology, data collection instruments
and semi-structured interviews were used as data collection tools, the interviewees reported
their experiences exposing the challenges encountered, the yearnings in reaching the goals
and the achieved achievements as representative of the CA. As we observed in all the
investigations investigated, there was a lack of enthusiasm on the part of the majority of the
students to act in the context of the Academic Center, the DCE, the councils and even the
collegiate. These factors were verified in the periods of vacancy in which the CA and DCE
passed within the university. These Constances were due to the lack of knowledge about the
relevance of collaborating with these organisms. However, after the meeting of ERESS,
which happened in this municipality, it is through the critical discussions that we witnessed
great progress in these participations. We also found that the interviewees had no
rapprochement with any other social movement before they militated in this student group.
They understood this to be a field of debates, discussions of the demands and possibilities of
resolving the emerging conflicts. It is thus understood that it is only from these movements of
contestatory that certain victories are established. We noticed that in its creation the academic
center of social service was delineated by different struggles, clashes, oppositions claims,
participations in paralisations, faced numerous obstacles but from the efforts and the dialogue
achieved important achievementsO referido Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso trás como temática O Processo e a Atuação
Histórica do Movimento Estudantil do Curso de Serviço Social. Pretendeu-se compreender o
CASS, através dos propósitos descritos: Conhecimento das demandas do Centro Acadêmico
do curso de Serviço, campus de Miracema; analises das ações do Centro Acadêmico do curso
de Serviço Social por meio de documentos institucionais; Identificação das articulações do
Centro Acadêmico de Serviço Social com as organizações do Movimento Estudantil, local e
nacional. Revelando-as a partir das participações e contribuições dos mesmos no processo de
formação profissional através do Movimento Estudantil dentro do contexto da Universidade.
Demonstrando a relevância da participação efetiva, na militância, neste período. Destacando
neste momento a importância dos conhecimentos alcançados, e as articulações com outras
entidades estudantis. Por meio da metodologia qualitativa, foram utilizados como
instrumentos de coletas de dados levantamento bibliográfico e entrevistas semi-estruturada, os
entrevistados relataram suas vivencias expondo os desafios encontrados, os anseios em
alcançar as metas e as conquistas atingidas como representante do CA. Conforme observamos
em todas as gestões investigadas havia um desentusiasmo por parte da maioria dos estudantes
em atuarem no contexto do Centro Acadêmico, do DCE, nos conselhos e até mesmo no
colegiado. Esses fatores foram constatados nos períodos de vacância em que o CA e DCE,
passaram dentro da universidade. Essas Constâncias se deram pela ausência de conhecimento
á respeito da relevância em colaborar com esses organismos. Contudo, após o encontro do
ERESS, que aconteceu nesse município, é através das discussões criticas testemunhamos um
grande progresso nessas participações. Averiguamos ainda que os entrevistados não
possuíram nenhuma aproximação com qualquer outro movimento social antes de militarem
nesse grupo estudantil. Entenderam ser este, um campo de debates, discussões das demandas
e possibilidades de resolver os conflitos emergentes. Sendo assim compreendeu-se que é
somente a partir desses movimentos de cunho contestatório que se estabelecem certas vitorias.
Avistamos que em sua criação o centro acadêmico de serviço social esteve delineado por
diferentes lutas, embates, oposições reivindicações, participações em paralisações,
enfrentaram inúmeros obstáculos porem a partir dos esforços e do dialogo alcançaram
importantes conquistas
Levantamento cienciométrico de publicações científicas sobre cultivo in vitro e aclimatização de orquídeas do cerrado
Get PDFScientometrics is a study that analyzes each area of knowledge taking as a parameter time, region, institutions and their respective communities, thus allowing an understanding of several areas. The objective of this work was to carry out a systematic review to evaluate the scientific production of the last twenty years on the subject of in vitro cultivation of orchids occurring in Cerrado areas. Three databases were used for the search: CAPES Periodicals, Scopus, and Web of Science. The following terms were used for data collection: “in vitro”, “in vitro culture”, “micropropagation”,
“acclimatization”, being combined with "orchid and Cerrado " and "orchid and savanna" with a total of eight combinations. The Boolean operator "AND" was employed. All selected articles were subjected to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. A total of 36 peer-reviewed articles were found between the periods 2001 and 2021, with a greater number of publications being analyzed in the years 2020 and 2021. The studies done on in vitro culture and acclimatization of orchids from the Cerrado in the last decades is relatively low when compared to indexed journals. Studies of in vitro culture techniques not only have a great relevance for forestry and economic practice, but for science as a whole.A cienciometria é um estudo que analisa cada área de conhecimento tendo como parâmetro o tempo, região, instituições e suas respectivas comunidades permitindo assim uma compreensão de diversas áreas. O objetivo deste trabalho foi realizar uma revisão sistemática para avaliar a produção científica dos últimos vinte anos sobre a temática do cultivo in vitro de orquídeas ocorrentes em áreas de Cerrado. Usou-se três bases de dados para buscas sendo elas Periódicos da CAPES, Scopus e Web of Science. Para a coleta de dados foram usados os seguintes termos: “in vitro”, “in vitro culture”, “micropropagation”, “acclimatization”, sendo combinadas com”orchid e cerrado” e “orchid e savanna” com o total de oito combinações. Sendo empregado o operador booleano “AND”. Todos os artigos triados selecionados foram submetidos aos critérios de inclusão e exclusão. Foram encontrados ao todo 36 artigos publicados por pares entre os períodos de 2001 e 2021, sendo analisado um maior número de publicações nos anos de 2020 e 2021. Os estudos realizados sobre cultivo in vitro e aclimatização de orquídeas do Cerrado nas últimas décadas é relativamente baixo quando equiparado às revistas indexadas. Práticas pedagógicas nos cursos tecnológicos na modalidade a distância: formação de estudantes em consonância com os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS)
Get PDFThis research deepens the analysis of pedagogical practices in distance learning
higher education technology courses, focusing on their contribution to the training of
students aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The study
was conducted at a Public Higher Education Institution in Tocantins, employing a
mixed methodology that included quantitative and qualitative methods. Data
collection instruments included structured questionnaires applied to students and
teachers, semi- structured interviews with institutional managers, and documentary
analysis of policies and pedagogical materials. The main objective was to understand
the perception of those involved regarding the integration of SDGs into the curriculum
and teaching practices, the intrinsic relationship between the pedagogical
approaches adopted and the development of essential competencies for
sustainability, as well as the impact of institutional initiatives in this process. The
results obtained reveal that, although there is a generalized recognition of the
importance of SDGs in the educational context, their effective implementation still
faces significant challenges. Among these, the urgent need for specific teacher
training and the lack of clear institutional guidelines that guide the integration of
SDGs in a transversal and systemic way stand out. The research therefore points to
the urgency of a more structured and institutionalized approach to the incorporation
of SDGs, which implies the formulation of specific educational policies, the offer of
continuing education programs for the teaching staff, and the adaptation of didactic-
pedagogical resources. It is concluded that distance learning higher education
technology plays a strategic and fundamental role in training qualified and conscious
professionals, aligned with the principles of sustainability and able to actively
contribute to the achievement of the 2030 Agenda.Esta pesquisa aprofunda a análise das práticas pedagógicas em cursos superiores
tecnológicos a distância, com foco em sua contribuição para a formação de
estudantes alinhados aos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) da
ONU. O estudo foi conduzido em uma Instituição de Ensino Superior Pública no
Tocantins, empregando uma metodologia mista que incluiu métodos quantitativos e
qualitativos. Os instrumentos de coleta de dados incluíram questionários
estruturados aplicados a estudantes e professores, entrevistas semiestruturadas
com gestores institucionais e análise documental de políticas e materiais
pedagógicos. O objetivo principal foi compreender a percepção dos envolvidos sobre
a integração dos ODS no currículo e nas práticas de ensino, a relação intrínseca
entre as abordagens pedagógicas adotadas e o desenvolvimento de competências
essenciais para a sustentabilidade, bem como o impacto das iniciativas institucionais
nesse processo. Os resultados obtidos revelam que, embora haja um
reconhecimento generalizado da importância dos ODS no contexto educacional, a
sua implementação efetiva ainda enfrenta desafios significativos. Dentre eles,
destacam-se a necessidade premente de capacitação docente específica e a
carência de diretrizes institucionais claras que orientem a integração dos ODS de
forma transversal e sistêmica. A pesquisa aponta, portanto, para a urgência de uma
abordagem mais estruturada e institucionalizada para a incorporação dos ODS, o
que implica a formulação de políticas educacionais específicas, a oferta de
programas de formação continuada para o corpo docente e a adaptação de recursos
didático-pedagógicos. Conclui-se que a educação superior tecnológica a distância
possui um papel estratégico e fundamental na formação de profissionais capacitados
e conscientes, alinhados aos princípios da sustentabilidade e aptos a contribuir
ativamente para o alcance da Agenda 2030
Desenvolvimento e subdesenvolvimento na periferia: comparação entre a abertura econômica do Brasil e China na década de 1990.
Get PDFHow did Brazil and China conduct their economic opening policies in the face of the expansion
of neoliberalism in the 1990s? It is common practice in International Relations to observe that
economic disparities influence interstate behavior. In light of this, and based on a theoretical
approach anchored in the Development Theories of International Political Economy, the object
of study is the Brazilian and Chinese economies in the face of the Washington Consensus. The
research is based on the central argument that the measures adopted by Brazil in its economic
opening process favored the primary sector, while in China the industrial sector was expanded.
In order to verify this argument, the general objective of the research is to analyze the economic
policies adopted by the Brazilian and Chinese governments in the 1990s. The specific objectives
are: (i) Contextualize the historical period that led to the expansion of the neoliberal doctrine in
the 1990s; (ii) Identify the characteristics of the economic policy of economic openness adopted
by Brazil and China; and (iii) Compare the degree of economic openness and the trade balances
of Brazil and China based on the indicators of Export Effort and Import Dependence. This
exploratory research is based on a qualitative and comparative methodological approach to a
case study, adopting mixed methods for data analysis. On the qualitative side, the research
involves a process tracing to identify factors that conditioned the economic opening up of Brazil
and China. On the quantitative side, it measures the economic openness of the countries. As a
result, it is considered that Brazil's economic opening has favored its primary sector, while
China's has favored its industrial sector, thus validating the central argument of the research.Como o Brasil e a China conduziram suas políticas de abertura econômica diante da expansão
do Neoliberalismo na década de 1990? É de praxe nas Relações Internacionais observar que as
disparidades econômicas influenciam o comportamento interestatal, em função disso e desde
um aporte teórico ancorado às Teorias do Desenvolvimento de Economia Política Internacional,
o objeto de estudo são as economias brasileiras e chinesas diante do Consenso de Washington.
A pesquisa é desenvolvida sob o argumento central de que as medidas adotadas pelo Brasil, no
seu processo de abertura econômica, favoreceram o setor primário, enquanto, na China, o setor
industrial foi expandido. Para verificar o argumento, a pesquisa tem como objetivo geral
analisar as políticas econômicas adotadas pelos governos brasileiro e chinês nos anos de 1990.
Porquanto, são objetivos específicos: (i) Contextualizar o período histórico que proporciona a
expansão da doutrina neoliberal da década de 1990; (ii) Identificar as características da política
econômica de abertura econômica adotadas por Brasil e China; e (iii) Comparar o grau de
abertura econômica e a balanças comerciais do Brasil e China a partir dos indicadores de
Esforço Exportador e Dependência das Importações. De forma exploratória, a pesquisa é
desenhada a partir de uma abordagem metodológica qualitativa e comparativa para um Estudo
de Caso, são adotados métodos mistos para a análise de dados. Pelo lado qualitativo, a pesquisa
enseja um process tracing para identificar os fatores que condicionaram a abertura econômica
do Brasil e China. Pelo lado quantitativo, mensura a abertura econômica dos países. Como

Afirmação da accountability na gestão da educação pública municipal em Palmas, TO: rebatimentos no plano da democratização
Get PDFThis dissertation is part of the network research "Affirmation of accountability in public
education management: repercussions in the realm of democratization," whose objective is to
analyze political-practical approaches undertaken by municipal governments, in line with
educational regulation policies by results, that denote the forging of the affirmation of
accountability as a mechanism of public education management, as well as its repercussions on
the democratization of school management in five Brazilian capitals: Florianópolis (SC), São
Paulo (SP), Goiânia (GO), Palmas (TO), and Fortaleza (CE). The developments of the research
in Palmas-Tocantins, with the same objective, were based on historical-dialectical materialism,
especially on the contributions of Décio Saes, Nicos Poulantzas, and Louis Althusser,
articulating the theoretical-methodological analysis to empirical-documentary and discursive
examination, with the support of analytical elements from Critical Discourse Analysis, in the
perspective of Norman Fairclough. The results indicate that educational accountability in
Palmas is affirmed through devices such as the Educational Assessment System of Palmas,
generating structural repercussions - linked to the legal-political structure of the bourgeois state
- and conjunctural ones - arising from the local political scene. It was found that school
management in Palmas expresses an intertwining of elements of bourgeois democracy,
clientelistic practices, and claims from the teaching movement, with the first two being
predominant. The research contributes to highlighting that educational accountability is
constituted as a functional mechanism of the bourgeois state, promoting effects of
individualization, bureaucratism, and concealment of class belonging, while engendering
possibilities for outsourcing, privatization, and the dismantling of democratic achievements. It
is concluded that confronting this phenomenon requires the articulation between epistemology
and politics, considering the contradictions of the state and collective organization beyond
isolated successful practices.Esta dissertação integra a pesquisa em rede “Afirmação da accountability na gestão da educação
pública: rebatimentos no plano da democratização”, cujo objetivo é analisar encaminhamentos
político-práticos encetados pelos governos municipais, em sintonia com as políticas de
regulação educacional por resultados, que denotem o forjamento da afirmação da accountability
como mecanismo de gestão da educação pública, bem como seus rebatimentos no plano da
democratização da gestão escolar em cinco capitais brasileiras: Florianópolis (SC), São Paulo
(SP), Goiânia (GO), Palmas (TO) e Fortaleza (CE). Os desdobramentos da pesquisa em Palmas-
Tocantins, com o mesmo objetivo, fundamentaram-se no materialismo histórico-dialético,
especialmente, nas contribuições de Décio Saes, Nicos Poulantzas e Louis Althusser,
articulando a análise teórico-metodológica ao exame empírico-documental e discursivo, com o
apoio de elementos analíticos da Análise Crítica do Discurso, na perspectiva de Norman
Fairclough. Os resultados indicam que a accountability educacional em Palmas se afirma por
meio de dispositivos como o Sistema de Avaliação Educacional de Palmas, gerando
rebatimentos estruturais – vinculados à estrutura jurídico-política do Estado burguês – e
conjunturais – decorrentes da cena política local. Constatou-se que a gestão escolar palmense
expressa um entrelaçamento de elementos da democracia burguesa, práticas clientelistas e
reivindicações do movimento docente, sendo os dois primeiros predominantes. A pesquisa
contribui para evidenciar que a accountability educacional é constituída como mecanismo
funcional do Estado burguês, promovendo efeitos de individualização, burocratismo e
ocultação do pertencimento de classe, enquanto engendra possibilidades à terceirização,
privatização e esfacelamento de conquistas democráticas. Conclui-se que o enfrentamento
desse fenômeno exige a articulação entre epistemologia e política, considerando as contradições
do Estado e a organização coletiva para além das práticas exitosas isoladas
