Zadatak ovog rada je opis tehnologije za izradu segmenta mlina za proizvodnju cementa i detaljniji opis tehnologije zavarivanja kod izrade mlina za cement. Tema završnog rada je Postizanje konkurentske prednosti malih poduzeća temeljene na uvođenju novih proizvoda. Konkurentska prednost važan je element za postizanje gospodarskoga rasta poduzeća na tržištu.Tema je obrađena kroz pet cjelina unutar kojih su definirane važna poglavlja za ovu temu, a to su : temeljne odrednice konkurentske prednosti, uloga poduzetništva u razvoju novog proizvoda, faze razvoja novog proizvoda i rizici inoviranja te marketinške strategije svaka od navedenih tema govori o svojoj ulozi u području postizanja konkurentske prednosti i ostvarivanju uspjeha na tržištu.The topic of the final paper is Achieving competitive advantage of small businesses based on the introduction of new products. Competitive advantages and competitive positioning
U ovom završnom radu objasnit će se osnova strateškog djelovanja poduzeća, njihova stvaranja i prisvajanja vrijednosti, kao i operacijska djelotvornost.
U završnom radu će se objasniti konkurentska prednost, kao i njezine vrste. Nadalje je objašnjeno detaljno vrste konkurentske prednosti. Opisano je i u poglavlju poduzeće bez strategije-pozicija „stuck in the middle“, kao i troškovna prednost.
Znanstvene metode korištene u ovom završnom radu su povijesna metoda, koja je korištena u svakom poglavlju, te metoda analize prema kojoj će se analizirati vrste konkurentske prednosti.In this final work will be explained the basis for strategic activity companies, their creation and appropriation of value, as well as operational efficiency. Iit also will be explained the competitive advantage, as well as its type. Further follows a detailed explanation of the type of competitive advantage. It is also described in chapter company without a strategy position "stuck in the middle", as well as cost advantage.
Scientific methods used in this final work are historical method, which is used in each chapter, and the methods of analysis, according to which will analyze the type of competitive advantage
Procedure for selection of candidates in the company
U ovome radu analiziran je postupak selekcije kandidata u poduzeću.
U ovome završnom radu će se govoriti o tome kako teče sami selekcijski postupak, koje je radnje potrebno uraditi prije samoga početka te kako se trebaju ponašati i što trebaju uraditi osobe koje pristupaju tom postupku. Od iznimne je važnosti da se znaju pravilno koristiti metode selekcije i da se one koriste u svrhu odabira najboljeg kandidata za potencijalni posao. Od iznimne je važnosti da se ne krši zakon etike te da se poštuju kandidatova prava.Ovdje se dolazi do zaključka da je selekcijski postupak vrlo važan postupak koji zahtjeva veliku pažnju jer tim postupkom donosi odluka koja će se osoba zaposlliti. Vrlo je bitno da se prilikom tog postupka bude racionalan, da se dobro odluči koja je osoba najbolja da se zaposli u poduzeću a kandidat mora sebe pokazati u najboljem svjetlu i truditi se biti što bolji kako na selekcijskom postupku tako i nakon što postupak završi i bude donešena odluka.This work analyzes the process of selection of candidates to the company.
In this final work will be talking about how to run their own selection procedure, which actions need to be done before the very beginning and how they should behave and what they should do those who approach this process.It is very important to know the proper use and selection methods to those used for the purpose of selecting the best candidate for a potential job. It is extremely important not to break the law and ethics to respect the applicant's rights. This leads to the conclusion that the selection process a very important process that requires a lot of attention because this process is decided who is best person tohire. It is very important that during this process will be a rational, well decide who is the best person to get a job in the company and the candidate must show themselves at their best and try to be as better as the selection process and after the process is complete and is decision was made
FERTILIZERS IN ECOLOGICAL PRODUCTION
Gnojidba je jedna od najznačajnijih agrotehničkih mjera u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji koja ima za cilj opskrbu tla hranivima odnosno nadoknađuje izgubljena hraniva. Gnojidba osigurava visoke i stabilne prinose te povećava produktivnost tla pri čemu doprinosi uspješnijoj proizvodnji.
U ekološkoj poljoprivredi ne upotrebljavaju se mineralna gnojiva i pesticidi. Unatoč tome što daju visoke prinose oni ne utječu pozitivno na tlo te predstavljaju ekološki problem. Koriste se organska gnojiva dobivena uglavnom iz biljnih i životinjskih ostataka, izlučevina i smjesa i imaju pozitivne učinke na fizikalna i kemijska svojstva tla. Također se koriste zahvati i mjere koje obogaćuju tlo kao što su plodored odnosno izmjena kultura, kalcizacija za neutralizaciju suvišne kiselosti u tlu te se unose kondicioneri odnosno poboljšivači tla.
Cilj završnog rada bio je prikazati najznačajnija gnojiva i zahvate u ekološkoj proizvodnji.Fertilization is one of the most important agro-technical measures in agricultural production, whose purpose is to supply soil with nutrients or makes up for lost nutrients. Fertilization ensures high- stable yields and increases soil productivity while contributing to a more successful production.
Fertilizers and pesticides are not being use in ecological agriculture. Despite the fact that they are giving high yields, they do not have positive effect on the ground which causes an ecological problem. Organic fertilizers are used in ecological agriculture. They are mainly produced from plant and animal remains, secrations and mixtures and have positive effect on the physical and chemical properties of the soil. Procedures and measures which enrich the soil, such as crop rotation or exchange culture, liming to neutralize the acidity in the soil and input conditioner in the soil, are also being use in ecological production.

U radu je obuhvaćena tema uređenja vrtova sa sobama koji se sve više koristi u suvremenom dizajnu. Drugi dio obuhvaća neobične materijale koji se koriste u vrtu. Cilj je objasniti kako se u vrtu može koristiti: novi pristup, neobični materijali i uporaba predmeta na drugi način. Naglašava se estetska ljepota, skladnost u vrtu, izbor biljaka i uporaba suvremenih i raznolikih materijala.
Zadatak je bio pokazati spoj nespojivog na pojedinim primjerima uređenja vrtova sa sobama, primjere iz svijeta modernog dizajna i kreativne vrtne elemente.
Potrebno je imati viziju zanimljivog i funkcionalnog vrta koji traje dugi niz godina, s promjenama kroz godišnja doba.The thesis encompasses the theme of gardening rooms which are more and more used in contemporary design. The other part is about the strange materials which are used in the garden. The goal is to explain how you can use: a new approach, strange materials and the use of objects in different ways. It accentuates aesthetic beauty , garden harmony, plant choosing, and the use of contemporary and diverse materials.
The mission was to show combination of incompatible in specific examples of gardening with rooms, examples in the world of modern design and creative garden elements.
It is necessary to have a vision of an interesting and working garden which can last a long string of years, with changes throughout the seasons
Breeding and care of orchids
Orhideje su biljke većinom porijeklom iz tropskih prašuma gdje rastu kao epifiti. Mogu biti trajno zelene ili listopadne trajnice. Postoji oko 28 000 vrsta od kojih je najmanja veličine 0,5 mm, a najveća težine 900 kg i visine 3 m. Prema staništu na kojem obitavaju postoje tri vrste: epifitne (rastu na drveću), terestrialne (rastu na tlu) i litofitske (rastu na kamenu). Herbalisti se počinju zanimati za orhideje u Europi početkom 16. stoljeća, a u 19. stoljeću počinje rasti interes za orhideje, te broj kolekcionara i novootkrivenih vrsta. Osim u ukrasne svrhe orhideje se koriste u farmaceutskoj i prehrambenoj industriji. Republika Hrvatska ima oko 200 vrsta samoniklih orhideja koje su zakonom zaštićene. U radu je opisana morfologija orhideja, uvjeti uzgoja orhideja koje se uzgajaju u našem podneblju te mogući problemi s kojima se susreću uzgajivači.Orchids are plants mostly originating from tropical rainforests where they grow as epiphytes. They can be evergreen or deciduous perennials. There are about 28 000 species. The smallest one is 0.5 mm in diameter and the bigest one is 3 m high and maximum weight of 900 kg. According to the habitat there are three types: epiphytic (growing on trees), terrestrial (growing on the ground) and lithophytic (growing on the rock). Herbalists in Europe became interested in orchids in the early 16th century, while in the 19th century increased interest in orchids, the number of collectors and newly discovered species. Except to decorative purposes orchids are used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Croatia has about 200 species of wild orchids that are protected by law. This paper describes the orchids morphology, growing conditions in our climate and the possible growers problems
Design, 3D model and calculation of machine for extracting vegetables
U ovom radu željelo se konstruirati te proračunati stroj za vađenje povrća koji će biti efikasan, jednostavan za održavanje i koji ne zahtjeva kompliciranu tehnološku izradu. Prilikom modeliranja, nastojalo se izbjeći komplicirano modeliranje radi jednostavnije tehnološke izrade i manje cijene izrade. Zbog toga je stroj namijenjen malim i srednjim poljoprivrednicima kojima je cijena prihvatljiva.
Model je konstruiran prema određenim zahtjevima i željama. Različiti proračuni i analize rađene su na konstrukciji i dijelovima stroja radi provjere sigurnosti.
Prilikom izrade analize najviše se obratila pozornost na samu konstrukciju, jer ako konstrukcija ne izdrži zadana opterećenja sama funkcionalnost i primjena stroja propada.In this work it was wanted to construct and calculate machine for extracting vegetables that is efficient, simple for maintenance and which does not demands complicated technological production. While designing, it was demand to avoid complicated designing because of simpler technological production and lower prices. Because of that machine is intended for small and middle farmers whom price is acceptable.
Model is constructed by certain demands and wishes. Different calculations and analysis where made on construction and parts of machine for checks on safety.
While making analysis most attention was addressed to frame, because if construction does not submit certain load then functionality and use of machine fail
Oat protection program on the family farm Damljanović in 2016
Zob (Avena sativa L.) je jednogodišnja zeljasta biljka iz porodice trava (Poaceae). Pri uzgoju ove kulture dolazi do pojave bolesti, štetnika i korova koje je potrebno suzbiti na vrijeme različitim mjerama zaštite kako bi smanjili njihov utjecaj na prinos.
U završnom radu su opisani štetni organizmi zobi i mjere njihovog suzbijanja te uzgoj zobi na OPG-u Damljanović u 2016. godini. Redovitim pregledom usjeva praćena je pojava štetnih organizama, a upoznalo se i s provedenim programom zaštite. Tijekom navedenog razdoblja od štetnih organizama uočeni su korovi dok pojave bolesti i štetnika nije bilo pa se i program zaštite odnosio samo na suzbijanje korova i to jednokratno.Oat (Avena sativa L.) is an annual herbaceous plant which belong to the grass family (Poaceae). During growing of this culture diseases, pests and weeds can appear. It is necessary to control them on the time by using various plant protection measures to reduce their impact on yield.
In the final paper have been described harmful organisms of oat, measures of their control and growing of oats on the family farm Damljanović in 2016. Emergence of harmful organisms has been monitored by regular crop review and get acquainted with implemented plant protection program. Only weeds have been noticed during this period while diseases and pests were not. The plant protection program has been applied only to control weeds and that was just once
Quality control analysis of anti-corrosion protection of metal with painting
U radu je opisana antikorozivna zaštita metala bojanjem te kontrole koje se izvode prije, za vrijeme i nakon same zaštite. Zaštita metala bojanjem je najzastupljenija metoda zaštite metala prema tome se pomno moraju odabrati svi faktori koji utječu na sami proces zaštite. Prije početka izvođenja antikorozivne zaštite moraju se poznavati uvjeti u kojima će biti izložena tvar koja se zaštićuje jer postoji nekoliko atmosferskih zona korozivnosti koje su opisane u radu. Sve važniji faktor u samoj zaštiti metala bojanjem je osim ekonomskog faktora i ekološki. U radu su opisani procesi i tijek odlaganja i zbrinjavanja opasnog otpada i boja.The paper describes the entire procedure of anti-corrosion metal protection process, before and after treatment and with all necessary quality controls during the process. Anti-corrosion protection of metals with coatings (in this case, painting) is the most common method of surface protection today, therefore all influence factors must be selected carefully before the anti-corrosion process can be carried out. Before the process starts all conditions and influence factors must be familiar, for the subject that is being threated. For example, atmospheric corrosivity zones which are described later in this paper. More and more important factor in the anticorrosive protection of metals with painting, beside economical are also environmental factors.
