No full textU teoretskom dijelu rada dan je pregled postupaka toplinskih obrada i analiza općeg dijagrama postupka toplinske obrade. U nastavku su objašnjeni pojedini postupci žarenja prvog reda i žarenja drugoga reda. Žarenje za redukciju zaostalih naprezanja detaljno je opisano jer je toplinska obrada dijelova mlina za cement što je tema završnog rada, provedena upravo tim postupkom.
U praktičnom dijelu rada opisane su tehnološke operacije proizvodnje čvrstog ležaja mlina za cement. Posebno je opisan postupak provedbe toplinske obrade i zavarivanja cilindra čvrstog ležaja mlina za cement.In the theoretical part of the paper an overview of methods of heat treatment and analysis of the general diagram of the heat treatment process are given. Hereafter some methods of the first-order annealing and second-order annealing are explained. Annealing for reduction of residual stresses is detailed because the heat treatment of cement mill parts, which is the subject of the paper, through this procedure are treated.
In the practical part of the paper the technological procedures of cement mill solid bearing are described. The process of heat treatment and welding of solid bearing cylinder of cement mill is specifically described

No full textOvim radom nastojalo se kroz sferu sigurnosnih pitanja analizirati institucije i politike Europske unije. Globalizacija je donijela brojne izazove cijelom svijetu pa tako i Europskoj uniji kao najvećem globalizacijskom fenomenu. Ti izazovi su, pogotovo u posljednjih nekoliko godina, ponajviše sigurnosne prirode. Prema prikupljenim informacijama, vidljivo je da su terorizam i organizirani kriminal velika prijetnja sigurnosti građana Europske unije te su vidljivi i napori koji se kroz institucije Europske unije ulažu u području sigurnosti.
Prilagođavanje strategija EU novim sigurnosnim prijetnjama automatski je dovelo i do prilagođavanja policijskih i pravosudnih sustava svih zemalja članica Europske unije. Radom je trebalo analizirati nacionalnu sigurnost Republike Hrvatske i staviti je u kontekst europske strategije sigurnosti. Rezultati analize ukazuju na jačanje europskih i hrvatskih organizacija zaduženih za očuvanje sigurnosti.This study tried throught the sphere of security issues to analyze the institutions and policies of the European Union. Globalization has brought a number of challenges over the world including the European Union as the biggest phenomenon of globalization. These challenges are, especially in the last few years, most of the security nature. According to gathered information, it is evident that terrorism and organized crime are a major threat to the security of EU citizens and therefore are visible efforts that the EU institutions are investing in security.
Adapting the EU strategy to new security threats automatically led to the adaptation of police and judicial systems of all EU Member States. The study should analyze the national security of the Republic of Croatia and put it into the context of the European Security Strategy. Results show strengthening of European and Croatian organizations responsible for the maintenance of security
Habits in the honey products consumption in Slavonski Brod
No full textMed je gusti, slatkasti, viskozni tekući ili kristalizirani proizvod. Nastaje sakupljanjem nektara sa medonosnog bilja, a nakon sakupljanja nektara s medonosnog bilja medonosne pčele odlažu nektar u saće. Med sadrži šećere glukozu, fruktozu, saharozu i maltozu te bjelančevine, aminokiseline, enzime, organske kiseline, pelud, mineralne tvari, vitamine i druge tvari. Postoje razne vrste meda, a najpoznatije vrste su: cvjetni med, bagremov med, kestenov med, med od uljane repice, heljdin med, livadski med i dr. Provedbom ankete u Slavonskom Brodu ustanovljeno je da pola stanovništva Slavonskog Broda med konzumira dosta često te da su zadovoljni konzumacijom meda. Najpoznatija vrsta meda koju ispitanici poznaju je bagremov med i cvjetni med. Od drugih proizvoda od meda najčešće se konzumiraju likeri, propolis i polen.Honey is a dense and sweet, viscous liquid or crystallized product. Honey contains different kinds of sugar such as glucose, fructose, sucrose and maltose, proteins, amino acids, enzymes, organic acids, pollen, minerals, vitamins and other substances. There are various types of honey, but the most popular types are: flower honey, acacia honey, chestnut honey, rapeseed honey, buckwheat honey, meadow honey and others. The poll that was conducted in Slavonski Brod states that the half the population of Slavonski Brod consumes honey quite often, and they are satisfied with the honey consumption. The most famous types of honey known among the participants are the acacia honey and flower honey. Liqueurs, propolis and pollen are other honey products which are often consumed

Banka je profitna organizacija kojoj je glavni posao nuđenje financijskih usluga. Tradicionalne usluge svode se na primanje depozita, koji su joj i izvor sredstava, te davanje kredita iz depozita, te pružanje usluga novčanih transakcija, banke nude različite proizvode koji su fokusirani na poduzeća, stanovništvo ili na državu. U Hrvatskoj postoji preko 30 banaka, kojima je za poslovanje na tržištu potrebna dozvola HNB-a. Banke se od univerzalnih razdvajaju prema specijaliziranim, da bi u novije vrijeme ponovno proširile svoju djelatnost i izašle iz okvira standardnih bankarskih usluga te ušle u cjelokupno financijsko poslovanje.This work tries to answer a number of questions, guiding readers through world of banking and practices. The bank is profit organization whose main business is offering financial services. Traditional offers come down to accepting deposit, which are the main sources of incomes, giving credits from the deposit and managing many transaction, banks offer different kind of products that are focused on companies, population or the state it self. In Croatia there are over 30 egzisting banks, but in order to be engaged on the market they have to have an NCB (National Bank of Croatia) licence. No full textSuvremena poljoprivredna proizvodnja kakvu danas poznajemo ne bih bila moguća bez radnih strojeva koji olakšavaju sve agrotehničke mjere koje nekakva određena poljoprivredna kultura zahtjeva. Stoga posebnu pozornost moramo obratiti na održavanje tih radnih strojeva da bih njihov radni vijek i njihova iskorištenost bila što veća. Održavanje istih bi se trebalo bazirati na vizualnom pregledu svih važnih elemenata pogonskog agregata radnog stroja prije svake uporabe. Kada se uoči kvar na radnom stroju važno je preventivno djelovati te otkloniti kvar u samom početku da se kasnije ne dogodi nekakav teži kvar koji iziskuje dug i skup popravak te na kraju financijski gubitak u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji.Modern agricultural production as we know it would not have been possible without the machinery to facilitate all technical measures that some specific agricultural crop requirements. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the maintenance of such machinery that would their working lives and their utilization was as high as possible. Maintenance would be based on visual inspection of all the important elements of powertrain driven machine before each use. When it encounters a malfunction on the machines it is important to act preventively and to solve a problem in the very beginning, that the latter does occur tends to a defect that requires a long and expensive repair and finally financial loss in agricultural production
